I just got free business cards for my coaching business at www.inkgarden.com. They are doing a special offer through 2/22/12. I usually use Vista Print and love their selection and versatility, but just couldn't resist trying a new company. It turns out that Ink Garden has many different styles and templates to choose from, although Vista Print has even more. But Ink Garden also lets you change the color of your backgrounds on some of their templates. I got to tweak the background colors of my cards to complement my website colors, and upload a photo all for free. If I were paying full price, which is comparable to Vista Print, I would still have these features for free. It seems like a great value and something worth checking out.

From Creative Tornado to Powerhouse of Productivity

Here is my latest article on goal setting for creative people which was just recently published at www.selfgrowth.com. If you are putting a lot of creative energy into building your holistic healing business, but feel like you're spinning your wheels or going from one thing to the next without accomplishing much, read how you can become a powerhouse of productivity....

Creative, holistically minded people work in circular patterns, often experiencing life in more of a spiral than a linear fashion. Contrary to popular belief, there is nothing wrong with this pattern. In fact it is essential for creative expansion and it must be honored as part of the creative process. Without the help of linear goals, however, the circular approach to life and work can spiral out of control, so much so that the highly creative person runs around in circles feeling overwhelmed and achieving very little. I call this the "creative tornado". The tornado gains momentum as it spins and if it doesn't have a direct intention and linear direction as a guide, it will move randomly and in a disorganized fashion which impedes the process of true achievement.

The process of setting and achieving goals is typically seen as a linear activity of moving forward (or horizontally) on a timeline, but it is actually a vertical and horizontal activity which transforms an out of control tornado into a powerhouse of productivity. Powerful goals establish a vertical column of intention directly into the center of the tornado. Some people may see this as a vision, a big picture of what is desired. Nonetheless is an essential part of the goal achievement process. This vertical line of intention provides inner stability to the creative tornado. The tasks which must be achieved over time create the horizontal line of power which moves the spiral pattern along a deliberate path.

To use linear goal setting effectively for the purpose of directing creative energy, first establish a vision for the project. What will it look and feel like when it's completed? It's very helpful to get into the feeling aspect of a vision. As the project takes form its appearance often shifts, but the feeling of what is desired stays constant. Next set a timeframe for its completion. Then list the steps which need to happen to get to the final vision. Once the steps are outlined establish a timeframe of completion for each step along the way. These are guidelines and will need to be adjusted along the way. But without a clear idea of what needs to be done and when it can reasonably be completed, the spiral energy has no direction or momentum.

When the vertical and horizontal elements of linear goals are used in this way, the spiraling creative energy is strengthened. The creative process gains momentum in a deliberate way, picking up, incorporating and integrating the things which are most important for the creation. This turns an aimless tornado of creative effort into a powerhouse of productivity.

The Case for the Blended Career

For many years my massage business was my primary source of income. Although I re-created and expanded it several times and managed to build in multiple streams of income from different sources within the business (a topic I'll explore int he future), it was still just one business, one career and one identity. That got old after 15 or 16 years...probably sooner than that. I got bored and tired of pushing my own cart uphill. Perhaps it was the economic downturn which also encouraged me to take on another perspective. Today I happily do several things which provide me income. Currently my primary source of income is from massage, but instead of working for myself I've found a spa which supports my needs quite nicely. I work much saner hours than I used to work on my own, and the clientele and services are varied enough to keep me from getting bored. I also do distant healing which I love immensely, but can't imagine doing 8 hours a day. And I am also beginning to do life coaching again. I was doing life coaching when I once abandoned my massage career (sold my massage practice and walked away thinking I would never return to the profession). Little did I realize at the time that doing massage for steady income was the anchor I needed to get my coaching practice off the ground. Eventually, at least one of those things will bring multiple streams of income, but the most important thing is that I'm growing in many different directions.

Some people need to immerse themselves in just one thing. In my previous life with just one source of income, I was learning how to go deep into my work...sometimes compulsively so. Perhaps as time goes on I will find the need to go back to that method (sans the compulsion). But we live in the 21st century where multiple things are going on all at once and life is whizzing by at record speed. I happen to be one of those people who wants to experience more than just one thing. I thrive on variety. I thrive on possibility. And perhaps the next thing I need to master is how to balance it all.

Why I Stopped Coaching and Why I'm Starting Again

I love this time between Christmas and New Years. It's a great opportunity to reflect on the old year and lay out plans for the time ahead. This year it seems particularly productive. I've established a new theme for my life and I'm ready to move forward with confidence. After a long year of laying a stable foundation and building on it, I finally feel ready to build my coaching practice again.

I don't know why this decision took me by surprise, perhaps because just 12 months ago I had abandoned a lot of my previous ideas about the way I wanted to build my business. In fact I had almost entirely abandoned my business, choosing be an intrapreneur instead of an entrepreneur. Now I see that this was a necessary step which appeared like I was going backwards, but I was really only looping around to revisit pieces of my old life and integrate them into my new one.

In 2007 I set in motion a process which required me to entirely dismantle my old life. I had a highly successful healing arts practice in a different geographical location. I was in a marriage which had lasted more than a decade and a half. And I was just beginning to get the inkling that I wanted to transition my career into coaching. This inkling was born out of the desire to have a more simplistic lifestyle where I could work from home or anywhere I desired. I wanted to develop more helping skills and use them in ways that my massage and energy healing practice would not allow. I also wanted to have a better partnership and had finally decided that I was willing, if needed, to give up my current husband in order to get that. Little did I know at the time that I was asking for a change of epic proportions which left very few pieces of my old identity standing.

So here I stand, virtually on the eve of 2012, with my feet under me, free of old internal and external restraints, living in a new location, thriving in a better partnership, still doing my healing work, and living more deeply and richly than I had dared to imagine. It was a long trip which seemed to happen in just a split second. So I stand here at the door of where I started, ready to begin coaching again. Only this time a lifetime has been lived in just 5 short years. Mountains have been climbed and moved and totally leveled. Boats have been rocked and capsized and salvaged. Pieces of my dormant inner spirit have reemerged begging for expression. It's no wonder that I needed to set aside my coaching business for a while. I needed to get my bearings. I needed to land in a supportive place so that I can truly offer the best I have to give.

In 2012 I'll will build my coaching practice again, practically from scratch. It's going to be exciting, and I'm hoping that you will join me on this journey. There will be free sessions, special offers and I'll also be resurrecting some of my old coaching/healing materials which were very valuable to my past clients. Stay tuned for more. Tips for Holiday Gift Certificate Marketing

The holidays are the kick off to the season of gift giving which lasts well into June. The major focal points are Christmas/Hannukah, Valentines Day, Graduations, Mother's Day and Father's Day. Even Administrative Assistants day (in April) is a significant opportunity for some businesses to sell gift certificates. Now is the time to put some ideas and plans in place which give you visibility, and help you create a cushion from gift certificate sales.

Think of gift certificates as a marketing tool. Massage therapists, especially, often lament the one-time nature of gift certificate services. Think of the one time that you have with a client who comes to you with a gift certificate as an opportunity to educate a potential long term client about the benefits of your services. It is an extension of your "word of mouth" marketing strategy. That particular client may only come in once...or once a year, but most likely they will tell others about your good service and the benefit they received. They also know where to get a gift certificate when they need it. As a massage therapist, I had a whole sub-clientele of gift givers and receivers, who either gave gift certificates regularly or who came in on gift certificates that were given to them.
Carry gift certificates with you wherever you go. Everyone knows it's not "cool" to push gift certificates at Christmas parties, but never show up to any event, business or social, empty handed. Keep gift certificates in your handbag or your glove compartment. During the holidays, people are looking for easy ways to purchase great gifts. Don't make them wait to call you in the office. If they ask, be ready to offer.
Create a "Stocking Stuffer" Service. If your services are priced in the high end range, consider offering a special mini version of something more involved. One year when I was doing Soul Realignment, I offered a Mini Soul Profile, which was an abbreviated version of the full Soul Profile Report. Once clients redeemed the Mini Soul Profile, they received a discount on the full report, if they choose to get it in the future.
Leverage the Internet. Create an email marketing campaign for your existing clients. Start with an informative newsletter, using one of the popular email marketing services like Mail Chimp (it's free), and follow up with timely offers leading into the holidays. Many of the offers I've seen this year are playing on the "12 days of Christmas" theme. If you have a website, make a holiday gift page and add a service , like Paypal, where customers can purchase gift certificates online.
Sell packages and give incentives for bulk purchases. In my previous massage practice, I would offer one time seasonal packages so that my clients could purchase multiple massages at a discount. They were also encouraged to convert a portion of those massages into gift certificates for friends and family. My faithful clients loved the opportunity to stock up and share my services with others. Make sure that you put a limit on the number of sessions clients can purchase, and that the amount of discount will not put you into the hole a few months down the line.
Give something away. It is the season for giving, and a time to express your appreciation for your clients' business. Offer them something useful to show that appreciation. It doesn't have to be elaborate or expensive, just in keeping with the spirit of giving. It could be an add-on service, like extra time or hot stones with their massage. You could give this gift as an incentive for purchasing a package, or just to your best clients. This season I made a special meditation for my monthly newsletter subscribers to help them focus their energy and harness it for the coming year. All my newsletter subscribers get a free monthly meditation, but this one had a special focus.

Six Self-Care Tips for Healers

Self-care is a form of self-love which is essential for all healers to practice. Healers tend to be over-givers and when you don't give to yourself first the result is burnout, imbalance and loss of vitality. Here are six tips for make the most of your self-care practice. Follow these tips to maintain balance and stay energized so that you can continue to give your very best.

1. Devise a self-care plan - Even if you don't write it down and schedule it out, you must have a plan for how you are going to take care of yourself. It will help to identify and make note of the key things you which help you stay balanced, such as healthy meals, types of exercise, and rituals. Some things will be done according to a schedule and others will be more like tools which you will use when you feel yourself getting stressed or out of balance. An example of a tool would be a nap in the afternoon.

2. Include the body, mind and spirit - Your self-care plan must be holistic and comprehensive. Make sure you identify activities and tools which take care of all aspects of you. For instance, you may want to take an exercise class or get massage for your body, read stimulating books or articles for your mind, and engage in prayer or meditation for your spirit. Whatever you decide to do to take care of each aspect of yourself, make sure it fits with your interests and lifestyle.

3. Get the type of healing services you give - How can you really know the power of your work if you don't also receive it? If you are a massage therapist, get regular massage. If you are an intuitive, get intuitive readings. If you are an energy worker, get energy work. You will not only replenish yourself, but you will also learn a lot about your craft.

4. Get different types of healing services - As a healing practitioner, you may need various types of healing services to keep you moving along your healing path. Take into account your mind, body and spirit when deciding which modalities to receive. Not only will you receive the healing which is vital to your self-care, but you will be enriched and enlightened by other approaches to healing.

5. Schedule self-care activities in advance - When I had my massage therapy business, I encouraged clients to book their appointments in advance. In my opinion it was just part of a good self-care routine. Scheduling your activities in advance (even time off) helps you create a routine where you regularly give to yourself. This may be easy when you're taking an exercise class which meets every Monday and Wednesday. You show up because the routine has already been set for you. It may be more difficult, to be self-responsible and take the initiative to book appointments for things which are just for you. Often this is where the self-care plan breaks down. Often healers aren't good at giving to themselves, so regularly scheduling a self-care activity may seem like you are taking time away from business or giving to others. Of course, the contrary is true. The less you give to yourself, the less you have to give others.

6. Do something for yourself daily - When you make a point to do something from your self-care plan everyday. Ideally, self-care should be a way of life, which includes the way you eat, sleep, and deal with yourself and others. But if you aren't in the habit of putting yourself first, start by identifying one thing that you can do for yourself everyday. Do that one thing until it becomes routine and then add another thing, and then another. Before you know it you will be well on your way to increased vitality, balance and self-love through self-care.

Two Paths to Becoming a Powerful Healer

There are two paths which must be followed when pursuing a career in the healing arts. The first path is "healing to heal". The second is "healing to serve". When you are on the "healing to heal" path you're working on healing yourself. Your intent is first and foremost to bring yourself into alignment with wholeness, health and wellbeing. People who are attracted to learning the healing arts often recognize this desire and will usually start (either consciously or unconsciously) by learning the skills which will help them most with their personal healing journey. The "healing to serve" path is often born out of the "healing to heal" path. Once you have begun your own healing work it's natural to feel compelled to give back to others.

It's perfectly fine to work on self healing alone without pursuing a healing career to serve others. But when you decide to "heal to serve" as a career, it's necessary to first "heal to heal". You can only take your clients as far as you have been. They are coming to you to find their own wholeness, health and wellbeing. They are on their own "healing to heal" path, and if you haven't travelled there you won't be able to guide them very far. The key to being a powerful healer is gaining the inner power from your own self healing.

Here are a few guidelines to help you use these two paths to empower your healing career:

1. Start "healing to heal" before "healing to serve".
2. Continue to work on self healing throughout your healing career.
3. When deciding what to study choose the modalities and techniques which bring you the most wholeness, health and wellbeing.
4. Let your healing career be a reflection of your personal journey in the healing arts.

Who Are the Mentors in Your Life?

I consider a mentor to be someone who takes you under their wing, usually in an informal way, to show you the ropes in your business. This is usually someone who may have similar business experience who is a little or a lot further along than you are. They have wisdom to share, and you can touch base with them whenever you need an outside opinion on your current endeavor. They can be friends, business associates, or even family members who are interested in seeing you succeed. Everyone needs a mentor or perhaps several with different types of expertise. You usually acquire mentors through networking or through informal associations built up over time. They are the people you gravitate to because they naturally support you. You can call them or meet them for coffee and pick their brains, and there is usually no fee exchange involved.

Who do you have in your life who mentors you in your business? Think about your colleagues. Who do you regularly meet with to "talk business"? What about other business associates? Is there someone whom you admire that you would like to emulate? Also consider friends and family members who take an interest in your business life. Take a moment to list a few of these people and make a point to communicate with these people over the next week. Mentor relationships are just that, relationships. In order to get great mentoring you have to have strong relationships with your mentors.

If you are just starting out it's especially important to have a guide to help you get started. As a result there are many professional coaches who specialize in working with holistic healers. The field of coaching has expanded so much that it's hard to know who to go to for the help you need. In this article we will explore how to find the person or people who can help you achieve success in your business.

What is a Coach?

A coach is a professional who is skilled in helping you get to where you want to go in your business and/or personal life. Some coaches have expertise in certain aspects of business and will consult with you on those aspects. Other coaches will inspire you to find your own answers, usually in a systematic way. Many coaches also have programs which teach you how to build skills in certain areas such as marketing or practice management.

Some coaches use the term "mentor" interchangeably with coaching. Professional coaches who describe themselves as mentors or mentor coaches often do it to describe their style of coaching. Once you have an idea of the direction you want to go, start looking for someone to help you get there. Usually it's the person's message which will inspire you more than their credentials. If you like a coach's message, keep listening. Subscribe to their newsletters and ezines. Listen to their podcasts and read their free reports. This is how you get to know a coach before you commit to a deeper relationship. As you get to know them, you will know if this coach and the way they work is a good fit for you.

Where to Find a Good Coach

The field of business and personal coaching has exploded in the past decade, and it's not difficult to find a good qualified coach. The first place to start is to ask friends who are in similar businesses. If none of your friends follow or have a relationship with a coach, the next step is to consult the internet. Very few coaches lack a web presence these days. Search for information which will help you with your goals. For instance an internet search for "how to get more clients" will yield a number of sources for guidance and coaching. Follow some of these people as described above, and then sign up for one of their programs if the fit is right.

In future posts I will talk about some of the coaches I recommend. Either their content and programs are so powerful that I've followed them and benefited from it for years, or I have personally worked with them.

7. Ask for Help in All the Right Places

You can’t build big energy and great success in your life in a vacuum. To achieve great dreams, it’s essential to get great support. Healing practitioners tend to be independent, entrepreneurial people who often mistakenly think that they can do it alone. If they think and act this way long enough their healing business and their personal wellbeing will suffer. In order to have a successful healing business you must develop two primary systems of support, internal support and external support. Internal support is what you do for yourself to take care of your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. It encompasses your eating habits, exercise routine, prayer and meditation life, how you organize your time and much more. Much of your internal support system relies on external support. When building your external support team, it’s important to identify your needs and then find the people and systems which will help you fulfill those needs.

After reading this report you have a good idea of what you need to build both your internal andexternal support systems. Now it’s just a matter of finding the right people to help you. The best way to do this is to go back through each principle and ask yourself if you are fully living each one. Then identify where you would benefit from assistance. Take into account who is on your team now. For instance, your accountant may be able to help you put systems into place to better manage your money and cash flow. Or you may also find that not only do you need assistance with tracking and managing cash flow, but you also need someone to help you examine your beliefs around money and help you work with the energy of its flow.

As with all the other principles, this is where good mentoring and coaching can help. A good mentor and coach for healing practitioners can help you:

Identify where you need assistance in following these 7 principles
Develop a brilliant plan which puts your empowered vision into action
Understand and practice the principles of abundance in your business
Attract the people who will benefit from your services

6. Offer Exceptional Value

Exceptional value leads to an exceptional healing business for one basic reason. You are giving the very best that you have to offer and therefore you will receive the very best back. The vibration of “exceptional” creates more energy in your life. More energy means more abundance, success and satisfaction. By exceptional I mean that people perceive that they are getting more than their money’s worth by working with you. This does not mean that you lower your prices or overwork. It means that you raise your level of service to exceed the price that you charge. There are many ways to create exceptional value. Here are a few.

Provide tangible and intangible solutions
Do more for your clients in less time
Invest in their comfort by investing in your surroundings
Let them know you understand their needs and meet them
Provide a unique memorable experience
Bundle products and services into one package price

What you do to provide exceptional service depends on what you do for services. When I was doing massage, I did more for my clients in less time by adding a powerful energy healing technique which accelerated their healing process. Often their initial issue was solved way before their session ended. After teaching this energy healing technique for a while, I began to offer support calls to support my students’ progress. Students knew if they took a workshop from me they would get personalized support that other instructors teaching the same thing might not provide. As my mentoring practice began to expand, I recognized the need to provide additional information and support by offering this free report for instance. 5. Provide Tangible & Intangible Solutions

It’s not what you do, but the solutions you provide that matter to clients. Healing practitioners more often talk about their techniques than their solutions. The fact that you do Reiki, Quantum-Touch, massage or any other healing technique doesn’t matter much to a client unless they understand how you can help them get what they desire. Most people evaluate your services to see if you can provide tangible solutions to concrete issues. But they also are looking forsolutions to deeper emotional, spiritual and energetic desires. On a deeper level they gravitate to you because you are broadcasting the energy of what they seek for their emotional, energetic and spiritual lives. Whether they realize it or not they are looking for intangible solutions to issues they may not even know they have. In order be a successful healing practitioner it’s essential to align your business with both the tangible and intangible solutions you provide. You must first identify your clients’ concrete desires such as pain relief, stress reduction or life direction, and identify your skills which fulfill their desires. Then you must become aware of the unseen energies you bring to the healing relationship which helps them fulfill those deeper often unknown desires. It could be unconditional love, joy, freedom or any number of things which provide the energy for deeper healing and connection within themselves. Once you are conscious of the quality of energy you offer, align your business with it. When you consciously do this, your broadcasting signal to attract just the right clients becomes so much stronger. Here is an example of how providing concrete and unseen solutions have helped me attract just the right clients into my business.

The Tangible Solution: My energy healing practice grew immensely when I stopped talking about the technique I used and instead told people that I could help them get rid of back pain. All the advertising I had done in the past about “the power of life-force to enhance wellbeing” probably sounded kind of nice to potential clients, but they didn’t start coming through the door until I started giving back pain clinics. Word spread quickly that I had a real solution for a tangible problem.

The Intangible Solution: On the surface my clients perceived that I offered a solution to their back pain. However the people I attracted also had the unseen desire for empowerment. As I helped them realize that they were healing themselves, many became more confident overall and made changes to their lives which some attributed directly to their work with me. One client even noted that she got back her “back bone” to stand up for herself.

4. Become Financially Abundant

In business financial abundance is the key to success, because it increases the energy in your life. Remember that in order to make a big difference in the lives of your clients you must increase the energy in your own life. Money is the basic currency of energy in business. It buys you the freedom to create the healing practice you desire, the time to enjoy it as well as the rest of your life, and the ability to build more energy to help more people. If you really want to have a successful healing business and make a positive impact in a big way you have to have your full attention focused on your healing business.

A healing business which doesn’t make money doesn’t have the full power of your focus. You will be distracted by stresses such as bills, how to get clients or even another job to support you while you work sparingly at doing what you love. All of this breeds the energy of struggle, lack and need. When you put out the energy of struggle, lack and need, you get back less joy, satisfaction and reward than you desire. It is a formula for failure. Don’t let this happen to you.

Here is a simple formula for becoming financially abundant:

Attract + Manage + Circulate = Abundance x Freedom x Satisfaction

By attracting money and resources, effectively managing and circulating them, you create abundance, freedom and satisfaction which continue to multiply. The attraction process requires that you examine how you feel about money and eliminate any limiting beliefs. For example a lot of healing practitioners believe that there is something wrong with collecting money for doing something you love. This is a false and limiting belief. Once you attract money and resources you must manage them effectively. Often limiting beliefs around money will cause you to mismanage what you are attracting. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, the energy of money must be circulated. That’s how it multiplies itself. You give your services in exchange for money. You take the money and then invest it into things which enhance yourself, your business and the lives of others. This in turn builds more energy which attracts more money and resources to you. The work you do is extremely valuable, and if you follow this formula its value will continue to increase.

3. Devise a Brilliant Plan

If your vision is powerful and vivid enough, you have enough raw material to start planning how you want to proceed. All businesses need a plan, not only to get bank loans, but just as importantly to get to where you want to go. Your plan is the series of practical steps which you will take to realize your empowered vision. It’s your road map and guide to success.

A plan accelerates your progress immensely. I would probably still be floundering around wondering how to create the change I wanted to make, had it not been for this one aha moment which helped me devise a brilliant plan. While attending Guerilla Business School, I heard advice which helped me step out of my massage business and move on to coach and mentor healing practitioners. That advice was “Start with the end in mind.” Although I had been in business for 15 years, a light bulb went on with those simple words. I immediately saw myself where I wanted to be, and the steps to get there began to fall into place. Within a year I had sold my massage practice and the following year I was creating programs to support the personal and professional growth of healing practitioners. I had held a vision of switching careers for several years, but didn’t know how to go about making the first steps until I realized that I had to have a powerful idea of the destination. From there I could draw out elements from my vision to create each step of my plan to get to my goal.

In traditional terms, a plan involves setting a long term goal and then laying out short term goals to get there. But a brilliant plan consists of more than just long term and short term goals. A brilliant plan is comprehensive and holistic, taking into account all aspects of you, your material, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. It encompasses not only your professional goals but also your personal goals. It isn’t necessarily linear, but is structured and thorough so that progress can be tracked in a meaningful way. It must be easy to follow, so that it will in fact be followed. No plan is useful unless you can stick to it long enough to see the results. Your plan must include all of these components to make you the success you want to be.

2. Empower your Vision

A powerful vision is essential for increasing the energy in your life. It helps you make your dreams a reality, by tapping into your passions and inspiring you to take action. Your vision is a collective of your deepest desires translated into feeling and images which can be drawn upon to create the life you want. Think of it as a stream of potential which contains all of your desires. When you want to create something specific, like a thriving healing business, you go to it and pull out the images and feelings you need to get you moving along your intended path. When you have created a powerful vision it’s palpable, as though you can reach out and pull a piece of it to you and live it. Just as your business serves you, your vision serves both you and your business.

These are the qualities of a powerful vision

It is an authentic expression of youIt serves your wants, needs and desires
It is vivid – you can see it, feel it, taste it, touch it
It feels positive when you focus on it.
It stretches you and feels challenging and attainable at the same time
It is in alignment with your highest purpose.
It includes both the desires of your personal and professional life (it’s holistic.)
It grows and changes with you. It shows you how you need to develop yourself to fully live your dream.

The First Principle of Healing Business Success

Make Your Business Serve You

Your business should first and foremost serve your needs. As soon as you begin to operate from this perspective, everything else falls into place. As a healing practitioner you have a deep heartfelt desire to serve others, but the truth is you do healing work because it's your path to growth and evolution. As soon as you recognize that your business is about your own evolution, you fall into alignment with abundance, reward and satisfaction. Your work becomes easy, joyful and immensely fulfilling. In order to make a big difference in the lives of your clients you must increase the energy in your own life.

You do this by:

charging enough for your services
having strong boundaries around your time
resting and rejuvenating when needed
studying and participating in things which feed your spirit
taking good care of your physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.

If you have a hard time setting boundaries around your time or are constantly compromising on your prices for instance, you are not valuing yourself or your business. Your energy diminishes into the vibration of "lack of value" and will attract clients who don't value what you are offering. If this goes on long enough, lack of value will result in lack of clients. As a healing practitioner, you are a beacon for healing, wellbeing, wholeness, growth and evolution. In order to be successful, every action you take in your business must fully support your own healing, wellbeing, wholeness, growth and evolution. You must commit to being the brightest beacon for those you want to attract to work with you. It's only by putting your needs and the needs of your business first that you will attract all the things you want and need to serve in meaningful and rewarding ways.
