Movement Toward Our More & Better

Life can swing “full circle”, yet this is not always seen in a favorable light. We fear endings, not fully REALeyesING that they herald new beginnings! CHANGE, that coming full circle of perspectives within ourselves our relationships our world, are the REVOLUTIONS that carry us through our EVOLUTION, individually and, perhaps more importantly, COLLECTIVELY! We are on a spiral which prods us gently forward ... away from old patterns, self-condemnation, disempowerment. Let go and enjoy the ride!

We are made of DNA that we’ve seen illustrated as a spiral. Our natural building blocks follow a spiral like the Fibanocci sequence (1 2 3 5 8 13 21 34 55 …), the hands on our clocks spin, the planet Earth is revolving, our solar system is spiraling through time and space. LOVE calls us forward in this gentle way. Yet we miss the signs because we are looking backward or in fear about the future.

We hold fast to old ideas, programs, concepts, anger, hatred, judgment. We “dig in our heels” and experience pain; when we recognize the spiral of evolution it’s clearer we just need to let go.

And yet, we resist … like the toddler who screams and fights, when love wants to strap them safely into the shopping cart and push them through the aisles of wonder … oh, how we resist; it’s absurd!

THANKS-GIVING and gratitude are amaZING perspectives that can lift our vibe and help us to thrive #thevibetothrive! The more you look for goodness, the more goodness you will see and experience!

Expanding via Knowledge We Didn't Know We Didn't Know

Isn't too bad we can be the last to know, we don't know what we don't know!?! I can show you from experience how to create a clearer path to Truth by rooting-out obsolete data, beLIEf in lack, discordant energy/trauma and ancestral programs. Healing, Freedom, Grace, Love ... previously hidden in plain sight amid darkness ... become our guiding lights rather than our stumbling blocks!

Being open to guidance, ready to bring more of one's Higher Self to the fore is imperative. We have to be open to the possibility that there is a "better way" and looking to "see the signs"!

I wasn't always so open, but Grace guides me in each awakened NOW. My gratitude grows as I continue to learn to surrender, to BE aware, trust Guidance, open to abundance, and LIVE! Join me on this journey and we'll uncover Truth together!

How I would love to provide one-size-fits all healing and expansion support ... that's certainly my goal when I share these emails and social media posts. Yet, our "hiding places" are as unique as our finger-prints. Fortunately, when "two or more are gathered in His name", there is Love. Healing LOVE and LIGHT can and truly does make all things better. In addition, I'd like to share my own Knowing to Succeed example with you. I hope it illuminates the power of being open, ready to question what you know, and seeking help from others who show up or turn up to offer their unique insights and talents!

This past-month I discovered that my approach to weight loss was failing, largely because it was based on outdated information. I knew I was trying, but my efforts were consistently not effective! I had always believed that cutting calories was the key to shedding pounds. This is what the world and myriad companies teach us, right?!?

Instead of supporting weight loss, I learned that drastically reducing calorie intake can actually slow down our metabolism, making weight loss more difficult. Here's a prime example of "common wisdom" or beLIEfs accepted by the general population not serving our Highest Good. As I transformed my approach to nutrition and overall well-being, in fact, in the first week of my new eating plan, I had quickly kicked my metabolism, things shifted quickly.

Knowledge is power! In such a good way, this experience of discarding counter-productive beLIEfs within a moment's clarity has allowed me to more fully understand what my clients experience ... transformations of feeling, outlook, health and wellness within our spiritually-guided Perspective Reboot® and Jump-Start journeys!

Just as I experienced a paradigm shift in understanding my body's needs, I facilitate transformative realizations for my clients in various aspects of their lives:

Mental Wellness: Uncovering self-limiting beLIEfs and rooting or illuminating empowering mindsets;

The 8-8 Lion's Gate Portal ... To Infinity and Beyond*

8-8 (infinity infinity amplified in this 8 year) is a large energetic opening called "The Lion's Gate". I found this image in 2016 ... This artwork by A. Andrew Gonzalez is amazing! Here are some suggestions for mindfully embracing the powerful LIGHT and UPLIFT coming to us through Sirius.

Sirius appearing on the horizon at this time of year, is one of the major astronomical alignments of the Giza Pyramids and other historic landmarks on our planet. Sit with this illustration, following patterns and watching what you observe. Ask yourself what you see that you've overlooked in the past; blur your eyes and see if anything else comes to your attention.

Do not be afraid to look within, because ultimately that is your current abode! If you think about really moving toward more bliss, what has been holding you back via SHOULDS or CAN'Ts or SELF-DOUBT? Recognize each as a limitation of how you are seeing yourSELF and our world. Look closer and consider you may have come here to see and heal these very observations or beLIEf. Find your power to say "Yes, I AM here!"

Be conscious of what you are creating with your words, actions and thoughts. Focus clearly on what you DO want rather than what you don't want and/or fear.

Take the time to listen for/to your intuition ... release preconceived notions on how you receive guidance ... it may not come as pictures or even clear thoughts ... but as longings for change, growth, freedom through a new awareness of things you wish to change about yourself or new interests you'd like to explore.

This is a time of clearing away what's no longer useful for joy and happiness. Harness the power of the Lion (so often seen as the beast, but loving parent and community member). Think of the meme ~ kitten looking in the standing mirror and seeing a LION. Step toward the light, we have been waiting to see you sparkle ... yes, you are great! Like all new skills, this takes a bit of effort at first, but soon you'll be rising with Ease and GRACE.

Dive In To LIFE! Live As An Expression of Growth, Expansion, JOY!

As I typed "Dive in to Life" onto this doggie image I selected to illustrate this message, I couldn't actually see what I was typing because the font was set to 4 pixels. When I enlarged it, I saw I had typed "Divine to Life" my alignment with the message amplified! How wonderful that "dive in" is held within the word "divine"! I would venture to exclaim ... "here we have another TRUTH (self mastery strategy) hidden in plain sight!

The energy of expansion, growth, experiencing what life has to offer us in this realm is so close ... urging us to embrace life, even calling us. The choice is ours to push that calling back into the depths (consciously or unconsciously), ponder that call, or take that leap. There's never been a better time to shed fear, guilt, remorse, blame, self-consciousness and DIVE IN to life!

I observed a beautiful illustration of this message in action, unexpectedly, delivered by "man's best friend" ... well, actually two of them.

I spied the two dogs in the distance as Joe and I were taking our first boat cruise of the season (I offer lakefront spiritual expansion and healing retreats in this idyllic shangri-la!). The two black labs were at the end of a dock. One looked anxiously into the water; the second would look in the water, then retreat ... seeming even more anxious than the first. Eventually, the latter looked as though she was going to get off the dock. Instead, she turned back toward the water, charged for the end of the dock and jumped.

She swam into shore, shook off, ran up the stairs and back onto the dock. Meanwhile the first lab, just watched the other, but was now even further from the edge of the dock, seemingly still unsure about taking a similar leap.

I expected the dog that had dived in to go back to the end of the dock and jump in again. She didn't. Instead she jumped into the boat tied to the dock and ran to the bow, staying there for a few seconds. I watched, now wondering why would the dog get in the boat with no humans around. Soon the answer came and it brought me so much joy.

She emerged from the boat and ran back to the end of the dock. She whipped her head 'round and "threw" a tennis ball out into the water. Then she took some steps back, pausing as if to calculate how to jump, and lunged into the water, nearly on top of the ball. Still, the other dog watched obviously wanting to join the fun, but unable to JUMP.

It's an age-old conundrum ... do we wait, assess, worry, imagine every possible bad thing that could happen ... or do we take that leap, find it's fun, and push ourselves even further, or even take the joy of the leap to an entirely more joy-filled level? Which dog do you identify with? I have learned to root out and illumine my fears, wounds, challenge because there in lies the greatest opportunities for expansion, joy, LOVE!

Take a moment to assess what's holding you back from diving into life, your Divine Life ... the life in which you are guided by the Knowing that you truly "have nothing to fear but fear itself" (FDR, 1933)! Imagine that the angst you may feel in the pit of your stomach, your solar plexus, your personal power potential, is not fear because you may/will fail, IT's YOUR GREATNESS CALLING YOU to DivINe (dive in) to LIFE!

In THIS NOW, we have so many choices, so many freedoms, and a world of resources. One of the most powerful personal tools I have found in moving forward from our fears is to view them as SELF SABOTAGE. This does require that we OWN that we are not here by chance, we are here by CHOICE. That can be a process of our own spiritual sovereignty and soul empowerment, so give yourself Grace. But allow yourSELF to remember: we've got what it takes (from lifetimes of trials and victories) to be THE GAME CHANGERS in this auspicious time!

Awareness = The Power of Choice = The Power to Change. See that some of our fears are seeded as burdens from our lineage ... yet I KNOW we volunteered to shut that shit down for those who came before us (and didn't have awareness, choice OR power) and those who will follow! Introspection and insights from a spiritual intuitive can help you understand the root of your "struggles" and more easily turn them into the actual OPPORTUNITY in alignment with Our Highest Good!

Dive in! Make a BIG splash! Yes, you'll get wet and some times you may even swallow a bit of water. Whatever you are looking at longingly, dive into AND PAST the fear that holds you back. Breathe into your stomach, and expand your solar plexus. Transmute the intensity of fear in the simple Knowing of your value, your power, the importance of playing and holding the vibration of joy and expansion within your BEing! Ultimately, life is about the living, the vibe to thrive ... releasing your fears, throwing your own ball into the water, and diving in after it. What fun!

Have we ever heard people say that "Life is too long"? This NOW is your unique and special moment. Understand the choices you have unconsciously been making that are holding you back from living. Again, see fear, self-consciousness, regret, self-doubt and the desire to please everyone before yourSELF as self sabotage! Discerning Manipulation and Responding from LOVE 😍

This post got quite a bit of responses on FB. The message expanded, as often happens, into this blog.

Signs of control and manipulation may not be readily apparent to empaths, lightworkers, and souls serving Our Collective by seeing THE GOOD in others and our world. Moreover, those raised within highly dysfunctional households in which love plays out as abuse can lose touch with their own discernment and healthy boundaries. Still others have served as "peace keeper" for so long that our awareness may be clouded. All of these factors can diminish our power, discernment, joy and inner peace!

Despite having reached an age at which I am considered "a senior", I am still learning ... still recovering from a childhood in which my desires, preferences, even my needs were ignored, minimized, ridiculed and even distorted then dictated back to me. Writing and sharing in this way, helps me process, which helps others. Yet again, GOD/Source/Spirit shares "WE are lifting ONE ANOTHER!"

Awareness = The Power of Choice = The Power to Change ...
We are evolving to love, THROUGH LOVE; SELF LOVE is key!

If a friend or relative is putting down another to you, they are likely also talking about you to someone else. Similarly, if they are asking you to be on "their team/side", they likely have other teams which exclude you. This is very manipulative and far from love. When we are unaware of these dynamics, we can end up being blindsided. Remember, the only one we can change is ourSELVES, but often when we change, others in the dance also change.

An important awareness is how DIVISIVE this dynamic is ... it's the opposite of what we are here to create ... UNITY! Once we become aware of it, we can see it at play out in families, friendships, organizations, governments … absolutely anywhere and everywhere there is a beLIEf in competition and WINNING by CLIMBING OVER ANOTHER or gaining at another's loss. The Universe seeks balance across all space/time; choose love!

I received many comments from people that their family member does this. It's important to diffuse our own negative energy around the situation; or we just continue amplifying the negative. When there's that sense that things are UNjust, we can expand our awareness that there is SO MUCH MORE than meets the eye beyond THIS lifetime. There are Karma, next-life lessons, etc. that will address the inequities created here. Claim peace knowing we don't have to act as prosecutor, judge, jury, etc. except within ourselves, our intentions, our behaviors.

We can walk away with compassion. No matter how aware we are in THIS MOMENT, we have all behaved in ways that weren't in alignment with Love and Light along the way to NOW. As we forgive the other, we forgive ourselves! See that this individual's inner woundings have separated them from LOVE. Real-eyes their behavior is ultimately borne of pain … a sense of lack … a beLIEf that love is in limited supply. The person doing this feels there is not enough love (money, stuff, etc.) for everyone, so they have to horde it AND/OR they get their self-worth externally from others aligning with them.

Act from love and you will be moving forward."In TIME all Truths will be Known." Do not try to defend yourself to the others who have been manipulated ... they likely lack discernment, too. Ultimately, we cannot show someone what they are not ready to see.

LACK, LOVE IN LIMITED SUPPLY, COMPETITION are programs we are here to SHUT DOWN! Act from the knowing that LOVE IS ABUNDANT. The more we share, the more we create!

Aim to hold love, to keep your spirit light, to breathe out those vibes out into the world ... through you, as you! It's win-win because as we do this, we get to live there! When confronted with this behavior, news reports, manipulation, turn your focus a bit toward the LOVE, compassion and support that are also available in this NOW of YOUR reality. Do not believe everything you see, hear, read. Consciously discern if the "reporting" is coming from expansive LOVE energy or divisive FEAR.

Be wary of the finger-pointer because the one braying most loudly is usually the ASS. Find or create your tribe, even if it means re-defining your sense of “family”, belonging, career, success, getting ahead, alignment. Create from a perspective of inclusion, peace, love because in TRUTH, we are connected and cannot "get ahead" by pushing another behind!

When I see a choice (via The Higher Self/neutral observer) I choose LOVE. In this way, everything left "in my wake" is touched by LOVE. Through this expansion, I have found that The Universe aligns more and better loving relationships, when I walk away from those who would manipulate or try to climb over me. Endings create space for beautiful new beginnings! Let go to move forward.

Hello Kristi, will you please tell us about yourself?

Hi, everyone. Thank you for the opportunity to share with you today. I am a natural-born quantum mind-body-spirit-emotions healer. My body, voice, energy, aura, and connection to Spirit/Source/God/Love offer a healing resonance which shifts others to their zero-point of inner peace and balance.

As I work with clients, they are able to jump forward to greater levels of joy and wellness. I tend to shy away from labels because for much of my life and like many of us, I was unknowingly living a smaller version of myself than I am here to express.

When I was a toddler, I spontaneously healed a physical wound I’d sustained and was ordered to shut down my abilities. My healing resonance is fundamental to who I am, so for years, I was living only a shadow of myself. For the last ten years, I have been letting go of limitations and stepping out of the boxes I had previously allowed to contain me.

Kristi, what is it that inspires you?

What inspires me and brings me joy and gratitude is being in service to the Higher Good. I love showing others they can easily claim a Truer version of themselves. This is because our inherent perfection is typically hiding in plain view.

For many years, I felt self-critical and that just didn’t really fit in. I now understand that I don’t fit in because I am here to be a leader and celebrate what makes me different.

I believe each of us is part of the light of the world. I love empowering others to drop all pretense and just BE their unique selves. We have been told not to be “too full of ourselves” and yet this is exactly what we are here to do; Be ourselves!

Will you please tell us what you call yourself and explain what it is that you do?

Although I am trying to release labels, I’ll play along nicely! (laughs). I am the founder of Perspective Reboot® which is a quantum-level energy balancing-clearing-healing process. The process heals childhood trauma, releases stuffed emotion that may be causing physical pain and disease, disengages obsolete programming and self-limiting beliefs, and resets self-healing with the body intelligence and individual body organs.

I am also a minister of The Universal Light, Usui Reiki Master [2023 Mantra Reiki Master Teacher], Spiritual Counselor, and a registered behavioral therapist. Ultimately, I am an eternal being expressing physicality as Kristi Borst, and I’m here to help myself and others reach a truer version of themselves.

How exactly does that help someone?

In all aspects of our physical world, thought and planning precede physical creation. Think about your phone, house, even your meals. Someone created a plan and gathered materials prior to creation. This is also true within our bodies.

Physical pain and disease we experience can be the result of something non-physical that’s been at work for a while. I am able to talk to and positively affect physical body parts. I’m also attuned to sensing the traumas, heavy emotions, and self-limiting beliefs which may have created the “soil” in which disease or pain have taken root.

As we release what no longer serves us, the body’s natural intelligence is free to heal. Miracles are seen with energy medicine because of the healer, but more so because the natural body seeks its balance and wellness. Through my Perspective Reboot® integrative energy healing, the person is able to see and seize their own power and learn to create deeper levels of wellness and joy.

Why are you so passionate about helping people become empowered and gain more self-mastery?

I believe we each are here to animate a unique aspect of Spirit/Source/God/Love. When we are in pain or unhappy, we are not radiating that Love fully out into our world. As people release that which doesn’t serve them, they also release what doesn’t serve the Highest Good.

I am grateful, humbled, and still amazed at the life-changing results of working with others, sharing my message and artwork, and merely showing up as ME.

Did any specific life experience prompt you to follow this path?

Despite that shutting down my abilities disconnected me in part from Source, I was allowed to express and nurture my artistic, creative, and writing abilities. For many years, I served as a graphic artist and marketing agent for small businesses. About ten years ago, my passion switched to obligation. I wondered “what am I going to do for the rest of my life?”

No answer came, so I focused on “what do I like doing in the broadest sense?” This answer came easily; “Helping others!” I focused on that feeling and practiced what I was learning about mindfulness, being present, etc.

In 2011, I was driving down the highway and had a near collision with an American Bald Eagle. He flew up my minivan windshield, obscuring my view for what seemed like seconds but was likely a mere fragment of a second. That encounter seemed to reawaken something in me and set me on a course of rediscovery. Within days, I saw an ad for a Reiki class and signed up. Doors opened and my heart opened! [I have recently added distance and in-person REIKI SESSIONS to my offerings!]

I had another significant experience at the end of 2012, while on vacation in Sedona. Synchronicity and Spirit guided me to a homeless veteran, helping to heal and release his guilt and inner pain over the loss of his platoon. I marveled that Grace had brought me from Maine to Sedona, supposed land of the great healers, to assist one who lived there. It was a deeply spiritual experience on many levels. Shortly thereafter my reawakening abilities came more fully back “online.”

How long have you been doing this?

Shortly after returning from Sedona, I became more aware when I could help and began assisting those who would take my offer to assist. In March 2013, I opened Healing Resonance LLC with Kristi Borst. For the last six years, I have been offering private, couple’s and group healing work in-person in southern Maine and by Skype or phone worldwide.

In 2015, synchronicity unfolded, and I held my first international Self-Empowerment and Awakening workshop as part of a group trip to Machu Picchu, Peru. That trip was amazing, not only for the experiences within the workshop. Arriving at and walking around Machu Picchu ignited a number of waking memories of this beautiful place as “my home.”

Will you share a story of how you have made a difference in someone’s life?

In 2015, I was a guest on Expanding Awareness radio out of Boston. I spoke about our ability to heal past-present-and-future. A woman heard me on the show and scheduled a session with me. She had lived through some unspeakable abuse as a child. Years of therapy hadn’t helped, and she was surviving, but not thriving.

We had a one-hour session by phone. It was a significant Perspective Reboot®! A few months later, she wrote, telling me she was planning her first vacation ever. Although she had never felt suicidal, prior to our session she had awoken each day praying it would be her last. She’d never planned a vacation because she couldn’t bear the thought of being alive so far into the future. She even wrote a song for Healing Resonance with Kristi Borst.

What’s next on the horizon for you?

I have recently added a second location in greater Boston, for in-person Perspective Reboot® sessions and Spiritual Guidance and Empowerment Readings. While I am able to help people all over the world by phone, many people do prefer to work in person.

I really want to get into podcasting, sharing my empowerment healing messages.

We have been sold the story that free will is a curse on humanity; it is actually one of our Super Powers. We have the power to choose our reality. On some level, happiness is always a choice. Just as there is always something to be upset about, there are likely many more things to be happy about.

Until we see happiness and wellness as a choice, the choice may as well not exist. Awareness = The Power of Choice = The Power to Change. The bonus is, the more we see and choose love, the more we get to live in a love-filled space of being. See(ze) your power and be that unique aspect of Love that only you can be.

"The Logical Song" by Supertramp came on as I was driving home tonight. As I listened I could both relate and also answer the singer when he pleaded, "Please tell me who I AM!"

"When I was young, it seemed that life was so wonderful, a miracle. Oh, it was beautiful, magical." Then when we were having fun, they said the magic wasn't "real". [You may wish to also read "Are you living the life you came to express? Release your hood".]

"They sent us away to teach us how to be sensible, logical, responsible, practical. And I lived in their world, where I could be so dependable, clinical, oh intellectual, cynical."

All Life Matters ~ BEE Kind

And as they flew away, we were thrilled to have made a difference!

My husband and I saved a bumble bee the other night. We were on a slow "stroll" on the lake in our ski boat. I was happy that I love sitting in the bow on the chaise seats, observing the sky, water, flora, fauna, etc; otherwise I may not have seen the struggle. As we were passing through a "no wake zone" I noticed a strange circular pattern in the water's surface. I called attention to my captain; as he navigated close, I saw a bumble bee. They/He/She was on its back, going in circles, trying to make the 50 foot passage to shore (I presume). The circular water pattern was movement, but very slow going!

"It's a bee; he's going to drown. Can we go back and help?"

My husband commanded the boat along side the bee; meanwhile I'm wondering, how do I save a bee without using my hands. I grabbed one of the supports for the boat's canvas cover and dipped it into the water alongside "our bee". The bee nearly grabbed on, and missed. I moved the pole back to them, again and again. Finally, the bee found a hold and I pulled she/he/them into the boat.

Next question ... how to help? How I wanted to hold that bee and warm them up. I put the pole on the back couch seat, and sat nearby. I grabbed a towel and placed it next to the bee. He/She/They got off the pole and started cleaning up ... or drying. I'm not exactly sure; I think they would wipe off water with the front legs and then dry the legs with their mouth.

We went slowly, trying to minimize any breeze. After just a couple of minutes, the bee was on the towel. They continued to "clean", sporadically appearing to flap their wings. Suddenly, they were sufficiently prepared for take off and ... zoom ... off they traveled toward the pines."

In that moment, we were so proud of that little bee. It felt so good to be somebody's angel! Did they make it? I don't know that for sure. But I know they were given a "leg up" even if it was with a 3-foot pole.

As we not only conceptualize our interconnection with one another but also as a collective of life with Earth, we make the world more peaceful, loving, kind. It can be monumental when we take a side-step to help another up from their fall. I am so grateful for the times my fall was broken by another who slowed their pace to lift ME! I flood my gratitude into the collective.

Take a moment throughout your day to connect, to help, to feel gratitude. It lifts the collective, firstly as ourselves and then THROUGH ourSELVES!

Fire the Evil Librarian; Invite in Curiosity and Presence (a Gift)

In May, I decided to trim my hair shorter than usual and went REALLY short ... sort of an accident around the ears that had to be blended out. The day after cutting it drastically short and feeling very self conscious, I was pumping gas when a woman yelled over "I love your short hair!" "Thank you for that; it's a bit shorter than I anticipated." "Yes, that can happen," she quipped. When I repeated the compliment to a friend on Zoom she chuckled and asked "was she a lesbian?"

I was somewhat speechless, but responded to the situation from the factual observation that "I don't know but she was with a man." Weeks later, that question/reaction and my lack of ability to respond has come to mind again and again. Even (or especially) when this comes from someone we know loves us ... how do we respond to something that feels like a slap, not only to us personally, but for others who are being labeled or grouped based upon a superficial "fashion/expression" choice?

Knowing this person, she clearly understands I am not this body, nor my hair style. Perhaps this is multidimensional bias or program we are here to forestall??? Awareness = The Power of Choice = The Power to Change❣️

I'm sure she'd also tell you that she doesn't think my hair reflects my sexuality, my gender, whether I'm a good or a bad person, etc. I posted my short hair as my profile picture on FB and had many, many positive comments.

To push this hair affair further ... I've had more than one friend/client tell me their husband "wouldn't let them" cut their hair. Perhaps my husband is secure with himself and with us, but I'm left feeling LUCKY (and that feels ucky), that at least 80 hairstyles into our relationship, his love for me and my sexual appeal to him is not dependent upon a particular style, color, or length of my hair. Everyone should have that freedom; and if you don't, maybe that is at the root of your judgment of others.

I am the first to admit that I didn't always see my biases and had NO CLUE that my judgment of others was telling me about mySELF for many years. So, REGARDLESS OF YOUR GENDER and SEXUALITY, I urge you to explore and confront your attitudes about hair, lack of it, dependence upon it, the role or energy we expend in taking care of it, who can wear what, etc. What is the judgment-mirror telling you today? I am looking at how I judge others by their outer appearance and self-correcting my biases through gentle observation, focus, conscious change.

The bottom line is that these types of judgments are STEREOTYPES and do not serve Our Highest Good!

Looking Deeply and More Closely at Stereotypes

The mind can be like an evil librarian ~ searching resources to quickly apply labels which categorize, document, and classify that thing being observed. Perhaps such a mental space is the birthplace of STEREOTYPES; labels and classifications may be okay for books, but not for human BEings. They HURT❣️

Were STEREOTYPES created and perpetuated because they quiet the mind? See the inverse relationship between STEREOTYPES and CURIOSITY; we lose or abandon our curiosity when we select a STEREOTYPE.

We think we know what we're looking at. We've labeled it. We don't need to "worry about that" anymore. Well, you can look at and observe it without worrying about. Really stop and observe some of the millions of things your mind has already labeled in day-to-day, right in the space you're sitting in at this moment. Look at it as if you've labeled nothing. Wow! What you see and what shows up ... 🤓

Watch yourself. We have all learned to STEREOTYPE; but this type of CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM was created / is running unconsciously in a system/energy that will always separate us, rather than bring us to common ground.

Once you see the colors and shapes and textures you missed, your mind will likely find stereotypes archaic, rude, not of Love. Be curious, tell the mind "thanks for your hard work, but we're going to hang loose". ✌️ This is being PRESENT and so much a gift to live as an observer and participant in all that is going on around, in and through us!

CatDog. Artist Peter Hannan puts the labeling challenge front and center ... haha. Watched a couple episodes to see where CatDog was at; and true to what we're trying to change, CatDog fights himself/herself/themselves. That typically turns out badly.

Labels created in low vibrational stereo separate us and bring pain because we are connected. Love, laughter, compassion connect us in ways that just feel so much better for the soul xo

Trust Your Soul's Evolution

Don't Pass Along Your Pain; Forgiving the Bully

Until we have peace, we will have pain. Consider any time you have lashed out at someone, or they have been mean to you. Pain was the likely catalyst, pain pushed outward (albeit unconsciously). That pain was given to another (hot potato!), and on and on! It's the opposite of "paying it forward" within our families, our companies, our communities, our world.

People who hurt others are typically in emotional or physical pain themselves. They may not be consciously TRYING to be mean or even understanding that there is a choice to behave otherwise. They do not have the tools, freedom, maturity, or perhaps the skills to even process, let alone heal their internal pain. They have no idea where their anger, depression, anxiety is rooted. It just IS.

Understanding what we are passing along as generational or cultural pain is important. We are here to change the script! Awareness = The Power of Choice = The Power to Change!

In writing for UNMUTED VOICES, a collaborative book project in the works, I've revisited many long-forgotten memories of grade school. My personal school bully stepped forward as an illustration for this blog.

One time, a couple of decades ago, while I was attending a high school reunion, my bully approached me. She was "gushing over me", telling me how much she always liked me and how nice I was. While we had been friendly in primary grades, she became a bully in junior high.

Standing face-to-face as adults, I felt flabbergasted by her discourse! "Thank you, but you were very mean to me in junior high school," I said very peacefully. The words sprung from me without a thought, I'm sure from that girl who had been so confused to have a friend turn on her. She paused for a moment, perhaps retracing her experiences.

"Yes, I can see that! I probably was mean, and I'm sorry. My dad was doing things to my sisters and to me and it was pretty bad ..." I don't remember the rest of the conversation, but I totally remember that soft moment of understanding and forgiving her rage! The encounter heralded a healing for both of us.

People respond in different ways to emotional pain. Most swallow it, others immediately push it forward (hot potato), and others still hold it until they can no longer contain it ... then they explode. We are getting to a STRONGER more balanced place in which women can speak and men can be soft. BRAVO! How do we heal the pain that's been created along the way?

Understand that when people are acting the LEAST LOVABLE they are most in need of our unCONDITIONal love. [That is: LOVE without the CONDITION that you behave, or do this, or don't do that, or do it MY way or are perfect!] This is not a "get out of jail FREE" card nor a permission to abuse others, it's a way for us to understand and heal ourselves in the presence of pain being garnished about.

Have compassion for others' pain and don't agree to carry it forward! Forgive them as you forgive yourself, for we have all walked in these shoes! This is not about muting our pain, it's about releasing it to find the "peace that passes understanding" beneath, beyond, through, in spite of the pain! "In TIME, all Truths will be known!" [Dear Eternal Spirit ... when you leave THIS BODY you will understand the why's ... you have TIME. Join me in the peace of PATIENCE.]

The more we can choose to respond from love, the more love we get to experience. In many cases, we can heal the pain easily once we see the beLIEf in unworthiness, separation, or fear that hides behind it. We change the world as and through ourselves. On first glance, this can seem like a heavy task; yet the load is light. We need only change the one we are here to BE. We need only show up as love, and love is at our center; it is our Source. Heal your pain rather than passing it forward! Compassion, forgiveness, generosity, stewardship, LOVE!

Asking For What You Want and Need is Healthy

Generations, cultures, peoples who deny their children's needs do not create stronger adults.

This is not at all about blame. "Parenthood doesn't come with a manual" and some of those parenting guides of the 20th Century and before were not heart-based. I remember repeatedly hearing "spare the rod, spoil the child." Other "experts" told new parents to let the baby cry itself to sleep.

As adults, we either continue what we have learned, or we see what didn't work for us and we change! I am grateful that some of us have said, "that's not how I choose to parent. I'm going to respond to my baby when she cries and when she's hungry. I'm going to be a loving, supportive part of my child's life. My child's childhood is going to be a treasured time of innocence."

I grew up without a voice and without choices. When my husband would take me on dates, early in our relationship (I was 18), I would feel so conflicted over my food choice(s). If I selected the shrimp entrée would it taste $2 better than a similar offering with chicken? A decade and a half later, we parented with a goal that our children knew how to assess their choices and even suggest alternatives. E.g., "You cannot go to school in your flip flops because they don't protect your feet; but you can wear your sneakers, rain boots, dress shoes, etc. Seeing choices empowers change, growth, freedom!

I believe that we change the world through the only one we have control to change ... ourSELVES. Each one! We do not rise above our pasts when we repeat the obsolete programs and energies of dysfunction as parents of our own children.

Yet, we can bring harmony, backward and forward, when we provide a loving home/vibe for not only our children, but firstly WITHIN ourSELVES. We heal through love, but we can actually go a bit overboard when we aren't watching our energy. It's not too late; for many of us, this is a new thing. It's a GOOD THING to gain awareness of!

We cannot love our children too much; but we can "protect them" to a detriment and/or foster a co-dependent relationship within an energy of NEEDINESS. Approaching our children fearing what night happen to them or that that may fail (even if intending to "save them them" from pain, disappointment, or any other negative emotion) seems to, instead, erode their self confidence.

Watch for that sub-program/energy of "protecting them" or "wanting to help (be needed)", which is not about your child at all. Look at how you're "protecting yourself" too! Fears are likely self sabotaging who YOU ARE. Empower your child; empower yourself! Much of this is rooted in past generations, but you and I came here to light the world by freeing ourselves from these "stories" and connecting to faith and our Higher Guidance.

The Solar Plexus (stomach area) is where we grow our self confidence. With this knowledge, it makes sense that self-esteem issues are expressed through eating disorders and myriad addictions. When we are conscious of keeping love strong (heart chakra, third eye, crown) when we are supervising or guiding or children (rather than speaking from stomach fear), we empower them to build their energy in their own BEing.

Conversely, many people I see in my Healing Resonance llc Perspective Reboot® sessions were not treasured as children. They did not feel safe, loved, enough, seen, heard, etc. Many were led to beLIEve they are not enough, too much, flawed deeply. We each have our wounds, but seeing choices is a HUGE STEP.

Awareness = The Power of Choice = The Power to Change

Even if we're talking about minutes ago before you started reading this ... that was THEN. In THIS NOW, you have a choice. You just have to press "pause", look at what you've been choosing. "Pause" and see the myriad other decisions that will heal not only you, but also your bloodline ... forward and backward! Write down what you see. Observe it with love and compassion, for this is how you will find your Divinity.

It's time to release what no longer serves ourSELVES and our Highest GOOD! As adults we can make our own choices; we can heal; we can learn new ways to BE, aiming evermore toward the freedom and love we craved in our individual "THEN". We can root out (like the truffle-lovin' pig) and re-verse these seeded patterns of dysfunction, imbalance, separation, and lack of trust.

In fact, I believe this is part of our mission within our family lineage of dysfuction. Quite simply, with loving attention, we heal our ancestors as and through ourselves! Sleuthing these exit routes, in messages of love is an aspect of how I AM called to service for LOVE.

Awareness, communication, connection, compassion, forgiveness, LOVE heals our relationship with ourSELVES and others ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🤍❣️💞💕 Sometimes the best way to heal a relationship is to end it and move forward! As we close one door (especially a door to heart ache), other more supportive doors, windows, freeways open to us!

RealEYES that the more you focus on and cling to what didn't work in the past, the more you are vibing that energy within your body. That is just not healthy. You are here for a reason ... and that reason is as brilliant and yet simple as "Only YOU can vibe the light and love that ONLY YOU can share into our collective and ground into our Earth." This is how we co-create and change our world.

Step into your power and it will enhance your relationships. Communicate. Ask for what you need and want, rather than expecting the other person to "read your mind", "know you", etc. Drop the expectation and open yourself to be vulnerable.

Perhaps, like me, you will feel stymied with decisions as choices present to you. Ultimately, I learned that for me, the shrimp was ALWAYS worth the extra money; and seeing my joy in my dinner selection brought joy to my partner!

Even "baby steps" carry us forward! If your baby cries were left unanswered, you may have learned that asking for what you want or need is fruitless. That was THEN. Assess what new choices will move you toward what it is you DO want. Keep sight of your target, watching for patterns and decisions that habitually circumvent or sabotage your progress. Until you see the whole picture you cannot see the whole picture. We literally cannot stand in the exact same place as another person, so we will never see from exactly the same perspective.

Love and empathy will create positive change in our world; hate, aggression, fear just continue the cycles we are here to transform. We cannot force someone else to open their eyes to compassion and love by bombarding them with hate and condemnation. Sometimes our focus on what that other person is doing is just our own ego's way of avoiding OUR "inner work". We get so focused on "the crusade" that we forget the love that was in our hearts at its start.

History will repeat itself until we find a different way to respond and treat one another.

When we seek to change another who does not yet "get it", our actions will be felt as bullying and our "good intentioned" focus/energy literally creates more aggression in our world. Before humanity's wounds can heal, they must be brought to the surface and illuminated for all to see.

You are not here to change anyone but you, and yet you can change everything by changing yourself!

Take the time to look within and heal what is not in alignment with LOVE. The first thing to look for is those things you judge others for. Illuminate the shadowy spaces of body judgment, self loathing, insecurity, belief in scarcity, fear, anger, spiritual disconnect. Rumi ~ "The wound is the place where the light enters you" so stop pushing down your wounds. Forgive yourself for not loving enough yesterday and aim to love more tomorrow.

As eternal souls, consciousness, energy having a human experience on this beautiful planet, we hold and have access to infinite Knowledge. Through visions, messages, and healing deep-dives, God/Source/Spirit/The Universe has shown me a well-spring of timeless wisdom.

I know that as mere, even fragile newborns, we were aware of so much and yet unable to express it except as LOVE. Perhaps a soul-level recognition of this wisdom and Truths is an aspect of the somewhat universal appeal of babies!

Spiritual Rituals for Prosperity and Abundance

Do you equate money with prosperity and measure your prosperity by your financial position? You’re not alone. If money is your primary focus, you are missing several other yummy pieces of the prosperity pie!

Prosperity Pie:

Assessing and expanding your current definition of prosperity is an important first step in creating a more powerful spiritual practice for abundance! It’s natural for us to focus on money because so much of our physical world is valued and driven by money. Yet, money is only one aspect of prosperity.

Consider these aspects of prosperity and abundance in your life beyond the obvious housing, clothing, and food: Technology and mobility; health and happiness; freedom and choices; quality time; love and relationships; talents, service, ability to give; other (you decide).

Abundance IS – Make Note of It!

Some of these things are naturally ours in great abundance!

A great spiritual ritual that nurtures the awareness of abundance is keeping a daily gratitude journal. You don’t have to be a good writer; simple lists will do. After even a couple of days, you may be surprised at your growing sense of abundance!

This isn’t a life-long sentence. Doing this for a couple of weeks can shift your perspective away from lack!

Prosperity Affirmations:

Imagine the abundance and prosperity you’ve now recognized in your life as a platform beneath your feet!

Celebrate prosperity and abundance, not only for yourself but for everyone! I’m sharing a set of powerful affirmations to break the perceptions and patterns of self-limitation and lack.

You may call this a prayer but don’t reach outside of yourself for your power because it’s already there, breathing in your body, breathing in my body and connecting all living things.

Some call it The Universe, others Spirit, Source, or God. Integrate and celebrate your unique expression of that I AM Power because that is something only YOU can do! You are special, each is special, all are special!

At this point of infinity,
that currently holds my focus,
All is perfect, whole, and complete.

I AM one with the abundant flow
of prosperity which I easily attract.
All my needs and desires
are met before I even ask.

I AM becoming increasingly
conscious of the abundance
that surrounds me.
This awareness increases my sense of
calm and security, and my joy in giving.

knowing there is plenty for us all.

Even only using the last two paragraphs, regularly, will help set the foundation of abundance.

Crystal Grids:

Crystal grids are a great physical reminder to celebrate, invite, and amplify your prosperity. Again, it is you that holds the power to attract prosperity in YOUR life, not the crystals!

Your intention and shifting of your vibration toward gratitude, receiving, and giving creates a more readily deliverable “address” for The Universe, Source, Spirit, God.

I purchased this Prosperity Grid a number of years ago. It features Citrine in a heart-shaped cluster and as tumbled stones (success, abundance), Red Jasper (abundance of joy and energy), Green Aventurine (good luck, prosperity, and happiness). I’ve added my own tiny clear crystal points.

The large clear crystal shown in the lower right is used as a pointer. I create a counter-clockwise spiral emanating from the grid. I imagine my time, talents, and treasures going out to the world and then imagine the flow of abundance returning back down the spiral to me. Sometimes, I may use the grid more like a wheel, moving back and forth across the “spokes” and back to center.

I vary the layout from time to time. Sometimes as I approach the grid, I feel I should move them around, so I do! (Learn to listen for and trust your inner wisdom!)

Don’t set your grids to collect dust, interact with them! They help focus your attention and intention. Don’t get too hung up on the crystals and their properties. Buy and use crystals YOU love so you’ll want to interact with them! Be creative!

Visual Meditation:

If you like meditation, you may prefer a visual Prosperity Meditation! I’m including “Prosperity in Flow,” my “energy-in-form healing artwork,” an image I created to share with you in this article.

Use its colors, symmetry, and movement to imagine The Universe, Source, Spirit, God creating pathways and connections for whatever you need to flow more naturally toward you. Interacting with high vibrational images can give you a lift in the middle of your work day!

The Gift of The Present:

A common factor in each of these spiritual practices is your presence. We are most powerful when we are consciously present, in THE NOW. That is where we can see(ze) our choices!

There could be opportunities and abundance to your left and to your right! If you are too busy looking back, regretting past mistakes, or projecting into the future in fear-based scenarios, you can easily miss the gifts being offered in the present!

Have No Fear! Confidence is Powerful:

What’s in your heart (your intention) is key. If you are fearful of making a mistake, you have disconnected from your power!

Since purchasing my prosperity grid kit, I’ve learned the “Citrine” may be heat-treated amethyst. Does that mean broken prosperity? NO! Grids, affirmations, images, they’re tools to help us focus, as we find our wings and learn to soar! Be the power behind the spiritual practice.

Find YOUR Way …

Remember, we are individuals! These suggestions are starting points, perhaps seeding your spirit to say “oh, I could do x,y,z!”

As we engage with any type of spiritual practice or ritual, we fuel its success! The call to more abundance in your life begins within you.

Stand assured that Love Is. Abundance Is. You are powerful and will create more and better as you become aware that you ARE creating your own life!

When we are standing, seeing, creating in the space of love, we create 💖 magic 🌈 in our world. This week Higher Guidance shared a beautiful image/concept to/through me … it’s a modern trinity to help us align with our Highest (personal and collective) Good. 💜💙💚💛🧡❤️💥💫💨

We are Being called to show up authentically, expressing the LOVE at our center, remember that (or better yet focus on) our actions affecting all others. This is the space I’ve been vibing in and sharing via my Perspective Reboot® process/sessions.

I painted this little pot as part of a group event in conjuction with the BE THE BEACON book launch. When taking the pics noticed the smiley face, this morning the hearts. Focus on and share the love within and WONDER emerges effortlessly with YOU at its center❣️

I took the time to be fully present in service to source and self (all in balance with no beginning and no end) on Thursday, 11/11 ... I received several unexpected gifts.

I sang Light Language to the sky, water, earth, and all beings. The lake was as still as my spirit as I sat for the 11:11 moment, anchoring love and light through me as me. A gaggle of geese flew overhead, and a squirrel came by and watched me for a bit. In the midst of it all, Spirit shared to us:

"You are a Gift! You are a gift,
and everything or anything else is illusion."

Feel into that and untether from the things that have dimmed your light. Be still. Be peace. Be joy. Endings are amplifying our new beginnings xo (read more in the last blog)

11-11-2021 Endings Are Amplifiyng Beginnings ... Batter Up!

As we approach 11/11/21, there are many awarenesses presenting to me. There is definitely an over-arching theme and calling for an awareness of our stance and use of the male and female energies within our being. Many times, Spirit vision/messages/analogies "speaks to me" through the Divine Feminine.

This message and sports analogy feels markedly different and yet so yummy! It was exactly what I needed, what my client needed, and, I can only imagine, what many others of us need.

As we look at all the 1's in this date, it doesn't take a master to appreciate this is about beginnings. When we compare it to this date in 2011, we may feel it's a sort of do-over of the energies that were presenting. If we add the digits of 11/11/2021 we get "9" which is also about endings. But this is more of an amplification and also an urging for quantum leaps!

We are nearly 10 years into the RE-emergence of the Divine Feminine energies, benched or side-lined from our civilization for so many years. With each light that awakens within humanity, male and female energies are coming more into balance and manifesting here in our physicality.

Hey, you're up to bat!

“I LET GO KNOWing that inning is over. We’re being called to different teams. New game; OUR rules ... ALL WIN! Encourage and celebrate everyone’s successes! Most importantly, stop benching yourSELF.
Focus on the ball (LOVE) BATTER UP!”

The most exciting, perhaps AH-HA, aspect to this message for me is the urging to STOP looking back. Stop getting nostalgic about the teams we once were on, the heart aches or victories we experienced there. The time is Now!

Keep your eye on THIS ball of love. Open your hands and imagine a ball of loving energy there; then bring that ball into your heart.

Love is ever-present RIGHT HERE AND NOW. Stop turning around and saying "yeah, but" this or that story. We have to stop doing that because it takes our focus, if only for a few seconds, away from what IS happening, what could be happening, what we are birthing, right now!!!

I am also excited for the analogy of this message. I have never been a jock, but I've been a softball mom. I see how meaningful this illustration is. When our girls were playing, there was a point at the end of the season in which the BEST OF THE BEST were called forth to play as All Stars.

In All Stars, they were suddenly teamed up with those they had previously played AGAINST. That is part of the energy here. SPIRIT is urging us to shed the team (whatever that means for YOU and your self-limiting stories) and to step up to bat.

You are part of something so much bigger that is playing out. What's gone before is becoming evermore irrelevant ... and yet I/you/we cling to it.

I hope this message also helps you see that choosing to hold onto the "old shit" (consciously or unconsciously) merely benches your greatness and contribution to the forward movement. We are each important if not crucial to the whole.

See yourself in a hot air balloon ... your magical vehicle toward more and better. Your angst, sadness, stuck energy-in-motion (emotion) tether you to a place you don't want to live. Cue the Fifth Dimension, singing "Up Up and Away" (written by Jimmy Webb)

Up, up and away
My beautiful, my beautiful balloon

We'll search the clouds for a star to guide us

Awareness = The Power of Choice = The Power to Change

Remember the way to go from Point A to Point B is to move! We tend to dangle in space, holding onto the branch with "dear life", not realizing our toes are inches from our soft landing.

Shifting Dimensions, Open & Closed Doorways ~ It's like Hogwarts' Sorting Hat!

It is said that as one door closes another opens. As shown in this visual doorway message from about four years ago (left side), I've certainly encouraged myself and others to look at the CLOSED DOOR, as an invitation to BE and DO more. Spirit/Higher Guidance and experiences of late are showing me that in duality, there is always a yin-yang balance with every thing. So, we must see and assess both sides of the situation; lest we get stuck in limbo!

This is not to say we should focus on extremes. We as a civilization have been doing that for eons, and it hasn't created Humanity's sweet spot. When we focus on only black/white, good/bad, right/wrong, we miss the rainbow that lies at the heart of that spectrum.

I'm sharing this OTHER PERSPECTIVE of the CLOSED DOOR, with the hope that it will illuminate more possibilities FOR and WITHIN YOU. On the left, there is actually an invitation to step up and forward. Yet in some cases, particularly in our relationships, we never had nor will have the right key to be able to enter and find the peace or love we seek. Sometimes the "other person" is barring our way because our needs and wants do not align!

For me, and many of the clients who have reached out for support in the last few months, there has been what seems to be a sorting or shifting of people, formerly close or in "our circle" ... even birth-family members cutting ties. Some of these transitions have been gradual, but most have been VERY abrupt.

I am urging you to TRUST that it is time to walk away from the perpetually closed door!!!

There is a lot going on in the subtle realms of energy, dimensions, spirituality, and "reality". Find the people you vibe with ~ those who love, honor, and accept you. If there ever was a time to find your tribe OR TO STAND ALONE KNOWING THE TRIBE is forming, it is NOW!

Turn from the closed doors that have led to struggle, frustration, and heart ache.

Here is a powerful example of what can unfold when you do ...

I have a very dear friend, I shall call "Sally". Sally has been in a committed relationship for several years. Since they've been together, Sally has put her career on the back burner; so that her partner could seek HIS best opportunities, ultimately for THEM.

They have repeatedly moved away from her friends, her family. In each new location she's made friends and created a life. Yet, it's been difficult for her to find employment in her profession. Conversely, he is thriving professionally and works 60 to 80 hours a week. On the surface there has been a balance beyond the work aspect of their relationship.

We visited this-past summer as a mutual friend was getting married. She told me for them, marriage was not "off the table". Fast forward two weeks later, she called to share some "sad but exciting news". They decided it's time to dissolve their relationship. Confused, I asked "how do you go from talking about marriage to breaking up in such a short span?"

She explained that when she returned home, they had "the talk" they have had about every two years ... a reality check: what she needs and what he needs from the relationship. He is fulfilled by his work and consistently chooses his latest project over time with her. She ends up with lots of time to think about being alone in a city of people.

"There was no BIG drama in our lives, so perhaps that is what kept it under the radar. I really haven't been happy for a long time. I do not want to have this conversation again in another two years."

With marginal income, no plan, she decided to walk away. We offered her safe haven here, with the caveat that opportunities can be tourism related and seasonal. Others did the same. What unfolded or opened for Sally was amazing!

She contacted other friends; a myriad of offers came in for housing. She choose to return the city where her best friend lives. Another friend there advised that the tenant in the apartment below hers was moving to France; she also offered Sally use of her car until she was able to find/afford one. Another friend offered her a home-based job in her profession. And, yet another friend offered her a part-time job which covers her rent. Initially, the job offer came in with no benefits, but she negotiated her worth for the first time and got all her benefits added to their salary package!

As she turned away from a door that had repeatedly felt closed, she had to face her fears of "making it" on her own. That took courage, strength, faith in self, determination. And, when she took that step, what amazing opportunities appeared.

I could share many other examples of how relationships have been ending ... many without much drama, warning or fanfare. In this time to shifting and sorting, realize that closing a door can mean that many more open. WONDERFUL things can come as we let go BECAUSE WE ARE INVITING IN MORE AND BETTER!

Consider that sometimes the other has already let us go a long time ago, or was never really meeting our commitment, effort, love. Sometimes, we weren't seeing WHAT IS; we were seeing WHAT COULD BE. Truth ... when we are in relationship with another human, "what could be" in our best vision is ultimately never fully in our sole control! Sometimes we suddenly realize we never set good boundaries, and the other person doesn't want to acquiesce.

Perhaps it is YOU that is barring that door to another. Be aware and really look at where and how you stand. Imbalance cannot seek equilibrium unless there is movement in both directions.

In our wounded places, relationships that end can feel like rejection. From our Higher Selves, relationships that end create an opening, expansion, and new possibilities with other dear hearts, who are more in alignment with who we are and what we need! See the shifts and sorting as new opportunities for you. Reach out for connection with those who buoy your confidence and love you for who you are!

Sometimes we have to turn from the door that is barred on the other side. And, when we do, we find we have seemingly been taken to an entirely different experience of opportunity.

I hope you will step forward and decide to come along with me. There are no "good" or "bad" decisions here. Just follow your heart and let self-LOVE be your compass.

Celebrating Freedom Found in Love

The summer is a wonderful time to celebrate our freedoms ... here in New England it marks a joyous time when we can shed so many layers of clothing!

As we gather with friends and family to celebrate our Country's independence, the warmer weather, family and friends, let's more fully claim our independence on a deeper, personal level.

Allow yourself to move evermore toward inner freedom.

I assure you, there is a wellspring of love that lies within us all. So often we look outside ourselves for love and acceptance and that can bring us pain on many levels. Yet it is at our core ... true, it may be buried or hidden by things that have hurt us and dimmed our light, but it is awaiting rediscovery and amplification!

Your unique soul signature, vibration of love, and brilliance are needed here! Were that not true, another soul would be here instead! So, please do not hide your radiance ... it's time to be FREE. The bonus for you is that you get to step into a life that is more fluid and joy-filled.

For many fear and "obsolete programming", which may have initially protected us, now sabotages us!

"The only thing we have to fear is fear itself." FDR

The words of President Roosevelt still ring true, but NOT in reference to some foreign force or invader. Fear is a destructive force in our psyches, our bodies, our manifesting, our world. Do not let fear hold you back from your healing and the freedom to live as you were intended ~ that is self sabotage!

All Life Seeks the Light ~ Chaos Emerging to NEW Life

When the Earth rumbles, most people panic

Many call these “crazy times”, and things are surely changing. But when we look at nature and other creatures on our planet, there is peace. They “know” that all is well. Things ARE changing. A tiny virus has shown us that we are a world without borders and what happens on the other side of the world DOES matter. We are connected. We all matter!

Things that have been hidden from view (and/or that we have consciously and unconsciously avoided seeing) are coming to our attention. We must look, not with scorn or finger-pointing, but with compassion for ourselves and "the other".

Sometimes, on the surface, things look bad, dire even. This IS and has always been true. Moreover, we will see what we look for and expect. The more narrow our expectations, the less we see what’s in opposition to those expectations, and that further reinforces our beLIEf in what we will see!

“Mother Nature” is constantly seeking balance. Sometimes those shifts are a gentle breeze and other times they are volatile! Yet when the earth shifts, it may be heralding new life, sustenance, abundance. IT’S NATURAL, UNSTOPPABLE!

If we were to plant a seed in a glass container, we could watch its growth. We’d see the seed expand, birth its seedling, with roots taking hold within the soil. We’d likely be eagerly awaiting the moment when the soil’s surface would crack, allowing the seedling to reach for the Sun.

The past few months have illustrated that we are essentially living in a world without walls. We are the people of Earth. A tiny virus has shown us our commonality and connection. As more and more people understand our “small world” and our inherent connection, actions and behaviors shift. This creates more balance.

The world is not crumbling BUT things are certainly being disrupted ... especially old energies and financial models which created and sustained scarcity, fear, hording, imbalance.

Early on in the pandemic, we saw some people clinging to this model. But that behavior is becoming more and more out-of-place. People have shifted from expecting 20 brands of coffee offered in their store (for example) to being grateful there IS coffee in the store!

Some would call this “chaos”, others would call this “crazy”, others call this “the time” and yet others would know that we are evolving to something more and better!

Something new and more in alignment with a collective HIGHEST GOOD is emerging. Many, many people are realizing they can be happy with much less. Others are understanding, for the first time in a long time (forever?), the value of one another, the impact of one another, the butterfly affect within our world.

Hold No Fear!

When we see the earth crack, how will we react? Anticipation or fear?

You may be feeling rumblings within yourSelf. Embrace this amazing opportunity to shed, heal, spring forth! Let the internal disruptions happen; don't hold back … it is likely you have been using energy, love and light just holding back that dam!

Do not fear the rumble, because we each have the potential to spring forth! We are releasing the shackles that have existed for centuries … passed down, inherited, put upon, perhaps even created of our own unconscious design.

Ground yourself, right here and now, amid anyone else’s perception of chaos! If you look for chaos that is what you will see and reinforce. If you see love and greater good for all, that is what you will see and reinforce. Your focus, intent and energy are important!

Seek to make decisions for our collective good. That benchmark ALWAYS includes you at its center by default. Be the love and compassion you want to see in our world, because we actually change the world through our own behaviors. It’s win-win because with this focus we get to actually live as love and compassion!

10 Mindset Tips for Happiness

Our mindset is much more important than we have been taught. What we experience, our "reality," is interwoven with our expectations, perceptions, choices, thoughts, emotions, beliefs, etc.

Happiness is always a choice within reach. As we see(ze) small choices, we can expand and grow to become more powerful and self-masterful. Here are some prompts to help you shift your experience in this NOW, the moment you have control over! Utilize these mindsets to shift aspects of your life that lead to unhappiness, allowing you to springboard forward.

Awareness = The Power of Choice = The Power to Change
How can I become more aware of myself and my innate power?

A very pivotal mindset is AWARENESS; that is, becoming more aware of our SELVES. Who are WE? What "makes us tick?" Often, we are too focused on changing, criticizing, or envying others. That external focus is both frustrating and distracting. The only one we can really control, and change is the ONE we are here to BE!

Am I letting the actions or inactions of others dictate my happiness?

Many people have been taught to avoid their feelings, go, go, go and not listen to that still small voice of inner guidance. Yet another reason our focus goes to others. When we see we are each at the center of our own perceptions, it is self-centered and unrealistic to expect another to put us at the center of their decisions and actions. We need others in our lives, but it is not their responsibility to "make us happy." Seek and find your inner balance by changing the things that most easily lead you astray.

What decisions am I making or avoiding that are imploding my happiness?

What are we thinking, focusing on, choosing, amplifying, or negating? In each day, we make many choices, most without consideration. Being present, allows for conscious choices, hence MORE choices. It's your time to see ways that you have unwittingly chosen unhappiness. Make choices that align you with happiness and let that ripple out into our world. Conscious and intentional decision making will catapult you from actor to playwright within your own life! You CAN change the script!

Where do I continually get stuck in "old stories" of pain?
How am I letting unhappiness take my life's gift, THE PRESENT?

How have you gotten stuck in something that was meant to SHAPE rather than DEFINE you? From a higher perspective, perhaps we were never really meant to suffer. In this moment, we have a choice to hold onto pain or to heal it AS and THROUGH OURSELVES, not only for ourselves, but also for our bloodline and our collective! We can heal our past, present and future that's a powerful choice, this time taking us from victim to champion! Really look at your self-limiting beliefs or "stories," seeing them from different vantage points. In every challenge is also great opportunity for growth, expansion, and happiness.

Where are my greatest opportunities to connect with
self-love, inner peace, balance?

A great prophet, RUMI, observed that "the wound is the place that the light enters us." Light has the most effect on a dark space! Rather than hide or avoid the shadow parts of yourself, flood them with love. The more light we embody, the healthier our body, mind, spirit. If you cannot love yourself in this moment, find an innocent child self and love, nurture, honor them unconditionally!

How am I underestimating my value?
How am I living a smaller version of myself?

While it's a misnomer that "you only have one life to live," you should definitely see(ze) the opportunities within THIS LIFE. What labels have you accepted that hold you back? Each morning is New Year's Day if you decide to step into your BEST LIFE! Quite frankly, if you weren't important in the grand scheme of things, you wouldn't be here.

Am I fostering and creating what I DO or what I don't WANT?

We are co-creating this reality, so we need to be mindful. We rarely create what makes us happy when we are vibrating to fear. Love is life's ultimate building block. Empower yourself and others with intention and attention, envisioning the best outcomes. Create what you DO WANT from a space of LOVE.

If I imagine myself on a quantum wave of unlimited potential,
how can I ride it further?

Perhaps one of our greatest shortcomings as humans is that we self-sabotage our happiness. Any time we lack confidence, feel unworthy, play it safe, we are short-changing ourselves and, consequently, our world. As we learn to accept and expect more for ourselves, we begin to accept more of the abundance that has always been there. Riding the wave further just takes seeing how we are self-sabotaging. What beliefs have collapsed that wave? What adjustments can be made?

Where have I overlooked my blessings and successes?
How can I amplify my gratitude?

Celebrate your successes! We tend to focus on the small percentage of things in life that are going wrong. Instead turn toward the myriad things that are going great in your relationships, work, hobbies, etc. Gratitude is a powerful gateway to happiness!

Am I waiting for happiness or putting conditions on it? Do I say, "If only X-Y-Z happens OR when Z-Y-X happens, I'll be happy"?

There is an ebb and flow, a yin and yang balance, to life and we can be happy through it all. The only time you are guaranteed is this NOW moment. Why delay happiness? You do not have to constantly DO, GO, ACHIEVE. There is a time to sow and a time to reap. Celebrate the ebb! The flow will seemingly return more quickly when you are happy. Ultimately, you have the power to create what you seek!

Imagine a window on your heart. Lift the sash and let the light in. Let it ignite your joy, so it touches the Earth. Open yourself to the love that surrounds you always and in all ways. You are never alone. We are ALL ONE, connected through love!

Illuminating the Darkness

Perhaps we are only afraid of the dark because we have forgotten or become somewhat separated from OUR LIGHT!?!

Imagine yourself, walking through a forest during the day. You see and hear birds and little creatures living their lives ... seeking food, sunlight, shelter. Perhaps you feel a kinship or peace within nature and you feel so alive "in nature".

As the sun begins to set, beautiful shafts of light make their way toward you. You notice that golden hue and accept the sun's "goodnight" kiss.

Soon the forest cools, and you feel the chill on your skin. Darkness seems to engulf you.

Rather than connection, you feel alone. You experience a deep sense of separation and powerlessness. FEAR seems to catapult you from peace, redirecting your experience and imagination to the places that make you feel unsafe, vulnerable.

As I write this message, I am guided to my memory of a scene in John Cameron's animated film AVATAR ~ Jake, trained soldier, is lost in the forest. He's afraid, striking out wildly at any and all noises. [If you have not seen this movie, I encourage you to do so. Beyond its incredible production, the story offers many spiritual messages of expansion, healing, connection!]

Ultimately, he is saved from HIS OWN DISRUPTION of the night-time peace within the forest by the Na'vi princess, Neytiri. As she leads him through the forest, what was dark and scary is now alive and illuminated.

The forest has not changed, but Jake's perception of the forest has expanded. Neytiri feels her connection to the forest, not only during the day but also at night. Her awareness essentially illuminates the darkness for Jake and he sees Truth for perhaps the first time in his life.

Love Lights Darkness ~ Let Your Colors Shine Forth

The forest offers a beautiful analogy or parable for understanding ourSELVES and healing our fears. It's not about pushing the fears down, it's about seeing them, finding the beLIEf at their core, and loving ourSELVES free!

When we realize we have the power to illuminate all darkness, we can enjoy whatever life brings to us. The bonus ... life starts bringing us more and more illumined Truth, Love, LIGHT! Awareness = The Power of Choice = The Power to Change <3

We are in an unprecedented time of ... well, TIME! Rather than fear the time on your hands, exploit it. Feel the power within yourself to change not only your present but also your past and future. You are co-creating your life. If you haven't been taking a conscious role in what you're creating, it's never too late to expand your awareness, to see(ze) your newly-discovered choices, and to THRIVE!

Let the holiday lights you see remind you to find those spaces of darkness within your own being and illumine them. Rather than fear them, avoid them, neglect them, LOVE THEM ... return unto SELF! I am here, ready to help you find your way to more and better!
