<p>To minimize the effects of the repetitive movements and actions that players constantly perform, or the tight hamstrings caused to due to running involved in most of the sports or painful ankles due to constant standing and shoulder pain, practicing <a title="Yoga: A Remedy To Control Anger " href="http://www.healthandsoul.com/yoga-a-remedy-to-control-anger.html"><strong>yoga</strong></a> is very important for the sportsmen today.</p>

<li style="padding-bottom: 15px;">close your eyes, and start practicing yogi breathing</li>
<li style="padding-bottom: 15px;">First inhale, and raise up your stomach, then continues by expanding your chest up till your collar bones and shoulders.</li>
<li style="padding-bottom: 15px;">Hold your breath for three seconds and then exhale slowly, emptying the chest and stomach area.</li>
<li style="padding-bottom: 15px;">Practice this for 11 deep breaths counting breaths from 11 to zero, thereby developing focus while relaxing.</li>
<li style="padding-bottom: 15px;">Practice one-two breaths yogic breathing in a standing position before going in to sports arena.</li>
