Cover with water.&lt;br /&gt;Boil fast for 10 minutes. Lower heat to simmer. Continue to cook until the vegetables are tender.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This basic fat burning soup can be eaten any time you are hungry.&lt;br /&gt;Eat as much as you want, whenever you want.
