&lt;div class="body"&gt;Summers are here again with skin ailments like tanning, dehydration,  pimples and blemishes. This season demands special skin care. Be ready  to fight the heat by following a few skin care tips so that you will  look as beautiful as you were and your skin will be soft as well as  nourished. Firstly, keep your skin hydrated by using honey, milk cream  and yoghurt. Apply this daily for twenty minutes and then use the scrub  made of flour. You can also use scented lotions if you wish to. Do it  just after the shower so that your skin absorbs the moisture.&lt;br /&gt;
Secondly, you should cleanse your skin by using cold raw milk.  After  that use rose water as toner.  You can apply this before going to bed  for proper skin care.  Tanning is the most common skin problem.  The  best way to lessen tanning is to apply tomatoes and honey.  This will  work as natural bleach for your skin. All this will take hardly a few  minutes of yours before going to bed and you can have your skin care  routine. There are some more home made recipes for skin care. For making  bleach, take four tsp milk and two tsp lemon juice. Mix and apply on  the skin for about fifteen to twenty minutes.  Wash it with cold water.  For making cleanser, take yoghurt, honey and lemon juice.  Mix and  massage for three minutes.  Wash with cold water.  It is very important  to exfoliate your body as our skin cells are damaged every single minute  which results in blocking of pores with dull, rough and wrinkled skin.&lt;br /&gt;
For glowing skin, you have to exfoliate at least two to three times a  week. For making exfoliating scrub, take oatmeal and baking soda in  equal quantities. Make a paste by using water. Rub it in circular  motions all over the body and wash thoroughly. You can also take gram  flour, lemon juice, mint leaves, curd and grated carrot.  Mix it well  and make a paste. Apply in circular motions to clean the dirt.  If your  skin is looking dull, don’t worry.  Here is the remedy.  Take pulp of  pineapple and papaya, grape seed oil and turmeric.  Mix and apply for  twenty minutes. Rinse with cold water.  You will find your skin fresh  and soft along with a cooling effect like never before. Do not leave  your feet. Use a foot scrub to remove the dead skin so that your feet  will look nice in sandals.&lt;br /&gt;
File your nails and apply a bright nail polish on toe nails as  compared to finger nails. Do not forget to use sunscreen whenever you go  out. Apply it again after every two hours to ensure happy safe sun.&lt;br /&gt;

Unfortunately, many health professionals  are just as much at sea. Although eating disorders are increasing, we  still know very little about their causes. Worse still, there aren't any  quick or easy treatments. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
A few things are clear. People with eating disorders aren't:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Bad or being defiant&lt;br /&gt;
Going through a 'teenage phase'&lt;br /&gt;
The result of poor or inadequate parenting&lt;br /&gt;
The product of modern stresses and obsession with weight&lt;br /&gt;
Able to snap out of it&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;What is known about eating disorders?&lt;/strong&gt;Many things about eating disorders aren't fully understood, but we do know the following:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Eating disorders have been around for centuries&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Diets  don't cause eating disorders, but research has shown young women who  diet at a severe level are 18 times more likely to develop an eating  disorder than those who don't and those who diet at a moderate level are  five times more likely&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Severe psychological problems, such as  obsessive compulsive behaviour and depression, increase the risk of  developing eating disorders&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
How common are they?&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The most common form of disordered eating is obesity&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Eating  disorders include a range of different conditions where people have an  abnormal attitude towards food, altered appetite control and unhealthy  eating habits that affect their health and ability to function normally.  The most common form of disordered eating is obesity, which affects  more than one in ten people. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Bulimia nervosa, or binge eating and purging, is twice as common as anorexia. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Men and boys also have eating disorders, but less often than girls or women.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;What are the causes?&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Families  often blame themselves, but they shouldn't. None of the research shows  much difference between the ways that families of anorexics work  compared with other families.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The causes of eating disorders are complex. They're probably the result of several factors, including: &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
A genetic tendency&lt;br /&gt;
Learned responses and habits, especially to stress&lt;br /&gt;
Cultural and social pressures, for example to be slim &lt;br /&gt;
Psychological  factors, such as perfectionism and lack self-esteem, although it's not  known whether this is a cause or effect of disorders&lt;br /&gt;

3. Try to remain sympathetic, no matter how bad the person's outer expression of their inner turmoil becomes. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
4.  Don't forget other members of the family and their needs, and don't let  your own life, career and enjoyments become swamped or you'll become  unable to give support. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
5. Keep communication going with the  patient and health professionals. What your loved one needs is a  cohesive team supporting them.&lt;br /&gt;

It's a long road to recovery.  After five years, about half of people with eating disorders have  recovered, although many remain preoccupied with food, eating and their  weight for many more years. &lt;br /&gt;

Another term given to Ashtanga Yoga is Power Yoga.
