I made some Hemp Oil Mashed Potatoes last night for dinner.They were completely vegan and they where amazing.I steam the chopped potatoes and the onions until you can stick them with a fork and they fall off the fork.Put in a large dish add 2-3 TBSP of Hemp Oil, Mash until well mashed.
