			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Ok, so your one of those people who just has the worst kind of schedule known to mankind. You get up at 5am so you can get to the office by 7am to start your day. You have to go to a parent-teachers meeting at your kids school right after work, then you have to take your kid to soccer practice after that. You seem to have days like this almost all the time. You never seem to have much time for yourself between all of the things you have to do every day, so how can you possibly find the time to incorporate exercise into your day? Exercise takes time, and time is one luxury you just dont have.</p>
<p>Well, there is a way to get some exercise into your day and that way is to simply exercise at your desk. No, that was not a typo. Here is a little routine that you can do right at your desk. It doesnt take up much time and while it will not make you a candidate for the next fitness competition, it will give your muscles enough work to stay firm.</p>
<p>Complete one set of each exercise in order. Do 10 to 20 repetitions of each exercise, and follow with 1 to 2 more sets in order if time permits it.</p>
<p>Chair crunch:<br />
Sit tall in your chair with your feet flat on the floor. Begin to slowly round your upper back downward until you feel your abdominal muscles tighten. Hold for 3-5 seconds, and then return to the start position.</p>
<p>Squats:<br />
Stand up in front of your chair. Sit back into a squat like you are sitting back down in your chair, keeping your weight on your heels and your knees behind your toes. When you are almost touching your chair with your butt, push yourself back to the standing position using your leg muscles.</p>
<p>Calf raises:<br />
Stand in front of your desk and put your hands on the desk for balance. Lift yourself up onto the balls of your feet. Hold for 3 to 5 seconds, and then lower yourself back down to the floor.</p>
<p>Desk pushup:<br />
Stand 4 to 5 feet away from your desk and put of your hands on the edge of the desk. Relax your lower body and using just your arms, lower your chest down toward the desk and stop when your chest is about 3 to 6 inches away from it. Then push yourself back up to the starting position again using only your arms.<br />

Seated triceps lift backs:<br />
Sit tall in your chair. Put your arms down at your sides with your palms facing forward. With your arms strait and elbows locked, slowly bring your arms up behind you until you feel your triceps muscles tighten. Hold for 3 to 5 seconds, then lower your arms back to the starting position.</p>
<p>Seated bicep curls:<br />
Sit tall in your chair. Start with one arm down at your side, palm facing forward in a fist. Put your other hand over your fist and push against it for resistance while bringing your fist up toward your shoulder. Once your fist is close to your shoulder, lower it back down to the starting position maintaining constant resistance with the other hand throughout the entire movement. Complete all repetitions for that set, then switch sides and repeat.</p>
<p>After you have completed each exercise for the amount of repetitions and sets you can do, sit down and straighten your legs. Now gently reach for your toes until you feel you cant go any further, hold for 10 seconds (do not bounce), then return to the starting position. Next, reach your arms out to your sides as far as you can. Keeping them fully extended, bring them slowly to the front and cross them over each other as far as you can. Hold for 10 seconds, and then return them to your sides. Now, reach your arms over your head as far as you can, hold for 10 seconds, and then return them to your sides.</p>
<p>Taking the time to do this simple but effective exercise routine at the office will help to keep you toned and you can do it even with the worst schedule possible because it can be done during your lunch break and still leave you enough time to eat your lunch.<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>ADD is often accompanied by a coexisting condition. On the other hand, often ADD and these other conditions have similar symptoms and, therefore, are easily misdiagnosed. Of course, this creates a plethora of problems as these disorders, when separate, must be treated differently. A misdiagnosis will lead to ineffective treatment. As coexisting conditions, these are especially of concern, because they increase the severity of many of the symptoms of ADD, as well as the negative impact on those that suffer them.</p>
<p>One such condition is Oppositional Defiant Disorder or Conduct Disorder. Children with this disorder tend to be very aggressive and defiant. They usually lose their tempers very easily and challenge authority figures. This is the most easily diagnosable behaviors, as teachers and parents become aware of this conduct quickly and seek treatment almost immediately. This particular disorder is common in children that are the hyperactive/impulsive type of ADD and occurs in 35% of children with ADD. This coexisting condition makes it much more likely that these sufferers will get in legal trouble as they age due to their authoritative defiance.</p>
<p>Many children that have ADD also suffer from mood disorders and/or depression. The complication associated with this coexisting condition is the increased likelihood of suicide common during teen years. 18% of ADD children also suffer from some type of mood disorder, and is it more likely to occur within the inattentive type of ADD. This is often not as easily diagnosed as compared to other conditions. Children with mood disorders as a coexisting condition must be treated with different medication than typical ADD treatment; therefore, such therapy may be more difficult.<br />
<span id="more-569"></span><br />
Also a concern is anxiety disorders among ADD sufferers, which constitutes roughly 25% of those with ADD. Traits common of Anxiety Disorders are fear, panic, and worry, which may necessitate medication and/or counseling. As with mood disorders, combined treatment make therapy more complex and arduous.</p>
<p>Learning Disabilities are also conditions common with children that have ADD. While ADD, in itself, is not a learning disability, it can make it extremely difficult for children to perform well in school. If coupled with a learning disability, it makes it considerably more challenging for children to grasp academic concepts and utilize such knowledge.</p>
<p>For the most part, coexisting conditions make treatment more difficult and the side effects of both disorders more severe. The typical signs and symptoms of ADD are difficult enough to deal with, but with more intense severity, it often makes side effects deadly or incredibly negatively life altering.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>New studies evaluating the effects of high-carbohydrate and high- monounsaturated fat diets indicate that patients with type 2 diabetes suffered of modestly raises blood pressure after being exposed to 14 weeks of a high-carbohydrate diet compared to a diet high in monounsaturated fat.</p>
<p>One diet consisted in a high-carbohydrate diet consisting of 55 per cent of calories as carbohydrate, 30 percent as fat, and 10 percent as monounsaturated fat. The other diet consisted in a high-monounsaturated fat diet deriving 40 percent of calories from carbohydrate, 45 percent from fat, and 25 percent from monounsaturated fat.</p>
<p>The research compared the effect of two same-calorie diets among 42 patients with type 2 diabetes, who consumed each diet for 6 weeks, with about 1 week between the two periods. These patients were invited to continue the second diet for 8 weeks more. Eightof them continued on the high-monounsaturated fat diet and 13 continued on the high-carbohydrate diet.<br />
<span id="more-567"></span><br />
Findings after the first 6-week periods demonstrated that there were no significant differences between both diets in systolic or diastolic blood pressure, the upper and lower numbers on a standard reading, respectively, or in heart rate.</p>
<p>After the 8 week-extension, diastolic blood pressure was 7 points higher than at the end of both 6-week phases, because of the high carbohydrate diet associated, and systolic blood pressure was 6 points higher, and heart rate was higher by 7 to 8 beats per minute.</p>
<p>On the other hand, there was a significant lowering of heart rate compared with the end of the initial 6-week periods during the 8-week extension of the high-monounsaturated fat diet. There was almost no statistical significance between Systolic and diastolic blood pressure that were 3 to 4 points lower after 14 weeks on the high-monounsaturated fat diet.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Liberate yourself &#8211; Go out and do what you like! &#8211; How long it has been since you last went to have a walk among the pines  something that you loved as a child? How long has it been when you walked hand in hand with your friend to the bakery and tossed a coin to decide what to buy? These might seem very simple things but these simple things have the power to add on to build great confidence and fulfilment. Life if see is actually quite simple. What gets a bit too complex though is to remain simple. Isnt it? Just as small drops of water make the mighty ocean, the little things you enjoy doing have the capability to turn you into a storehouse of confidence. When God made you, He put a desire in your heart and bestowed onto you the capability to achieve it. However, in the process of growing up, you forgot what exactly your purpose was, what is that you liked and what is that you enjoyed doing. It does happen with lots and lots of people who do feel like breaking free but are too tied up in their day to day responsibilities that it gets impossible for them to spare even 10 minutes to reflect on their lives, their direction, their dreams and goals. Its our duty to clear the mess that prevents us from hearing to our heart. The conversations with your heart should keep getting clearer and the best way to do it is to find time to do what you enjoy. And since you enjoy doing that activity, it straightaway means that you have all the aptitude and intelligence necessary to do the job effortlessly even though you may not realize it.<br />

Find your flock &#8211; Birds of a feather flock together. You must find out people with whom you enjoy being. They are certainly the people of your frequency and the energy flow between you and them is natural. Life becomes easy when you are among the people who are more or less on the same plane of thought as you and its easier to relate to them. They seem to understand you and vice versa thus creating conditions for healthy conversations. A good conversation is a very healthy exercise and an important need of our mind. We all want our ideas to be heard and appreciated and a good company provides platform for the same.</p>
<p>Set Achievable Goals and Go for it! &#8211; The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. The idea is to begin with a small single step that can then further developed into giant strides. Learn to do the work at hand rather than to overwhelm oneself by looking at the entirety of a mammoth looking task. Just like the soil underneath your foot, the top of mountain too would someday be under your step. The only way to do something is to GO FOR IT! No matter how small the progress is the focus should be on completing a task successfully even though its a small task. A series of big uncompleted task is a sure shot way to depression. Break a big task into a list of small tasks to be completed. Tick off from your list each job successfully completed. A completed task no matter how small it is gives a sense of achievement that boosts our confidence and equips us with more energy to try a bigger task.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>To accomplish a good cardio-vascular workout all you really need is a good pair of running shoes. Most cardio-vascular exercise needs little or no third party apparatus to help you accomplish your routine. Running, dancing, walking can all be done with no equipment (well, if dancing, then maybe some music would help). Other forms of cardio are step, circuit training, bike riding, swimming, aerobics and more&#8230;</p>
<p>With most exercise you should always remember to warm up first and cool down afterwards. This means gently stretching and moving your muscles to start off with. Suddenly moving into full exercise without building up first will cause problems such as stiffness and cramps. Ease yourself into it. Then after exercise, the cool down is basically gently moving the muscles and joints to stretch and relax, as your body returns to its normal pace.</p>
<p>Running:<br />
Make sure you have a good pair of running shoes. The technology put into these shoes nowadays is highly researched and designed to reduce shock to the feet, ankles, legs and back. So don&#8217;t skimp on these &#8211; you get what you pay for.</p>
<p>Before you start your run, be sure to warm up first. Start with a brisk walk ensuring you move your arms vigorously gradually breaking into a slow jog. It is better to run at a speed to which you can still converse. If you find yourself losing breath, slow your pace down until you&#8217;ve recovered. If you are a novice runner try running and walking, until you can hold your run for 15 minutes.</p>
<p>Now increase the length and time of your run by a couple of minutes every other time you hit the road or treadmill, until you can run for 30 minutes without stopping. Try to increase your run time by 10% each week, remember not to over do it and dont forget to warm down at the end of each by slowing down gradually. When your run is complete stretch your legs for 30 seconds per muscle, hamstring, calf and thigh.</p>
<p>Cycling:<br />
Cycling is one of the best ways to get a good cardio-vascular workout.</p>
<p>First of all, if you are riding on the roads safety is paramount, always use the appropriate safety equipment when road riding. You can stay fit by riding a bike to work, most people work within a five mile radius of there place of work, which is a perfect distance for a bike ride.</p>
<p>Exercise bikes can be used in a variety of ways, general riding for specified length of time, this is like going for a bike ride with out the dangers of road riding and the weather. Warm up riding you can use an exercise bike for warming up the legs before a leg workout. Also exercise bike classes, these classes are taken by an instructor, who will put you through various levels of pace, quite like a circuit training exercise with a bike.<br />
<span id="more-562"></span><br />
You may find it surprising to find that riding a bike five miles 3 times per week will improve your heart rate, your posture, skin and weight control. Some even say that riding and running are great ways of relieving stress.</p>
<p>Swimming:<br />
One of the best ways to firm up and trim your body down. Due to the resistance the water has on the body swimming involves all the major muscle groups this allows the body to burn up to 20% more calories than swimming through air. Swimming a few lengths per day will keep you fit and give you an excellent workout. Swimming also has less impact on the joints than say, running.</p>
<p>If you wish to take your swim a little further try picking up the pace of your swim, you can work up to a great aerobic exercise and give your body an excellent workout.</p>
<p>Start off by swimming 1-2 lengths at a time resting between sets if necessary, after you have swam ten lengths call it a day. The next day repeat the process until you can swim five lengths without a break. Progress to ten lengths in by adding an extra length each time you return.</p>
<p>You can put together your own cardio raining routing in the gym, if you have a problem with this then the staff on hand will write one for you and show you how to achieve your goal. Try to make your cardio last between an hour and an hour and a half. A good start point for cardio is always a run.</p>
<p>This cardio workout will work for a person of medium fitness, however adjust the times and pace according to your fitness levels.</p>
<p>1. Run at a light pace for 20 minutes, start off at a walking pace and gradually move to a run, this helps you get warmed up and the blood pumping.</p>
<p>2. Rowing machine- set the rowing machine for a countdown time of 15 minutes or keep a check on your watch or the clock. Start off with a slow rowing motion to get the pace up, maintain this steady pace throughout the full 13 minutes and use the 2 minutes to slow the pace down.</p>
<p>3. Move immediately on to exercise bike take a stead paced ride for 12 minutes with a sprint finish for the remaining 3 minutes.</p>
<p>4. After the exercise bike move directly on to the step climber for a period of 15 minutes climbing on a light level to get the legs going. Try to move at a swift pace for the full 15 minutes as this is the last of the leg work you will be doing.</p>
<p>5. When you have completed the step climber, move onto the abs bench for some crunches. 4 sets of crunches to failure is your target for this exercise. Try twisting your body and touching your left knee with your right elbow and vice versa.</p>
<p>6. The last exercise in this quick cardio workout is the leg raise apparatus. Bring your knees up to your chest for 3-4 sets for as many reps as possible (failure)</p>
<p>After the completion of this cardio workout, remember to do a full warm down by stretching the muscles. The full workout should take you around 1 hour 20 minutes.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Competitive bodybuilding is a sport in which athletes attempt to develop and maintain the perfect muscular body.  As bodybuilding competitors show off their physique and perform with a number of poses, they are judged by a qualified panel of experts who will render the final decision as to the winner.</p>
<p>When it comes to bodybuilding, the appearance of a competitors physique is much more important than how much he/she can lift.  The sport of bodybuilding, therefore, should not be confused with or compared to a competition of strength.  Instead, it is one of visual appeal.  Bodybuilding is open to both men and women with specialized categories for each.</p>
<p>For those who regularly compete in bodybuilding competitions, or are interested in participating, the main strategy for contest preparation includes a combination of resistance weight training, a customized nutrition plan and plenty of rest.  Resistance training is very important in bodybuilding as it is this that causes an increase in muscle size.  The importance of nutrition comes into play as muscles grow, are injured and repaired during the bodybuilding process.  In order for the body to properly heal itself, a customized nutrition plan is a must.  Generally, bodybuilding competitors will eat a larger number of meals per day, but in smaller quantities.  For instance, rather than eating three normal meals a day, a bodybuilding competitor may divide their food up into six or seven small meals.<br />

Because of the strenuous regimen required of any bodybuilder, athletes often enlist the help of a nutritionist and a professional trainer.  These individuals can work together to make sure that the athlete is training properly and also receiving the proper amount of nutrition.  Rather than having to figure out how much to eat, when to eat and how often to work out, the trainer and nutritionist will handle all of the details while the athlete concentrates on building muscle.</p>
<p>At the end of the day, which is often exhausting for many bodybuilding competitors, rest is essential.  Not only for the obvious reasons, but it is during rest that the muscle growth occurs.  Without eight hours of sleep every night, some bodybuilding competitors find it difficult to regain energy and rebuild strength after an exhausting workout.  In addition, many competitors find that an afternoon nap may further increase their bodys ability to increase muscle.<br />
Individuals who are interested in entering into the world of bodybuilding should consult with local trainers in their area.  If there are no trainers to be found, a stop at the local gym may provide answers as to finding a qualified trainer.  Bodybuilding is a sport that requires a lot of dedication and even more hard work, which is evident in the physique of most competitors.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>After you have washed your face with a chemical free soap, use an applicator to dip into Scotty&#8217;s face cream or you favorite face cream.  Place the cream on your face and spread it all around.  Massage the cream into your face gently so the skin absorbs the oils in this cream.</p>
<p>These oils will seal the pores and hold the natural moisture of the skin and enhance the curing effects of the cream</p>
<p>You can use the cream 2-3 times a day.  It is best to use it after you have cleaned your face in the morning and right before you go to bed.  You can also use it during noontime.</p>
<p>You can use Scotty&#8217;s&#8217; cream under your makeup or over your makeup.  It will work either way.  However, it will work better on a clean face.</p>
<p>You will notice that when you apply the cream it will tingle in areas without sores and may sting in areas of open sores.  This will pass and as it does it should reduce the itchiness of any sores.</p>
<p>Scotty&#8217;s cream has allantoin, which will help to clear acne sores.  The oils, vitamin A and E, and minerals in Scotty&#8217;s will help to feed, rebuild, and rejuvenate your skin.  The minerals also help to neutralize the toxic acids that have contaminated and inflamed pores on your face.</p>
<p>During cleansing and fasting, more acid waste may come out of your pores.  This is why Scotty&#8217;s cream will help you to reduce the inflammation and spread your acne.<br />

Tree Tea Oil</p>
<p>To make Scotty&#8217;s cream or your own cream even more powerful, you can add 5-10 drops of pure tree tea oil to a two-ounce container.  You can experiment with the amount to add.  You may want to add more drops to provide more tea tree oil for your face.  But, do not use more than 15 drops.</p>
<p>Tree tea oil has been found to be effective in various skin disorders.  It acts as an antiseptic, antifungal, and antibacterial.  This oil helps to bring oxygen to the skin cell, which kills bacteria and fungus and helps to repair damaged skin caused by acne.</p>
<p>Borage Oil</p>
<p>There is one more thing that you can add to Scotty&#8217;s face cream or your favorite acne cream that will boost its acne clearing power.  This is borage oil.  Borage oil contains EPA and DHA, which helps to control excessive hormones that cause the over production of sebum.</p>
<p>It is the adrenal glands that produce streams of androgens during puberty.  These large quantities of androgens help to activate bone growth and assist in bringing forth sexual maturity.</p>
<p>A side effect of these androgens is the release of excess oil from the oil glands near the hair follicle.  This excess gives rise to</p>

<p>So here&#8217;s what you can do to make your face cream even more effective,</p>
<p>	Mix one or two capsules of Borage oil into your cream<br />
	Do this by cutting the tip off of the Borage oil softgel and squeeze the oil into the cream</p>
<p>There is a new form of EPA and DHA that is available in a product called Neptune Krill Oil (NKO)</p>

<p>NKO is the new EPA and DHA product, which maybe better to use than Borage Oil.  NKO has the omega-3, EPA and DHA in the phospholipid form, which is easier for your cells to absorb compared with Borage oil.  Borage oil contains the omega-3, EPA, and DHA in triglyceride form, which is more difficult for cells to absorb.</p>
<p>One other good property of NKO is that is does not have to be refrigerated like Borage.  It can be kept in a cool place in your cabinets.  However, it does cost more than Borage oil.</p>
<p>Word of Caution:  As with all creams and oils, if you get any rash or skin reactions when using them, discontinue their use.</p>
<p>Use a good face cream to help clear your acne.  You can boost the power of this cream by adding tree tea oil and borage or NKO oil.</p>

<p>According to experts, the ideal people to study consequences of using antibiotics for acne are patients with acne (an inflammatory disease involving the sebaceous glands of the skin; characterized by papules or pustules or comedones) , who use for long-term antibiotic therapy, representing a unique and natural population in which to study the effects of long-term antibiotic use.<br />

A group of experts from the School of Medicine of the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, identified individuals diagnosed with acne between the years 1987 and 2002, aged 15 to 35 years, in a medical database in the United Kingdom (UK).</p>
<p>The researchers searched information such as how often individuals were likely to see a physician, and compared the incidence of a common infectious illness, upper respiratory tract infection (URTI), in individuals treated with antibiotics for acne and those whose acne was not treated with these medications.</p>
<p>Experts reported that within the first year of observation, 15.4 per cent of the patients with acne had at least one URTI, and within that year, the odds of a URTI developing among those receiving antibiotic treatment were 2.15 times greater than among those who were not receiving antibiotic treatment.</p>

<p>All products, including sperms, require advertising. That advertising can actually hurt gene pool, or even life survival. However, if the advertising can improve womens impressions on the males, some males will do it.</p>
<p>Lets examine the peacocks elaborate tail. Those tails actually hurt survival.</p>
<p>Those tails attract parasites and predators.</p>
<p>Peacocks with shorter tails will not attract predators and hence live longer.<br />

However, the fact that most peacocks have long tail is a proof that at least in the past, peacocks with longer tail have survived better in the gene pool.</p>
<p>We know that it happens because peahens are attracted to peacocks with long tail. The reason why the tails are attractive is surprisingly because the tails hurt gene pool survival.</p>
<p>A living peacock with longer tail must have strong capability to fight parasites and run from predators.</p>
<p>Hence, a built in pattern recognition algorithm in all peahens mind will correctly conclude that any living peacocks with long tails must have better genes than peacocks with shorter tails.</p>
<p>Its the same reason why human males spend a lot of money for car, donations, big mansions, and bling blings. All those actually hurt gene pool survival. The money used to buy sport cars cannot be used to buy food or health care.</p>
<p>Moreover, a male that show of wealth will often be killed with other males with less to display in their effort to get rid more desirable competitors.</p>
<p>Such killing explains genocide done against capitalists, Jews, and other successfully contributing minorities all over the world.</p>
<p>However, women know that any men that can afford such things must be rich. So women pick such males, and males buy those things.</p>
<p>Advertising of survival capability dont just end there.</p>
