How to make papaya salad&lt;br /&gt;
Ingredients&lt;br /&gt;
1 green papaya.&lt;br /&gt;
5-6 garlic cloves.&lt;br /&gt;
Paprika 5-6 tablets.&lt;br /&gt;
2 tomatoes, cut it in half.&lt;br /&gt;
2 tablespoons roasted peanuts.&lt;br /&gt;
Green beans, cut into pieces.&lt;br /&gt;
2 tablespoons fish sauce.&lt;br /&gt;
2 tablespoons dried shrimp.&lt;br /&gt;
Lemon juice or tamarind juice 1/4 cup.&lt;br /&gt;
Jaggery 1 tablespoons.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Method&lt;br /&gt;
1. Peel the papaya and Remove the seeds and shred the papaya by a grater.&lt;br /&gt;
2. Add garlic and paprika in a mortar and pound it to break.&lt;br /&gt;
3. Add tomatoes,Peanuts,green beans, dried shrimp and pound to combine.&lt;br /&gt;
4. Add the papaya and all ingredients and pound gently mix together&lt;br /&gt;
