<h2>Structure and Proportion</h2>



<p>You want to make the most of your figure. You shouldn’t hide your curves. They’re an asset to you. Your goal in a dress is to make the most of your body structure and create proportion to highlight your best areas. In this case, many women assume you need a tailor-made dress. You don’t.</p>



<p>Consider a wrap dress. It offers a nice waistline which automatically draws the eyes to the wrap design. You’ll have an hourglass figure which creates a proportion which looks fantastic on a lot of plus sized women.</p>



<p>Another option is a fitted pencil sheath. It makes the body look slightly more elongated. We would advise avoiding the long and heavy dresses which hide your figure. This is like an advertisement for a lack of self-confidence and it doesn’t look good.</p>



<p>Hide it in a classier way. A drape dress adds frills and different folds and textures to your body. It hides problem areas and draws eyes to the dress itself, rather than the figure hiding under it. You can leverage the dress in a variety of different ways, so it’s also a very customisable dress.</p>



<h2>The Debate Over Patterns</h2>



<p>For many years fashion experts have argued over whether a plus sized woman should have any sort of pattern on a dress. Whilst the debate is still on-going, we have reached some sort of compromise. If you do use a pattern you should ensure it covers the whole dress. Your biggest problem is showing an imbalance in your body, which detracts from how attractive you look.</p>



<p>A pattern which doesn’t cover the whole dress is an imbalance. This works fine on a slim woman, but on you it highlights exactly what you don’t want to highlight.</p>



<p>Stripes were once a fashion taboo for women. Now they’re used regularly. Bigger women should try to opt for a more pinstripe effect. Large block stripes can create a warped effect which draws attention to a fuller figure.</p>



<p>Generally, if you aren’t confident you shouldn’t attempt to add patterns to your wardrobe. If you haven’t worn a dress for a long time just keep things simple. The harder you try the more likely you are to do the wrong thing. Be relaxed about the buying process and take a look at some dresses you like.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Food safety is a hot topic and if you work in any area which involves handling food, then you need to be completely up on what it takes to make sure food is safely treated at all times. Food that has been left out in the war, or used beyond its ‘use by’ date, is enough to cause serious harm to whoever ends up consuming it. Food poisoning is a very real risk and in extreme cases can lead to death. As a food handler, you must do all you possibly can to make sure that you are not putting consumers at risk. There are two main areas where food is at risk, and they are as follows:</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<h2>Poor Refrigeration</h2>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter" alt="" src="https://farm5.static.flickr.com/4078/4779825957_b48c3dd534.jpg" width="458" height="500" /></p>
<p>Food has to be kept at certain temperatures, and if an item that should be refrigerated is left to get too warm it can cause bacteria to grow, which will lead to illness if consumed. It is essential that, as a food handler, you know exactly which temperatures different types of food should be stored at. You must adhere to legal regulations and know how to check the temperatures of different refrigerators and freezers. Cold rooms must be working properly with fans being free to circulate cooled air around. Food that should be refrigerated, such as milk, cheese, cream and cold meats, need to stay in the ‘cold chain’. This means that it should never be out of refrigeration for longer than a certain point. This includes transportation – so the refrigeration in transport trucks has to be monitored just the same as fridges and freezers.</p>

<h2>Poor Hygiene</h2>

<p>It should go without saying that before handling any sort of food, you should wash your hands with a good quality <a class="zem_slink" title="Antibacterial soap" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Antibacterial_soap" target="_blank" rel="wikipedia nofollow external noopener noreferrer" data-wpel-link="external">anti-bacterial soap</a>. The same applies whenever you leave the preparation room, especially if you go to the toilet. You should keep your hair netted so that no hair can fall into the food. If your hands are dirty when you touch the food then germs will transfer really easily – therefore compromising the safety of the food.</p>

<p>Because <a class="zem_slink" title="Food safety" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Food_safety" target="_blank" rel="wikipedia nofollow external noopener noreferrer" data-wpel-link="external">food hygiene</a> and safety is such a big topic, anybody that is working with food needs to know everything there is to know. This is why people are sent on food safety courses. Whoever is responsible for the food’s quality cannot risk compromising the safety, and so employers will always make sending their staff on food safety courses a priority. They are legally responsible for the safety of their food, so they won’t take any risks. You may feel that you don’t need to know any more, but you will find that once you are on the course you will learn a lot that you didn’t already know.</p>

<p>To find a course in your local area, just look online – you will find plenty. Your employer may be able to recommend one.</p>
<p>Food safety is something that everybody should take seriously – the risk to lives otherwise is just not worth it. If you are handling food, make sure you know everything there is to know about keeping it as fresh as possible.</p>

And all it takes to avoid this is the few seconds that it takes to securely fasten a helmet. Riding helmets have come a long way from being just mere hunting caps to lightweight, foam-lined helmets that are designed to handle severe impact. While choosing a helmet, make sure you pick one that is designed specifically for horse riding and has passed standard tests. Fit is very important, so go in for one that sits comfortably on your head, and always ensure that the harness strap is fastened.</p>

In the event where you’re thrown off balance and your footgear slips through the <a class="zem_slink" title="Stirrup" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stirrup" target="_blank" rel="wikipedia nofollow external noopener noreferrer" data-wpel-link="external">stirrups</a>, it is very likely that you fall and your foot is still stuck in the stirrup. In this horrific scenario, the horse can drag you, leading to injuries or death.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>It can be difficult for a parent when a child has difficulty getting to sleep or staying asleep through the night. While most adults have experienced the odd period of insomnia when worried about something or when there is another problem, for children it can be hard to figure out why sleepless times occur. Children also, of course, can&#8217;t really get up and do something else when they can&#8217;t sleep, so lying in bed restless can be a big frustration for them, and this tends to exacerbate the issue. In most cases childhood insomnia is just a passing thing that will go away after a few days, but if your child often has problems sleeping, their room could be to blame. Here are some ways to make sure your child has an environment that is conducive to healthy sleep:</p>

<h2>Lighting</h2>

<p>Some children are scared of the dark and prefer to sleep with some form of lighting on, however light makes it harder for people to sleep. We are programmed biologically to sleep when it is dark and stay awake when there is light, so even though a child may feel safer when they can see, bright light will inevitably stop them from sleeping well. If your child doesn&#8217;t like the dark, invest in a dim night light that will give them the light they need to be able to see their way around in the night, but which won&#8217;t blast their eyes with the kind of lighting they might use during the day for reading or playing. Try and wean them off of using night time lighting altogether as they get older, because sleeping in darkness is generally better.</p>

<p>Gather up as many of your friends as you can find who need a break, agree on a date, and book yourselves into a local spa as a group. Have a look online and compare all of the spas available – you will find that they differ greatly, so make sure you find one that is suitable for you all. Choose one with a swimming pool, a sauna, a steam room a jacuzzi, and of course, one with plenty of treatments available too. As long as you close the doors and windows, air conditioning will help to keep your home at a nice temperature. Some people choose to have air con throughout the house, but as an absolute minimum, buy air con units for the bedrooms.</p>

Take the opportunity to have midday snoozes or simply relax out of the heat. You can catch up on your chores once things have cooled down later.</p>

<h2>What is Propylene Glycol?</h2>
<p>Propylene glycol, or PG as it’s normally abbreviated to, is an <a class="zem_slink" title="Organic compound" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Organic_compound" target="_blank" rel="wikipedia nofollow external noopener noreferrer" data-wpel-link="external">organic compound</a> used to retain moisture. It’s used in these cigarettes to prevent ice crystals forming in the water which creates water vapour. Without it, in the winter your devices would simply stop working because the interior has frozen to stop the interior mechanics from working.</p>

<h2>Safe for Consumption</h2>
<p>The problem with this substance is it’s confused with other glycols found in antifreeze. Diethylene glycol and ethylene glycol are dangerous and will kill you. These are the active ingredients in antifreeze and they are very toxic. It’s led to people assuming propylene glycol works in exactly the same way. It doesn’t.</p>

<p>The American FDA released a statement on propylene glycol. They said they have classified it as a drug which is safe for consumption. <p>Another claim levelled against this substance is it causes acute respiratory irritation. In other words, it’s the sudden inability to breathe properly. It’s like your throat suddenly closing up. With the impact of new costs on the horizon, this &#8216;freelance&#8217; choice of career may indeed becomes less appealing to potential locum GPs as well as current ones. However, there are two sides to every coin and though GP locum rates may be in the process of being cut down, there may not be as much need to worry as some may think.</p>

<h2>An Undervalued Service</h2>
<p><a class="zem_slink" title="Locum" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Locum" target="_blank" rel="wikipedia nofollow external noopener noreferrer" data-wpel-link="external">Locum</a> GPs are one of the most overlooked aspects of the <a title="what is the national health service?" href="https://www.nhs.uk/NHSEngland/thenhs/about/Pages/overview.aspx" target="_blank" data-wpel-link="external" rel="nofollow external noopener noreferrer">national health service</a>. They form part of an extremely valuable and integral group of individuals that can fill in at short notice as well as work in certain areas that may fail to attract sufficient GPs. Not only this, but they too are trained to be resourceful in managing risk factors. Additionally, locum hours can be rather unsociable and awkward meaning the service they provide can be on occasion of even greater value.</p>

<h2>Money Changes</h2>
<p>As of last April, a decision was made that local health services would discontinue funding of locum pension contributions for those who work at GMS practices, meaning the practices themselves would have to assume to the cost. In consequence, many locums have slashed their <a href="https://rlocums.com/" data-wpel-link="external" rel="nofollow external noopener noreferrer">GP locum rates</a> by up to 11% in order to cope with this change.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Another important change came with funding for locum appraisals being withdrawn which equates to roughly £300 a year. The <a class="zem_slink" title="National Health Service" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_Health_Service" target="_blank" rel="wikipedia nofollow external noopener noreferrer" data-wpel-link="external">NHS</a> has since confirmed that this payment would be halted across all parts of the country.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<h2>The Surface of Things</h2>
<p>It seems, that what initially looks great on paper, quickly gets chopped down into pieces through paying indemnity, petrol and tax. In addition to this, there is a lot of &#8216;back-room&#8217; work to be done involving taking bookings and managing invoices. There is also the lack of job security as well as <a title="what is CPD Support?" href="https://www.ifl.ac.uk/__data/assets/pdf_file/0011/5501/J11734-IfL-CPD-Guidelines-08.09-web-v3.pdf" target="_blank" data-wpel-link="external" rel="nofollow external noopener noreferrer">CPD support</a>.</p>

<h2>The Flip Side</h2>
<p>There are however many individuals who see GP locum rates as being either bang on or on the high side. Dealing with the uncertainties and variations in practice rules such as referral pathways, local services as well as the stress of planning a new route to work each day make a locum&#8217;s work seem rather difficult and in doing so, in many ways justify their supposed &#8216;high rates&#8217; of pay.</p>

<p>The argument as to whether locums are paid too much in large part comes down to how much it costs the practice itself to use them. This particular debate comes at a time where GP locum rates were recently increased by 30% in Scotland to £103 an hour purely because there were insufficient GPs to fill in for weekend and evening shifts. In an idealised world, locum GPs would reduce their rates after acknowledging the current economic climate – however if many believe they aren&#8217;t being paid enough, this is a highly unrealistic outcome.</p>

<h2>What is Boxing for Exercise?</h2>

<p>You don’t have to be a fighter to want to get into boxing. You can either learn traditional boxing, or you can attend boxing exercise classes which use boxing techniques to gain fitness and lose weight. Many people find that the weight drops off as soon as they start boxing – because you are enjoying yourself so much while you are doing it you can take your mind off the fact that you are exercising at all.</p>

This is for biological reasons and for health reasons. If you tried to use one which didn’t have the same size and shape you would have to return to the dentist every few weeks.</p>

<h2>Into the Bone</h2>
<p>When someone refers to a dental implant as something natural what they’re really referring to is what’s underneath the implant. A titanium implant, for example, has a piece of titanium extending out from under the visible part of the tooth. It’s fused into the bone so it remains stable. Every implant must be aligned with the bone correctly. This is what prolongs its lifespan and makes sure it can continue to function for years to come.</p>

<p>It’s also important for alignment reasons. The human body is wonderful because everything is engineered to be perfect. If a tooth is even slightly out of alignment you can’t chew correctly. This is just as bad as not having any sort of implant at all.</p>

They put a lot of pressure on other teeth because they failed to carry their own weight.</p>

<p>The modern implants of today fuse into the mouth and support themselves. This is why it’s important for them to be natural. There’s no additional pressure on surrounding teeth, so you shouldn’t expect to experience any further oral health problems in the coming months and years.</p>

<p>To make it seem as natural as possible, dental engineers dye the real enamel to match the slightly off-white color of a natural tooth. They also create the grooves and various impressions of normal teeth to ensure they match the natural shape of your original tooth. Whilst the materials used in the making of normal teeth aren’t as durable as natural teeth, the porcelain will last for at least a decade before it needs further maintenance.</p>

Of course, that is generally the best case scenario; passed out people are generally the easiest targets for criminals and miscreants.</p>

The reasons range from them not having the correct information or education about reproductive health, pregnancies and sexually transmitted infections. Unfortunately, they may not have access to certain services, such as somewhere to obtain contraception and even worse is that many women do not have the support of their partners or indeed the community within which they live when it comes to contraception. This, as we well know, will lead to many unplanned pregnancies each and every year, millions of abortions which are likely to be performed in an unsafe manner and there are literally hundreds of thousands of infant and maternal deaths every year.</p>

<p>Did you know that at least one woman dies every 60 seconds somewhere in the world due to complications which are closely related to childbirth and pregnancy? This is a shocking statistic and the vast majority of these deaths occur in a developing country. In fact, it is estimated that nearly 2% of all pregnant women in a developing country risk death, simply because they are pregnant. These figures equate to approximately 10 million dying due to pregnancy in each generation.</p>

<h2>International Assistance</h2>

<p>Over the past 50 years well over 100 countries have seen their citizens increase their use of family planning methods from approximately 10% to 60%. It must be said that this is largely due to assistance received from the <a class="zem_slink" title="Federal government of the United States" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Federal_government_of_the_United_States" target="_blank" rel="wikipedia nofollow external noopener noreferrer" data-wpel-link="external">United States government</a>. With that being said, the U.S. government has drastically decreased the amount of international assistance they provide in the area of reproductive health, as they believe this money would be better spent on foreign aid. However, the statistics simply don’t match up; as well below 1% of the overall U.S. budget is spent on foreign aid, which in turn means even less money is being spent of international assistance for reproductive health.</p>

<h2>Increased Knowledge</h2>

<p>No matter how bad all these facts and figures sound there is definitely an increased knowledge around reproductive health. This is true in both developed and developing countries, so much so that it is estimated that well over 6 million unplanned pregnancies are averted each and every year. In addition to this, the increased knowledge has also stopped approximately 13,000 maternal deaths from occurring every year. This is, of course, fantastic news, although there is still a long way to go. There are still millions of unplanned and even unwanted pregnancies on annual basis for a variety of reasons and something still needs to be done about this.</p>

Many women (and men) go to great lengths to protect their skin and stop it from telling their real age. For many people, looking in the mirror and seeing an old face looking back at them can really bring them down. There are things you can do to prevent this onset of old-looking skin. The sooner you start the better, but even if you have never done anything to make your skin look younger, there is no better time to start than now. Here are some techniques that will really help you reverse the signs of aging on your skin:</p>

<h2>Lifestyle Changes</h2>

<p>The single most important thing you can do, above any lotions or potions, is to make sure your lifestyle isn’t affecting your skin. Drinking plenty of water, getting loads of sleep and avoiding alcohol are great ways to start. Exposure of the skin to sunlight is probably the most aging thing of all, so stay out of direct sunlight and if you are out and about, make sure you use a high SPF sun block to protect your face. Avoiding pollution is a great tip too – so spend lots of time out in the country away from fumes and smog. Stress will make anyone look old – so counter any of life’s irritations with some relaxation and yoga. Obviously your choice of diet plays a major role too, so maximise on fruit, vegetables and oily fish and stay away from too much sugar and fat. You will be amazed at the difference a few small changes can make to your skin, so think really carefully about which lifestyle choices are making you look older than you are.</p>

<p>The sheer choice of products that are available on the market is overwhelming. It is worth spending money on a great quality moisturiser but make sure you choose one that has been designed for older skin. It will have a good balance of nutrients and vitamins that are designed for you. You’ll need a good quality cleanser and toner, and a facial serum which will help to lock in moisture. Make sure you clean your face every night with a good facial wash, and avoid wearing too much makeup.</p>

You’ll get all sorts of other benefits from it too, so make sure that exercise is part of your daily routine. It will also make you feel far more positive and healthy, and there’s nothing like a good attitude to help you stay looking young. If you are not sure which type of exercise is right for you then consult with a fitness expert or a personal trainer.</p>
