Duration of raw vegetable diet should be not longer then 14 days. If you like it and it works (for you) you can last it longer but you will need include carbohydrates and proteins in menu.<br />
With raw vegetable diet you will be able to loose about 4-5 kg for 14 days.</p>
<p>Daily norm of vegetables with this diet is 1, 5 kg.<br />
Recommended products:<br />
&#8211; Fresh vegetables (carrots, courgettes, green beans, cucumbers, lettuce, pumpkin, potatoes, greens);<br />
&#8211; Fresh fruit (apples);<br />
&#8211; Lean milk, yogurt, sour, cottage cheese;<br />
&#8211; Oatmeal or corn flakes;<br />
&#8211; Grain or black bread.</p>
<p>Sample menu for one day:<br />
1-and breakfast - carrots salad, oatmeal or corn flakes with fat free milk.<br />
2-and breakfast - cucumber.<br />
Lunch - any vegetable salad and 2 boiled potatoes with a vegetable oil or sour cream, a piece of black bread.<br />
Snack - 1 green pepper.<br />
Dinner - any vegetable salad with olive oil.</p>
