Another thing to think about when going into an exercise program is to make sure you have appropriate clothing and footwear. Wearing the wrong footwear can be bad and cause damage to your body. Getting shoes that are designed for running for example, are a great idea. Light clothing is good, like a t-shirt and shorts, to make sure you don&#39;t get uncomfortable or overheat.&lt;br /&gt;
