I am looking for a practical but affordable coat stand at HallTrees.com and I just couldn't decide what to buy. I like all the stands that I saw there because it was designed economically. I hope that I can get one of those before the rainy season. I love shopping especially when I get what I want. For now, I have to decide the best pick for me. LOL! Or probably one of you can help me what to choose. Can you please help me?

Continuing Education - Is it Worth it?

I am thinking of taking a masters degree next school year but I am still not decided whether to have a master degree in Management or in the field of Engineering. Right now I am still in the process of getting ideas what to take best. I know that it will be a long process and it will take time and money however it will help me moving forward in my career.

Continuing education is important especially if you want to advance in your career. I remember one of my friends who took a medical management course last year and later took a medical teaching course really helped her in her medical career. I heard that she may also take the teach the teacher course which I believe that it might happen if she still have time though I thought that it might also be too much for her. At first I did not understand her but looking at where she is right now made me decide to also continue my education.

She told me to get a consultant interview course but I think it will be out of my line and I don't want that to happen. Continuing education is more practical and effective only if it is aligned with your career plan and right now I am not planning to be out of my league but of course the possibility of changing a career path will always be there.

So right now, I am still challenging myself if I can still combat the pressure of work and school. Or is it still worth it?

Saving Every Penny

Reality knocks you out when your savings is almost empty. That is what I realized after splurging in my last summer vacation. After the visiting the house of the King and spending so much in Singapore and Malaysia now I have to check and balance what was left for me. Seeing my savings account I think it is now time to replenish it again. I am not saying that I will not travel again but at this moment all I want is to save every penny that I have.

No more spending too much in my shopping spree and even my sweet mango summer treat has been cut already. I have to do it as part of tightening my belt so that I can save more. I know I can do it because I have done this before. I just have to constantly remind myself and make sure that all things are within the budget. Right now, I have to save more so that I will be able to have a grand vacation again. LOL! That is my motivation right now. So go for it!

Each Day is a Miracle from God...

I always pray to have a happy day not only for me but for all the people whom I love. I understand that each day is a miracle from God and because of that I just want to be happy and stress free. Sometimes that's impossible to achieve because of too many pressures around you however it is always you who will decide whether it will be a happy a day or not.

Live the way you want it to be and be happy because it is one of those priceless gift that you can receive everyday. Happiness is not for sale nor your can buy anywhere in the mall. You can shop for your clothes but not for someone's smile. So live happily and enjoy the miracle of life every single day...

Old Clothes Fashion

I was checking my old clothes in my closet when I saw my jacket with leather dyes. It's an old jacket and I am thinking of giving it away since I can't use it anymore not because it is already outdated but because it won't fit anymore. This maybe an old clothes but it never gets out of style. You can say that there's always a fashion for this old clothes.

It may not look appealing this summer because of the hot weather but I am sure that when BER months come this old clothes will be on the go again. So anyone want this old jacket?

Gift - Any Idea?

I am looking for a gift for hon-hon as he will be celebrating his birthday this coming June. I am thinking of giving him a custom t-shirts however I don't have any idea what to put in it. LOL! I want to give him something special on his special day but I couldn't decide what to give. The gift box is still empty and I am running out of time. I hope someone out there can help me decide. I saw this picture in one of my facebook friend's post and I couldn't help myself but to save the picture for myself. By just looking at the pretty smiles of the little girl in the picture makes me smile too. Her smile is very contagious in her own little way.

But I think it is true that the happy girls are the prettiest. Smiles add sunshine to your face and give colors to your day. Your happy spirit can actually touch someone's heart and in away help them to be happy as well.

Souvenirs from my Trips....

I am glad that I was able to buy souvenirs from Singapore and Malaysia. It seems like that it will be just the beginning of my collections and put it as one of my decorative plaques; a trophy for myself for being able to conquer the fear in travelling outside the Philippines. I am again thinking of where will be my next escapades. I really have to save more because it means travelling more. LOL!

I really love to travel but my trips before just goes around the country. I am glad that I was also able to see other countries as well not only to see their place but learn more about their cultures. I think I have to buy a new cabinet for more souvenirs from my trips. LOL!

iPad 2 - go or no go?

My laptop is not doing well these last few days and so I have to send it for maintenance check. I already inquired how long it will take and the technician told me that it will take almost three weeks since the damage is in LCD. Oh my, just thinking about it makes me wonder what I will do in the absence of my laptop. I canvas for iPad 2 trying to replace my laptop as quick as I can but I think along with it I also need to have a vontage phone service for easy access.

Adding all the things I need to have is quite a lot and I am thinking it is practical to do it. I have until Sunday to think if it is a go or no go....

The Power of Prayer

God is indeed a God of mercy and miracles. I thought that it will never come but then because of His infinite goodness He made sure that we will receive what is due for us. One of the things I learned is to always count your blessings no matter how small or big it is because it is only when you realize that God never forsaken you even for a minute. His love for us is boarder-less and immeasurable. But sometimes we forget about that and rather we exert too much energy to entertain negative thoughts and welcome negative energy.

When you think that you are lost and don't know the way back in the loving arms of God all you need to do is pray and ask for guidance. Prayer is our communication channel with God. You don't need to spend more just to sit and listen to His voice. God is everywhere you go and you can talk with Him through your mind and heart.

Prayer is the food of our soul so pray often and ask God for guidance.

House of the King

My tour in Malaysia was a great success because for me it was a manifestation of my bravery and curiosity. One of the things I did when I visit Kuala Lumpur was to tour the city and make sure to have a glimpse of the house of their king. I saw it at the distance and was owed how sophisticated it has been build. It is like a place full of gold, a gold bullion which is the manifestation of their wealth and power.

Mean and Lean

I always wanted my body to be mean and lean however I am not really able to do a regular workout to achieve that goal. I guilty about it but anyway I try my best to maintain my diet without dependencies to a diet pill because I am afraid of the side effect of it. I read this website and learn a lot about a certain diet pill and you too can read it. All you have to do is to click here and browse.

I understand that becoming mean and lean needs lots of patience and perseverance. It is not a day struggle and you can achieve your goal. Honestly, I been trying for a long time but haven't got yet what I want. It is probably because I need to put more effort on it and keep focus.

Online Update on Sports

I was amazed how my colleagues follow their teams online. They even bet on sports online and I guess that was makes it more exciting for them. They even asked me to join the betting but since I was not familiar about it just watch them but never really tried. Aside from that I am not into it since I know that I don't have any luck in any betting games. But of course I do watch the NBA as I love basketball and sometimes I also watch rugby with honhon.

Online update on sports is actually one of the things that my colleagues do to lessen the stress of their work. I have nothing against it as long as it will help them in performing their task. I know that sometimes it is a waste of time but we need to have our own diversion to help us keep going. I also have my own diversion which helps me go on...

What Day Will Bring?

I am excited for what day will bring me today. It is the day I am about to do thing I never did before and I am really excited and a little nervous of course. Oh yeah, it is the start of my summer vacation and I think I deserve this after a year of working and working and working. My day just started so right and I am hoping that the day will end the way I expected it to be. This day brings me joy and love and I know that is something that I have to be thankful of.

Enjoying the Music...

Hon-hon is just so sweet to let me listen to a wonderful music before I left home. The music sounds wonderful especially that it was coming from his personal UltraSound Amps. He may be too far away from me right now but he was able to let me feel through the music he played that he is just around and will always be around. The music sends me a lot of memories; memories that I will always cherish as long as I live.

Thank you for the music my dear. It definitely sounds wonderful and I love to hear it over and over again.

My Travel Checklist...

I am done packing my bag for my most awaited vacation this year. I come up with my own travel checklist to make sure that I did not forget anything. As I run through the checklist I can help but smile and get excited. Camera for pictures, clothes in different occasions, money, passport, toiletries, comfortable shoes and slippers, laptop while waiting at the airport and there's one more, weld nuts for luggage emergency. I just have to make sure that the wheel of my luggage will work perfectly fine. LOL! I know I sometimes become paranoid but it is better to be that way than being in trouble.

I guess all things are set and all I need to do is just to wait for the right moment. I am really excited!

I am checking the web for what is hot this summer and I cam across to website which offers handbags, shoes, jewelries and any other things that you will gladly have. Shoes are one of my weaknesses and I was almost tempted to buy a new one online because of the beautiful varieties of shoes they offer. But as I told you that I am holding it for a moment because I am looking for something big for a treat to myself. I think a little wait for the items that I want will not harm me instead will help me in many ways.

Looking back at the website I was talking about, I really enjoyed browsing and checking out for their new stocks. I think shopping online become easy and convenient now a days. For a petite girl like me it is difficult to find a dress or shoes that will suits me well and I am just so glad that I was able to browse Macys shop because I have now a better options of where and what to buy in the future. I admired those people who are able to make a beautiful shopping website like this one. I been blogger for many years but until now I find it hard to change the appearance of my blog every now and then. Oh well anyway, it is their talents to do it. What I think is important is being able to take advantage of the online shopping spree. One thing more is that you will be able to save when you checkout at macys.com.

I was hesitant to do online shopping before because of too many online scams but then when I was able to experience how convenient it is I sometimes forget that there are still big malls out there that I need to check for new stuffs. I know that we still need to go to the mall once in a while but for busy lady like me it becomes a hard task for me. I understand the risk of shopping online that is why it is very important to shop only in the trusted website just like what I am doing. You can actually find a lot of shopping website however there are only few websites that I really like and of course it has something to do to what they can offer as well as the prices of their goods. You may be big or tall, petite or plus size there are still stuffs out there for you.

I can now hear the sound of the waves and the wind in the beach. I can now feel the sand in my feet, oh what a wonderful time to relax and enjoy the summer heat. I am trying to find the magic that my shoes will offer me this summer. I am sure that I will enjoy the summer no matter where I am.

Wake up Grace! You are again day-dreaming! LOL! I am just trying to figure out how my summer escapades will look like this year. I am sure that it will be totally different and I am excited about it. I worked hard and I know that I deserve a break no matter what. I have been looking forward for summer 2012 because my travel has been carefully planned last year.

I should not feel guilty because I think I deserve this break. I even forget to buy handbags, jewelries or even a new pair of Vasque Boots for myself just to make sure that I will have budget for this summer. I save to make this travel come true so please don't object. I think it is alright to indulge yourself once in awhile especially if you have an opportunity to do so. I know there are people who might think that it is just a waste of money but then if it will do good things

Mango - Sweet Summer Treat!

One of the things I love about summer is the mango shake. It is like a summer treat for me and although I can taste it anytime of the day it is only during summer that you can really indulge since you can see it everywhere. I love the taste of african mango plus and of course the native Indian mango. As a matter of fact I can eat more than 1 kilo of this in a day. Oh no! It is very crucial for my diet but who cares? LOL!

Oh yeah! I am now counting the days for my summer escapade this year. It's gonna be big, happy and exciting! I am not only going to visit one of beautiful summer destination here like Bolinao Pangasinan but more than that. Oh yeah because I will be going out the country soon! Yahoo! The good news is that I will probably be seeing old friends from Intel when I go there. Isn't it exciting? In vacation like this I miss the company of my bespren. How I wish she is just near me. Wifi Connection

It was my first time to set-up a WIFI connection last night and as I was trying it inside my house I was amaze on how I can maximize my internet connection. I am able to try the vlc free download while chatting in the other PC. However, that WIFI is not mine so I have to disconnect and return it to the owner. Now, I am actually thinking of buying one for myself but of course I need to put it in my bucket list for me to be able to put some budget on it.
