We'd spend hours making cities, cars, trucks, spaceships and big houses. The snap-togther, hard plastic varieties came in mostly the colors I used below in the art. Each of these gifts brings a memory. &nbsp;All of the kids have successful careers, now. &nbsp;I think their self confidence was boosted by their ability to imagine, play and build. Blocks that fit together are a great way to explore creativity.<br /> You can apply any words you want. I just thought architecture was a fun theme. Don't we feel as if we are architects when building a toy house? &nbsp;I've designed a postage stamp and some really wild shoes.
