Follow these suggestions step-by-step:

• Sign up for a free account.

• Start by renaming a board that they give you to get started. Then create your own content on the virtual vision board.

• Next, go to the top right side of the page and click on the ABOUT button. From the drop-down menu, choose the PIN IT link. Then bookmark the PIN IT button.

• Now you can PIN any photo you find on the Internet easily.

• When you PIN a photo, write a description of how you feel about the photo. Be sure to add your URL to your blog site. Use https://www. in front of your url so that it hyperlinks back to your site.

• Re-PIN other peoples’ photos. To find photos of interest to you, use the search box and type in the key words to your interest.

• You can hyperlink your photos, too, by using the ADD+ drop down and selecting ADD A PIN or UPLOAD A PIN.

• Like all social media platforms, comment on people’s boards often to develop relationships and Re-PIN their information.

The Fear Of Not Having Enough: Don't Live This Way

Before you go any further in life, let’s take care of this annoying habit of thinking that you don’t have enough. That's just fear talking!

You DO have enough, but you just don’t know how to get it yet.

The other day I was speaking to a friend about his daughter and how people always move mountains to get what they want, no matter what their situation is in life.

What if your issue isn’t that you don’t have enough? Perhaps it’s that you really don’t know what you want. That would change the game on how you could reduce the stress you feel when there isn’t enough.

My friend’s daughter had been struggling to find a job for months.

She had the underlining fear that the economy was so bad that it was impossible to find a job.

However when there was sufficient clarity and motivation she finally got a job. However it required her to work on weekends. Long story short, she has a boyfriend who doesn’t work on the weekend. So, guess what happened?

Since her job needed her on the weekends, she found herself stuck.

Here’s what she did: She found a great job that allowed her to take weekends off right away.

Why Does Business Happen This Way?

You always move away from pain unconsciously, without effort. My friend’s daughter found that the pain of not being with her boyfriend was greater than the excuse that there were no jobs available.

Being aligned with your desire helps you to avoid taking the slow route to manifesting it. In other words, make an unshakable decision and act on it as if it is a priority for you. That is what makes someone unstoppable, no matter what her circumstances are.

The end results: Making a good living is easy when you have clarity on what you WANT and a commitment to follow through.

The truth: It isn’t that you can’t afford something. It’s that your desire might be less than clear about what you want and why.

Ask yourself: What do you REALLY want? Be careful not to choose what you THINK you should want or let others influence you. What fires you up inside?

Last Friday, I had a VIP call with one of our

Inner Circle members, Michelle Lopez.

Here’s why you care about my conversation with her. She shared with me how her art program helps people like us to get clear about what’s truly important to us. Have you ever wondered WHY you can’t make a decision in life or how come you don’t feel passionate about anything?

It’s sad, but most of us can’t even answer the question “Who are you?” without leading with our job or role in life, as if we are our job in life. It’s crazy, and it’s time for a shift!

Some of us are so far away from knowing who we are that starting a business seems complicated. You focus on the money instead of your DREAM, and that’s a BIG problem with wealth building.

That’s when you get all kinds of guilt around asking for what you’re worth. Receiving money starts to block your vision, and before you know it, you are overwhelmed. It’s because where you come from is focused on getting instead of serving. You actually get paid by how much you serve people what they want.

Now, don’t mistake what I am saying here. As an “Conscious Entrepreneur,” you better apply a prosperity model to your business. Otherwise, you will NOT fund your dreams. The point is that you need BOTH!

The next time you feel the anxiety that you don’t have enough take a deep breath, collect your thoughts and regroup. Decide on what you want in this situation and let everything that doesn’t serve you go. No more busy energy for you.

There’s no need to create resistance with something that isn’t connected to your purpose. It’s like that old saying, “Pick your battles, don’t just battle!”

It’s not only possible but probable to stay consistent in your business. The fact is that most of your problem is due to the negative self-talk that you say to yourself all day long.

Let’s address why you don’t follow through the way you want to.
#1 You are not entirely clear about what you should be focusing on during the day.

Not having a step-by-step plan laid out in detail can distract you into wasting time. Practice outlining your business projects on a mind map. Some of my clients like to use MindJet.com because it has a valuable FREE option.
#2 Create an accountability partnership.

Masterminding with a group of like minded professionals is the key to making big leaps in your business. Last week I personally spent 3 days with a mastermind group and came out with an entire year worth of actionable, proven steps to implement in my business.

This is a key that you should have put into action yesterday, if you know what I mean.
#3 Create space for yourself to breath.

Busy isn’t better or smarter. Being TOO busy is bad management. Create space, so that you can focus on the task you are working on and do it with excellence. You might need to get more help and outsource task-related activities. Or, possibly it’s time to let go of projects that don’t serve into the bigger vision of your company!
#4 Be positive!

If you’ve made a lot of money, you know that the gold is in your attitude. As Nepoleon Hill says, “Create a positive attitude with everyone and everything that you do.” This single-handedly will give you access to solution-driven ideas and move you through any challenges that you feel are impossible.

#5 Reward yourself with milestone goals!

We’ve found that you are more likely to reach your goal when you put a tangible reward in front of yourself. Life is about experiences. Don’t just make money to SURVIVE. That’s not fun or any way to live your life.

Choose something that lights you up and reward yourself.

Buy a car with cash.
Pay for your spouse to stop working for 6 months
Donate $10,000 to fund women in business in third-world countries.

Whatever motivates you gives you purpose!

Here are a few SMART and UNCONVENTIONAL strategies to implement, sooner rather than later, to stop leaving money on the table:

Kill your business with kindness by loving what you do!
Consciously do one thing that scares you every day to expand your level of possibility.
Create an accountability partnership within your network. This is what the big girls do to ensure success!
Connect in silence and listen to your intuition every day.
Have fresh-cut flowers in your home, close to your work station. They say that flowers are a close connection to the intelligence that we come from.
Move your body to release pent-up energy to keep yourself in the flow!

Now it’s up to you. What will you put into action in your life now to empower your BEST year ever?

You Need To Exercise Tough Love If You Want Your Business To Fund Your Dreams!

Being a CEO isn’t for the weak at heart. You need to exercise tough love when running your business if you want it to fund your dreams.

The fact is that it’s not IF you run into challenges, it’s when and how you handle them that determines your success. That’s just a given in owning a business, and the faster you can master being positive about it the better.

The other night we had dinner at my parents’ house with 3 other couples from Canada. Each person shared his or her story of losing it all. It was amazing to see how everyone has their version of a HARDSHIP story that they have lived through!

Let me paint this picture for you, so that you can better understand the people that were at the table: All of these couples are living in $1 million to $3 million homes today, and some of them recently paid cash for them. What I found interesting about this crowd is that EVERY single person went broke at least once in his or her lifetime.

This might sound crazy, but considering my occupation as a women's entrepreneur coach it was inspiring to me, since so many of you think that you aren’t good enough because you haven’t peaked yet.

Is it possible that some people who are supposed to lead financially are given a chance to work through the challenge and come out on the other side? I guess it’s up to you to decide how you’ll frame this idea.

Who knows what the real story is? All we know for sure is that when you overcome a challenge, you gain the wisdom to do it again in the future.

You see, you might be having a challenging time in your life today, but it doesn’t have to last forever. Many successful entrepreneurs go through tough spots while building a business. They second-guess themselves, want to give up, and really aren’t sure if they are making the right decision. That’s all part of the skill-building exercise of becoming a great leader.

How do you know if you should keep going or give up on your business?

When you are doing something you love, you won’t give up.

You may wish that things were easier or debate with yourself about letting go and trying something new, but you just won’t quit. Something keeps you there. It’s like a lifelong relationship: Sometimes you don’t know why you stay, but you do, and it all works out for the better in the end.

The true test comes in hard times. When tough days roll around, only the real deal sticks!

Here’s what happens when you are on the right track. You find different ways to manifest your vision. Sometimes you try taking on new partners, investing in business products, or launching new services, but at the end of the day you just keep going.

If you gave up, then it’s doubtful that you had found your purpose. So, don’t think twice about the past—it’s not worth your time. We regret what we don’t do, not what we’ve done.

How do you know that you’ve found your purpose in business?

You find that you can’t help but do it.

In other words, if you are an artist at heart, when you walk into a home you start designing and sharing your visions with the owner of the house for FREE. You just can’t help but give when an opportunity arrives.

Another clue is that your friends call on you for support or guidance in a particular area. Often, your support group can be a big directional sign on what you should be receiving money for. God gave you a talent to serve others with. It’s a natural talent that you are born with, so use it wisely.

So, when you decide to make money doing something, choose a project that you love. It’s a lot easier to fund your dreams than to chase the dollar around for a living!

Success Habit: Delegation is a TOP key to making more money.

As a woman entrepreneur, you’ll want to focus only on tasks or events that are money-making activities. To know if what you are doing is actually making you money, consider if your activity can be leveraged more than once.

For example, such activities may include:

Guest blogging
Building relationships
Educating yourself
Partnership negotiations
Product creation
Facebook interaction
Twitter messaging
LinkedIn groups
Forums

These activities can be leveraged more than once and are considered tasks that an online business owner should pay attention to.

Handling the techie things on your blog is not a good use of your time.

Success Habit: Let go of people who are not cutting it in your company.

You’ve got to create a habit of hiring slow and firing fast. Far too many women CEOs are putting up with less-than-great contractors, employees, and managers supporting their business. It’s not that easy to find good people, but if you don’t make room for them, you definitely won’t find them.

Success Habit: Every great leader has been influenced.

No one gets to the top alone—it’s fundamentally out of alignment with the laws of business and success, and it’s the part that you’ve been lied to about. You CAN’T do it ALONE.

There are two parts to this habitual strategy.

Part One: Your team is most important to your success. You are only as strong as your weakest link. Be good to your team. Have a goal to pay them well, treat them kindly, and develop a good relationship with them. Be there for them and know what’s important to them.

Part Two: Have a mentor and read books about the area you want to grow in. People who READ LEAD. People who invest the time and money in themselves find greater success than people who wing it. Stop winging your business and cut your time by studying with the best!

At the end of the day, you are just as qualified to be the BEST at something in life. There are a lot of people who would gratefully pay you for your time.

Habits You'll Want To Take On!

Critical Thinking: Successful people have a habit of finding ways to make things work and tend to lean towards the idea that most things are possible. When making decisions, they operate in the light or the FLOW, as esoteric people say.

Although they are convincing in their stand, they are flexible on how to reach their goals. They care more about taking their vision to completion than about controlling the daily operations of getting there.

This is why highly paid individuals outsource those parts of their life that someone else can do instead. Delegation is a skill of successful people. They don’t ask themselves if they can afford it—they find a way to make it happen!

Are you being flexible with your path to success?
Are you outsourcing the jobs that don’t make you money?

ASK better questions: Asking better questions is a strategy that you should get into the habit of implementing. To achieve being in the flow, you have to be willing to stop and recognize that you’re out of the flow and that it’s time to correct your course. To do that, ask better questions that can lead you to your desired result.

Every thought either takes you forward or backward—you never get to stay still! This is why change is the only constant in life.

Here are some thought patterns that either block you or take you to the next evolution of your life.

Example: You want a new car.

Blocked Thinking: I can’t afford it, but I want it so bad. My car is getting old and it’s going to break down, but I just don’t make enough money to buy a new car! What am I going to do?

Forward Thinking: What is the fastest way for me to generate the money to buy a new Lexus?

Here’s the missing link that many people are not conscious of when casting their intention into the world.

Every ASK has a GIVE. Once you ask a forward-thinking question, you WILL get an answer—you will unblock your flow. However, you might backtrack again when it comes to the giving part.

To get that new Lexus might require that you live in a less expensive house, in an area that isn’t your first choice. However, that doesn’t mean you should feel bad about it. When you achieve being in the flow of highly successful people, you will realize that they GRACEFULLY give up something of value to receive something that is of greater value to them.

There is no way around this universal principle of giving and receiving. There is a cause and effect to everything. Generosity in the flow causes great abundance in your life.

I know that putting this into practice can be hard at first. However, when you analyze why you are blocked, ask yourself: What am I not willing to give here?That should help you get going again.
