Just thought I'd update you guys on what I've been doing!
Well Saturday I left Phx & Headed off to Philadelphia woohoo

Then I had my first "real" Philly cheesesteak!!! Deff better than Arizona's haha

Pat's was AMAZING!!!! :))) Cheese Fries & All!!!! Took my first cab ride in Philly with a crazyyyyyyy cab driver!!!! But it was well worth it! i loved it!!!! Then we fell asleep at the airport for a 10 hour layover!!! whoaaa what a night!!could barely get sleep! it was freezing!!!

After that we FINALLY were on our way to ARUBA!!!

Helllllllo Bloggers!
So I know, I know... I've been lagging it hardcore on the blog. I sat back & thought to myself, I should really get on this thing, because this is a place where I can kind of talk to you all & express myself through words rather than on my videos. I think it's a completely genius idea! Haha! But anyways, let me give a brief update of what's been going down...
I moved into my own apartment on Sept 1st with Stephany, you may know her on YouTube as hszone123 or as the other "chola" from the Chola video. Haha..Classic! It's been amazing! I love having my own place, sometimes it does get lonely, I'll admit, but on the plus side, its preparing me for when I actually move out on my own,own! :O
I switched to a new college & I guess it's going okay... I'm not too fond of it because I feel a bit lonely.. Last year at GCC I had my (boyfriend at the time) Carlos & at least one other friend, here at my new school, I don't have anyone.. but its all gooood, I'm there to learn, not socialize. Classes are going okay, kind of hectic because the amount of homework can not only creep up on you, but get VERY overwhelming. Sometimes I'll admit, it's hard to stay motivated... :/ But, I'll make it through! This is my last year at a community college! Yay!! :) Then off to NAU & possibly just possibly UCLA. I guess time will tell. :)
Lately I've been wanting to get into more DIY kind of stuff. I'm kind of getting over the whole "beauty" thing, but I won't quit it! I promise, not for a long while. I just need refreshers or something you know? Something new because almost everything has already been done on YouTube, but I guess we'll see!
I really want to start making my own clothes & such. I already make some of my own jewelry so next up is my own clothes! :) Can't wait to get into the swing of things & show you all my creations! Well that's about all I have for the moment...

I don't even know what to say about these amazing palettes, psh... they are both highly pigmented as you can tell. Its crazy to me that some people really think that drugstore makeup isn't good. I deff beg to differ, when i was swatching these palettes I found it amazing that although not all of the E.L.F eyeshadows are extremely pigmented, some of them actually were wayy more pigmented than the urban decay palette. Amazing huh? haha

Hello there fellow bloggers,

I just decided to update my blog because I haven't in sooooooo freakin long.
Lately, I just haven't been in much of a mood for the internet world.
Of course I have to try to keep up with YouTube, but man sometimes that feels like a job rather than a fun past time hobby, you know?
But I'm sure it'll pass.
School has been going pretty good, my classes seem a little easier this semester as opposed to last. I just really hate school though haha it's never been a favorite of mine. Although, I know I need it, so I'd never take it back for anything :D I'm thinking of doing a video on my College experience, sound good or no? Would you guys like to see that??
Anywhoozers, I'm thinking about doing my blog sale sometime soon, so lets hope I can get it started.
Any Suggestions on how I should do it?
I don't know if I want to do First Come/First Serve.. or just leave them unpriced & give them away to the person who gives me the most reasonable price??

I have deff been gone for too long.

I'm so sorry.. it's just been kind of stressful working over 30 hours a week

working mon-fri

plus going to school mon-thurs

Michael Todd Cosmetics Review

Okay well now to start my review on this company. Honestly I'm not a huge fan of cream shadows but I will admit that the staying power on these bad boys is actually quite amazing. It really does stay for hours, unlike drugstore cream eyeshadows that I've tried. It also doesn't crease for me personally, I can't say the same for everyone's lids especially those with more oily lids, but I can say for me, a person who has more of a combination of dry and semi-oily lids, that it doesn't crease at all for me, for at lease 4+ hours. Like I stated in my video, some eyeshadows will be a bit more pigmented than others, but that too, also depends on your own skin color and such. As for the lipstick, I don't wear lipstick often but when I do, I don't like it to be too "unnatural" if you catch my drift. This shade, Submission, is a very pretty, shimmery yet sort of sheer coarl color. It looks absoultely gorgeous and as if its just enough color to make my lips look refreshed. Now to be honest, I cannot say how long this lipstick lasts because I'm constantly eating or drinking something, so the lipstick comes off quite easily, but I'm sure if it were applied correctly with a lip liner and such it'd stay on much longer :)

The lipgloss like I said is a very nice color, however I really don't like the fact that it seems like forever to take the right amount out of the tube, aside from that I think its a wearable color and gives off the right amount of color. As for the all over stick, not really one of my favorite things to use but the color, Pixie, is such a gorgeous peachy almost bronze-y color. Not much I can really say about this product, it works just as any blush/bronzer when it comes to the staying power on the face. The corrector concealer, it does put off quite a smell, as I said in my video, if you are not one to like the smell of icy-hot, this might not be the product for you. I do like this concealer but I must say the blending just doesn't do its justice. It's difficult to blend out & maybe if you wore foundation over the concealer it'd be better, but to just wear alone, I don't suggest it. The final and my FAVORITE product is the Volume XX Mascara, I freakin LOVEEEE this mascara with a passion. I guess if you have shorter lashes it probably wouldn't be a favorite to you because it is a volumizing and thickening mascara rather than a lengthening. I really don't mind because I feel my lashes are of decent size, but i love the way it really coats like every lash making them appear thicker and fuller. It's def my fave mascara by far. I love it. haha :)

Well how can I start to raveee about this product for you all? Simple enough, this is one of the best curling irons I've tried yet. It can be a bit pricey if you get it off the website however, but I read that one of my subscribers got hers from T.J Maxx. I think that's what I read, so I'd say before making any quick decisions to go out on the web & buy one, look at your local retail stores first. (Ross, T.J. Maxx etc) Anywhoooo, on to the review. I really like how quickly it heats up because sometimes I am in a pretty huge hurry and I need to do my hair quickly so that's deff a plus. I also like how it doesn't snag on to my hair, I've used some curling irons that would literally pull out strands of my hair sometimes. haha. I think the curls that it makes are just awesome, i never get a frizzy curl unless my hair was already frizzy to begin with,comb out those lovely locks ladies. :)I really like the adjustable heat dial, some curling irons that i used did't have that so it was always a constant heat, which isn't always good for all hair types.

The heat settings can go from 1 to 40 & the dial stays in place with the pushing it in to lock. I know on my Conair curling iron sometimes if i moved my hand a certain way, it would move the heat dial. So that is deff a plus as well. Hmmm what else, idk what else there really is to say I love the way it curls and I have no problems with it, as you girls can see it does an amazing job of curling, I'll be putting out a hair tutorial on my curls in my review video, just to show the proof :)

Well well well, where can i start with these adorable lil things..?

They are seriously soooooooo cute i can't rave about them more i mean look at them.! & it's better that i tell you all here how much i freakin love them as oppsed to my video that i'm going to post about them because then there will be that select few who will say that i'm lying & getting paid & yadda yadda... so instead lemmie tell youuuuuu, first i'd like to let it be known that indeed i did get these for free, however, i am NOT being paid to promote these in anyway. I was simply asked to review them, so here is my 100% honest review.

My Thoughts:Well honestly i think they are seriously the cutest things, i love the way the mis-matched fabrics don't clash but rather mix so well with each hair accessory. I love that you can tell they are handcrafted yet look so good. The fact that they are more outside of the box kinda things even brought my attention to them more. Another thing I LOVEEEE about them is that they are quite affordable, like seriously i think i'm going to have to go down there & get me some more :) Prices Range from about $5-$7 & you can get a variety of different types from Hair Bows, To Flowers, To Headbands, & yes, even Wedding accessories. haha that's so cool :) I guess as they say every up has a down, sooooo.... the only flaw i could find in these gorgeous hair pieces is that sometimes the clips won't grasp onto the hair all the way, but not to worry girls, there are always readjustments & yes, BOBBYPINS haha but seriously you won't really need the bobbypins that's just a just incase.Nothing more i can really say except that they are way too cute and way unique. i love them i do :)

What a day, What a day...

Well dang, it's been a pretty crazy month so far..
things are changing a lot for me, but it's all good.. i know it'll be for the better..
so i guess i'm going to try & update my blog more often to keep you all in the know
& now that i'll have time to do it, i think i'll be able to post my outfits & reviews and everything here for you :)

COLLAB CONTEST UPDATE:Attention all you youtubers, the contest is not a fake i promise, it's just taking time for myself,bethany, and imogen to go through all the entries, if you want a good and fair winner, you must wait :) patience my friends patience...
Crutches update: well i have about a lil over 2 weeks left on the crutches then i go back to the orthopedic doctor to see if i can start trying to walk again... its been a huge bummer having to deal with these things and having to hurt whenever i make the wrong move, but hey, it could be worse.. lets just pray that i'll be good to go. :) & soon..
College Life: well college has been going pretty good actually, a lil boring but what can i say, its school... when is it not boring.? My classes are fairly easy, there's just tons of work.. everyday is homework day haha... I'm taking general classes for now, my schedule consists of World Religions, very interesting subject i might add, Math BLEGHHHHH what more can i say, Honors Racial & Ethnic Minorities, again another interesting subject, not gonna lie though, it gets me pretty heated sometimes though, i just can't stand prejudice and racism and such & this class is learning all about it & how it affects our lives, and psychology&culture, awesome teacher, interesting course... so i really can't complain you know.?
Life in General:Well life in its own... hmm not too much going on for me... i'm just trying to stay focused on school, working as always, which btw...i wont be at my job for much longer... i put my two weeks in & i feel pretty good about it. There are more personal reasons as to why i'm planning on quitting here after over two years working, but it's just that time for me to expand my horizons and look for a more suitable job.. something more adult friendly and higher paying *cough**cough* haha no, but foreal, working at a water and ice isn't getting me very far and minimum wage is NOT gonna help when i plan on moving out.. so its time to fancy up that resume & get to searching for a new JOB.. however, i do plan on taking at least a month off of any working just so i can fully recover from my injury and get things settled. Moving out is looking a lil foggier as the days pass, but i'm pretty sure i'll be doing it sometime this year, before Christmas preferably. I don't know, i'll see where life takes me :) Umm... what else can i tell you all..? Uhh i'm not sure... lets see....okay i can't think of anything else,so i'll just be signing out now haha :) until next time bloggers :)
