Panic attack levels of anxious. Tell Kate about this. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Physical state:&lt;/b&gt; Okay. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Sleep:&lt;/b&gt;  Five hours? &lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Deep breathing:&lt;/b&gt; Twenty minutes-ish, but I fell asleep.</content>

    <content type="html">Everyone in the family is stressed (mostly by dad), everyone at work is stressed (because of dad) and this is going to happen twice a year until Nat finishes her degree. So we need to make some kind of coping strategy because I feel awful. Self-harming thoughts and nausea and low level panic and sound sensitivity. And insomnia.</content>

    <content type="html">Nat is very stressed about her exams, we've been texting and talking for the last couple of weeks as she goes through the process. Dad texted me this morning, asking me to give Nat a bit of support, which galls me, because (a) I have been, and (b) he's only just discovered she needs support now? &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But I dutifully text Nat to see how she's going. She says she's feeling better, which is good. She's worried about passing her exams - she's going to be fine, I know that, but I know it doesn't help to hear that when you're in the middle of studying - and she is looking forward to them being over. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mum calls in the evening, and we talk about Nat. It's not too bad, except that when I say "Nat's doing better than last year; at least she's not in a psych ward", Mum says "After what I saw in that psych ward, I doubt Nat will ever want to go into one of them again." As if she made it up. As if she had a choice, or as if she was only going there to cause a fuss or be overly dramatic. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dad texts to see if I've spoken to Nat. I text back, tell him I think she's doing better than last night. He texts back: "Drama queen?" I tell him that's vile, and he had better not tell her that. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I feel panicky and sick. Diverting my attention with stupid online stuff, playing a stupid, brainless game. Talk briefly about selling the business with Steph. She sensibly says that now is not the time to be talking about that. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Still feel panicky, short of breath and queasy.</content>
