It’s a root day with a new moon, and a earth trine which amplifies the root elements in today’s vino. The only thing that I’d open today is a wine with at least 7 years of age on it. If you have an old white wine that was vinified in oak today might just be the day that it will show best.

It’s a fruit day until 5 pm, at 6 we slip into a root day. Open your bottles early folks. White Burgundy for brunch? If you haven’t tried it, you’re missing out.

It’s unfavorable until 3 pm CST because of a ascending node. At 4 it’s a leaf day again. This evening your wine will be acceptable, but avoid something delicate like Pinot Noir today.

It’s a leaf day, and a below average day for wine… On the bright side, it’s a great day for a salad. Choose a crisp white without oak, like some South African Chenin Blanc.

It’s unfavorable due to the moon reaching Perigee at 3 pm CST. In theory, it should be a bad day for wine, even though the moon is in Libra (which would normally mean flower day.) Don’t open anything expensive today.

It’s a root day, but there is a positive cosmic occurrence at 1 pm CST which will help your wine perform a little better around lunch time. Enjoy a new world fruit bomb, or a wine with a little age on it today, but also don’t be afraid of some Spanish Garnacha.
