BlackBerry/iPhone Cases

We are excited to unveil a new and exciting project in the works. JOUJOU is creating a set of cases for BlackBerry and iPhone users! The Case-Mate cases will feature our illustrated characters or you can choose from a collection of fun patterns! In addition to the new cases, we will also offer custom themes for BlackBerry users as well. You can see the illustrated wallpaper in the image below. This is an example of what the JOUJOU themes will look like. Look for these new and exciting products in May 2011!

Wordpress customization project for Jennifer Green Media. In addition to giving Jennifer’s site a makeover, I helped her revamp the brand as well. The initial step was a photo shoot that captured her winning personality and passion for her business. The next step was to conceptualize the look for the site and the logo. The final step was to take a WordPress template and customize it to look like Jennifer and incorporate her fabulous images!

Mail Me Art update

Darren over @ The Little Chimp Society and Mail Me Art, has published pics from the exhibition. As mentioned in a previous post, JOUJOU submitted an illustrated envelope that was exhibited and available for sale. The piece will also join the works of other fabulous illustrators around the world in a book to be published soon!

We’re international baby!

JOUJOU submitted artwork to Mail Me Art, an international art exhibition. This was the second and last installment of the exhibit, which is one of the largest open calls for artwork. Mail Me Art, headed by Darren Di Lieto, challenged illustrators across the globe to send artwork via mail. The cool part about it is that the envelopes themselves were actually the artwork! Once all submissions were received by the deadline, Darren photographed and organized each piece and prepped them all for the June 30th exhibit. In addition to being on display for patrons to view, they can purchase the art as well. All the works of art will also appear in a book! Very exciting! Here is the exhibition information:
