Terrible. They claim everything that they make is "fresh and home made" ....think again. Your better off going to a REAL bakery.

Worst pharmacy I have ever encountered. The are very slow, chaotic and negligent. Perhaps one of the employees should learn how to use a fax machine!

These guys don't know how to fix anything. They are totally inept. A pretty garage but absolutely no ability to diagnose the most basic problems and even worse, they will charge you through the nose to try and fix it but fail almost all the time. They can change your tires, perform an oil change (make sure they put the bolt back in before you drive off) and make you a coffee. Do not expect more and bring lots of cash.

Mike has been servicing my heat pump for many years and I can't recommend a better guy. Once, on a hot summer day I needed freon and called my service company. They told me with the heat I would have to wait a week. I begged them for someone to call and the lady gave me Mike's number. What a blessing. Here was ther in a jiffy. My old heat pump died after 22 years and he just installed a new Goodman. Whenever you ask anyone, they tell you that although the brand is important, what more important is how the system is installed. Mike is incredibly conscientious. If something isn't perfect he'll do it over. He can't sleep if it's not perfect. And what's more he know's his stuff inside out, so you know you're geting the best service possible. Over the years I've dealt with Mike, I've personally experienced all the positive comments you read below. Thanks MIke for being there when I need you.

TERRIBLE LIVING SOCIAL EXPERIENCE

I
bought a Living Social coupon because the web- site supposed to have a
reputation for quality services .But was not the case at all for the ‘’BAKING
SWEET ‘’ patisserie in West Island. I would advise everyone to not spend
your money at ‘’BAKING
SWEET ‘’ patisserie.

Despite
the fact that the company is advertising that’’ offers a variety of specialty cupcakes, cookies, cakes and tarts ‘’, no variety of those products are
to be found. I was always encouraging new businesses, but now I felt that my money was stolen.

I passed
to the up mentioned location 3 times to end up with the products that the
owner, Randi Deskin wants to gives you and not what you would like to buy!

I planned to buy macaroons!!!!! After the
staff members informed me that macaroons are special order and are made just
during the weekends...do not be surprise if you will end up with cupcakes, because
the macaroons are hidden in the back of the store. If, by any chance you are one
of the unlucky customers to have purchased a Living social coupon, you will end
up going home with the products they want to put in your bag!!!!For 25 $CAD, I
ended up with 6 cupcakes for Christmas and 3 little bags of biscuits!!!!! The service was not friendly at all, and I'd
say the icing on 4 out of the 6 cupcakes tasted like candle-wax. Just a
terrible experience!!!

Complain?
It may only be perceived on my part but it’s enough for me to know I won’t buy
from them again. A friend has had exactly the same experience so, don’t do it ‘’Baking
Sweet’’, you are losing customers.

This was the worst service
I've ever had. The night started out by waiting for a server to notice
us (they didn't have a host), told her we had a reservation, and she
didn't even pretend to look for it. Told us to sit where ever we wanted.
We proceeded to wait for 15 minutes or more for some one to notice us,
before we got asked by what looked like the manager if any one had been
with us yet. Took about 10 minutes to get the bottle of wine we asked
for. Never did get bread or anything. Went to order our food, and then
we were informed they were out of 3 things on the menu (which was a
plain piece of paper with grease stains on it that was sitting on the
table we chose ourselves)- there's only about 15 menu items- so we
didn't get an appy, and changed our supper orders, as they were sold out of all 3 items we wanted to order. . Food was delicious
when it came, chicken parmesan and chicken pasta. The parm looked like
it was sitting under the heat lamp for quite a while, but juicy
nonetheless. Our food was brought by a different girl, wearing jeans and
Uggs. No one came to ask how our food was, so it's a good thing we
didn't need any thing. The atmosphere was ok... we had to ask for 2/3
light bulbs above our table to be removed as we were roasting under
them. The manager was kind enough to grab a napkin off another table so
my husband could unscrew them.We would have had dessert if any one had
asked.. But no one was around to get a menu from them. One section of
the restaurant looked like they got decent-ish service- she probably
doesn't smoke, as all 3 of the other girls working there were out
smoking at the front door. We waited 15 minutes + for our bill after
grabbing a waitress, but she never brought it or told any one, so we
went off looking for someone to get it for us. We found the one server
that was left inside in the kitchen, she got us our bill and took
payment (yay!). We complained, but she never offered a manager or any
sort of explanation, just "I've heard that quite often tonight".
Fantastic. Also, every candle in the room was out, and after a customer
complained, the manager took them out of the adjoining Gastropub i
think. They looked like pub candles, not for something that's supposed
to be a upscale restaurant in the heart of downtown. This was a Saturday
night at 7pm... Appalling service, good food (the stuff that was in
stock, anyway), and reasonable prices. We will never be back. I couldn't
believe the reason we got such terrible service was because they were
too busy all smoking at the same time (including the manager). There was
about 5 tables in, could have easily been given great service but no
one was interested in that, at all. I will be surprised if this place is
in business by next year.

This company does not conduct good business ethics as when they are unable to replace damaged product within a resonable time frame they dismiss you and refuse to give you your money back. However they will offer you are infearior product and will still then not give you the difference in cost back to you but offer you a store credit so you can receive another dissapointing experience like the first one. I recommend to anyone to shop else where and check the stores return policy on damaged goods etc. We are no taking this matter to court to resolve.

I just ate at the Italian side of this Spur restaurant. I must say it was very disappointing. As I write this I have the worst stomach ache from the cream sauce on the Linguine and Clams dish. It was served cold and gloppy - meaning the sauce had curdled from over cooking the cream. I ordered an appetizer too - the bruschetta which is usually my favorite Italian appetizer....however, this appetizer was served on a very thinly slice baquette, not fresh tomatoes, basil and spices marinated in a yummy sauce....it was cold tomato pasted spread on the bread with 1/4 of a sliced cherry tomato on top. PATHETIC! I took one bite and refused to eat the rest because it was sooooo gross. It was 1pm and no one was sitting in the restaurant....what does that tell you...I will never return to this place EVER again!

I found this site when trying to figure out who to call for a mini-split system, saw the reviews and called. Michael came when he said he would, told me I needed a smaller unit than I thought I did and then got me an upgraded unit at the price quoted for the first (unavailable ) unit. He even made a trip back to my home to give me, at no charge, a cover for the interior ductwork. I was very pleased with everything and highly recommend Hamilton Air!

Rubber based paint will paint over anything so it is the best way to go. Acrylic will fade fast.

Nothing special. I had the shrimp entree and they were not clean. The pasta dish that was suppose to have a rose was dry rather than creamy. Would not go back again

Horrible experience having to deal with this garage, original estimate of repair was exceeded by several hundreds of dollars due to unexpected problems. In addition had to go back twice for the same issue since problem was not originally resolved.

Was going there when it was called the west Island Mall. Had a lifetime membership with Vic Tanny's. Hahaha that didn't last. It was next to the washrooms. it had a pool even. then it became Four Seasons. I always liked it because it was less crowded.
