I'm only reviewing the stores Ive been to in this mall. Some provided poor service, some good.

TOPAZE - Avoid. The breakfasts are quite greasy and not all that nourishing. Your better off going to a local Chez Cora or staying home. For lunch you can either dine off the supper menu or have pizza & fries. I will vouch for their pizza but its still nothing spectacular. The supper menu is absolutely awful. Who hired these cooks? The bar is kind of repulsive. Unless your a 56 year old toothless man getting ready to plunge 200$ into the video lottery machine, stay away. Greasy, & rundown. Rating : F

BLUENOSE COLLECTIBLES - Going to the store & picking something up from the shelves is not a problem, They have a great selection of cards, stamps & other collectibles. A+ rating for that. As far as special ordering a product from the store goes, AVOID IT! Your product will come in weeks late from the date they promise you. You will end up waiting forever. Much better off pre-ordering or ordering games from FutureShop, or EB Games. Rating : C-

PLAZA DOLLAR - Just your basic Dollarstore, not everything is a dollar but its not a problem considering most of the things people actually need are. Its got the essentials you need that you would find at any Corporate named DOLLARAMA. Rating : A

POWER CO. FITNESS CENTER - Great gym. Its very quiet which is great cause if your not in the mood for a lot of people around when working out this is a great choice of gym. They offer a good workout environment with every machine you need to whip into shape. Rating : A+

POINTE-CLAIRE BARBER - Avoid! They will butcher your hair. Your best off cutting your own or finding another spot, otherwise youll be leaving with a grin on your face and a bad mood for a week till your hair grows back. Rating : D-

POINTE-CLAIRE VIDEO - Decent video store to get new releases as well as classic movies. For video game selection it has a poor rating. For movies I give it an A. In the end, if you have a car, go to a BlockBuster, youll be much more pleased. Rating : B+

METRO - Great grocery store, nice look, very organized. Simple easy Grocery shopping. A+

MEGAMAG - Awesome little shop if you need a copy of your favorite magazines, a pack of smokes or some rolling papers. On top of that there is a post office in the back of the shop. A++

PAPILLON BULK FOODS - Great store if your looking for healthy ingredients to buy in bulk. Also a great selection of candies & chocolate if you have a sweet tooth. Great store that has foods for every taste bud. As well as specialty organic foods & gluten free products. Rating : A++

TD BANK - Its a bank, they have served me well as far as customer service. Nice staff, working ATMS. Replacement of lost bank cards within 10 minutes of entering the bank. Good place to stash your cash. Rating : A++

BEDO : Bedo is a gem within this mall. This mall is no Fairview when it comes to style & clothing or spending a full day walking around. Bedo has beautiful clothes for both men & women. For those men whove not yet walked in to Bedo, you should. You will certainly find something you like & at an inexpensive price too. Very well worth it. Rating : A+++

SAQ - It's the liquor store. Its one of the smallest SAQ's ive actually been too but they still have the basics of what you need. Customer service is nothing special there. I ran into a crabby employee on several occasions. The female cashiers always seemed to be in a great mood though. If you wanna get drinking and its the only one in the area, its worth the visit. Rating : B

STEVES HARDWARE - This is a little local hardware store. They have the basics of what you would need for a small repair in the house. As well as a few little knick knacks around for decorative purposes. Ive not had any major repairs on my home this year, & for every little thing I needed, Steve had it. Most of the people working there are a pleasure. Although there is one employee who is VERY pushy with his sales. When in the store I find myself avoiding him so he doesnt come up to me making decisions about my life. In no store should you have to avoid someone working. Great store, Weird service. Rating : B+

UNIPRIX - Not the largest Uniprix ive come across but it has everything you would need a Pharmaceutical store to have. The Pharmacists have great service and have helped me everytime I have been ill to find the product best suited for my recovery. Great service, clean store. Rating : A+

CLIO BOOKSTORE - Very small bookstore with not very much to offer. If your a hardcore reader & will pick up any new book that looks interesting and read it. This is a good store for you. If your coming in looking for a specific book, you will NOT find it. They will have to special order it for you. When it gets to that point, just go to Chapters. Youll find what you need, at the same price, or even cheaper. Rating : C

SWISS VIENNA - If your passing by in the mood for a quick meal, or a decadent piece of chocolate. This is the place. On top of that they have an assortment of home made chocolates & packaged chocolate. You can buy fresh bread, freshly sliced cold cuts or a refreshing beverage. This store has a few specialty items you wont see anywhere else. Well worth the visit. Good food, clean environment, good prices. Rating : A++

PITOU MINOU CO. - Absolutely fantastic pet food & accessory store. You will find every food you could possibly find to feed your furry friend. They have a very knowledgable staff that if you go in not knowing what your pet eats, they will know, and they will serve you well. Very polite, Very clean store. Rating : A++

AMAZONIA GARDEN STORE - This is a great gardening store. I will admit that some specialty items like pots & such are a bit overpriced. But if your going in for soil, or other types of generic gardening essentials, this is the place. Service is decent. Never a bad experience, although some employees were not really all that knowledgable. Rating : B+

i would like to comment that for such a successful automobile business center, they certainly take a long time for a simple oil change or tire change/rotation. Be prepared to lose your vehicle for an entire business day, regardless of the early morning appointment you may have !

This owner of this restaurant has such poor customer service. My first experience I ordered a dessert called brownie explosion because I wanted brownies. I specifically asked the waitress if this dessert had lots of brownies, she said yes. When I received my dessert and it was a fountain glass filled with whipped cream and crumbs for brownies. I went to see the owner. He protested and stirred the dessert with my spoon to show me that there were brownies and then gave it back to me!

The second time I went with friends, and the wife of one of my friends asked for more cheese on her nachos. The owner was there again and explained to her that there was cheese underneath and that she just needed to keep eating to get to the cheese! She didn't eat the rest and sent it back to the kitchen. When the owner came to see what the problem was he brought the nachos PUT HIS HANDS IN IT to show that there was cheese and didn't give any compensation. This owner is very cheap with is meals, his customers, and is unable to communicate as a restaurant owner should with his clients.

The "Petit" part of the business name comes from the fact that it's a bakery, delicatessen and restaurant, all in one small strip mall location.

The resto has an inviting Old World decor. You don't have to be a kraut to enjoy it; they will treat you like family, no matter what your background.

The Bavarian specialty plate will feed two normal appetites. It's simply some of the best Bavarian/German food I have ever had.

Highly recommended.

You could include a map of the location of stores in your shopping mall. The inside indication is so minimal; that we have to walk way to much if we don't know the exact location of a store we wish to find rapidly. We could download the maps and print it, which will make our visit more effective and less frustrating.

A total disaster of a place. Where do I start...

First, there`s no greeting from anyone, they just start spraying your wheels with cold water. If your brakes are still hot, too bad...they`re now warped and you need new rotors.

Second, their soap is so harsh that it removed ALL the wax that i had on my brand new BMW.

Third, they scratched the paint in full of places because they use dirty sponges and rub the paint very hard.

Fourth, they use this stupid rinse system to save time. It rinses about half the car.

Fifth, the wheels are still dirty when you leave. I asked them to redo them....NO was the answer.

SO after spending $14!!! (just for the exterior), I now need to fully wash, polish and wax my car.

Will I return? NO, but I will tell anyone that i know to stay very far away from this place.

I've been a member of this dojo for 2 years now and will continue to participate in the foreseeable future.

Great atmosphere - very family oriented! In fact, many parents who bring their kids to the children's class end up joining the adult class!

Hands-on approach - a great way to get in shape and meet a great bunch of people!

I had a Make A Teddy Bear party at my house. It was wonderful. The animator was great with the kids, the plush animals were awesome. We had one hour of fun and adventure. My girls couldn't say enough about this wonderful event and they still sleep with their cuddly new friends. I would suggest this fantastic party event to anyone looking for a great idea, with no worries.

Do you have something against checking your coat? This policy was started for two reasons (1) So no one tears their coats on the hooks, conveyoers, or other things in the warehouse and (2) To reduce theft, along with the cameras and recording system.
I don't thnk our staff jumps on anyone, but they are there to serve and help the customer. I suppose if they did not do that, we would be told we ignored you.
Udisco is the Canadian Distributor for Hirobo and stocks over $250,000.00 in parts. We are not going to do that for every helicopter on the market. Hirobo is a championship machine. Dominik Haegele won the 3D Masters 2009 held in Spain. This is already his 2nd 3D Masters victory in 3 years. Of course he was flying the HiroboTurbulence D3. For safety reasons, Hirobo used foam blades for indoor use, but there are carbon blades available. The reason for this, is several years ago, an idiot in BC tried to fly a helicopter in his garage, hit the wall, and was injured by the flying broken blade. Subsequently he tried to sue Udisco and Hirobo.
I won't say who, but this was written by a prominent chinese manufacturer of helicopters.
"Yes, Hirobo is a famouse model manufacturer , though their quality is great, their price also high.Frankly, our quality can't met your standard if you are searching some products whose quality as good as Hirobo of Japan."

What you are calling yelling might also be called active discussions on many subjects.
Regarding China, you just have to look at the multi billion dollar recalls on Chinese products by Mattel, Mega Blocks, Safety First, etc for lead in the paints and other reasons.
I will not get into a discussion about Distribution aux Modeliste or his methods of doing business. Nor will I make slanderous statements as you have.
90% of Udisco's distribution business is with mom and pop hobby shops and we do supports them. But In December 1995, we decided to open for 30 days to the public, and Ted's was a prime reason for this. In the third week, it was consumers and another hobby shop who convinced us to stay open to the public.
You are happy with Ted's and I would suggest that you continue to deal with him. No one has twisted your arm or forced you to buy anywhere else.
