         <description><pre-wrap>I had bought a Blackberry Storm last Feb im currently on my 4 Fuc*in phone all because the wonderful pricks @ verizon will not let me get out of the phone with out buying a new one @ "The ONE year rate" Plus a 80$ fee for who know what! so anyother smart phone will run me around 480-580$ with the one year rate plus that $80.00 charge JUST PURE SICK OF THEM I Cursed the lady out told her to kiss my ass you guys have shit customer service and wanted to get my line cut "She say's" "QUOTE" by doing that we will charge you a 135$ cut off fee and why would you want to leave us for any other company its just going to cost you the same amount of money to do so to go with the Iphone from AT&amp;T i explaned to her anything was betteer then dealing with this shit and her cocky attude she held my Storm for 5 mins and told me oh sorry i see nothing wrong with it i told her "OH so it only takes 5 mins to trouble shoot it and when i leave this fucking store it will be doing the same shit I told you it was when i walked in !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</pre-wrap></description>

         <description><pre-wrap>My family's current ISP is none other than Verizon. That was fine with me. I like surfing the web much faster. But recently, my dad received a letter from a certain company with a red glowing checkmark. This is basically what is says:

They thank us for our loyalty to this internet service. Because they like us so much, they're boosting the speed by about several more Kb/s, no charge. Oh, yeah, they're also going to jack up the monthly price. Oh, no, nothing to do with the speed or anything, they just want more of our money.

I'm thinking about asking my dad to switch to Comcast. 
What do you guys think?

They said it was airtime charges, but your blocked from going there on all my lines. I said I'm not paying and they threatened to sue me. They cut off the phones and charged me early termination fee. Their call routing system is so awful it takes 15 minutes to get to a human being, and then another 15 minutes to get to a supervisor -- none of whom will do anything. FIOS sucks, too. the picture always break up, the on demand movies are crap, the service technicians show up and don;'t fix anything, and the installer even refused to give me enough cable so I can move my furniture around. oh yeah, and the CEO make $20 million last year. </pre-wrap></description>

DAILY I get robo-calls from verizon telling me about new services, changes in their services, that my payment is late, that my payment was received, that they're cutting off my phone AND internet service for non-payment, etc.

9PM I get a robo-call from verizon. 10am same thing. At all hours of every day.  LEAVE ME ALONE ! Verizon sux big time. I patiently wait for my one-year to expire and then I'm gone from these idiots. 

On Verizon's employment application there's probably the question: "Are you stupid or dumb?" and anyone who answers YES is hired. Idiots, all 2 dozen+ customer service employees I've spoken to.

Their tactics are all the same:
Bait and switch
Customer Service Reps are trained to lie and promise things they can't deliver.
Installer are incompetent.
Service is subpar.
They are all overpriced.

We are being bled to death cents at a time in every transaction with every corporate entity who are now asking the Supremes for "freedom of speech" rights that should only accrue only to human beings, not pieces of legal paper.

You hear that clinking sound behind you? It's the nickels and dimes falling out the holes they've got in our consumer unit overalls.
If we ever rose up, they would crumble like dominoes.

Stand in line and demand the right price when point of sale price doesn't match the cash register. Take the time to go to small claims court, cancel the transaction on your credit card, make a complaint to the FCC, complain to your County Supervisors, District Attorney, or Mayor's office. We can stop this if we stop acting like sheeple.</pre-wrap></description>

         <description><pre-wrap>Recently Ally Bank has shown a commercial on TV that exhibits the type of management style Verizon forces upon their employees.  If you recall in the commercial an executive allows a young girl to ride a bicycle. She attempts to move forward and is stopped by the executive from leaving a ridiculous 4 ft by 4 ft box painted on the floor. Then the executive tells her you cannot ride outside the box. VZ customers you should realize that VZ management forces the majority of employees to follow a specific set of work rules often cluttered with software glitches in order to meet service goals . This ultimately reflects the service experience that you loathe.  VZ has a zero tolerance policy when an employee needs to vary from a prescribed flow chart to meet customerâs service expectations. Continuing this mantra Verizon cannot hope to improve.

         <description><pre-wrap>Daughter bought a new phone, and within 2 months if failed.  Went to Verizon store near her college and was told they would exchange the phone for her for a $20 restocking fee - that makes sense - we pay for a defective phone and then get charged an additional amount.  OK, new phone arrives to her dorm, 2 months later I receive a bill that includes a $299.00 nonreturned equipment fee.  Evidently she was supposed to mail back the defective phone.  No one happened to mention this to her AND the Verizon store KEPT the defective phone - therefore no phone to mail back.  I was repeatedly told 1) the store would not do this (ie I'm a liar) 2) there was nothing they could do about this because it is company policy that we return the defective phone - we should deal with the local verizon store who didn't return the phone 2 months prior to the bill.  Yadda, yadda. I dealt with 2 people, including a manager, who were rude and not helpful...I have 5 phones and have been a customer for 10 years!!!  They didn't care if they lost me as a customer and basically told me so.  VERIZON SUCKS!!!!!</pre-wrap></description>
