Hema, thanks for the informative post. I actually heard about the Tata Nano on the news recently and was shocked to learn that it has a fuel economy of over 60 mpg on highways and over 50 mpg on city roads. That is absolutely incredible! With gas prices here in California topping $4.15/gallon, I could definitely use a fuel-efficient car. Ratan Tata came up with a great idea, but with all due respect to him, that is one ugly looking car.

Nano will not get a speeding ticket!
At the price tag of $ 25 hundred
It may not offer cushy comfort!

It's not for markets of the US and Europe
Neither for the procession of Vatican Pope!
But, for millions of middle class Indians
Tata Nano will be a mobile heaven!

Yes, Tata's feat is indeed incredible
To too many families, it's a miracle!
Nano is destined to be useful
But not blessed to be beautiful!

You see, it doesn't even have AC
Well, utility takes precedence to beauty!
To dowse fire, we don't need sacred water,
Will wonderfully serve, even murky water!

A Greek blind man who wrote 'The Iliad', and 'The Odyssy' epics. 'Trojan War' story (Troy) is a small part of "The Iliad". Achilles is a great character in it. Brad Pitt played Achilles role in the movie 'Troy'. (With some input from Wikipedia).

Mozart - Means Music

Born in the beautiful country of Austria. Started playing violin at the age of 4 (yes.... it is 'four'). Started composing at the age of 5 (five). Completed 600 compositions. The expression "Playing second fiddle" came after him, as he used to play the same tune just by listening it once. He had earned a lot (equivalent to US $ 142,000 a year in 2006). He died in the year 1791. At the time of his death, he was penniless and almost forgotten. But, today, even after more than 200 years, people still remember him for his compositions. At the time of his death, he was composing ' Requiem'. He was buried in an unmarked grave. When he died, he was only 35 years!

A movie ('Amadeus', meaning 'Beloved of the God') on Mozart is interesting, though controversial for inaccuracies. It won 8 oscars! (With some input from Wikipedia).

Someone said: "Mozart can be had for breakfast, lunch, and dinner". To me Mozart is music, and everything else is noise. Period.
