The interview is an opportunity for both, the interviewer and the candidate to market themselves. The employer is selling the organization to you, and you are marketing your skills, knowledge, and personality to the employer. Remember that interviews are varied and so they cannot therefore be easily categorized.
Following are some human resource interview tips:

Be prepared
Preparation increases confidence. Practice with your friends or relatives. Remember that everyone who is interviewing is not necessarily a good interviewer.
You may prepare by reviewing magazine and newspaper articles. You may check out their web site. Read your resume before your interview. It will keep your answers fresh.

Location and punctuality
Find out the location of organization. Make sure you have a map or directions as well as information of the nearest railway station.
Arrive 5-10 minutes early. Arriving early will give you the opportunity to read some information on the company in the reception area.

Be professional
Professional look always helps for good impression. Be careful about your dressing. Be aware of the company culture and ensure you dress to impress. Decide what you are going to wear the night before to avoid making the wrong choices.

Be polite
Don't interrupt to the interviewer. Listen very carefully. Poor listening skills are responsible for the bad impression.
If the interview is being conducted in a restaurant, mind your table manners. If the interviewers are serious and soft-spoken, then you should be same as interviewer. Avoid loud laughter during the interviewer.

Be positive
Keep in mind that there is only one chance to make a first impression. Every company wants employees who are goal-oriented, career-driven, enthusiastic and motivated. Be the employee as they want. End the interview on a positive note. The hiring official needs to know that you are interested, enthusiastic and excited about the position and the company.

Be practical
If you are experienced then the interviewer already knows your current salary and benefits package. When the topic of salary comes up state that you know they will make a fair offer.
If you are offered the position during the interviewing process and you want the job then accept it. If the offer is not acceptable for any reason, ask for time to consider the offer.

In addition to doing research and practicing your answers to common interview questions, you should be aware of general interview etiquette. Remember the following points when preparing for an interview:

Review your resume, and make sure that you can explain everything on it. Arrive at the interview ten minutes early to give yourself an opportunity to collect your thoughts and relax. Be aware that many employers will have their receptionists’ record the time you came in. If you rush in at the last minute, an employer may have serious concerns about your ability to arrive on time for a normal day at work.

Get a good night's sleep before your interview. You will think more effectively in the interview if you are rested. Also, yawning will not impress anyone. Eat something before the interview. If you are worried about your stomach growling, you will not be able to concentrate on the questions.

Dress appropriately for the position that you are applying to. Try to dress like the people who work there would dress if they were representing their organization at some function. If you are unsure about what to wear, always err on the side of being too dressed up.

Make sure that you are clean, neat, and well-groomed. Interviewers do notice your appearance, and first impressions are critical in an interview situation.

Take a copy of your resume, transcript, references and perhaps a portfolio or work samples with you. Also take a pen and paper, as you may want to record some important information.

Mobile phone addiction is a big social problem. Psychiatrists believe that mobile phone addiction is becoming one of the biggest non-drug addictions in the 21st century. Along with the age drop of the mobile phone users and the ease of prepaid method provide by the system operators, most teenagers now own their own mobile phone and network service. Teenagers are engaged on their mobile phones all the time, no matter on phone calls, using SMS text messages, personalising the mobile phones with ringtones and pictures etc. Besides this, many people are running after the lastest mobile phones. New models of mobile phones are released almost everyday. In order to get up-to-date, people tend to change their mobile phones once in a while. These became habits among the mobile phone users causing them to spend unnecessary cost on mobile bills and costs.
Cyber bullying is also another issue among the disadvantages of mobile phones. Cyber bullying is a bullying act using offensive words and behavior via online chatting, emails or SMS text messages. It was showed that the psychological effects of cyber bullying are much severe that face-to-face bullying. This problem now is among teenagers especially the secondary students.
There are still many problems causing but the new technology. Mobile phones with camera functions are causing privacy problems. Saudi Arabia had banned camera phones through out the country while many countries are concern about this problem. This is because many people have misused the usage on the camera phones such as using it as a hidden camera to take photos which are private. The spreading on computer viruses is also a problem for this new technology. Just like computer viruses, these viruses will affect the normal usage on mobile phones making them to malfunction and causing destructions.

Immediate Issue

Joe Huffman, the project manager at Gadget Toy Company, has just submitted a proposal for a new children’s toy to the new product review committee. He is anticipating approval from the committee at the end of the week and must now determine if the project can be completed in time to meet the September 15 delivery date.

Basic Issues

1. There is presently a strong market demand for the cartoon character that Joe has proposed so quick implementation is important. (Reacting quickly to dynamic market forces). He has determined the definitive starting point of this project as immediate and the ending point as nineteen weeks from now which is when the toys must be ready for distribution.

2. Joe has determined the activities that are necessary for this project; he can begin to work on some immediately but must wait on others as they have precedence relationships where other activities must be completed first. He has also estimated the time that would be required to complete each activity and found that three activities: deliver new equipment, building dies/tools, and advertising have lengthy completion times.

3. After consulting with marketing, Joe has found that a minimum of six weeks of advertising is required for this cartoon character but twelve weeks have been estimated in the activity list. Joe must determine if he needs to reduce the advertising in order to cut the total project time (reduce the critical path time), keeping in mind that each week of lost advertising would amount to approximately a five percent reduction in sales.

4. After consulting with production, Joe has found that the time to build dies and tools could be reduced by two weeks if the tool shop worked weekends for a cost of $5,000. (Activity crashing on a critical activity). He will have to determine if this action is necessary.

The definition of a friend, and friendship, is based upon one's own notions. Many people look for different characteristics in friends, things that may be common in nature. There are many different types of friends that one wants or needs. There are Five different categories for these friends. It is best in nature to recognize and appreciate various kinds of friends. The first type of friend in the friendship is an acquaintance. This is the beginning to all basics, and deeper friendships. This is the person with whom, is only known on a pure, and basic level. The insight to this person's life, is merely an observation from a person's perception. Usually, these are the types of friends that a person may meet in school, and college,,,,
