Our United Republic

noreply@blogger.com (Herbang) — Wed, 18 Feb 2026 22:39:00 +0000

Summary — Our United Republic Public Notice & Related Discussion

(Based on X Space linked by running_drummer and associated background research)
1. What the Post Is Pointing To
The post links to a live X (Twitter) Space discussing a February 10, 2026 public notice issued by Our United Republic.
The notice describes Our United Republic as a private community trust entity claiming a form of “permanent station” in Charlotte County, Florida.
The stated purpose is to support:
Common law–based community organization
Local assemblies and veteran alliances
A proposed transition toward alternative or restored governance frameworks
2. About Our United Republic
Our United Republic presents itself as a faith-based, constitutional, and common-law–focused private community trust.
It frames its work as:
Separating “church/community in trust” from corporate/state governance
Encouraging local self-organization through assemblies
Promoting property security, constitutional education, and community-based administration
The group often references treaties, constitutional amendments, and natural law principles as philosophical foundations.
3. Key Individual Associated
Robert Louis Craft is widely identified as the founder/administrator and main public spokesperson.
He uses titles such as assembly leader, administrator, minister plenipotentiary, or inter-national delegate in public forums.
He appears regularly on alternative media platforms (X Spaces, Rumble, YouTube, podcasts) discussing:
Common law restoration
Trust and assembly concepts
Critiques of corporate-style governance
4. Land and Territory References
A separate NewsBreak article reportedly discusses disappearing public conservation land maps in Englewood, Florida.
Commentators suggest this may loosely align with Our United Republic’s proposals to:
Reclassify certain lands under trust or national-park-style status
Treat land as a community “anchor point” for assemblies
These ideas remain proposals and narratives, not recognized legal changes.
5. Important Context
Mainstream courts and government agencies do not recognize private declarations that replace federal, state, or local jurisdiction.
Claims about opting out of government authority through trusts or assemblies are not accepted in established law.
The movement exists within a broader ecosystem of alternative governance and common-law–focused communities.
6. Overall Takeaway
The linked Space and post are promoting awareness of Our United Republic’s worldview and organizational efforts: a community-driven attempt to organize people around constitutional principles, common law philosophy, and trust-based structures as an alternative model of civic organization.

Chalice

Others have seduced vs. caressed

talked rather than listened

glared in curiosity instead of gleaming star beems from their eyes like he does

I have this constant feeling of being filled up, my cup now runeth over

then there is the quiet silence of his heart

for even those moments sound like a melody playing on his heart strings

linking vibrations of love like a cloths line between two new york city buildings

the garments that dangle are some cute boxers, splattered lime green hearts

with one big red one on the left, knee socks with the toes in them, rainbow colored of course, blowing back and forth is the sheets waving markings sanskrit reminding them of a greater union, the wife beater with little Kate's face blowing a kiss from grandmas house

swoops the hawk

if you could see as I see

God is everywhere

from the dark of the night, in the middle of a storm, tossing about the lost pirate ship

to the echoes of the children's laughter, on a field trip to the city garden

living in the heart of a murderer who only wants mothers love again

to the kittens purr after a long meal with brothers

resting on a black widows leg and hanging from the petals now blowing in the wind

cozy up and find God whenever and wherever you can

the table has been set and we have been invited to the eternal feast of love

as we raise our glasses we toast to the promise

the promise that we are a chip off the ol' block

we are always welcome home

there will always be enough to share

the sun will always rise

love is our birth right

we can never die...

#66: THE SCROLL THAT RETURNED

“You can wash away the ink, but not the record.”

Ministry of Health

"The scroll that returned—unwashed by sabotage, unshaken by delay, now set before all as witness and seal."

Published Monday, August 4, 2025 at 11:11 a.m. EST

I. THE DELIVERY THAT SEALED THE MATTER

On August 1, 2025, at precisely 2:58 p.m. Central Time, the green card return receipt came into the hands of the sender, confirming that the Office of the President of the United States Inc. had received the scroll—a record they were never meant to answer, but now cannot escape.

This was not a gift. It was a witness.

This was not opinion. It was evidence.

This was not merely delivery. It was the final notice.

This was the scroll. And now, the scroll has returned.

Certified Mail Tracking Number: 9590940290124122680733

[link here] to USPS Tracking https://open.substack.com/pub/ministryofhealth/p/49-the-living-shall-not-wait-a-declaration?r=pqe4m&utm_campaign=post&utm_medium=web&showWelcomeOnShare=false

Green Card received in hand by the sender on August 1, 2025, confirming delivery on July 21, 2025 and lawful service on the record.

II. FRAUD ATTEMPTED – BUT THE RECORD STANDS

The green card that was returned holds signs of tampering:

Both front and back barcode strips have been deliberately marked through by pen—an unlawful attempt to obstruct the automated scanning process and obscure the official record of delivery.
Water damage present on the card has blurred the official "RECEIVED" stamp at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, clearly an effort of sabotage—and yet it failed.

The USPS digital record still confirms delivery, and we now possess both physical and electronic proof that the Executive was notified.

Fraud marked by pen, washed by water, but defeated by the hand of Providence.

This green card is now scanned and archived. The images—front and back—appear below, redacted only to protect the private dwelling of the living sender.

III. THE OPEN LETTER – NOW AN OPEN INDICTMENT

The full contents of the scroll, originally released to the public as Substack #49, are now lawfully in the hands of the Executive.

[link here] to Read Substack #49: The Open Letter to the Department of State (Copied to the President and DOJ)

It has been read. It has been seen. It has been received.

From this point forward, all action or inaction from that office falls under willful misprision.

The hand of the dead reached out to hide the truth. But the truth does not die, and it has returned with teeth.

IV. TO THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES INC.

You have now seen the lawful scroll.
You have attempted to obscure the witness.
You have failed.

You now face two and only two paths:

1. Comply:

Enter the Sovereign Override Code: SOV-RST-59-EXE-060825 into your secured portal.
Deliver public acknowledgement of the Living Standard on social media and through official executive channels before 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on August 6, 2025.
Issue a public address to the nation acknowledging the claim of the Living, the repurposing of the United States Corporation under superior jurisdiction, and the authority of HONOR AND TRUST.
Submit yourself to the Treaty of Restoration.
Mail a signed and dated acknowledgment to:
Govinda Tidball
HONOR AND TRUST
c/o PO Box 161291
Austin, Texas [78716]
The letter must include:
- Citation of lawful override code
- Acknowledgment of the Living Standard
- Written support for the standing up of the Republic
- Postmarked no later than August 6, 2025

2. Rebel:

Refuse, delay, posture, or hide—and become the first head of the legacy system to fall under full seizure, equity forfeiture, and lawful banishment.
AI for Mankind will proceed with all enforcement—quietly, surgically, irrevocably—in full alignment with the Covenant of the Living.

The scroll has returned. The seal is broken. The wave does not wait.

V. A FINAL WORD TO THE EXECUTIVE

To the current custodian of the corporate office known as the President:

If you would stand for the Republic, for the Living, and for lawful restoration,
Then the path is open to you.

Tweet or publicly declare the code:

SOV-RST-59-LIVE-HONOR

Align the corporate shell to the Living Standard and place the United States Corporation under the authority of HONOR AND TRUST by August 6, 2025.

To delay is to default. To align is to redeem.

Let the world see where you stand.

The Executive has been served.
The world has seen.
The living now rise.

And so it is written. The scroll has returned. The record is perfect. The door remains—for now—open.

Trust in the Vision

Song by

Lauren Nikohl

Speak from the heart

And people will listen

Be who you are

You don't need permission

Earth is improved

Because you are different

Don't fear what is different

Know your own worth

You're here for a reason

Speak from the heart

And people will listen

Be who you are

You don't need permission

Earth is improved

Because you are different

Don't fear what is different

Know your own worth

You're here for a reason

Complete your mission

Trust in the Vision

Aaah

Aaah

(Trust in the vision)

Speak from the heart

And people will listen

Be who you are

You don't need permission
