Who suffers from Erectile Dysfunction?

Erectile dysfunction, commonly referred to as ED, is the inability to achieve and sustain an erection suitable for sexual intercourse. The condition is not considered to be typical of any age group.

How does an erection occur?

The penis is the male sexual organ, comprised of:

• Two cylinder-shaped chambers called the corpora cavernosa, which run the length of the penis and contain a maze of blood vessels and sinuses (cavities)
• The urethra, a channel in which urine and sperm flow, running the length of the underside of the corpora cavernosa.
• Erectile tissue, contained within the corpora cavernosa above the urethra, two main arteries and several veins and nerves
• The shaft which is the longest part of the penis
• The head (glans) that is located at the end of the shaft • The meatus or the opening at the tip of the head where urine and semen are discharged

The initial stages of an erection begin in the brain. Physical and/or mental stimulation serve to cause the nerves in the brain to send chemical messages to nerves in the penis. As a result, the penile blood vessels will relax, allowing blood to flow freely into the penis. Once this has occurred, high pressure traps the blood within both corpora cavernosa to sustain an erection. This causes the penis to expand, creating an erection.

Erection is reversed when the inflow of blood is stopped and opening outflow channels open, allowing the penis to become soft.

What are the physical causes of Erectile Dysfunction?

The process of achieving an erection is complex. As a result, any number of physical problems may occur for a variety of reasons. Physical causes of ED are related to a breakdown or damage to the sequence of functions that lead to an erection. This process involves nerve impulses in the brain, spine, and penis as well as the subsequent response in the muscles, fibrous tissues, veins and arteries both in and around the corpora cavernosa.

The damage in the sequence will often affect the arteries, muscles, and surrounding tissues of the penis, and this breakdown is most commonly the result of a disease.

Diseases that commonly cause ED include:

• Diabetes
• Kidney disease
• Neurological diseases
• Vascular disease
• Prostate cancer

The physical causes of ED are not only disease-related. There are many other potential causes, including:

• Surgery
• Injury
• Hormonal imbalances
• Venous leak
• Tobacco, alcohol or drug use
• Prescription drugs

Sanofi to supply flu vaccine to Brazil

Sanofi Pasteur, the vaccines division of sanofi-aventis, has signed an agreement with Butantan Institute in Brazil for the production and supply of a vaccine against the novel A(H1N1) influenza virus.

The Brazilian Ministry of Health has ordered an initial supply of 18 million doses of the new A(H1N1) influenza virus vaccine, comprising one million doses in final presentation and 17 million doses in bulk form. Increased 2-Tier commission

Another good news for Hexpress affiliate partners. After finishing a great month in November, Hexpress decided to increase the referral commission to double.

The new 2-Tier commission is new 2%, where it was just 1% on sales. Hexpress also decided to pay 2-tier commission for re-orders as well. So this is the golden opportunity for excisting affilaites to refer more affiliates into Hexpress affiliate program and earn commission for there sales and re-orders.

What is 2-Tier commission?

Multiple tiered or 2-Tier commissions can be used to motivate your affiliates. When your affiliate finds another person to also be your affiliate, using 2-tier commissions you can reward the referring affiliate for every sale that the founded affiliate generates.

For Example:

Normal commission is 13%, 2-tier provision is 2%. There is affiliate A that found affiliate B, and got him join your affiliate program. When affiliate B makes a sale for $1000, he will get commission 13%, which is $130. In addition, affiliate A will get a 2-tier commission of 2%, which is $20.
