<p><strong>The deadline for submissions is September 15th</strong>.<strong> </strong>Early submissions encouraged. The Screening Party will take place at Hart House on September 22, 2010.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span>You must have been a student attending any formal (university or college) film-studies institution or receiving informal training in film studies (production courses, workshops, hands-on experience in media-arts production) anywhere in the world as of September 2007 or later.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span>You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction; otherwise, an application must be made by a parent or guardian on your behalf.</span></p>

<p><span>Certification Tutorials will be held periodically. <p class="MsoNormal"><span>Toronto Urban Film Festival (TUFF) 2010</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span>Making a great one-minute film, that’s TUFF. But we know<span>  </span>you can do it by July 15th!</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span>The Toronto Urban Film Festival (TUFF), unique in </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span>North America, is a 10-day long public film festival that reaches over 1.3 million subway commuters daily.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span>The festival runs from September 10 &#8211; 19, 2010, concurrent with the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF). Film are presented on the network of 270 subway platform screens inside the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC), and featured on the TUFF website, where people can vote for the Viewer’s Choice award.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span>TUFF is looking for the best silent one-minute films from across Canada and around the world. Over $10,000 in cash and prizes will be awarded to the winning films.</span></p>
