To be fair, I don’t think we give Phil his due. Trey does a serviceable imitation of Peter on Watcher of the Skies, but he’s struggling to duplicate Phil’s vocal on No Reply At All. Might have had more luck with Turn It On Again. That Phil was able to both fill in Peter’s cerebral and whimsical vocal parts after he left, while creating an equally difficult to imitate vocal persona of his own (desperate earnestness cloaked in playful bravado)? The “let’s crap on Phil Collins & post Gabriel Genesis” of the critics has kept him from getting the credit he deserves.

Would have loved to hear them do the short 2 minute ditty Horizons since Steve was there – gorgeous little piece. Ripples or Afterglow would have also been very nice choices.
