A Note from Frank & Carol Ogden

We are doing well and enjoying the work God has for us here. Frank enjoys teaching the med students, surgery and Carol has been preparing devotional talks for the staff each Wednesday and has preached at two different rural churches. God’s Money, Your Budget

Join us on Wednesdays at 6:45pm for a 5-week series led by Larry Ashby. With the premise that we need to look at our finances as belonging to God but in our care, Larry will lead the group through topics such as “writing a budget” (the easy part) and “sticking to a budget” (the hard part) and honoring God in the process. Planning a Garden Seminar

Saturday, March 3

10:00am-1:00pm

Plan your garden. We’ll look at various ways to garden in a small space with bad soil – raised beds, containers, window boxes, etc. Order lumber for your raised beds to be built at the church on March 24 work day. We will help you build and deliver them to your home. Determine the crops you want to grow and where to look for seed and plant starts to be planted next month. Enjoy a healthy lunch and good fellowship (just bring a cup of chopped, fresh veggies to add to the soup). RSVP to the church office or on the website at www.hillcrestcf.org
