PIL के मकसद पर उन्होंने सवाल उठाए. सिब्बल ने कहा कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सही कहा था कि PIL के पीछे राजनीतिक मकसद था. सिब्बल ने कहा है कि हमें दुख है कि इस मामले में कोई कानूनी कार्रवाई नहीं हुई और PIL दाखिल की गई. उन्होंने कहा कि जिस व्यक्ति ने ये PIL दाखिल की उसका नाम सूरज लोलगे था, वह नागपुर से ही है. सिब्बल ने आरोप लगाया कि सूरज बीजेपी और आरएसएस का करीबी है. उसने सिविक चुनाव के लिए बीजेपी से टिकट भी मांगा था.इसके अलावा कांग्रेस पार्टी ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट के न्यायाधीश के रूप में उत्तराखंड हाईकोर्ट के मुख्य न्यायाधीश के.एम. जोसेफ के नाम को मंजूरी नहीं दिए जाने पर भी मोदी सरकार पर हमला बोला. कांग्रेस नेता कपिल सिब्बल ने कहा कि हम लगातार कह रहे हैं कि न्यायपालिका खतरे में है. कानून कहता है कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट का कोलेजियम कहता है वही होगा, जबकि सरकार चाहती है कि अगर उनके मन मुताबिक नहीं हुआ तो कोलेजियम की सिफारिशों को नजरअंदाज करेगी और उसे मंजूरी नहीं देगी. कपिल सिब्बल ने कहा कि बीजेपी कहती है कि देश बदल रहा है, लेकिन हम कहते हैं कि देश बदल चुका है. आज सरकार न्यायपालिका के साथ जो बर्ताव कर रही है, वह पूरा देश जानता है. सरकार की मंशा साफ है कि वह जस्टिस जोसेफ को जज नहीं बनने देंगे. सिब्बल ने कहा कि सरकार कोलेजियम के हिसाब से नहीं चलना चाहती है.<br /><br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="548" data-original-width="730" src="https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-p_2PMs7Zrqc/WuF6ER7x8QI/AAAAAAAA6x8/0GNy74OWinob4yxp5mJv5Bx_KRguz_ygQCLcBGAs/s1600/diesel.jpg" /></a></div>नई दिल्ली. इस साल पेट्रोल, डीजल, प्राकृतिक गैस और कोयले के दाम 20 फीसदी तक बढ़ सकते हैं। वर्ल्ड बैंक ने अप्रैल की कमोडिटी मार्केट आउटलुक रिपोर्ट में यह अनुमान जताया है। ऐसा होता है तो इसका भारत पर विपरीत असर होगा। देश अपनी ऊर्जा जरूरतों की पूर्ति के लिए इन कमोडिटी के आयात पर ज्यादा निर्भर है। रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, क्रूड के दाम न सिर्फ 2018 में, बल्कि 2019 में भी औसतन 65 डॉलर प्रति बैरल रहने का अनुमान है। 2017 में यह कीमत 53 डॉलर प्रति बैरल थी। हालांंकि, अप्रैल 2018 के स्तर से क्रूड की कीमतों में गिरावट आने का अनुमान है। रिपोर्ट में वर्ल्ड बैंक के एक्टिंग चीफ इकोनॉमिस्ट शांतयनन देवराजन ने कहा है, "दाम बढ़ने में तेज होती वैश्विक ग्रोथ और मजबूत मांग का बड़ा योगदान है।" दक्षिण एशियाई देशों में भारत में तेल की कीमतें सबसे ज्यादा - क्रूड ऑयल के भाव में उछाल से नए फाइनेंशियल ईयर के पहले ही दिन पेट्रोल-डीजल की कीमतों में तेजी देखी गई। रविवार को दिल्ली में पेट्रोल 4 साल में सबसे महंगा हो गया। - वहीं, डीजल के भाव अब तक के सबसे ऊंचे स्तर पर पहुंच गए। राजधानी दिल्ली में अब पेट्रोल 73.73 और डीजल 64.58 रुपए प्रति लीटर बिक रहा है। ग्राहकों की नजरें अब मोदी सरकार पर टिकी हैं कि वादों के मुताबिक, एक्‍साइज ड्यूटी में कटौती कर महंगाई से राहत दिलाई जाए। - बता दें कि भारत में पेट्रोल-डीजल के दाम साउथ एशियाई देशों में सबसे ज्यादा हैं। इसकी वजह है कि भारत में सरकार इंटरनेशनल मार्केट में तेल के पंप रेट का आधा टैक्स लगा देती है। रविवार को ही भारत में पेट्रोल के दामों में बढ़ोत्तरी हुई - प्राइस नोटिफिकेशन के मुताबिक, तेल कंपनियों ने दिल्‍ली में पेट्रोल-डीजल की कीमतों में रविवार को 18 पैसे प्रति लीटर की बढ़ोत्‍तरी की। जिसके बाद दिल्ली में पेट्रोल 73.73 रुपए लीटर है। यह कीमत सितंबर, 2014 में सबसे ज्यादा 76.06 रुपए प्रति लीटर थी। - दिल्ली में डीजल 64.58 रुपए लीटर है, जो अब तक का सबसे ज्यादा भाव है। फरवरी, 2018 में 64.22 रुपए प्रति लीटर था। - बता दें कि सरकारी तेल कंपनियां जून, 2017 से पेट्रोलियम प्रोडक्ट्स की कीमतों की रोज समीक्षा करती हैं। इसके चलते हर दिन रेट बदलते हैं। पेट्रोलियम मंत्रालय ने की थी ड्यूटी घटाने की मांग - पेट्रोलियम मंत्रालय ने साल की शुरुआत में पेट्रोल-डीजल की कीमतें कम करने के लिए एक्साइज ड्यूटी घटाने की मांग की थी, ताकि इंटरनेशनल मार्केट में तेल की बढ़ती महंगाई से ग्राहकों को राहत दी जा सके। पर वित्त मंत्री अरुण जेटली ने 1 फरवरी, 2018 को पेश किए बजट में इसे नजरअंदाज कर दिया। डेढ़ साल में 9 बार एक्साइज ड्यूटी बढ़ी थी - अरुण जेटली ने नवंबर, 2014 से जनवरी 2016 के बीच एक्‍साइज ड्यूटी में 9 बार बढ़ोत्‍तरी की। जबकि इस दौरान ग्‍लोबल मार्केट में तेल कीमतों में गिरावट आई थी। इसके बाद सरकार ने अक्‍टूबर, 2017 में सिर्फ एक बार 2 रुपए प्रति लीटर एक्‍साइज ड्यूटी में कटौती की। - केंद्र ने राज्‍य सरकारों को तेल पर वैट में कटौती करने के लिए भी कहा। इसके बाद सिर्फ 4 राज्‍यों महाराष्‍ट्र, गुजरात, मध्‍य प्रदेश (तीनों भाजपा शासित) और हिमाचल प्रदेश (तब कांग्रेस शासित) ने वैट घटाया था। दिल्ली में यूरो-6 फ्यूल की बिक्री शुरू - दूसरी ओर, दिल्‍ली में 1 अप्रैल से यूरो-6 ग्रेड के पेट्रोल-डीजल की बिक्री शुरू हो गई। अल्‍ट्रा क्‍लीन यूरो-6 फ्यूल के लिए कोई अतिरिक्त कीमत भी नहीं देनी होगी। सरकारी तेल कंपनियां दिल्ली में यूरो-6 ग्रेड डीजल और पेट्रोल की आपूर्ति करेंगी। - आईओसी के निदेशक (रिफाइनरीज) बीवी राम गोपाल के मुताबिक, दिल्ली में रविवार से 391 पेट्रोल पम्‍प पर बीएस-6 अल्‍ट्रा क्‍लीन फ्यूल (पेट्रोल-डीजल) की सप्‍लाई शुरू हो गई। जबकि अभी तक यूरो-4 ग्रेड की बिक्री हो रही थी। - जनवरी, 2019 से एनसीआर के नोएडा, गाजियाबाद, गुड़गांव फरीदबाद और मुंबई, चेन्‍नई, बेंगलुरु, हैदराबाद, पुणे समेत 13 शहरों में यूरो-6 ग्रेड फ्यूल की सप्‍लाई शुरू होगी। वहीं, 1 अप्रैल 2020 से यह पूरे देश में मिलने लगेगा।<br /><br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="490" data-original-width="655" src="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-Cr8wpCrKIZw/WuFshDnV9sI/AAAAAAAA6wk/p2PshvpjoqMZaGRLF897Rj1p_2LLWwppQCLcBGAs/s1600/pulis.jpg" /></a></div><br />कुशीनगर: यूपी के कुशीनगर में स्कूली वैन हादसे में ड्राइवर की लापरवाही का मामला सामने आया है। बताया जा रहा है कि ड्राइवर कान में ईयरफोन लगाए हुए था जिस वजह से उसे ट्रेन के आने की आवाज सुनाई नहीं दी और वैन ट्रेन की चपेट में आ गई। बता दें कि गुरुवार सुबह कुशीनगर के विशुनपुरा थाने के दुदही रेलवे क्रॉसिंग पर स्कूल वैन के थावे-बढ़नी पैसेंजर ट्रेन से टकराने के चलते 13 बच्चों की दर्दनाक मौत हो गई। गुरुवार सुबह हुए इस हादसे के बारे में रेलवे अधिकारियों का कहना है कि स्कूल वैन का ड्राइवर कान में ईयरफोन लगाए हुए था। जब वैन दुदही मानव रहित रेलवे क्रॉसिंग से गुजर रही थी तब वहां तैनात गेट मित्र ने वैन के ड्राइवर को आगे न बढ़ने के लिए इशारा भी किया लेकिन ड्राइवर ने ध्यान नहीं दिया। स्थानीय नागरिकों ने भी यही बात कही। उन्होंने कहा कि ड्राइवर कान में ईयरफोन लगाए हुए थे। बच्चे चीखते-चिल्लाते रहे लेकिन ड्राइवर ने आवाज को दरकिनार कर दिया जिस वह से यह भीषण हादसा हुआ। हादसे में कई बच्चों के घायल होने की सूचना है। बताया जा रहा है कि वैन में करीब 25 बच्चे सवार थे। वहीं स्कूल वैन डिवाइन पब्लिक स्कूल की थी। हादसा इतना भयानक था कि आवाजें दूर-दूर तक सुनी गईं। वैन के परखचे उड़ गए। आसपास के लोग चीख-पुकार सुनकर मौके पर पहुंचे और राहत कार्य शुरू किया। पुलिस और प्रशासन को तुरंत ही सूचना दी गई।<br /><br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px;">नई दिल्ली - नाबालिग से दुष्कर्म के आरोप में 2013 से जोधपुर जेल में बंद आसाराम का फैसला कुछ देर में सुनाया जाएगा। फैसला सुनाने के लिए जज मधुसूदन शर्मा&nbsp;जेल पहुंच चुके हैं।&nbsp;मामले में तीन सह आरोपियों शिवा, शरद और शिल्पी को भी जेल लाया गया है। जोधपुर की कोर्ट ने सुरक्षा कारणों से सेंट्रल जेल परिसर में ही फैसला सुनाने का निर्णय किया है।&nbsp; फैसले के मद्देनजर केंद्र सरकार ने दिल्ली, राजस्थान, गुजरात और हरियाणा को सुरक्षा कड़ी करने के निर्देश दिए हैं। उधर, जेल में आसाराम ने फैसले की पूर्व संध्या पर कहा- ‘अब भगवान से ही उम्मीद है, होई है वही जो राम रचि राखा।’ मंगलवार को जोधपुर कलेक्टर रविकुमार सुरपुर व पुलिस उपायुक्त अमनदीप सिंह जेल में व्यवस्थाओं का जायजा लेने पहुंचे। इस दौरान कलेक्टर ने आसाराम से पूछा- ‘फैसले को लेकर क्या सोच रहे हो?’ इस पर आसाराम ने कहा कि कोर्ट का जो भी फैसला होगा, वह मंजूर होगा। वह और उनके समर्थक गांधीवादी विचारधारा के हैं और अहिंसा में यकीन रखते हैं। जेल प्रशासन की मानें तो आसाराम के चेहरे पर फैसले को लेकर कोई शिकन नहीं है। हां, उत्सुकता जरूर है।</div><div class="unruly_in_article_placement" data-unruly-ad-type="horizontal" style="border: 0px !important; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="412" data-original-width="650" height="404" src="https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-9ti9G0zjq3s/WtsvVGqF3fI/AAAAAAAA6sw/9wa_tqBWUZwy3-nok6Phr6jjiUE3UCgdwCLcBGAs/s640/harak%2Bsingh%2Brawat.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>नई दिल्ली/देहरादून : देहरादून की सीजेएम अदालत ने उत्तराखंड के कैबिनेट मंत्री हरक सिंह रावत के खिलाफ गैर जमानती वारंट जारी किया गया है. जानकारी के मुताबिक, कार्ट ने कई बार समन भेजने के बावजूद कोर्ट में पेश न होने पर कैबिनेट मंत्री डॉ. हरक सिंह रावत और कांग्रेस के पूर्व प्रदेश अध्यक्ष किशोर उपाध्याय समेत छह आरोपियों के खिलाफ गैर जमानती वारंट जारी किया गया है. अदालत ने देहरादून की एसएसपी को चार मई तक इन सभी को अदालत के समक्ष पेश करने के निर्देश दिए हैं.<br /><br /><br />दरअसल, दो दिसंबर, 2009 में विधानसभा सत्र के दौरान कांग्रेस कार्यकर्ता तत्कालीन नेता प्रतिपक्ष हरक सिंह रावत के नेतृत्व में विधानसभा कूच कर रहे थे. पुलिस ने उन्हें रिस्पना में रोक दिया था. इस दौरान कांग्रेसी कार्यकर्ताओं और विधायकों ने पुलिस से धक्कामुक्की की. पुलिस ने कांग्रेसी कार्यकर्ताओं पर सत्र के दौरान शन्ति व्यवस्था भंग करने और पुलिस से धक्कामुक्की करने के आरोप में 25 नेताओं, कार्यकर्ताओं पर मुकदमा दर्ज किया गया था.<br /><br /><br />जानकारी के मुताबिक, शुक्रवार (20 अप्रैल) देर शाम अदालत ने हरक सिंह रावत, किशोर उपाध्याय समेत पेश न हुए 6 लोगों के खिलाफ गैर जमानती वारंट जारी करने के निर्देश दिए.<br /><br /><br /><br />इस केस पर साल 2013 से सुनवाई चल रही है. अदालत ने सभी को कोर्ट में पेश होने के लिए जमानती वारंट जारी किए थे. कोर्ट में पेश होने के लिए शुक्रवार (20 अप्रैल) को आखिरी दिन था. जानकारी के मुताबिक पहले भी कैबिनेट मंत्री हरक सिंह रावत और कांग्रेस के पूर्व प्रदेश अध्यक्ष किशोर उपाध्याय ने पेश हो पाने में असमर्थता जताते हुए अदालत को प्रार्थनापत्र भेजा था.&nbsp;<br /><br /><br />इस मामले में अन्य कांग्रेसी कार्यकर्ताओं ने शुक्रवार को सीजेएम कोर्ट में पहुंचे, जहां से उन्होंने जमानत ले ली. आपको बता दें कि कैबिनेट मंत्री सुबोध उनियाल और कुंवर प्रणव चैम्पियन पहले ही जमानत ले चुके थे.<br /><br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="422" data-original-width="759" height="354" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-VdmEVFEk3fw/WtssbzvRobI/AAAAAAAA6sE/ktfdBifW5qMdo1Szq3BOVkevDHzydJjnACLcBGAs/s640/jodhpur%2Bcourt%2Bgives%2Bfinal%2Bverdict%2Bon%2Bsalman%2Bkhan%2Bin%2Bblackbuck%2Bpoaching%2Bcase.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>मुंबई: सलमान खान के लिए मुश्किलें थमने का नाम नहीं ले रही हैं. 2002 के हिट एंड रन केस में मुंबई के सत्र न्यायालय ने सलमान का जमानती वारंट रद्द कर दिया है. दिसंबर, 2015 ने बॉम्बे हाई कोर्ट ने सबूतों के अभाव में सलमान को इस केस से बरी कर दिया था, लेकिन हाईकोर्ट के फैसले के खिलाफ महाराष्ट्र सरकार ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट का दरवाजा खटखटाया था.<br /><br /><br />28 सितंबर 2002 को सलमान ने नशे की हालत में अपनी लैंड क्रूजर कार से फुटपाथ पर सो रहे 5 लोगों को कुचल दिया था. जिनमें से एक शख्स की मौत भी हो गई थी. उस वक्त सेशन कोर्ट ने हिट एंड रन केस में सलमान को 5 साल की सजा सुनाई थी. इस घटना ने सलमान की जिंदगी में भूचाल ला दिया था. वह बचाव की हर मुमकिन कोशिश करते रहे. इसके बाद उन्होंने हाईकोर्ट का दरवाजा खटखटाया था.<br /><br /><br />10 दिसंबर 2015 को हाईकोर्ट ने हिट एंड रन केस में सलमान को बड़ी राहत दी थी. कोर्ट ने उन्हें आरोपों से मुक्त कर दिया था. सलमान को बरी करते हुए कोर्ट ने कहा था कि घटना के दौरान ना तो सलमान के नशे में होने के और ना ही लैंड क्रूजर कार चलाने के सबूत मिले. जिसके चलते बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट ने हिट एंड रन केस में सलमान को तमाम आरोपों से बरी करते हुए बाइज्जत बरी कर दिया था.<br /><br /><br /><br />हिट एंड रन केस में सलमान हाईकोर्ट से बरी हो गए थे. लेकिन मुश्किलें खत्म नहीं हुई थी. क्योंकि हाईकोर्ट के फैसले के खिलाफ महाराष्ट्र सरकार ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट का दरवाजा खटखटाया था, जिस पर फैसला आना अभी बाकी है. इस मामले पर अभी तक संशय बना हुआ कि देश की सबसे बड़ी अदालत क्या फैसला लेगी.<br /><br /><br />हाल ही में काला हिरण शिकार मामले में जोधपुर कोर्ट ने सलमान को 5 साल की सजा सुनाई है. दो दिन जोधपुर सेंट्रल जेल में बिताने के बाद सलमान अभी जमानत पर बाहर हैं.<br /><br /><br /><br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="488" data-original-width="650" height="480" src="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-ff3pyIJIGmE/WtsrRzcWhoI/AAAAAAAA6rk/ufmTcgA6mPcdBmE0lKqNdkhI1rZD3TengCLcBGAs/s640/2000_notes.jpeg" width="640" /></a></div>बैंगलोर: कर्नाटक में आयकर विभाग ने कुल 4.13 करोड़ रुपये की बरामदगी की है, जिनमें 2,000 और 500 रुपये के 97 फीसदी नोट शामिल हैं. यह बरामदगी इसलिए भी महत्वपूर्ण है क्योंकि राज्य में विधानसभा चुनाव हो रहे हैं.<br /><br />दिलचस्प यह है कि यह जानकारी ऐसे समय में सामने आई है जब हाल ही में देश के कई शहरों में नकदी का संकट सामने आया था. कई स्थानों पर एटीएम में पैसे नहीं थे. डर के कारण लोगों ने भी एटीएम के बाहर लाइन लगाना शुरू कर दिया था.<br /><br />इधर, केंद्रीय प्रत्यक्ष कर बोर्ड ( सीबीडीटी ) ने हाल ही में अपनी जांच इकाइयों से कहा था कि वे इन गतिविधियों पर नजर रखें. कनार्टक में इस कदम के नतीजे सामने आए हैं.<br /><br />विभाग ने कहा , 'कर्नाटक में चुनाव प्रक्रिया अभी शुरू हुई है और ऐसे में बैंगलोर में विभाग की जांच शाखा ने 4.13 करोड़ रुपये की नकदी और 4.42 किलोग्राम सोने के गहने बरामद किए हैं. इन बरामदगी का सबसे महत्वपूर्ण तथ्य यह है कि ज्यादातर नकदी 2,000 और 500 रुपये के नोटों के रूप में बरामद किए गए.'<br /><br />बीते 27 मार्च को राज्य में चुनाव कार्यक्रम की घोषणा किए जाने के बाद से ये बरामदगी की गई है. विभाग ने कहा कि देश के कुछ हिस्सों में नकदी की कमी की खबरें हैं, ऐसे में यही लगता है कि नकदी कनार्टक में भेजी जा रही है. बता दें कि कर्नाटक में 12 मई को मतदान होना है.<br /><br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="330" data-original-width="660" height="320" src="https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-F1Re_wi-CGY/WtnPoHyLeFI/AAAAAAAA6lY/qhbZhpjSVO04CaSHSxh2sYcwLkz80b5pACLcBGAs/s640/mp%2Bcm%2Bshivraj%2Bchauhan%2Bwill%2Bsit%2Bon%2Bindefinite%2Bfast%2Bfrom%2Btomorrow.jpeg" width="640" /></a></div>नई दिल्लीः शांत स्वभाव के माने जाने वाले सीएम शिवराज सिंह चौहान शुक्रवार को सिविल सर्विस डे पर एक अलग ही अंदाज में नजर आए. प्रशासनिक अकादमी में आयोजित कार्यशाला में सीएम शिवराज ने कहा कि अधिकारियों को आपस में शांतिपूर्वक काम करना चाहिए न कि भारत और पाकिस्तान की तरह. दरअसल, सिविल सर्विस डे पर सीएम शिवराज प्रशासन अकादमी पहुंचे थे. इस दौरान सीएम शिवराज ने अफसरों को ऐशो आराम छोड़ने और आपसी गुटबाजी को खत्म करने की सलाह दी. कार्यशाला में मुख्यमंत्री ने अधिकारियों से आपस में समन्वय और शांति से काम करने की नसीहत दी. उन्होंने कहा कि कई बार देखा गया है कि अधिकारी अपना अलग-अलग गुट बना लेते हैं और आपस में शत्रुओं की तरह टकराव रखते हैं. आपस में ऐसा व्यवहार बिल्कुल गलत है. अधिकारियों को एक-दूसरे का मित्र बनकर देश सेवा में एक दूसरे का सहयोग करना चाहिए.<br /><br /><br /><br />मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि अधिकारियों को सिविल सर्विसेज की प्रतिष्ठा और विश्वसनीयता को बढ़ाने का प्रयास करना चाहिए और इसे धूमिल होने से बचाना चाहिए. अधिकारियों को प्रदेश के विकास के लिए साथ मिलकर काम करना चाहिए. प्रदेश में प्रशासन में सुधार के लिए फिर से सोच-विचार की प्रक्रिया शुरू की जाएगी. अपने भाषण के दौरान सीएम शिवराज ने नौकरशाहों पर भी कड़ी प्रतिक्रिया जताई और कहा कि ये ऐशो-आराम की नौकरी नहीं है. ये एक मिशन है, जिसे पूरा करने के लिए आप सभी को ऐशो-आराम छोड़कर अपने काम पर ध्यान देने की जरूरत है. मुख्यमंत्री ने अफसरों को गीता के श्लोक का संदर्भ देते हुए कि हमेशा अच्छे कार्यकर्ताओं का स्मरण करते रहें इससे आपका जीवन और बेहतर होगा.<br /><br /><br /><br />सीएम शिवराज ने कहा कि देश के विकास में सिविल सेवा का महत्वपूर्ण योगदान होता है. ऐसे में जरूरी है कि ये विभाग आपस में सामंजस्य बनाए रखें और देश के लिए कैसे और बेहतर काम किया जा सकता है इस पर चिंतन करें. फैसलों में तेजी और ताकत की जरूरत है और जरूरत है कि इस बात पर भी ध्यान दिया जाए कि कैसे हर योजना का लाभ प्रदेश के हर व्यक्ति तक पहुंचे. अगर कोई योजना असफल होती है तो ये किसी अफसर की नहीं बल्कि पूरी सरकार की असफलता होती है. लोकायुक्त जैसे मामलों में कई बार अफसर फंस तो जाते हैं लेकिन बाद में उनके खिलाफ कोई कार्यवाही नहीं की जाती गुटबाजी के चलते उनके खिलाफ किसी तरह के सबूत मिलते. जिससे कई सरकारी योजनाएं प्रभावित होती हैं. अफसरों में ये गुटबाजी काफी तकलीफदेह होता है. इस गुटबाजी के चलते मुझे भारत, पाकिस्तान जैसा लगता है. इसलिए जरूरी है कि सभी अफसर अपने काम को पूरी सच्चाई से करें. ताकि देश के विकास में किसी तरह की बाधा न आए.<br /><br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="450" data-original-width="600" height="480" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-q4TNEyrnSOc/WtnPJuXfGBI/AAAAAAAA6lI/dLPgCqfq6CwK7N5n14yqPH11zJagp1Q6QCLcBGAs/s640/Prakash%2Bjavadekar3.jpg" width="640" /></a></div><br />बेंगलुरु : कर्नाटक के मुख्यमंत्री सिद्धारमैया की ओर से अमित शाह को गैर हिंदू कहे जाने वाले बयान पर केंद्रीय मंत्री प्रकाश जावड़ेकर ने पलटवार किया है. प्रकाश जावड़ेकर ने कहा, 'प्रदेश में चुनावी माहौल के बीच कांग्रेस नेता का अमित शाह को हिंदू ना बताना बिल्कुल गलत है.' उन्होंने कहा, 'यह वो स्तर है जिस पर कांग्रेस आगे बढ़ रही है.' उन्होंने कहा कि अमित शाह एक सनातन हिंदू हैं.'<br /><br /><br />उल्लेखनीय है कि इससे पहले शुक्रवार (20 अप्रैल) को मीडिया से मुखातिब होते हुए सिद्धारमैया 'हम किसी भी पार्टी के साथ गठबंधन नहीं करेंगे, हमारी पार्टी एक धर्मनिरपेक्ष राजनीतिक पार्टी हैं.' संवाददाताओं से बातचीत के दौरान सिद्धरमैया ने बीजेपी अध्यक्ष अमित शाह पर भी जमकर निशाना साधा था. सिद्धारमैया ने कहा था, 'अमित शाह ने कहा कि मैं हिंदु नहीं हूं, लेकिन सच तो यह है कि अमित शाह खुद हिंदु नहीं है, वो जैन समुदाय से आते हैं.' उन्होंने कहा, 'मैं तो हिंदू हूं, लेकिन अमित शाह सबसे छिपाते हैं कि वह एक जैनी हैं.' अमित शाह को चैलेंज देते हुए सिद्धारमैया ने कहा, 'अगर शाह हिंदू हैं तो क्या वह सबके सामने आकर सार्वजनिक तौर पर अपने हिंदु होने की बात स्वीकार सकते हैं.'<br /><br /><br /><br />कर्नाटक में 224 सीटों पर 12 मई को वोट डाले जाएंगे और 15 मई को चुनावी नतीजे घोषित किए जाएंगे. इन चुनावों में दो मुख्य पार्टी सत्तारूढ़ कांग्रेस और बीजेपी ने चुनाव प्रचार में अपनी पूरी ताकत लगा दी है. चुनावों की तारीख जैसे-जैसे नजदीक आ रही है, राजनेता एक-दूसरे पर आरोप लगाते हुए नजर आ रहे हैं.<br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="598" data-original-width="958" height="398" src="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-JyJjaBdtlPs/WtnOi1H59-I/AAAAAAAA6k4/RRf746S2e0cExYqHptrRl2UAG6r1xElFwCLcBGAs/s640/IMF1.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>नई दिल्ली: अंतरराष्ट्रीय मुद्रा कोष (आईएमएफ) के एक वरिष्ठ अधिकारी का कहना है कि अगर नीतियों का सही प्रबंधन कर लिया गया और सुधारों से समावेशी वृद्धि को बल मिला तो भारत मजबूत अर्थव्यवस्था वाला देश बन सकता है. आईएमएफ के उप प्रबंध निदेशक प्रथम डेविड लिप्टन ने न्यूज एजेंसी ‘भाषा’ से बातचीत के दौरान यह बात कही. आईएमएफ के उप प्रबंध निदेशक प्रथम डेविड लिप्टन ने कहा यह पहले ही मेरे हिसाब से 10वीं सबसे बड़ी अर्थव्यवस्था है, लेकिन जनसंख्या व वृद्धि दर के हिसाब से इसमें और अधिक संभावनाए हैं.’<br /><br />गरीबी में आएगी कमी<br />इसके साथ ही उन्होंने उम्मीद जताई कि भारत की वृद्धि का असर गरीबी में कमी के आंकड़ों में दिखेगा. उन्होंने कहा ,‘हालांकि अभी बहुत कुछ किया जाना है. ताकि बैंकिंग प्रणाली को और अधिक प्रतिस्पर्धी बनाए रखने तथा एनपीए की पुरानी समस्या से निपटने को लेकर कभी कोई संशय नहीं हो.’ उन्होंने कहा कि भारत द्वारा लागू किए गए आर्थिक सुधारों के परिणाम सामने आने लगे हैं और इससे लोगों को फायदा भी हुआ है. इससे इस तरह के और कदम उठाने का आधार मजबूत हुआ है.<br /><br />चुनावी साल में रुकेंगे आर्थिक सुधार<br />आईएमएफ की प्रमुख क्रिस्टीन लेगार्ड ने गुरुवार को कहा कि उन्हें नहीं लगता कि चुनावी साल में भारत में आर्थिक सुधारों की रफ्तार कायम रह पाएगी. लेगार्ड ने कहा, ‘‘हमने इसे देखा और हम इसे देख रहे हैं, लेकिन मुझे नहीं लगता कि अगले कुछ महीनों में हम ऐसा देखेंगे. चुनाव आ रहे हैं.’’ उन्होंने कहा, ‘‘चाहे आप जीएसटी की बात करें या दिवालिया कानून पर सुधारों की, ये अच्छे सुधार हैं. हम और सुधार चाहते हैं चाहे वे बैंकिंग क्षेत्र में हों या किसी अन्य क्षेत्र में.’’<br /><br /><br />इस साल 7.4 प्रतिशत रहेगी की वृद्धि दर<br />बीते 17 अप्रैल को अंतरराष्ट्रीय मुद्रा कोष ने अनुमान जताया था कि 2018 में भारत की वृद्धि दर 7.4 प्रतिशत रहेगी, जो 2019 में बढ़कर 7.8 प्रतिशत हो जाएगी. वहीं, इन दो वर्षों के दौरान चीन की सकल घरेलू उत्पाद (जीडीपी) की वृद्धि दर क्रमश: 6.6 और 6.4 प्रतिशत रहेगी.<br /><br />वैश्विक वृद्धि दर बेहतर<br />आईएमएफ ने अगले दो वर्षों में वैश्विक वृद्धि दर 3.9 प्रतिशत रहने का अनुमान लगाया है. आईएमएफ का कहना था कि मजबूत रफ्तार, अनुकूल बाजार धारणा के साथ अन्य कारणों से वैश्विक वृद्धि दर बेहतर रहेगी. हालांकि, इसके साथ ही आईएमएफ ने चेताया है कि व्यापार विवादों से भरोसा डगमगा सकता और इससे वृद्धि की रफ्तार पटरी से उतर सकती है.<br /><br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both;
