1)       Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, with a PE preferred.

2)       10 – 15 years minimum experience with gas processing, refining, and energy industry projects in the Upstream, Midstream, and Downstream industry sectors with the exception of Exploration and Production.

3)       Vessel and ASME Section VIII design experience required.

4)       Familiar with relevant industry groups, practices, regulations, codes, and standards such as API, ASME, ANSI, OSHA, DOT, GPSA, PIP, and ISO.

5)       Ability to identify relevant codes and regulations for each project location.

6)       Proven problem solving skills and ability to gather, and analyze project related data and information.

7)       Communication skills to interface with internal project managers and the ability to organize and complete project deliverables and requirements.

8)       Ability to communicate directly with external clients to obtain operational data, specification, client standards and processes.

9)       Ability to manage and support internal design of engineered systems.

10)   Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to utilize, proficiently, Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project, and Power Point.

11)   Ability to work independently and as a team member.

12)   Ability to work on multiple tasks and projects concurrently.

13)   Prepare mechanical equipment specifications for pumps, compressors, vessels, and heat exchangers.

14)   Ability to perform pipe stress analysis.

15)   Experienced in gas and liquid flow hydraulics
