VIRTUAL ONE-WAY INTERVIEW
The one-way virtual video interview is a terrific way to screen job candidates. The interview is recorded and can be easily shared with colleagues. Like a real interview, candidates don’t see the questions until they have to answer them.
LIVE TWO-WAY INTERVIEW
The Live Two-Way Interview allows the interviewer to connect directly to the candidate and conduct a free form interview. Unlike Skype or other video services, the Live Two-Way Interview will record the interview, and allows the interviewer to set question markers so that later the interview is organized and easy to review.
JOB SEEKER PRACTICE INTERVIEWS
With an eye towards job seekers, Hire Intelligence offers a FREE portal where they can record and review video responses to the 5 most asked interview questions. They can record and re-record answers to each question, one at a time. Job seekers can stop the interview at any point, and resume at any time. Once the interview is completed they can share the interview with reviewers. The portal allows a job seeker to track who they have shared the interview with and how often it was viewed.
