it’s taken me a little while to get around to posting this (sorry guys), but the debut album from adelaide’s my catalyst is out now. it’s called ‘once jesters, now kings’, and check out the awesome cover art:

they’ve also got an album launch show coming up on december 17 at the adelaide uni bar.

perth hardcore act vanity are about to head on over to the east coast to tour their debut album “hitting home”. joining them will be woollongong’s never content, who recently released their debut ep “midnight at six”. “lead you home”, which is taken from “midnight at six” can be heard in episode sixteen of hit the pavement.

hit the pavement is a monthly australian music podcast. it features music from up and coming bands from across the country.

hit the pavement is now set to expand and also become an australian music news service – but not like every other music news service.

keeping our focus on up and coming australian bands, hit the pavement will now be regularly posting about upcoming tours, music releases and more.

we are currently on the hunt for content that we can post about. don’t be shy – we really do want to hear from you.

you can send all tour announcements, music release dates and other related news to hitthepavement@hotmail.com – please be sure to include all relevant details and photos/flyers, and give us at least two days to put the content online.
