As I think about the Christmas holiday that is rapidly approaching, all I can envision are my own family traditions. Christmas lights, Mexican food and a tree with presents piled high. My husband and I have been trying to decide what to do with our baby girl since this will be her first Christmas. Should we go with the family traditions I had, the ones he had, a combo or create completely new ones.

Traditions are important they tend to stick with us, no matter how old we get or how far we stray from home. For as long as I can remember we got new matching pajamas every year on Christmas Eve. Even my poor brother was given a pair that would match with us girls. This tradition seems pretty common; my husband and many of my friends practiced this one as well. Even now that I’m grown, and across the country from my family I still buy myself a new pair of PJ’s every year; except I buy them December 1st so I can wear them all month long. I even began buying my husband a pair every year since we started dating. It seems I have created my own Christmas pants tradition without even realizing it.

Traditions are important. We depend on them because they bring comfort in knowing some things never change. Every year on Christmas Eve when we would go to my dad’s parent’s house and we would have Mexican take-out for brunch. While many find this a strange and unappetizing option, I cannot imagine Christmas Eve without it. One year my mom called my grandma and asked her if she would cook instead. I cannot begin to explain our disappointment when we walked in the door to smell fresh baked biscuits and honey-baked ham instead of the usual Mexican faire. My grandmother is a great cook but that couldn’t change the fact that this was not what we wanted. We wanted our traditional Mexican, sure it was not what most people had for brunch on Christmas Eve but that’s what we always have and that’s what we will continue to want. After all if you’re living in southern California, you’re practically part-Mexican by default. You might as well embrace the culture.

Traditions bring our family together and give us something to look forward to. It seems my daughter will get her new PJ’s December 1st and have Mexican on Christmas Eve. The rest I will leave up to my hubby, since after all I think these traditions need to belong to our family. If you are having the same quandary I had over deciding on your own holiday traditions, I recommend the bridal approach; something old, something new, something borrowed and something just for you (since I don’t believe something blue is relevant to Christmas)!

Nowadays Social Media Marketing where it’s at If you are not using social media you are missing the boat. Business owners on the web have the opportunity to generate traffic and build an online presence with the least amount of work and money. You don’t have to pay for pay-per-click advertising any more. Fortune 500 companies are in the know – they are utilizing the power of social media networks as a way to receive strength and popularity in the market today.

If you sell products on the web or if you offer services Social Media is the answer. Social media can create the targeted traffic that you need to make your business profitable. Fortune 500 companies continuously admit to increase in revenue based solely on the use of social media outlets. Microblogging is what you should focus on to get your services and products in a more advanced position.

Internet marketing has become strategy based Social Media Marketing. SMM allows you to promote your ideas, show people you are the expert and build new relationships in business. Remember that the more people you actually reach and the more people you can get connected with, the better. The quicker people will be exposed to your business ideals and your products/services – the better! Be careful to build relationships not run people off by shoving your products and services down their throats. I recommend an 80/20 ratio. 80% letting then get to know you, what you are about, being a friend, making conversation and being of service. Retweet clever comments, share helpful blog posts, be of interest and add value to the conversation. 20% actual product marketing.

This type of marketing is actually fun! You get a chance to be the one on the front lines – running your business from a frontline perspective while still managing all that you need to. You can reach a large audience and it’s completely free. You will meet people you normally don’t have a chance to meet– you get to see the face of your clients in a real and unique way. Business has never looked this good.
Good SMM raises your search engine positioning and ranking to the highest level possible in a fast way – this is what you want – more people to find you in a quick and meaningful way. These networking sites help you gain a huge number of excellent quality links that lead to various gains for any business site. This is how you grow your search engine traffic everyday.

Social Media Marketing is about relationships that grow; you grow them and you will grow your business for a lot less money and with much better results.

Chances are you could be missing important business opportunities if your email Inbox utilizes a spam filter. Take a few minutes now to investigate your email screening procedures for messages received from unknown senders. You might even discover a new client hiding among the spam!

300 Manual Article Submissions. One Time Tool! Limited Time Offer http://www.TopArticleSubmission.com/

Email inquiries from new business prospects, which by definition are unknown and unexpected when they arrive in your Inbox, can take a detour to your spam box without your knowledge.

When was the last time you did not receive an email sent by a client or friend? Failed email delivery can be quite common. Usually the sender just emails you again until you receive the message.

Now imagine a situation where somebody (like a prospective legal client) sends you an email that you don’t receive, but they don’t tell you about it. Attorneys or paralegals frequently contact a number of experts via email and engage the most qualified candidate who responds first. You miss out on a potential engagement if the email inquiry does not show up in your inbox.

Here are five easy steps to protect your email, receive incoming leads and avoid technical nightmares:

1. Check your spam box often if you use automated email filtering. Microsoft Outlook 2003 and AOL give you the ability to control the settings and security levels for your incoming email.

2. Add a response form to your Website. Your Webmaster can set this up so that you are automatically alerted with an email recognized by your server.

Private Label Rights Articles (PLR) are a fantastic way to add new content to your website http://www.Free-Plr-Article.com

3. Update your “safe” and “blocked” sender lists often, especially if delivery is controlled at the ISP level. Add a law firm’s email domain to your approved email list when you get a new client from the firm.

4. Separate business from personal correspondence by using two different email accounts.

5. Avoid downloading free software or clicking on unsolicited ads. If you do, you may find yourself subject to a virus or malicious Adware attack.

Ever seen Los Angeles from the air as you fly in to the airport? It is a sprawling and meandering metropolis and the traffic with the inevitable traffic jams to go with it. If you are new to the city and have no desire or mind to drive, then, renting a limo would be the best option. So, all you need to do is go online and see the various limos available. This makes it easier for you compare prices and choose the best ones available from Los Angeles limo service. Or, if you have no time, rent a limo from various limo companies available at the airport.

Additionally, you can choose the level of luxury in your limo. For a little additional cost, hors d’oeuvres and/or drinks and/or flowers are made available to you in the limo. In a limo, there is enough room to stretch your legs or even have a small nap, if you so wish! With an experienced and gentlemanly chauffeur piloting the limo, your journey into and through the city of Los Angeles goes by without you even realizing the aggravation outside your luxury limo.

Planning on a luxury holiday with a group of your friends? Why not start your holiday by hiring a luxury bus limo to ride together to the airport? Then, hiring a bus from Los Angeles limo services is a good idea, as they have luxury buses that can hold anywhere from seven to fifty passengers. Here, there is enough room to not only sit in luxurious comfort but also move around. In addition, apart from ultra-wide seats, you have the option of having drinks and snacks served to you at a little extra cost. Additionally, these buses could be rented to go on a casino trip to Las Vegas or for a wedding party or for even a quick sight-seeing trip around Los Angeles.

Finally, whatever your reason for hiring a limo-luxury sedan, stretch or super-stretch limo, Hummer limo, bus limo-with experienced and polite chauffeurs, you need to first check out the credentials of the limo companies. First, you can save time and energy by going online and comparing and choosing (photographs of the limos are posted on the web site) the limo that suits you. Second, it would be a good idea to personally check the limo you have chosen especially if it is to be your wedding limo. If it is an important day for you, and following the options described above, then all you need to do is rent one and the Los Angeles limo service will take care of the rest.

What exactly is a point break? It’s an extended, well shaped wave that breaks over reef, rubble, cobblestones and sand. How does it feel to ride a good point break? Well, picture this: Lets say you are a surfer with plenty of experience. On a perfect day, you get ready to ride a good pointbreak. You eat a superb power breakfast early in the morning to give you energy. Following that, you put on your surfing apparel and get on down to the pointbreak. You show up to a location that’s nice for the paddle-out. Viewing the ocean, you realize that it is perfect. There you are, all set and smiling while viewing fantastic lines and pleased acquaintances who can go along with you when you paddle out. So you run rapidly in the direction of the sea, board in hand, after having viewed the waves, timing every single set, and noticing that a lull can be approaching. You launch yourself into the shorebreak, landing on your surfboard, which gives you a good running start for the paddle out. This 1st leap feels GREAT. Once you’ve settled and started to paddle out, you look up and go towards the lineup.

Several waves could strike you while you are paddling out, but there are strategies you can learn to deal with many kinds of waves, even the ones that are relatively significant, without having to ever abandon your surfboard. Certainly, there are occasions in which you have no other alternative. However, this should be your last resort. It is almost always a bad idea to abandon your surfboard. This is for the reason that your leash can rip, as a result, leaving you without a surfboard, which could smack into a person who may perhaps return the favor. There are two techniques you can master for paddling out. One is called duck diving, and the other is called turning turtle. The former is usually used by shortboarders, while the latter is usally used by longboarders if the waves are very high. They can duck dive also, or they can just bulldoze their way out over the foamball, since their boards are large and can paddle quickly.

So returning to this morning’s session: you’ve made it out, the offshore wind is gently blowing, the sun is shining a flawlessly angled daybreak light, and you have got these fabulous waves all to yourself, your family, and your pals. Now, I can write this with all the honesty I have: this is indeed the best thing I can think of…. the most desirable life that anyone could ever wish for…cheering your kids on while they educate YOU how to surf, heckling your buddies, and dropping into some perfectly formed, hollow and barreling, extremely long pointbreak waves. Forget about cruise lines and high class lodgings, believe me, it’s all about looking for those fantasy waves, the ones that you will certainly not, forget, and keeping it up! Surfing is not only pleasing, it teaches you reverence, and how to be patient and relax. I personally believe that it’s really the earth’s best kind of therapy!

Lets discuss my 1st wave of today now. I’m now surfing on what could possibly turn out to be an excellent wave. It’s peaking up early, and it seems as though I can pull into a nice tube, right off the drop. I pull into the barrell and watch the wave going above my head. I look out of the tube and return a smile to a girl who is grinning at me. Then I come soaring out of the barrell at a very high speed. Next, I make a hard, fast drive down the line of the wave, make a turn off the bottom and do a cutback. I do this turning back into the splitting part of the wave with all the force I can muster, and I pull it off. I realize, then, that my legs have become numb. So, I wait a bit, pant, smack my upper thighs, and when my power is back, I go ahead and do some stunts, with an effort to end the wave with a preposterous manuever. Then I walk back to the point for some water, sunblock, and back to the waves it is…

So what’s so good about a point break? Why did Bodhisatva devote himself to them?

1. Normally, they are quite nicely formed, and deliver barrells, wave faces for carving, and fantastic peaks to throw gallons of water around.
2. They’re rather spread out, crowd-wise, and generally have several different distinct sections to the wave.
3. Even a so-so surfer candisplay excellent stunts, and look like a pro! (occasionally).
4. At pointbreaks, you really spend nearly as much time actually surfing waves as you do paddling.
5. You are able to practically play around in some pointbreak tubes – distinct from most beachbreak barrells, which are normally either a profitable race to the end, or a mouthful of sand.
6. Well, they’re basically the longest waves out there, so in terms of pure fun, they are the 9’s and 10’s of surfing!

Prior to deciding to launch you own home based business, you need to ask your self why you would want to do this. Do you know an entrepreneur who is already successful in the field, or is it to enjoy the kind of money and leisure that most people only dream about or do you simply have a yen to travel and want to be able to take southern caribbean cruises? Putting in substantial effort is required to ensure making a substantial amount of money every single month once your home based business is started and on its feet.

Some people do have the luxury of being able to work from home and earn a substantial income; however, it does require a great deal of time and effort.

When considering whether to start a home based business, always begin with a good look at yourself. What suits your needs best? Where will you be most productive?

Only you can determine your needs and motivations to see if starting a home based business is right for you. What are you goals – southern caribbean cruises, more money, escaping the daily commute, setting your own schedule, more leisure time? Do you want to work full or part time? Do you need additional training, what will start up costs be? Many questions must be answered before venturing out into the world of direct marketing.

If you do make the decision to start your own home based business, not only will you have lots of company, you will be in good company. Home based business is a big business. There are large multinational corporations doing business in the home based business sector. They offer good products along with training and support. Many do not require a large cash start up fee – in fact, you should be wary of programs that require you to purchase large amounts of inventory – especially in the beginning. Most will pay you commission on sales you generate as well as on sales generated by those you recruit – your “downline”. So the more sales you generate and the more “downline” you recruit, the more commission you will receive.

So, what is stopping you from starting your own home based business?
