This is just a short but important update, regarding an enhancement to the Holidays And Cash Binary System.

Originally started H&C back in August 2008 utilising a 6:3 Binary System. Although this was a great system, we continued to look for ways to help our valued distributors to earn rewards sooner and more consistently.

Finally, on the 20 April 2009, after many months of successful testing, we decided to implement a dramatic change to the Binary System. . . going from a ratio of 6:3 to 2:1. . . this change immediately gave 57% more people the opportunity to earn each week.

This was achieved by changing the number of team sales for a cycle from 9 team sales with a 6:3 ratio down to 3 team sales with a 2:1 ratio. This means every time you have 2 team sales on one side of your team (left or right) and 1 team sale on the other side of your team you be paid a cycle. The value of the cycle did drop accordingly as you have 1/3 of the team sales per cycle but overall the next reduction in all the testing and modelling was not less than 3% for each leader when we ran the tests from the day we started until April 2009.

Even though the 2:1 Binary was a great success, we still continued to look at further ways to improve and make rewards available to more people. With that said, we have been very busy over the last couple of months testing yet another change, going from a ratio of 2:1 to 1:1 utilising data from day one to the present day.

The good news is. . . the testing was again successful and we can confirm that a further 4% more people will have the opportunity to earn each week by changing to a 1:1 Binary.

However, our testing did show that the average cycle value will decrease slightly to $29 based on previous data, but that is to be expected as we have gone from 3 teams sales per cycle to 2 team sales per cycle.

Very Important
Although the average cycle value on testing was $29, we cannot guarantee future cycle values. . . so please do not assume or market to others that cycle values will be $29, they can go up or down, as it is based on the funds allocated for cycle payments in a pay week divided by the number of cycles created that pay week.

Also our testing showed an average decrease in income for leaders of around 3%. . . a small sacrifice we believe for a more sustainable income for everyone. In addition, distributors will be able to make more consistent matching income as their personally introduced distributors earn more consistently.

Anyone who has created high incomes in the Network Marketing industry will tell you that the optimal way to keep people loyal to the business opportunity your company offers is have them earning and the more people earning the more loyalty and the more activity you create which results in greater residual income.

Leaders will see more loyalty, activity and longevity from their team This is due to the fact that members will only need to have 2 team sales to earn a cycle payment. The 2 team sales will need to be made of 1 sale in your left team and 1 sale in your right team.

This change will take effect from Monday 21 June 2010.

Position in Top 30 is made up of both earnings and leadership points (50/50). A points system like the one below, where the Top 30 get points based on their earnings in a quarter and we also do the same for leadership points earned in the same quarter, then Add them together.

For Example:

If "XXXX" comes 4th in Earnings and 1st in Leadership Points, they would get. . .

27 + 30 = 57 points

The Top 30 would then be calculated and would earn shares in the relevant pools based on their points for that specific quarter.

In the last 2 weeks I have had a number of people ask me how they can earn monthly income, income that keeps coming in month after month.
