Join Antoinette Glynn, Founder of the Flower of Light Mystery School in Luxor, on this journey of initiation and awakening through the sacred land of Egypt. Follow the path of the Mystery School Initiate as we open the seven seals of the Nile and climb the stairway to heaven. Opening the Book of Thoth, the Book of Coming Forth by Light we will uncover the ancient and Sacred Science of the Immortality of the Soul. The Book of Coming Forth by Light, the Book of Ascension, is a map for the initiate on their journey into the realm of the underworld after the transition of death. It was believed by the ancient Egyptians that “Thoth” wrote the “Book of the Dead”. He was the scribe to the gods and was the one responsible for speaking the words of creation and putting it into effect. According to one of the world’s experts on the “Book of the Dead”, Sir Wallis Budge, it was not of Egyptian origin but its ideas were brought to Egypt by a different culture and people. The earliest fragments of the Book of Coming Forth by Light were found inscribed inside Pyramids at Saqqara and are the oldest Spiritual text in the world. As time went by the scenes from this book were drawn on papyrus scrolls and placed in the tomb of the dead initiate, scenes were also painted on the coffins and on the walls of the tombs. In the Valley of the Kings on Luxor’s West Bank in the tomb of Ramses lV can be seen scenes from the Litany of Ra, Book of Caverns, Book of the Dead, Book of Amduat and the Book of the Heaven all of which are sections of the Book of Coming Forth by Light.

"A few years ago, if you’d have asked me was I a healer, I would have laughed at you for even asking me something like that. I didn’t feel worthy or good enough for such a gift. Yet life is funny and throws some amazing lessons at us to learn, and I discovered that not only was I a healer, but that we all have the ability to heal within us, if we just know how. For me, it began a couple of years ago. I developed a stress related illness. It started with severe headaches, and fatigue that floored me. I became slightly forgetful, had bad aches and pains in my bones, found that my legs, arms, face etc would become numb with tingling sensations, my speech would slow down and sometimes I was scared that I’d have a stroke. I would go out for a walk fine, and come back limping. I had many tests which didn’t show anything conclusive. I had an idea in my mind that I may just end up in a wheelchair, and I resigned myself to the fact that this was it. My life wasn’t terribly exciting anyway at the time. I wasn’t happily married, things weren’t right. We were struggling to make enough money to live on. I had no friends left, as I gave them up when I married. I had no interests except the TV, my kids and a bottle of wine at the weekends. I already felt dead inside, and life had no meaning at all for me. I rarely smiled, there was no joy in me, and to be honest there were days when I spent hours considering ending it all. I think the only thing that kept me here was my kids; I wanted something better for them. I was a very ungrateful, negative thinker at the time, and I spent a lot of time trapped in a cycle of worry and fear. I had a lot of unresolved conflicts inside of my head, I had guilt, un forgiveness, frustration and anger all unexpressed and bottled up inside of me. I felt that life wasn’t fair, I felt like a victim and I was blaming the world big time. It’s no wonder I became ill. Luckily in the course of the tests I was undergoing, I met a person who was so kind and attentive, that it woke me up. That person was just doing their job, it was unconditional kindness they were giving as part of their service to the world and it made a difference. I realized that I hadn’t ever experienced kindness before; I realized that no one had ever really listened to me before, and suddenly I wanted to be kind to someone, I suddenly wanted to be or do something that would make another person feel alive inside like I did. This is where healing begins, when we reach out of our own darkness and want to help another person out of theirs. This is where my present journey began in earnest, suddenly I had a purpose. I wanted to be kind, I wanted to help others, I didn’t know what I wanted to do, or how I would do it, as I was an early school leaver with little or no education, but I had a mission and that was a start. I began to read books like Louise Hay’s ‘You Can Heal Your Life’ and explored my thoughts and emotions. I learnt about energy fields , did courses in Chelation and Reiki, I explored Hypnosis, NLP etc I just kept asking questions, and when we start asking questions, we start getting some answers. I discovered that we play a big part in our own wellness. I discovered that yes holding onto anger, hurt or pain, do steal your energy, they bring the frequency down, and when that happens , we can become ill. So let them go, oh yes by all means express yourself, but then let it go. Wellness is all about creating harmony and balance in our bodies. Address, accept and release if you want to heal. An imbalance of any emotion isn't good for us. If you are angry all the time, or never angry, there is an imbalance. If you are always joyful, or never joyful, there is an imbalance. Find the point in-between the two. Don't let the world affect you too much, but have compassion. Don't take the world personally. We are human, we are perfectly imperfect. We hurt each other, let each other down all the time. Accept that without losing heart or becoming bitter. Learn to love anyway, regardless of what happens to you, it's an intention, a journey, you may never reach perfection, but you will free yourself of unnecessary suffering if you can love anyway. There is more than one way to perceive the world and what is happening. You’re probably asking yourself, did I heal? Yes I am well now, all the symptoms long gone. Are we ever fully healed though? Well maybe when we die we reach that perfection! I believe that life will give us many wounds to heal as lessons present themselves to us. We can become bitter or better. We can manifest illness, or wellness. I use body intuition now. I ask what my body needs. If I start to feel unwell, I see what emotions, or thoughts I’ve been harbouring, I check my diet, exercise, relaxation, work life balance etc. if I need to rest, I rest. If I need to nurture myself I do that. I don’t smoke and I gave up alcohol. I look at the part I’m playing in creating the imbalance (Illness) and I seek to address it before it manifests into something again. So far so good. I believe that if we can first accept where we are in life, and add some gratitude for where we are and what we are learning from the experiences, then, we can turn around and start asking the questions. For me, on hindsight, the illness could have been a great excuse to just opt out of a boring, mundane life that seemed to have no place for me in it. It would have been so easy to ignore the niggling thought, that something wasn’t quite right, that I should be doing something more meaningful. It would have been so easy, to wallow in all the attention an illness can bring. It would have been so easy to fill my life with the endless drama of hospital tests and visits, and retired into my illness until I became it. But something far greater was calling me, and here I am. I went on to train in Hypnosis, and Reiki, and now I’m embarking on Life Coaching. Is this better than been ill? Undoubtedly! Did I get to be kind and help people? Oh yes, all the time, and it’s so very rewarding. So are you ready to start asking some questions? Is my life all I want it to be? How could it be better? If I took full responsibility for my actions and the part I’m playing in what is happening in my life, how would things be different? People only get away with being mean to us, if we allow them to. Stop blaming. Stop allowing them to be mean. If that’s a part you play, recognize it. If you are ill, what is the illness stopping you from doing, and what would your life look like if you weren’t ill, what would you have to do if you weren’t ill? (And I know that not all people who are ill can get better, but every illness is drawing our attention to something that remains unresolved in our lives I believe) So maybe if you deal with the underlying issues, you may find symptoms relieve somewhat, worth a try, no guarantees though. If I communicated my wants and needs openly how would my life improve? These are just some questions you could ask yourself. I discovered that is so very easy to make excuses as to why things are the way they are, but when we see that we can have choices instead of excuses, we can choose more wisely, and choose to make things that are important to us, a priority. You can be part of the darkness or part of the light. Part of the problem or part of the solution. Just know the part you're playing, know that you are choosing either one or the other, become aware, and make a conscious choice today, if you want things to be better. Start adding some joy to your world, or start adding more misery, the choice is yours my friend, as we have free will. But just know that you are not powerless in all of this. You have within you something so amazing and beautiful, that if you could see what I see, you would cry tears of joy at the miracle of it all. The sad part is that most of us live and die without ever realizing what treasure we hold within, and we never give the world the benefit of that abundance. So find your treasure and please share so that all may receive the wealth that you have inside of you. You are precious, can't you see that? Are you ready to let the healing begin?"

Harry, Hamlet & I is an Irish movie, essentially about consciousness, conditioning, spirituality and discovering who we are. Written by Aidan Conron. The movie makers are appealing for help with funding and you can help to fund it and get tickets for the private screenings! Synopsis Harry, Hamlet and I. is loosely based on Hamlet, but set in Dublin's inner-city. The main protagonist ”Harry” is the only son of a leader of a criminal gang. The story looks at the pressure on him to be a part of that whole system, and to fit in. He struggles to free himself from his ancestry, his past. He longs to escape, so much so, that after a traumatic event he takes on a new persona, a personality, that to him seems infinitely better than Harry. His new identity is Hamlet! Among other issues this story is about our identity and where that sense of belonging comes from. The story also confronts the effects of our conditioning and how it enables us to fit in with the culture that surrounds us. It examines the possibilities of how we can transcend this. Is it possible to break free of this conditioning? Is it possible to rise above who or what others tell us that we are? Is it possible to find a new identity for ourselves, a deeper meaning for our lives? Harry, Hamlet and I is a fascinating story, portrayed in a realistic fashion. The story does not shy away or attempt to gloss over the hardship that real life presents. It is essentially a spiritual journey, one that every deep thinking person has to contend with in one way or another in the course of their lives. WAKE UP WORLD! IT’S TIME TO FIND OUR COURAGE AND POWER, RISE UP AND TAKE THE LIGHT BACK INTO OUR OWN HANDS. Far in the future, I see man as Light-born, free from the darkness that fetters the Soul, living in Light without the bounds of the darkness to cover the Light that is Light of their Soul. Know ye, O man, before ye attain this that many the dark shadows shall fall on your Light striving to quench with the shadows of darkness the Light of the Soul that strives to be free. Great is the struggle between Light and darkness, age old and yet ever new. Yet, know in a time, far in the future, Light shall be All and darkness shall fall. “The lips of wisdom are closed, except to the ears of Understanding.”– The Kybalion. At the beginning of this cycle of time on planet Earth, known to the Egyptians as Zep Tepi, there was a civilization with a profound knowledge of the Universe. In Egypt the people of this advanced consciousness were known, among other names, as the Masters of the Net, in Ireland, England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Europe they were known as the Druids. Their knowledge was so highly advanced that its existence has been denied and suppressed to this day. The nature of this information is that of infinite concepts and therefore beyond linear time as we know it, which meant that it could not be written down in a linear fashion, they had to encode it in symbols, art, architecture, music, mythology, geometry and numbers. Knowing the future and therefore what was ahead in time, they understood that this information would have to be preserved and protected, it would have to go underground, because, in the wrong hands, it would be used to dominate, manipulate, enslave and control the minds of others. They also knew that it would not remain hidden forever nor was it meant to, there would be a time of revealing, an Apocalypse. We are the one’s we have been waiting for. KNOWLEDGE IS NEUTRAL, and depends solely on the individual consciousness as to whether it will be used for positive or negative. It was known at that time that the consciousness of humanity was descending into a for-getting cycle and so the possibility of use for negative purposes was very high. This profound knowledge is a holographic system and so the information was left encoded in the same way. By taking a small part of our Universe that is (the small part) in itself holographic, we see that this small part reflects the same characteristics as other parts of the Universe, ranging up to the whole, this is what holographic means: the whole is reflected in any part or subpart As Above, So Below. By encoding this knowledge in symbols, numbers, art, geometry, music, architecture etc., the whole of the knowledge and information was contained in each part, this would ensure its survival in the physical world down through the cycles to act as a catalyst when the time was right. Great Pyramid of Giza Builded I the Great Pyramid, patterned after the pyramid of Earth force, burning eternally so that it, too, might remain through the ages. In it, I builded my knowledge of "Magic-Science" so that it might be here when again I return from Amenti, Aye, while I sleep in the Halls of Amenti, my Soul roaming free will incarnate, dwell among men in this form or another. (Hermes thrice-born.) It was known that there were cycles of re-membering and for-getting, light and dark, night and day, rise and fall. The great Fifth Hermetic Principle, the Principle of Rhythm, embodies the truth that “Everything flows out and in; everything has its tides; all things rise and fall; the pendulum-swing manifests in everything; the measure of the swing to the right, is the measure of the swing to the left; rhythm compensates.”– But the swing is ever “toward” first one pole and then the other. There is always an action and reaction; an advance and a retreat; a rising and a sinking; manifested in all of the airs and phenomena of the Universe. Suns, worlds, men, animals, plants, minerals, forces, energy, mind and matter, yes, even Spirit, manifests this Principle. The Principle manifests in the creation and destruction of worlds; in the rise and fall of nations; in the life history of all things; and finally in the mental states of Man. The great Fourth Hermetic Principle, the Principle of Polarity, embodies the truth that all manifested things have “two sides”; “two aspects”; “two poles”; a “pair of opposites,” with manifold degrees between the two extremes. “Everything is dual; everything has poles; everything has its pair of opposites; like and unlike are the same; opposites are identical in nature, but different in degree; extremes meet; all truths are but half-truths; all paradoxes may be reconciled.“–The Kybalion. This point of reconciliation is the zero point, the center of stillness, the balance, Hermes is known as the Balancer or He Who Balances. Hermes from whom we get the Hermetic Philosophy and the Emerald Tablets is also known as Thoth, the Flow-er of Light and The Door. Thoth Raised I high over the entrance, a doorway, a gateway leading down to Amenti. Few there would be with courage to dare it, few pass the portal to dark Amenti. Raised over the passage, I, a mighty pyramid, using the power that overcomes Earth force (gravity). Deep and yet deeper place I a force-house or chamber; from it carved I a circular passage reaching almost to the great summit. There in the apex, set I the crystal, sending the ray into the "Time-Space," drawing the force from out of the ether, concentrating upon the gateway to Amenti. Flower of Life and of Light The symbol of the Flower of Life and the Flower of Light encodes the science of the Immortality of the Soul, a Sacred Science which is written in the stars, the science of Creation and Manifestation which is written in the very fabric of the human form, it is the Creators Blueprint for Creation, of Incarnation and Reincarnation, the Science of the Mystery Schools, of Coming Forth by Light, Alchemy and the transmutation of Lead into Gold, the Philosophers Stone. This knowledge in its degenerative and degraded form became the major man made religions of the world. Deep are the mysteries around thee, hidden the secrets of Old. Search through the KEYS of my WISDOM. Surely shall ye find the way. The gateway to power is secret, but he who attains shall receive. Look to the LIGHT! O my brother. Open and ye shall receive. Press on through the valley of darkness. Overcome the dweller of night. Keep ever thine eyes of the LIGHT-PLANE, and thou shalt be One with the LIGHT. The most ancient of the Sacred Symbols encoding the Universal knowledge of Alchemy and the Mystery Schools, left to us by Thoth Hermes is the Flower of Life and of Light. Deep in Earth's heart lies the flower, the source of the Spirit that binds all in its form. know ye that the Earth is living in body as thou art alive in thine own formed form. The Flower of Life is as thine own place of Spirit and streams through the Earth as thine flows through thy form; giving of life to the Earth and its children, renewing the Spirit from form unto form. This is the Spirit that is form of thy body, shaping and moulding into its form The Flower of Life and Light is a Gate Way, an Opener of the Way, use it and know it and you shall SEE. It is the knowledge of the Light Body, it is the Science of Love and the Language of Light. The Merkaba, Mer meaning Divine Light, Ka meaning Essence or Vital Spark and Ba meaning Soul, together they are the Light Body or the Flower of Life and Light, it is the inter-dimensional vehicle used to connect with and experience higher self-consciousness. Mer Ka Ba He who by progress has grown from the darkness, lifted himself from the night into light, free is he made of the Halls of Amenti, free of the Flower of Light and of Life. Guided he then, by wisdom and knowledge, passes from men, to the Master of Life. The Flower of Life Symbol is found in the Osirion Temple, the Osirion is located at Abydos, behind, below and connected to the Temple of Seti 1st . The Megalithic temple is approximately 50 foot below ground and below the level of the Seti 1st Temple. The Osirion Temple is known as the Tomb or Womb of Osiris. Abydos was the Sacred Site of Osiris, Lord of the Underworld, his sister Isis, and their son Horus. The Osirion Temple was known as a gate way to the Underworld, the land of the Immortals. Osirion Temple Abydos Granite Column with FOL Symbol The Osirion, the Valley & Sphinx Temples, the Sphinx and the Three Pyramids at Giza are the oldest structures found in Egypt. The first thing that strikes the visitor in the Osirion Temple is the enormous size of the red granite blocks used in the construction, and it is easy to draw architectural parallels with similar megalithic structures, like the Valley Temple, and the Sphinx Temple at Giza. The similarities are inescapable the stark and simple megalithic design, the lack of prolific inscriptions, and the fact that some of the larger stone blocks weigh up to 100 tons. On the Giza Plateau is another site known as the Tomb or Womb of Osiris, another gate way to the Underworld, a gate way connecting Giza and Abydos, heart and mind. The river Nile was known as the back bone of Osiris and the sacred sites running from south to north reflects the vortex energy centres of the human Light Body known as the Chakras, Giza represents both the Third Eye & Crown Chakras and Abydos represents the Heart Chakra.
