3. Dumbbell alternating lunges - 4x8, plus 1 on right (knee damage maintenance)

4. Dumbbell bent-over row on bench - 4x8 each

5. Dumbbell 1-Leg Romanian dead lift - 4x5 each, plus 1 on right (knee and hamstring damage maintenance)

6. Dumbbell front/side shoulder raise - 4x5 each

7. 3 varieties of abdominal exercises - 3x12-15 each

I cannot understand the success of Instacart during the pandemic and beyond. If you are germophobic, why would you think hiring a stranger to collect and deliver your groceries is safer and more sanitary than doing it yourself?
