Harlow is a 5 year old girl who dances with “Miss Mickeys Tiny Dancers”, at Foundation Performance Center. Harlow is battling cancer for the second time. Having cancer means you need money so the doctors can help. Having cancer twice means you need a lot of money so the doctors can help. That’s where you come in.
Harlow’s family needs money to help Harlow. I brought in a box to the office. Every donation helps, so please help Harlow. I will be collecting donations until the end of the school year. July 13th is the big benefit to help pay medical bills.
So please donate and if your open July 13th come to:

Central School students and Redmoon Theater artists of Chicago have been collaborating to create poems inspired by Riverside landmarks. This PTO Artist in Residence project involves elements of community authored poetry, audio recording and performance. Redmoon’s mission is to create artistic events that disrupt everyday life and provide opportunities for public engagement, community building, and recognition of the possibility for change. The Redmoon Neighborhood Arts Program has received national recognition.
The culminating project performance showcase at RAW (Riverside Arts Weekend).
Who: Central Students and Redmoon
Where: RAW festival in Guthrie Park Riverside, IL
When: Saturday, May 18th. Rain date Sunday, May 19th.
Performances: 10:40 am, 12:00 pm, 1:30 pm and 2:50 pm. Performance running time: 20 minutes.

The flowers ordered earlier this spring will be delivered at around 9:00 a.m. this Thursday. We need help unloading the truck and separating the order; we will also need help delivering the flowers to those people who paid to have their order brought to their home.

We need help planning the residency for next year. The staff and committee are planning to have the students create an art installation to welcome people to Hollywood. We have a proposed budget and general vision but do not have an artist or a design as of yet. Great a making phone calls? The Cultural Arts committee is looking for help with field trips and assemblies too. The committee is charged with one field trip per class and two assemblies. Have any ideas???? Please share.
