Today is Loco Moco Day! So here is my version of the hamburger patty, similar to my hamburger steak, with a little more garlic and no hidden veggies.
Hamburger Patties 
1 lb ground beef2 pieces of bread end1 egg3 garlichalf an onion1 tbsp hawaiian salt2 tbsp worchestershire sauce2 tsp black pepper1 tbs garlic salt

When I bake cakes and cupcakes, I use boxed cake mix. When I did my Star Wars cake, although I love the way it looks, I didn't like how it crumbles and falls apart when you cut it. I finally figured out the secret ingredient to make the cake from boxed cake mix moist --

Lil P used to LOVE when i make him oatmeal in the morning using those Quaker Instant Oatmeal packets, especially when I add syrup, cinnamon, raisins, and chocolate chips. I'm BACK!!!

It's been two months since the last I blogged. I had to concentrate on studying for a certification exam during these two months. It was really tough to come home from work, cook dinner, and go straight into my room and hit the books. When exam came near, I even gave up cooking and cleaning all together. I always buy them at the store or at fundraising events but never did make them thinking it would be too consuming. But I finally got to attempt it for Easter Sunday and it turned out GREAT!The ingredients are simple, Pork Shoulder, Hawaiian Salt, Liquid Smoke, and Ti Leaves.
