S. Army Viet Nam Era Veteran. I served in Okinawa, Japan during the Viet Nam War. I just loved the Army.

I was stationed at many posts during my active U. S. Army career: Fort McClellan, Alabama; Camp Kue & Camp Sukiran in Okinawa, Japan; Fort Benjamin Harrison, Indiana; Fort Lee, Virginia; Fort Bragg, North Carolina. I also honorably served in the U. S. Army Ohio National Guard, U.S. Army Texas National Guard and (Active) U. S. Army Reserves. I have discovered over the years that most people don’t care that I honorably served my country and I thought that I was doing the right thing by serving my country.

I do not believe in the Iraq war, we should not be there. The Iraq war has been a waste of our tax payer dollars and the senseless killing of our soldiers and civilian lives. Such a useless war, just like the VietNam war.

I lived in Houston, Texas for 25 years until my father passed away and then I had to move to Ohio. I will be moving back to Houston later. I really miss Houston. I do not like the cold weather in Ohio at all.

If you plan to visit Houston, Texas, then please visit my website (CLICK HERE) for your transportation arrangements. There’s alot of information there.

While in Houston, I had the passion to go into acting. In 2002, I was an extra in the audience for “Texas Justice”. It did not pay much, only $40.00 but at least I got a taste for what goes on. Prior to that, I did go to a casting call for a movie that starred Sissy Spacek. My heart was really in it and I did want to get into show business. Now I am stuck in Ohio until I sell some property and right now, the real estate market is real slow.

I am busy with raising my 2 male Rottweilers, Zeus & Apollo. They are currently 2 years old and still act like puppies. Apollo weighs more than 120.8 pounds now and Zeus weighs around 150 pounds (Zeus has lost some weight and he still weighs more than me!) They eat Kibbles n Bits, which they love more than other foods.

There are so many experiences that I have had and it will take a while to write it all.

I will tell you one thing though. I have learned that most people don’t even care that I served our country in the U. S. Army. What a waste of time for me to learn later that all that I did and sacrificed to serve in the military was for nothing.

Female veterans have a rough time getting proper medical care at the Veteran’s hospitals because many of the Veteran’s hospitals are geared towards male medical care and that is not fair. I just know because I fought and fought with the Veteran’s hospital system for years.

Well, I will type more later. Bye.
