Tinnitus Miracle Testimonials:

“When I was first diagnosed with Tinnitus two years ago, I was devastated and confused. My audiologist insisted that I had to deal with it and that the hearing loss that accompanied the tinnitus was not going to vanish. I could not accept that. Having read a recommendation about this guide in an online forum, I had nothing to lose so I bought your terrific book. I can honestly say that it has been so helpful to me that I feel like crying just talking about it.My tinnitus had vanished. Gone in a matter of weeks. My hearing is also almost back to normal. Thank you for being my guardian angel.”

“Hello Thomas, I read about 7 books on tinnitus before I bought your book and yours was the only guide that I found helpful. I use to suffer from quite severe Tinnitus accompanied by sporadic headaches and mild hearing loss in my left ear. Following your advise was not easy for me at the beginning but the results came so fast that it gave me a large boost of motivation to complete the whole Tinnitus Miracle program and it was definitely a real shocker that after 12 years of tormenting noise in my ears I was completely free from Tinnitus. My doctor was so embarrassed…Moreover, I am now feeling energized and full of life. Other health conditions that I suffered from had also vanished. Thank you for your help…”

“Dear Thomas Coleman: I am almost afraid to say this, my ringing is gone away by about 90% percent. Before I started your holistic plan, the sounds were so loud I could not do anything not to mention concentrate in class or read. My tinnitus started after a severe ear infection about 2 years ago that turned out to be a mastoid related disease. I am still puzzled how it worked so fast although your program makes a lot of sense. I am simply wondering if I was dreaming. Going from the sounds of a plane taking off to minor humming sounds of the sea is a remarkable change. I have visited several ENT’s and all of them insisted that there was nothing I could do to stop the ringing in my ears. You have truly helped me. Thank you so much.”

“Hi Thomas, I started reading your guide a couple of months ago and was ecstatic to begin your program although I was extremely skeptic. Thomas, how can thank you? your program is indispensable. A real gem. The workable framework that you have outlined in the guide has dramatically improved my condition. Your own personal story of how you battled tinnitus was also quite compelling. I feel like a new man. I would definitely recommended your program to everyone with tinnitus.”

In addition to hearing loss and medical issues such as high blood pressure, food allergies and other environmental factors may be causing your tinnitus. While it's important to go to a Medical Doctor for diagnosis, a homeopathic doctor may be able to help treat your tinnitus symptoms.

Diagnosing tinnitus is fairly simple, but treating it can be confusing for many tinnitus sufferers. As with most health issues, there are two ways to treat tinnitus: traditional medicine and homeopathic remedies. In this article I address both types of treatments, as well as how to take advantage of what both the medical and homeopathic camps have to offer as you work to reduce or eliminate your tinnitus symptoms.

First, be sure to get a checkup with your physician to confirm that you have tinnitus. Once you verify that you have tinnitus your physician can help you identify one or more causes of your tinnitus. This is important as tinnitus has several potential causes and co-factors and if you narrow down the cause of your tinnitus you can discuss targeted treatment options.

Medical Tinnitus Remedies:

Your tinnitus could be caused by hypertension, a benign tumor, ear wax buildup, an infection or some other type of underlying medical condition. In any of these cases your doctor would treat the underlying cause and your tinnitus symptoms would likely disappear. If your tinnitus is caused by high blood pressure it’s possible that your physician could make a change to your medication that will alleviate your tinnitus symptoms.

It’s also important to see your doctor to determine if your tinnitus is caused by hearing damage. Most, but not all tinnitus sufferers have at least some hearing damage. Hearing damage is irreversible, but it may still be possible to reduce your tinnitus symptoms. Again, determining the cause of your tinnitus is key to knowing how to treat it.

For a large number of tinnitus sufferers, medical treatment alone will not provide adequate relief. This is when homeopathic remedies serve as an excellent complementary treatment.

Homeopathic Tinnitus Remedies:

Again, I’ll use illustration to describe how homeopathic treatment might progress. Assuming your physician doesn’t find immediate medical causes of your tinnitus; they may then send you to an Ear, Nose and Throat Specialist. The specialist would generally conduct more tests and ask you more questions to see if any lifestyle co-factors are causing your tinnitus symptoms.

In a similar scenario, your doctor may have resolved a medical issue for you, but was concerned that something in your lifestyle was aggravating your tinnitus. For example you may have minor hearing damage that can’t be medically treated. He may refer you to a homeopathic doctor. The homeopathic doctor learns that you’re allergic to wheat products. This allergy may be a co-factor of your tinnitus symptoms. You change your diet, and replace wheat with spelt and other grains. This dietary change clears up your wheat allergy and your tinnitus symptoms are greatly reduced. While you may not be fully cured, your quality of life is 90% better, as you only have occasional and mild symptoms after your diet change.

This article demonstrates some examples of how medical and homeopathic tinnitus remedies can be combined effectively, which can help you manage, reduce or eliminate your tinnitus symptoms. Along with medical treatment, there are many excellent tinnitus books available to help you learn more about home tinnitus remedies.

So is there a cure for tinnitus? The answer is - it depends on who you ask.

So is there a cure for tinnitus? The answer is – it depends on who you ask. The medical community pretty clearly says that there is no cure for tinnitus, however alternative medicine has shown that there are treatments that can positively impact tinnitus sufferers.

Researchers work hard to uncover a tinnitus cure every day. A good place to look for an answer to this question is the American Tinnitus Association (ATA). According to the ATA there is no single magic pill, surgery or other cure that will guarantee the elimination or cure of tinnitus, and this is one statement where traditional and alternative medical professionals agree. While tinnitus research funding has been gaining momentum, there is no single cure on the horizon.

The ATA has been around for less than 40 years, and tinnitus is probably now only being recognized as an important condition since many years ago it was wasn’t a concern like it is today. About 90% of tinnitus sufferers have hearing damage, which has risen as our industrialized society developed louder power tools, musical amplification and the like.

So what can be done for tinnitus sufferers?

One in five Americans suffer from tinnitus symptoms at some point in their lives, with about 12 million people seeking help for it each year! The good news is that although bothersome, medical professionals advise that in most cases tinnitus isn’t a sign of something serious, and for most people, it gets better by treating the underlying cause or causes.

1. Get a check-up with your doctor to be sure you have tinnitus. However, you’ll want to be referred by your physician to an ear, nose and throat specialist (ENT), who can also help you with the important next step of finding what caused your tinnitus.

2. Find out what caused your tinnitus. The ENT specialist uses a variety of tests to narrow down the causes of your tinnitus, since there is neither a single cause for this disorder, nor a single for treatment for it either.

Treatments and Remedies for tinnitus:

Once you have a diagnosis and some probable causes identified you can look into the treatment options. There are two general categories of causes of tinnitus, and treatments are different for each of these causes. An overview is outlined below, and you can check out our article on Tips for Finding the Best Tinnitus Treatment for more details.

A. Using the medical approach. Medical problems like Swimmer’s Ear can be treated easily and your tinnitus will probably disappear at the same time.

B. Tinnitus caused by lifestyle-related problems. Taking the holistic approach is often best for treating lifestyle-related tinnitus symptoms. Holistic solutions include:

Acupuncture

Vitamin and mineral therapy

Herbal supplements

Laser therapy

Tinnitus retraining therapy (retraining the brain)

Using electronic devices, MP3 players and more

Ear candling

Hypnotherapy or biofeedback

While it requires patience, taking a homeopathic or holistic approach to treating your tinnitus may be one of the best options available right now and for many tinnitus sufferers, it is the only approach that will alleviate their tinnitus.

While a simple cure for tinnitus isn’t available, the tinnitus treatments highlighted here could help you improve reduce or possibly eliminate your symptoms, and we recommend that you read our reviews. We do the homework for you- to help you can decide which product will best suit your unique needs.
You may already know that no single pill or treatment is known to offer immediate and permanent relief from tinnitus, so what can you do to get tinnitus relief? Here are the 5 steps we recommend you take to get on the path to Tinnitus relief...

If you are in pain from the debilitating symptoms of tinnitus, you’re looking for answers that will help you get back to feeling better right away. And since you may already know that no single pill or treatment is known to offer immediate and permanent relief from tinnitus, you would be justified in feeling stressed and overwhelmed. What can you do to get tinnitus relief? Here are the 5 steps you can take to get relief from your tinnitus symptoms:

Step 1:

Read up on tinnitus, to educate yourself more on the following steps, as well as to familiarize yourself with well-known tinnitus remedies. There are many excellent publications available on this topic.

Step 2:

Get a check-up with your primary care physician to be sure you have tinnitus. You may think you have tinnitus if you’re hearing ringing, buzzing, hissing, chirping, whistling or other sounds in your ears. However, your doctor may uncover a simple to cure situation such as Swimmer’s Ear or wax buildup that’s either causing or contributing to your tinnitus. If so, an antibiotic or wax removal treatment could help you right away!

Step 3:

See an Ear, Nose and Throat Specialist (ENT) and begin medical treatment if appropriate. Your doctor may not find anything and will then send you to an ENT, as they may be able to uncover a less obvious medical condition, which when treated, could clear up your tinnitus as well.

Step 4:

Locate and make an appointment with a holistic or homeopathic doctor. Even when medical professionals are able to help you with tinnitus, there are often contributing lifestyle factors such as food allergies or smoking that trigger tinnitus symptoms.

Homeopathic professionals include chiropractors, naturopaths, acupuncturists, nutrionists, to name a few. Try and find a full service center, where you can be referred to the specialist you need once your condition has been assessed.

Step 5:

Begin holistic treatment, if appropriate. Here are some holistic remedies that have had a high success rate in providing tinnitus sufferers some immediate relief:

Two top treatments that can lessen your symptoms quickly:

Acupuncture and acupressure

Chiropractic treatment

Pulsatile Tinnitus is a rare form of tinnitus that only affects about 3% of tinnitus sufferers. What are the common causes of pulsatile tinnitus and how do you treat them? This article talks about the underlying causes of pulsatile tinnitus and discusses the standard treatment for each cause...

If you suffer from tinnitus, you may be surprised to learn that there are two types of it, and each type has an entirely different set of treatments. The first type is called pulsatile tinnitus and the second is called non-pulsatile tinnitus, and you can usually tell them apart from each other by the type of sounds you’ll hear. As the name implies, pulsatile tinnitus tends to sound like your own heartbeat, whereas non-pulsatile tinnitus sounds like a variety of familiar noises, such as ringing, chirping, whirring or clicking. It is unusual but possible to have these two types of tinnitus together, and people who have both of conditions usually say the pulsatile component is the more bothersome. The focus of this article is to gain a better understanding of pulsatile tinnitus, its causes and its treatments.

What Causes Pulsatile Tinnitus?

Pulsatile tinnitus is a rare form of tinnitus, and only about 3% of tinnitus patients have it. It is sometimes referred to as vascular tinnitus and is usually related to disturbances in the blood flow. The problem usually originates from within the blood vessels inside the head or neck region. When disturbed or irregular blood flow occurs it can result in turbulent blood flow, and this turbulence is then amplified and can be heard in the ears as a whooshing, beating or other rhythmic sound.

Here are the 8 common causes of pulsatile tinnitus and their treatments:

1. A benign tumor: Tumors of this nature are usually located in or near the ear. Usually with a tumor, hearing loss is also a common symptom. Treatment: Surgery may be recommended, but sometimes is not needed if the tumor is slow in growing, which is often the case with older patients.

2. Brain Lesions: One type of lesion is an aneurism, and another type is an abnormal connection between an artery and a vein. In either case the blood flow is putting too much pressure on the veins and must be treated. Treatment: Surgery and medication.

3. Veinous Hum: Patients who are anemic, pregnant, anemic, or have thyroid problems, may develop increased blood flow through the jugular vein, which amplifies the sound of blood flow in the ear. Treatment: Treating the anemia or the underlying condition will generally clear up the tinnitus naturally.

4. Narrowing of the Arteries (Atherosclerotic): Atherosclerosis is the narrowing of the artery due to cholesterol build-up on the artery wall. This condition reduces the opening
of the arteries. This usually occurs in older patients with a history of hypertension, elevated cholesterol, diabetes, angina and smoking. Treatment: If the condition is controlled by medication the tinnitus will usually disappear or lessen.

5. Benign Intracranial Hypertension (BIH): In this condition there is increased pressure around the fluid that bathes the spine and/or the brain. Usually this conditioned is caused by obesity. Treatment: Weight loss and possibly the use of prescribed diuretics.

6. High Blood Pressure (Hypertension): Some patients who take medication for their high blood pressure report symptoms of pulsatile tinnitus just after they began taking it.
Still others report high blood pressure and tinnitus at the same time, and when they take the blood pressure medication the symptoms go away. Treatment: Change of medication usually takes care of the tinnitus.

7. Twisted Arteries: Occasionally an artery may get twisted in the head and neck, causing turbulent blood flow and leading to pulsatile tinnitus. Treatment: Surgery can repair this condition, or the twisted artery may move back to its normal placement in time.

8. Middle Ear Infection (Effusion): This is one of the rare non-vascular causes of pulsatile tinnitus, where fluid fills the middle ear and causes infection. Treatment: Antibiotics, decongestants, nasal sprays, or surgery for severe infections.

While this list is not complete, it represents the common, primary causes of pulsatile tinnitus. It is important to see your doctor, so he or she can investigate the specific reason for your pulsatile tinnitus. While not highly common, in some cases a serious underlying condition could be averted by a timely diagnosis and proper treatment. To be safe, your primary care physician may also refer you to an Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) specialist for further testing.

One important point about tinnitus is that often after any potential medical conditions have been handled by your doctor, there are found to be contributing or secondary factors that triggered your tinnitus symptoms. These factors are usually related to lifestyle – such as food allergies, smoking, and the like. When it comes to these lifestyle factors there are a number of excellent home remedy treatment guides that can assist you in further reducing or potentially eliminating your symptoms altogether.

How do you know if you have Tinnitus? Tinnitus symptoms are characterized by hearing sounds when no external sound is present. Tinnitus symptoms include everything from ringing and whistling, to buzzing and even roaring. If you hear high pitched ringing, there's a good chance you have Tinnitus...

Tinnitus, pronounced TIN-i-tus, refers to a noise or a ringing in the ears. A common problem, tinnitus affects about one in five people at some point in their lives. Tinnitus could technically be called a disease, but it more accurate to think of it as a symptom of an underlying condition, such as ear injury, an infection, circulatory system disorder or age-related hearing loss.

Common tinnitus symptoms

Tinnitus involves the annoying sensation of hearing sound when no external sound is present. Tinnitus symptoms include these types of phantom noises in your ears:

Ringing

Whistling

Hissing

Buzzing

Roaring

Clicking

Tinnitus suffers report these phantom noises in one or both of the ears, which may vary in pitch from a low roar to a high shriek. The sounds may be barely noticeable, or so loud it interferes with the ability to concentrate or hear. Tinnitus may come and go, or be present all of the time.

Should you see a doctor?

If you have tinnitus symptoms that continue past a week and that bother you, see your doctor. If you have an illness, even a cold or flu, be aware of any tinnitus symptoms and be sure to make an appointment right away, so you can avoid any complications of the ear, nose and throat. Your doctor will probably refer you to an Ear, Nose and Throat specialist (ENT) for further testing, while ruling out any immediate medical concerns.

Getting a diagnosis- There are two types of tinnitus:

Objective tinnitus- With this rare form of tinnitus your doctor can hear the same sounds you do when he or she does an examination. Objective Tinnitus is usually caused by an inner ear infection or an inner ear bone condition.

Subjective tinnitus- This is by far the most common type of tinnitus, where only you can hear the sounds. Its primary causes are often medial issues such as hearing loss, ear problems in your outer, middle or inner ear, or by problems with the nerves where the part of your brain that interprets nerve signals as sound. Secondary or contributing causes are usually those related to lifestyle, such as food allergies, smoking, and medications and such.

What to do about tinnitus:

Although bothersome, in most cases tinnitus isn’t a sign of something serious, and for most people, it gets better by treating the underlying cause or causes. When a total cure isn’t possible, there are effective treatments that reduce or mask the noise, making tinnitus less noticeable.

Once you get a diagnosis from your doctor and eliminate any medical causes of tinnitus, there are lots of ways you can manage and minimize your symptoms. This requires patience and being committed to uncovering any possible contributing lifestyle factors. With time and perseverance you may be able to rid yourself of your symptoms for good; traditionally it takes about 1-6 weeks to reduce symptoms, and 6 months to 2 years to eliminate them.

We believe that the more informed you are about tinnitus the greater your chances are of success in effectively managing, reducing or even eliminating your tinnitus symptoms. We’ve researched, read and reviewed the top eBooks on the internet to save you time and assist you in selecting a product that will enhance your chances of success.

Tinnitus Retraining Therapy (TRT) is one of the newer therapies used to treat tinnitus. It's only recently been accepted as a legitimate tinnitus remedy due to success rates. This article goes into what TRT involves and how it helps those who suffer from tinnitus.

Tinnitus Retraining Therapy (TRT) is one of the newer therapies used for treating tinnitus today. Until recently it was not widely known, nor was it accepted as a legitimate remedy. Success rates with TRT have been gaining positive attention in the media, and therefore it is gaining acceptance as a mainstream treatment for tinnitus.

Renowned neuroscientist Pawel Jastreboff created TRT, sometimes called habituation or white noise therapy, in the 1980’s. The concept is simple. When there is neither medical nor lifestyle-oriented evidence to explain the cause of a patient’s tinnitus, Jastreboff believed that the brain could be retrained to stop hearing the noise. Introducing precise sound therapy to the patient using a white noise generator does this. By slowly increasing the volume of the white noise being heard throughout the day, the brain is forced to focus on this real noise, and stop “hearing” the noises of tinnitus. Although this type of training takes some time, it has been reported to work in more than 80% of patients. The TRT either completely relieves the tinnitus, or at least lowers the noise patients hear on a regular basis due to their Tinnitus.

You may be wondering why TRT can help with tinnitus. Most neuroscientists believe that tinnitus occurs in the area of the brain where memory and stress meet, which may be the reasons why our emotions are linked to memory – including the memory of sound.

The key here is to remember that sometimes tinnitus is simply the re-running of sound memories heard previously, in an unending loop. Therefore, when the emotion linked to a certain sound is felt, the patient will hear the sound again, even if it doesn’t exist at the moment. By breaking the emotional tie of tinnitus, the sufferer can stop the noise altogether.

Holistic practitioners today offer other similar forms of therapy such as hypnotherapy and regression therapy. Like TRT, these therapies address the link between emotion and hearing, and the goal is to uncover any trauma that may have caused the link between a sound or set of sounds, and emotion stored in the brain. Hypnotherapy and regression therapy is a great approach because it often produces results pretty quickly, sometimes in a few sessions.

Taking a homeopathic or holistic approach to treating your Tinnitus with therapies like these may be one of the best options available right now. Natural tinnitus treatments work well in treating disabling symptoms without causing harsh side effects like some, more traditional treatments may.

We recommend that you read up on tinnitus remedies so that you are informed when working with these holistic professionals, which helps you be more proactive in your healing. Take a look at our reviews, where we do the homework for you to help you can decide which product will help to feel better right away. One of the E-books, Tinnitus Miracle talks about TRT and a variety of other natural remedies for tinnitus in detail.

If you’ve suffered from Tinnitus you've likely heard many myths about it, such as Tinnitus will make you crazy or There's no cure for Tinnitus. Is there any truth to these myths, and if not, what is the truth? Read more to find out.

If you’re reading this article you likely have a better understanding of tinnitus than most people, then again most people haven’t even heard the term tinnitus. Even those who are familiar with tinnitus are bombarded with myths and misinformation. I wanted to take a minute to break down and debunk the top six myths that surround tinnitus, which is commonly misspelled as tinitis, tinitus, or tinnitis, for starters.

Separating Tinnitus Truth From Myth:

1. Myth: Tinnitus is a disease.

Truth: According to Merriam Webster dictionary, the definition of disease is, “The condition of the living animal or plant body or of one of its parts that impairs normal functioning and is typically manifested by distinguishing signs and symptoms.”

While by definition tinnitus could be called a disease, it’s important to note that it really is more of a condition or symptoms of an underlying problem. The reason it’s important to distinguish tinnitus this way, is that unlike some diseases, your tinnitus could be resulting from something as simple as Swimmer’s Ear. Even if it were something more complex such as a combination of hearing damage and food allergies the point is that if the root cause is found, there is a good chance of improving and potentially even eliminating your tinnitus symptoms.

2. Myth: Tinnitus is a symptom of a serious illness.

Truth: While tinnitus has a range of about 15 possible causes, this is largely not the case. If you experience symptoms of tinnitus it’s very important to get a checkup, since your doctor can refer you to an Ear, Nose and Throat Specialist (ENT), who can confirm tinnitus for you, and help you narrow down its possible causes.

3. Myth: Tinnitus will make you crazy.

Truth: People experiencing moderate or severe tinnitus over a long period of time have understandably been known to suffer emotional distress, and as a result, may seek help from a therapist, especially if long-term, constant ringing, buzzing, whirring or chirping is present and the patient is unable to stop the noise.

One reason this myth exists is that the noises are actually in the brain, being played like a loop on a tape, but are not originating from the ears. Still, this does not mean the person is crazy, since all hearing occurs in the brain anyway. White noise, hypnotherapy and regression therapy can often help in this situation.

4. Myth: Having tinnitus means you are going deaf, or it is causing you to go deaf.

Truth: About 90% of people who have tinnitus do have some level of hearing damage. Also, although tinnitus can be a symptom of hearing loss, many people with tinnitus have normal hearing – just as many people with hearing loss don’t have tinnitus. In any case having tinnitus does not mean you’re going deaf. An ENT specialist or audiologist can help clear up any questions on this for you.

5. Myth: Tinnitus usually disappears by itself.

Truth: This depends on the potential hearing damage you have. Since hearing damage is often the primary cause of tinnitus, if you have ringing in the ears due to short-term noise exposure – for example, after going to firing range – it might go away within a week.

However, if you have symptoms that last for longer than a few weeks or months, there is a strong possibility that your tinnitus may be long-term. In this case it is wise to schedule your exam with your physician.

6. Myth: There is no cure for tinnitus.

Truth: Unfortunately, there is currently no drug that can make tinnitus go away. Even surgery has a mixed success rate at curing tinnitus, since tinnitus is usually a symptom of something else that needs healing in the body.

That said, there are lots of ways you can manage and minimize your tinnitus symptoms, and if you are committed to uncovering all possible causes, you may be able to rid yourself of tinnitus for good. Traditionally it takes about 1-6 weeks to reduce symptoms, and 6 months to 2 years to eliminate them depending on what your specific underlying causes are, and how they respond to treatment.

We have researched, read and reviewed the top home tinnitus treatments to save you time and assist you in selecting a product that will enhance your chances of success.

One in five Americans suffer from tinnitus symptoms at some point in their lives, with about 12 million people seeking help for it each year! So what can you do about tinnitus, and what are the top tinnitus remedies? Read this article to find out!

One in five Americans suffer from tinnitus symptoms at some point in their lives, with about 12 million people seeking help for it each year! So what can you do about tinnitus, and what are the top tinnitus remedies? Experts agree that before you look at the known remedies, you want to be sure and get a proper diagnosis, since your doctor can assist you in uncovering the cause or causes of your tinnitus. Once your diagnosis is confirmed, you can take some steps as outlined in this article to help you find the best treatment plan that will assist you in feeling better again soon.

Step 1 – Get a check-up with your doctor to be sure you have tinnitus. Even though you may be pretty sure you have it, the doctor can also help you in eliminating any obvious medical causes for your tinnitus, which may be treatable immediately. Once you get a check-up with your primary care physician, you should also be referred to an ear, nose and throat specialist (ENT), for further evaluation.

Step 2 – Find out what caused your tinnitus. The ENT specialist uses a variety of tests to narrow down the causes of your tinnitus, since there is neither a single cause for this disorder, nor a single treatment for it either.

Treatments and Remedies for tinnitus:
Once you have a diagnosis and your doctor has helped you narrowed in on one or more possible causes of your tinnitus, you can review and discuss the treatment options. There are two general categories of causes of tinnitus: Medical and Lifestyle-related. Treatments are different for each of these causes, and everyone’s situation is unique.

A. The medical approach- for tinnitus caused by medical problems: If you have an underlying medical problem such as Swimmer’s Ear, for example, then you’re in luck since you can seek traditional medical treatment. Medical problems like Swimmer’s Ear can be treated easily and your tinnitus may disappear at the same time.

B. The holistic approach- for tinnitus caused by lifestyle-related problems. Some people have tinnitus that requires both medical and holistic treatment, while others require holistic treatment only. The holistic approach is often called the homeopathic or natural remedies. A variety of tinnitus remedies are available so that you can help your body heal itself and therefore reduce or eliminate your symptoms.

Tinnitus Remedies:

Acupuncture

Vitamin and mineral therapy

Herbal supplements

Laser therapy

Tinnitus retraining therapy (retraining the brain)

Using electronic devices, MP3 players and more

Ear candling

Hypnotherapy or biofeedback

While it requires patience, taking a holistic approach to treating your tinnitus may be one of the best options available right now. For many tinnitus sufferers, it is the only approach that will alleviate their tinnitus, since their symptoms aren’t caused by a medical issue, or medical treatment alone was not enough to cure the tinnitus.

While a simple cure for tinnitus isn’t available, the tinnitus treatments highlighted here could help you improve, reduce or potentially eliminate your symptoms. So that you are fully aware of the tinnitus remedies available, we recommend that you read our reviews. We do the homework for you- to help you can decide which product will best suit your unique needs. For the most in-depth background on tinnitus, you might want to consider Tinnitus Miracle, our number one recommended tinnitus E-book.

50-page End Your Tinnitus eBook

The 9 step plan for freedom from tinnitus

Links to outside resources

The Basics

The eBook includes the following:

Background information on ringing ears: Detailed information regarding a few top medical causes of ringing ears that are not tinnitus. It also gives detailed information about the ear, and outlines the known causes of tinnitus. The author stresses that once you have read his book, you should consult an ear/nose/throat specialist for a proper diagnosis. This book will help you to be informed prior to a doctor visit so that you can make a more informed decisions about the options they present to you, whether you have tinnitus or different medical condition that’s causing the ringing in your ears.

The 9 step plan for freedom from tinnitus: This is the core of the program, and includes common causes, future damage limitation, problematic drugs, lifestyle changes, site specific treatments, dietary changes, stress and environmental changes and supplements. The 9 steps end with a chapter on freedom, which teaches you how to maintain a life that is free from tinnitus for the long term.

End Your Tinnitus is moderate in length at 50 pages, however it’s well-written and an easy read. It offers a comprehensive strategy for eliminating tinnitus from your life as noted above in its 9 step plan, and all of the concepts of the book are consistent with recommendations we’ve found while reading other tinnitus remedies. One of the tips in the book is the little known fact that eveen the kind of toothpaste you use can dramatically affect your condition!

While some may think that a 9 step plan is a bit much, tinnitus is a complex subject with many causes, and End Your Tinnitus does a great job of identifying the top ways to solve this irritating and painful problem.

Two things make this product unique as compared to other tinnitus remedy books:

Chris Scott has a ton of information packed into 50 pages, with many links for drug listings, food listings, and even air purifiers that may help your tinnitus.

Chris also has a logical, step-by-step elimination process so you don’t get overwhelmed, while still taking a comprehensive, holistic approach to your tinnitus. He stays focused on your results throughout the book.

Pros:

You’ll feel more informed about your health, regardless of whether you have tinnitus or a different medical cause to the ringing in your ears

Practical, information-packed eBook with links to plenty of useful resources

Step-by-step process of elimination to help you decipher this confusing subject and take action to cure your condition

Helps you manage dietary, lifestyle, and environmental issues that could be aggravating your tinnitus

Excellent down-to-earth explanations supporting the what and the why of his solutions

Cons:

Require a moderate level of commitment for success

No email support, forum, or community

The Value

End Your Tinnitus is a good value. At 50 pages it offers more information than Banish Tinnitus which has a 36 page product that may be oversimplified for some. End Your Tinnitus also provides useful links to free resources in the eBook, which contributes to the overall value of the product.

Product is right for you if

Your symptoms are moderate to severe and you are considering seeing a medical professional for diagnosis. In this event, the book will help you take charge of your medical decisions regardless of your diagnosis, and possibly save you money and/or pain.

If you’ve already been diagnosed with tinnitus and your doctor hasn’t been as helpful as you hoped in treating or curing it. In this case you may find End Your Tinnitus to be the solution you’ve been looking for!

Our Take

As with most tinnitus home remedy E-products, End Your Tinnitus was written by a former tinnitus sufferer who went through a great deal of trial and error himself before discovering the concepts in his 9 step plan. Chris Scott’s comprehensive, step-by-step guide is highly informative, easy to read, and gives you more information than most products on the market today. Tinnitus is often the result of several overlapping causes and treatment can be confusing and overwhelming. End Your Tinnitus helps you see results quickly by allowing you to make changes one at a time as needed. We think that most tinnitus sufferers will benefit from reading this material. “Dear Chris – I have read all the books on tinnitus but nothing else comes close to yours. It is the only one that actually gave me instructions on how to cure my tinnitus instead of bombarding me with medical theory.”
