Decorating for a girl – your daughter, in particular – is easier than most other design jobs because young girls typically like a wide variety of colors and styles. Whether you want to turn the room into a simulated forest or a fairytale castle, a properly decorated room should make your daughter very happy indeed. It’s all a matter of getting all the right details in and capturing the correct ambiance that your little girl will appreciate.

Beachy themes are very popular, especially if you live very near a seashore or a body of water. It’s very easy to design and will surely be a hit with a girl who loves the outdoors and the water. Ocean themes can be done with a light blue or blue-green for the walls and a neutral color near beige for the floor. This should simulate the water and the sand of the real thing.

First, is the beach and outdoor theme. Nature plays a significant role for young girls who love to spend their time outdoors. Thus, if your little girl is one of these girls, you can decorate her bedroom using the colors of nature – greens, blues, white, reds, yellows, browns, etc. Just look around and you’ll get inspired by the abundance of colors everywhere. Ask your daughter which appeals to her the most. If she likes the ocean, you can use blues and greens. If she likes the sunset, you can use oranges and pinks. If she enjoys family vacations to the countryside, you can use colors found in the fields and flowers.

Second, is the stars and moon theme. This is an interesting design for girls as this is commonly associated with a boy’s room. However, you can still make the design very feminine with brighter colors and light strokes on the walls. Painting the ceiling a midnight blue will also give the bedroom a more realistic impression of being out in the vast night sky. If your daughter has a favorite star, you can paint it on the wall or the ceiling for a more personal touch.

Flowers will never go wrong in a girl’s eyes. Decorating the bedroom with floral prints, flower arrangement, lots of flower colors and sunflower-shaped rugs or rugs designed with flower arts will certainly give your daughter her own paradise.

Outdoorsy, nature-loving girls will also be sure to love a room themed to a big sweeping landscape. The most important part of this theme will be a painting or a decal of a large grassy field or plain, preferably with a nature scene going on somewhere. You can then use other design items that either match colors to the ones in the painting or are done in basic earth tones, giving a very grandiose yet relaxing look to the room.

Last in this list is the Barbie theme. They say girls undergo the Barbie phase while growing up and it’s part of almost every girl’s life (I can vouch for that). If your daughter is a Barbie collector, then this theme is perfect! Have a glass-cased cabinet for displaying her collection. Use colorful beddings, artworks and Barbie-like furnishings to complete her bedroom. Doesn’t Barbie have a comfy couch, oversized chair and fancy dresser? You don’t have to load her bedroom with all these, especially if the space doesn’t permit it. Your little one can choose a favorite piece and make it as the room’s centerpiece.

In closing, whatever theme your girl will have for her bedroom, don’t forget the very handy area rugs to decorate the room. The design won’t be complete without these attractive floor decors. Go for rugs that complement the room’s color and design. And of course, with area rugs, lounging on the floor will be an ultra comfortable time for your little girl.

If you found this information about Home Design helpful, then you are bound to adore these girls rugs.

A foundation is the base that supports any structure in order for it to stay solid and firm. When this base is not installed properly or the soil beneath is not sound, problems occur that can jeopardize your entire base and structure. The cost of foundation repair can be very expensive if there is major damage. Homeowners expect the foundation to be adequate and dependable but sometimes can be faced with the problem of a base in need of repair.

The Basics of a Foundation

There are three basic types of foundations that builders use before beginning the construction of a home. The most common type of foundation is a slab-on-grade. Reinforced concrete is used to create a base together with the soil that is often referred to as the second foundation. Because this second foundation of soil is important in supporting the concrete, soil testing and approval needs to be done ahead of pouring concrete. If the soil is unsustainable for such a load, the seasonal movement caused by rainfall, drought, and temperature changes can affect the amount of heaving that occurs.

A pier and beam foundation usually has a crawl space beneath the structure. It is constructed with a concrete footing and pier that is positioned to support wood beams and the floor joists. The quality of the ground is still an issue with a pier and beam foundation because of the shallow nature of the base. The cost of foundation repair in either of these two types of foundations can become immense if the soil cannot be supported to sustain the weight.

Basements provide more support for a structure because the footing depth extends far beneath the frost line, four or more feet below the surface. The sinking and swelling of the earth occurs against the walls and limits the amount of damage made by climate changes. There can be certain damage, however in the lateral movement of the walls and floor heave that requiring the cost of foundation repair to be a future issue.

Variables in the Cost of Foundation Repair

Time, extent of damage, amount of square footage and the number of joints involved are the main areas that will determine the cost of foundation repair. The number of hours involved in repairing the damage is the number one cost factor. Labor is expensive especially when you have skilled professionals working. A contractor may use inexperienced laborers to do the job but you must be aware of this component by comparing prices against other contractor’s estimates.

The extent of damage can come from a variety of factors. How the problem occurred is vital in fixing the problem. Poor soil, improper drainage and vegetation growth are some reasons that a foundation is becoming unstable and there are different methods figured in to the cost of foundation repair depending on the reason of damage involved. The square footage and number of joints is a determining factor in the amount of time that is required to stabilize your base. It is not as easy as repairing the point of collapse. The entire balance of your foundation will have to be evaluated and sustained.

Average Costs of Professionals

The cost of foundation repair rests on the types of professionals that are needed in assessing the damage and the amount of equipment required. A typical foundation repair that uses hydraulic piercing can run between $10,000 and $14,000 (6 to 8 foot spacing at $1,340 per pile). A simple crack in a poured concrete wall will average $800 to $1500. If soil is thought to be the issue, a geotechnical engineer often receives $500 to $3,000 for an evaluation while a structural engineer can make recommendations for $300 to $1500.

Maintain your Foundation

Because the cost of foundation repair is so expensive, keeping an eye on your base is crucial in problems that may crop up. Dry areas require periodic watering of the ground close to their foundation in order to keep the moisture content consistent. Proper drainage is important so that water is not allowed to collect along the foundation’s sides. Make sure your downspouts are carrying water away from your base by 3-4′. Trees should be planted no closer than their ultimate height.

You can help control the cost of foundation repair by proper maintenance and having any issues such as noticeable cracks inspected early. It is definitely worth the service call.

Ross Kirk is the owner of Marco Concrete Lifting, a residential and commercial foundation repair company serving the Charleston, WV area. Kirk writes about issues relating to all types of foundation, concrete and waterproofing repair projects.

So finally you got your new basement remodeled as far as the basic interior is concerned. Supposing you left one space that you want to use for hanging out with friends. It’s not necessarily anything fancy like a bar or a living room type. It’s just a huge area that is practically empty so you can have more to do in it. Perhaps there’s a raised platform in that corner of your basement that you hope to open new basement decorating ideas with.

Accessories and Items – Think of things that you could put there. Just think and open yourself to options. You can have themes for this little basement decorating project. For example, if you’re a baseball fan, bring all your memorabilia from the attic to this corner of your home. If you’re into music, perhaps your concert tickets and CD collections will look good. Sort out all the stuff you thought of throwing away. There may be a chance that you change your mind and use them as basement decors.

Adding a few accessories to go with your theme and a little creative thinking should be fun. Here are some of them:

1. Wall Decor – Wallpapers are good materials for your basement decorating ideas. They are available in stores. The thing is that you have to use adhesives to put them up there on the wall. If you don’t like gluing something on wall, try graffiti. Use latex paint. Picture frames would be nice too. But make sure you don’t damage your walls. That way if you decide to change the theme, you can do it easily by just taking them off.

2. Accessorizing the Floor – You might want to go and buy some stuff you could use at the flea market. Pillows and a neatly weaved carpet can be a great mood setter. Not only that, it gives accent to your basement. It’s like jewelry. With the right combination, it makes your basement attractive to look at. But be careful. Too much accessories could spoil it.

3. Lighting Decor and Fixtures – Not only are they functional but they create a classy look for your basement decorating ideas. Use lighting that are just enough to set the right mood. Let the lighting in this corner be perfect to spend time with friends and enjoy good conversations.

4. Items for Decoration – Decorative items as figurines add accent to your basement. Set up a wood frame cabinet that is open both ways. Put all your little collections of miniature models and put them under a good lighting.

5. Sofas and Furniture – Furniture such as sofas, chairs and tables completes your basement decorating project. There are good bargains you could find. But make sure you got your ideas clear as to what type of furniture you want to put in here. Get the colors right. It should blend with the rest of the decorations. You don’t want to have contrasting colors for your furnishings.

Varied Look – An important thing to also consider in basement decorating is the option to alter the look of your room at any time. This is a challenging task but when get it all right, you will enjoy it to the fullest. Make sure that when decorating your basement, replacing your accessories should be easy and cheap. The fun part is being able to experiment. There are no bounds. There are no limits. There can be no restrictions. All there is you need is creativity.

Our plumbing systems consist of many components and mechanisms that all function to keep the plumbing system working properly and safely. Every once in a while a device in the system will have to be removed to be repaired or replaced. One such plumbing device is the drain trap.

A drain trap is a dip in the drain pipe that can be found in floor drains, sinks, toilets…etc. The function of the drain pipe is to constantly remain filled with water in order to prevent sewer gases from leaking into the room which can be toxic if inhaled. Traps must stay in good condition to remain working properly; however, there are instances where a drain trap can become damaged, corroded, clogged with foreign material, or just too old and worn. In these instances, the trap will have to be removed for replacement or repair. Removing a drain pipe is an easy task for a homeowner. If you plan on removing your drain trap, below is a guide on properly removing a trap:

1. To remove a drain trap, you have to first obtain a number of tools. The tools required for the job include: screwdriver, wrench, bucket, and an old towel. It is important to remember that the drain system is delicate therefore you have to be careful when removing the drain trap so that you do not damage it or any other nearby plumbing component.

2. Once you have acquired the necessary tools to remove the drain trap, you should turn off the main water supply or close the water valve under the sink where the water flows through the drain pipe.

3. The next step is to place the bucket under the sink where the water will flow from the drain trap when you remove it. You can also lay the towels around the bucket in case of splashing or spillage of water on the floor.

4. The drain pipe is connected to the bottom of the sink. It is secured with a nut. Use your wrench to remove the drain pipe. Use a wrench and turn the nut to the left to loosen it. After loosening the nut, pull the pipe straight down to complete the removal.

5. Once the drain pipe is removed, you can then remove the trap. The tail piece will first have to be removed. Then, unscrew the trap. If the drain trap is a swivel kind, the curved trap components will come out easily. If the drain pipe contains a clean-out plug which you will see at the bottom of the pipe section that curves, use your wrench to take it out. If there is no clean-out plug, you just need to unscrew the slip nut to take out the drain trap. Once you can access the drain trap, remove it while holding it in the upright position.

The drain pipe is a vital part of the plumbing system that needs to be maintained so it remains in good working order to prevent sewage gas does from escaping. This is very important because sewage gas is harmful and the gas can not always be detected. Regular maintenance of the plumbing systems as well as having annual inspections by a plumber will ensure that components stay in top working condition. If there is a problem with your drain trap or any other part of the plumbing system, it is important to get it fixed right away. For serious problems, it is imperative to contact a professional plumber who will have the equipment and expertise to properly make the repair.

Looking for a local plumber to fix your plumbing problems? Then contact the plumbing experts at Mr.Rooter, offering plumbers Newmarket and plumber Richmond Hill services as well as plumbing services all across Canada.
Fire damage is a frequent hazard that leads to massive losses in property, infrastructure and even lives. While firefighters will answer your distress call and come help put out the fire, soon you could be on your own and there are a few important things you could do to mitigate the effects of fire damage.

You need to decide quickly whether you can clean up on yourself or not. For damage that appears extensive, it is best to leave the things as they are and to call your insurance agent for a thorough and professional documentation which will assist in the repair process.

If you find fire damage to be limited and decide to proceed with the clean up on your own, there are a number of steps you could follow to try and restore your home. The first thing will be to clean up. Using a shop vacuum, remove the dry soot and any chemical residue that could have been left from fire extinguishers. To improve air circulation in you house and help dissipate the smell of smoke, keep your windows and doors wide open. A room deodorizer will help mask the smell while you work. Household goods that have survived the fire should be cleaned by a professional if the smoke and odor are to be completely eliminated.

To remove loose soot particles from latex paint, blown ceilings and tiles, you are advised to use dry-cleaning sponges and to avoid using household cleaners on the surfaces. Make sure the sponge is dry and proceed to clean beginning with the ceiling, since debris will be falling downwards. After the ceiling, the walls should be cleaned, moving from top to bottom.

While dry-cleaning sponges can be used for most cleaning, they are not to be used for oil-based paint, acrylic paint, vinyl wallpaper or for removing the greasy soot. The sponge should be used dry. Wipe the ceiling first, since debris tends to drop downward. Then work on the walls, moving from top to bottom using straight, parallel strokes that overlap a bit. When the surface of the sponge becomes sooty, simply skim it off with a knife to give the sponge a new cleaning surface.

Dry-cleaning sponges aren’t recommended for oil-based paint, acrylic paint, or vinyl wallpaper, or for removing the greasy soot sometimes left by kitchen fires. Instead, use a regular sponge and pine-scented cleaner. Be sure to remove all the soot. The more you get rid of, the faster the smoke smell it contains will dissipate.

Even if the fire damage is heavy and you have filed a claim with your insurance company, you’ll still have a mess on your hands. Fortunately, there are services that specialize in post fire cleanup work. Professionals are especially skilled at eliminating the smoky odor that lingers after a fire. Their cleanup arsenal includes ozone generators and special deodorizing chemicals unavailable to consumers.

After a serious fire, you might have to move out of the house during cleanup and repairs. If so, be sure to board up broken windows and other holes. Remove any valuables you can. And consider hiring a security service to keep an eye on your home.

What to do if you have smoke/fire damage
* Blow off or brush-vacuum loose soot particles from upholstery, drapes and carpets.
* Cover carpeted traffic areas with towels or old linens to prevent additional soiling.
* Discard open food packages. The food could be contaminated.
* If electrical service is off, clean out your freezer and refrigerator. Leave the doors propped open or place charcoal in the unit.
* Send clothing with heavy smoke damage to a qualified professional dry cleaner who specializes in smoke damage.
* Clean Formica and chrome fixtures in the kitchen and bathroom to prevent permanent tarnishing.
* Wipe residue from porcelain bath fixtures to prevent etching.
* Wipe the leaves of houseplants to remove smoke residue.
* Change the air filter on your furnace if it uses forced hot air.
* Tape cheesecloth over intake and outlet air registers to capture any loose soot in the air. This is even more effective if the cheesecloth is damp.
* If the outside temperature is above 60 degrees, air out the house to reduce smoke odor.

Important warnings on smoke and fire damage
* Do not attempt to wash any papered or flat painted walls without consulting your professional cleaner. Incorrect cleaning procedures could compound the soot residue problem.
* Do not attempt to clean carpets or upholstered furniture. Again, incorrect procedures could increase damage.
* Do not use electrical appliances that have been close to fire or water before having them checked. They could malfunction.
* Do not use ceiling fixtures if the ceiling is wet. A short circuit could result.
* Do not touch anything. Soot on your hands can permeate upholstery, walls, and woodwork, causing further damage.
* Do not eat food that has been exposed to fire or smoke.
* Do not wait to call for professional help.

Somebody does not take the pest control seriously. If you take pride in your garden in can be very frustrating when pests damage your plants since it makes you feel that you have worked hard for nothing. Most people react to these pests by purchasing chemical pesticides. Research has linked many of these pesticides with health issues such as birth defects, nerve damage, infertility and cancer.

Pesticides also cause harm to the environment and animals around us, and that includes our pets. That is why natural garden pest control is always the best option. Fortunately there are many natural garden pest controls that horticultural enthusiasts can try. However it also helps if you can accept the probability that there will be some damage since there really is no such thing as a perfect garden.

Soil And Plants

If your soil is fertile and your plants are healthy your garden will be able to flourish even if there are a few pests. You can keep your soil fertile by using compost and mulch. It is also a good idea to stick to plants that are indigenous to the area you live in. When plants are nurtured in their natural environment they tend to flourish. Bear in mind that certain plants also make natural garden pest controls. Basil, marigolds, lemon grass, sage, oregano, green bean, catnip and onion plants are just a few of the natural insect pest controls that keep undesirable bugs at bay.

Garlic Fire Spray

Some gardening aficionados hold the opinion that garlic fire spray is the best natural garden pest control around. You can make this spray by combining garlic, chili peppers, vegetable oil, soap, water and kerosene. The spray is a little smelly but the odor evaporates quite quickly. You will need to spray it again after rainfall. Garlic fire spray is a good natural garden pest control for ants, grubs, caterpillars and most small insects.

Fish Fertilizer

For some reason that is not fully understood certain insects do not like fish fertilizer at all. It can effectively get rid of mites, caterpillars and certain nematodes. Unfortunately fish fertilizer does have one major drawback. It leaves an unpleasant fishy smell around your garden for a day or two and some people find this difficult to endure. You should probably avoid using this natural garden pest control if you do not have the most understanding neighbors.

Attract Natural Predators

Attracting the right predators to eliminate unwanted insects is another good natural garden pest control. Insects like spiders, praying mantis, ladybugs and dragonflies can control the number of unwanted pests in your garden. You can attract these creatures with plants such as cilantro, geraniums, yarrow, angelica, cosmos and caraway.

We all know that the pest control is of the top affairs in our houses and you can also get the information on the kichen studio and heat pumbs to deal with the your house improvement together.

Outdoor lighting can be somewhat tricky. Part of the struggle is that it can appear so uncomplicated. How difficult is it to light some flowerbeds? Frankly, it might not be tough to light, but it is tough to light well. Since no one needs their outdoors to seem like an kid tossed up some holiday lights, it’s useful to hold in mind some common mistakes.

Lack of a Goal

When creating an outdoor lighting design, your first factor should be what you want to attain. Safety, security, spotlighting, overall artistry ” there are many different goals for outdoor lighting. Make sure yours is confidently in mind before you start. Knowing your goal will let you to plan more successfully, saving time, money, and inevitable frustration.

Lifeless Placement of Lights

When lighting a path, don’t fall into the trap of an similar line of lights. It’s visually boring; you’re not lighting an airport landing strip. Space lights at unequal intervals, making certain to mutually light the route and be enjoyable to the eye.

Hide landscape lighting fixtures save they’re meant to be a focal point. The attention should be drawn to the features lit, not the cause of the lighting.

Incorrect Quantity of Lights

Although more does not equate better, you also don’t desire to allow pronounced dark areas. Areas of darkness pull the eye to the lights instead of the things being lit. Don’t overstate it ” you don’t need your yard to come across resembling a car lot ” but don’t under do it, either.

Unwise Direction of Lights

Incorrectly targeted lighting can generate glares, distract passing drivers, or even shine into the eyes of people outside. It’d be a shame to ruin an evening backyard get-together because your lighting blinded your friends.

Wrong Type of Lights

It’s not the most exciting subject, but the sort of light you apply seriously affects the whole look. A vertical differentiation of 10 feet could require you to go from a 20 watt to a 30 watt bulb. Halogen bulbs emulate moonlight’s bluer hue. Low-voltage bulbs can illuminate without overwhelming. Garage and porch lighting might need to be adjusted so their brilliant lights don’t ruin an effect. These considerations are key to achieve a unified look.

Wrong Colors of Lights

Adopt skillful caution with colored lights or filters. You do not need your lighting project to come across like something more fitting for a Ringling Bros. Circus than your backyard. You may want to keep away from colored lights altogether since they can frequently look tasteless. Filters can be used to good effect, but only if done subtly. Do not use a different color filter in every fixture.

Every home offers its individual canvas on which certified landscapers can produce distinct looks to best flatter the landscape. The slightest wattage differences, alterations in lighting angles, and placement of lighting fixtures will show a completely unique look. If it all seems overwhelming, look into contracting a certified landscaper. They will manage all these intricate details and get the job done properly, making your home look its very best.

Paula Alford has made Ulitimate Landscape Concepts a leader in landscaping for many reasons. First and foremost, their service. After all, landscaping is a service business. Second, their unique and colorful blueprints. Not cheap, vague drawings, but architectural renderings where you see what the end result will look like.

Imagine a boat where all of the weight was shifted to one side. What would happen to the balance of that boat?

Balance in a room is the same thing. It’s affected by two things:

The size of the furniture

The placement of the furniture

If most of the furniture is either extremely tall, very short, top heavy or bottom heavy, the room will be off-balance vertically.

If most of the big (tall and/or wide) furniture is on one side of the room, the room will be off-balance horizontally.

While balance in a room is also determined by and affected by the color and style of the furniture, as well as the use of and color and style of art and decorative accessories, we will limit this discussion to furniture size and placement in a living room.

1. Start with the large pieces first. By this we mean sofas and loveseats. Assuming you already have a sofa and/or loveseats, place these first in the room, near to the focal point so as to emphasize it and not really block it. A focal point can be a fireplace, an entertainment center, or a window with a view.

If you don’t already have one, then a sofa and/or loveseat is the first item(s) to purchase since it will determine the style, color, and size of all of the other pieces in the room. Also, take measurements of the sofa in case you intend on purchasing chairs, rugs, artwork and cocktail, end and sofa tables.

You should also be aware that the style of the sofa/loveseat will determine its visual weight. For example, a sleek modern sofa with straight lines, legs instead of a skirt, and straight arms, will have less weight than a sofa with a bent back, rolled arms and a skirt along the bottom.

2. Add Chairs. The simplest way to achieve balance is to add two matching or color-complementary chairs to the sofa or loveseat seating arrangement.

Upholstered chairs, whether club style or slipper style, provide better visual balance to a sofa than a pair of wooden chairs.

But make sure that the height of the chairs is no much more than 5 inches taller or shorter than the height of the back of the couch/loveseat.

3. Add Tables: The next items to add to the seating arrangement are the end tables and cocktail table.

End tables should be no more than 2 ? to 3 inches high or lower than the arms of the sofa or chairs to provide balance.

Also, if the couch has its legs exposed rather than being skirted, then this visual lightness can be balanced by an end table with small legs or one with no legs, such as a cube, a small chest with drawers or an end table with shelves.

A cocktail table should take up 2/3 to ? the width of the couch. A sofa table behind the couch is optional, however it too should not exceed 2/3 to ? of the width of the couch nor be higher than the back of the couch.

4. Tall bookcases, armoires, entertainment centers, wall units. These are the items that can have a dramatic impact on the balance of the room, and because of their height and mass, must be balanced out.

For example, an armoire or single big bookcase, both of which are taller than they are wide, can be balanced out if there is a fireplace with a piece of art or a mirror hung over the mantle on the opposite side of the room.

A high and broad entertainment center or a bank of bookshelves can be balanced out on the other side of the room by adding some vertical and horizontal weight to either side of the fireplace. This can be accomplished by adding a chest and artwork hung over it to both sides of the fireplace.

Below are some roof leak detection methods that can help you fix a roofing problem before it escalates into roofing failure.

Roof leaks are dreaded by homeowners. Leaks can result in substantial harm to your residence and the loss of irreplaceable belongings and heirlooms. Concealed leaks in your roof sometimes cause deterioration that will endanger the structural integrity of the roof and result in the need for costly repairs. To avoid sudden roof failure, leaks have to be addressed immediately and, if possible, prevented altogether.

To detect roof leaks before they cause extensive damage a roof should be inspected before and after winter.

Roofing services will normally provide a free roof check up and written roofing estimate listing any recommended repairs. There are a number of online services that set up free roofing estimates from local prescreened contractors. You can do this using the trusted online service listed at the end of this article.

Do-it-yourself people may decide to examine their own roof and perhaps make the recommended repairs themselves. Roof leak detection starts in the attic. Before looking at the top of your roof, search the attic for noticeable water damage and other evidence that moisture has started to cause problems. Mold can be a sign that you have an undetected roof leak or that you have inadequate roofing ventilation. If your problem is with roof ventilation you should consult a contractor to discuss your repair options.

After inspecting your attic for telltale signs you need to take a close look at the roof itself. You can either climb onto the roof or look through binoculars. You want to find out if there are any missing or damaged shingles. Look for curling, fraying, tears or excessive deterioration. Damaged or missing roof shingles should be replaced. Further indicators of a declining roof are loss of granules, cupping or buckling. These signs tend to indicate your roof is reaching the end of its usefulness.

Flashing issues are a frequent reason for a leaking roof. Inspect flashings connected to vents and chimneys to ensure that they are tight and in satisfactory condition. Damaged or missing flashings need to be fixed or replaced.

Another common cause of roof leaks includes debris hindering roof watershed or blocking rain gutters. Unwanted debris in the valleys of the roof can result in water penetrating underneath roof shingles which can result in roof leaks and water damage. Blocked rain gutters might also cause water to flow under the shingles on the eaves and cause similar water damage. Regular roof maintenance should include removing the unwanted debris from your roof valleys and gutters.

If the roof on your home is fifteen years old or older, has large areas of damage, or continues to leak after being repaired, you might need to replace your roof.

Whether you need a New Roof Cost estimate or a roof repair estimate, you can get 3 free roofing estimates from pre-screened contractors at http://www.roofingestimates.info/. Prescreened contractors and free roofing estimates are available in all 50 states.
