Telivision Provider For You

If you been frustrated with your existing cable tv provider or had been in the past, then you are certainly not alone. Many people out there are sharing the same frustrations, from getting poor receptions to getting limited shows with high prices. Many of us signed up for cable tv service basing mainly on the existing companies that we know of, the ones the sent us ads in the mail, or the ones that run paid ads on telivision. Many of us are probably not even aware that there are several different cable tv providers that are available to service in the state or city that we live in. Many are probably only aware of just a few providers, out of all the available companies, simply because we never see their commercials or advertising on telivision, or maybe because we never received any printed ads in the mail. Many of us may have based our decisions about cable tv providers basing on who we heard or saw on tv. With that limited information, we were not able to fully compare different cable tv providers basing on their pricing, packages, deals, and more because how can you compare these companies when you do not know all of them?

Thanks to the hardwork of CableTVAdvisor.com people can now make smart decisions on which cable providers to avail depending on their prices, packages and deals. I recently checked out their site at http://www.cabletvadvisor.com/cable-providers/ and I like how people can search cable providers basing on which state and city they live, this way it is more specialized service for your area. It is good to be able to know what are all the available fruits in the basket so that you will be able to decide which fruits you like the most, whether its an apple, an orange, a banana, etc. Just like choosing for cable tv providers, each of them have their own technology capabilities, packages and deals, high and low prices that they offer to their consumers and customers, its up to the consumers to decide which one meets their needs the best that is why it is good to know all the providers available in your area so that you can smartly compare all the options you have and go from there.

In the past, many of us make our decision of which cable telivision providers we signed up with basing on the ads we received in the mail or saw on tv. With CableTVAdvisor around that will tremendously help and assist us, and putting our cable tv shopping in a whole new level, knowing that we will be able to know which companies are available in your area, which is a huge advantage because that is when we can truly compare services, prices, deals, and packages that meet our needs and wants the best. Afterall, cable telivision is an entertainment business, the last thing we need is be so stressed trying to look for the right provider to give us entertainment. Another great thing i like about their website is the Deal Of The Day basing on which place you live.
<!--
I have been seeing Praying Mantis insects quite often in our backyard for the past years. Most of the praying mantis that I have seen were mostly fully grown adult ones around three inches long. Recently, while hanging out in the garden patio area, in the corner of my eyes I noticed a very tiny green insect in our fabric outdoor swing. When I went to take a closer look at it, I realized that it was a miniature praying mantis! Praying Mantis always fascinates me because they look like they are always praying, as their popular name emplies. But seeing the little fellow fascinated me even more because I never seen one before that tiny and small, barely an inch long. Thanks to new technology of digital cameras nowadays, I was able to capture this tiny little creature with my point-and-shoot digital camera in macro mode. Dont let the photo above fool you, its the wonders of technology at work which makes this insect look like a giant in photograph because in contrary it was so small, you can barely see it. I called it a miniature praying mantis but I assumed that it is a baby praying mantis? They look just like the fully grown adult praying mantis, the only difference, from what i observed, is the size, they look like a shrunken version of the adult ones.
<!--

Finding a job nowadays is very hard, and with many competition, it is best to arm ourselves with the right knowledge and tools to put ourselves on top of the lists of applicants. There is less demand and plenty of supply in the job market nowadays, many employers have the advantage to be very picky who they are going to hire, and they usually want the bests to join their team that can help grow their business or organization. So if there are several applicants that are applying the same job that you are applying, the applicant with whom the company believed that they can best benefit from as far as knowledge and expertise are concern then such applicant is most likely the one that will be hired. Inorder to arm yourself with knowledge and competitive edge, its best to be knowledgeable about the job tasks that you are applying for and you need to be able to prove not only in papers that you have what it takes, but also show in action your capability to get things done.

Education is one of the best gift that you can ever give yourself. Nobody can ever take your knowledge away from you. Once you know something and become an expert on it, then you become a pro. Its true that there are many free resources available online nowadays, but getting the motivation to regularly read your books, do your assignments, and study have been a difficult process for a lot of people if they decide to do it themselves. That's why being in a classroom, listening to a teacher explain the subject matter is still a very effective approach to learning, not to mention the certificate that you will receive at the end of the course is an easy proof that you can show during job application that you have what it takes. Personally, I always want to know more about computer graphics and design, although I have some knowledge about the subject matter, I would like to be an expertise on it and learn all the new tools that experts use to get the job done in the graphic and design field. Depend on your line of interest, but if you are interested in becoming a Graphic Designer as well there are graphic design courses in Miami and other major cities that you can go to, its a step closer to your becoming an expert on. It helps a lot when you have a passion for something that you decide you want to learn because learning it is easier.
<!--

We have this cat fish for several years already. We bought her when she was a very tiny little fish, around an inch total length. Now, she is more than a foot long! Quite a gentle giant, I should say, doesn't move much, pretty much want to be left alone most of the time. Her favorite places in the tank is in the corner or dark places where the rest of the fishes give her the least destruction possible.

When we bought her at a local store, we were told that a cat fish is a great fish to have to keep the tank clean because they eat on algeas, so any algeas that are being developed in the tank can be a great food source for this gentle giant. You can also purchase algea tablets in most pet stores for feeding them.

We have several different types of fish in our tank. And our cat fish seems to get along with most of them pretty well. The only time I remember than she had a problem with another fish was when we had this super energetic bothersome Koi fish that drives her up a wall. It was not her fault though, the Koi fish was the one that bumps into her, and bothers her, and as a result she did try to chase that koi fish once in awhile. Unfortunately, that Koi fish passed away, and so far none of the other fishes we have seems to really bother her anymore. As long as she have her little corner away from the school of fish, she is pretty much happy and content!

Thanks for the visit in my HonestlyFresh blog today, hope to see you again here sometime!
Nowadays, when you think of office works, computers come to mind. Using computers nowadays are neccessity in an office environment, nothing is foreign about it anymore, its a need and its just part of our days work. We use computers for writing notes, preparing print-outs, doing presentations and accounting, organizing business contacts and calendar, etc. We can literally almost eliminate the paper works all together and go paperless. The million dollar question is: What if your computer breaks down tommorrow unexpectedly? Can you function as a business? Can you do the normal tasks you do everyday and get things done without accessing your computer? If you answer a resounding NO to any of these questions then you are dependent on your computer to run your business and in this regard, you need to backup your files and data that you do online that way when a freak instant and your computer breaks down, you have other means of accessing your data and can still function normally without totally being helpless when your system needs a repair. Time is money, you can use other computers but you cannot sit and wait for one computer to get fix before you get going again. When you have a backup of your files that you can access in another system while your computer is down then you are definitely in the higher rank of the heirarchy chart, putting yourself above your computer system. You manage the computer, dont let the computer manage you.
If something like this is quite important, so is an address plaques that you put in front of your house. Address plaque maybe a small item but it has a huge impact not only visually but functionally as well. It is one of the first thing people notice when they step into your front door, it will give your visitors the assurance that they arrive in the right house and knocking at the right door! It also helps the mailman and delivery man the assurance that they are delivering your package in your door, not in someone else house, isn't that important to you?

When you have something in your house that is always visible and noticeable as a house plaques, it always makes sense to make your address plaques look more appealing and stands out beautifully rather than an eye sore to anyone that sees it. Having a customized house plaques done by JustAddressPlaques.com web site is a nice investment that will always be seen by people when they visit your home. When you see your existing house plaque and you feel embarrassed then it might be time to invest in a new one.
<!--

The worst part is that its only been almost two years and its no longer functional. Since I didnt availed the extended warranty, I cannot get help from the manufacturer without paying to get help or assistance from them which kind of a bummer because paying almost a thousand dollars for an item that broke down even before two years and not get any fixing help is really poor customer service on their part. So we been trying to figure it out ourselves, by process of elimination, having disected such computer, its clear that its not the battery, the ac adapter, nor the CPU that is the problem. Its probably the motherboard that is having an issue which is a complete bummer because it should not have such problem only after two years. In my opinion, motherboards should last a lifetime, atleast 10 years.

Its sad that many computers are built to fall apart within the first two to three years of its purchase, basing on all the readings and research that I have done, I am definitely not alone having issues with broken computer just after two years. Im sure I can find a way to fix it, but the sad thing is the specifications are a little bit outdated as today standards. I only have 4GB RAM, when you can get 8GB to 16GB RAM nowadays. I have a dual core processor in this laptop when nowadays the more powerful quad core, or even six core are already out in the market! Not to mentioned such laptop only have 300GB hard drive, it sounds like a lot of memory at that time but its hardly any space for a person with all the games, graphics, photos that we store nowadays, right? I would definitely prefer atleast 750GB up to 2TB in it.

The amount of money I paid for my laptop two years ago, I can definitely get three times better unit and new. By trying to upgrade my laptop, I would be better off buying a new one. Upgrading RAMS, CPU, hard disk takes time and money and everything adds up, by the time I add everything, I can probably get a new computer cheaper with better and faster performance than my upgraded one. As a consumer, makes you feel like your high priced (one thousand dollar) investment is just a disposable item when they only last for two years by either breaking down or becoming outdated.
<!--

After several hours of interaction with the customer service, the issue was never resolved and told me that he burned out all the possible options and resources available to for him to solve the issue. So he assumed that the unit is the problem and need to be replaced, instead of the connections or settings. We finished our interaction without the issue being solved.

Few hours later, I decided to contact the customer service, this time its another person on the other end of the line. The new customer service representative handling my concerns of their service was definitely more knowledgable. She managed to go through all the mace of the issues, and found a solution in few minutes and was able to let the unit function properly.

Same unit, same service, different customer service representative, one dont know what to do, the other one was able to solve the problem of their service with a breeze. Its amazing what knowledge can do. One knew their service in and out, the other one still need to familiarize more with their system and be able to solve issues that come up with their services and help their customers more effeciently and quickly.
<!--

I could definitely live near the beach especialy here in sunny California. But after a long history of beach properties in California being high-priced and expensive, beach houses and properties near the beach in the west coast definitely leave an impression in too many people minds that its unaffordable and they dont even bother to look at any of the properties.

If you been thinking about looking for a house near the beach here in California, nowadays is definitely a great time to check out while the prices are considerably lowered than what it was several years ago, for example, properties near the beach like Mission Beach in San Diego. If you can afford it or you have the means to buy and you always wanted to buy one, its not fair to assume right away without looking that prices are still unaffordable for you. You might be surprised what real estate properties are available these days, possibly have lowered in prices than you thought.

With the recession affecting home prices nationwide including properties near the beach in California, it would not hurt to check real estate properties nowadays, buying or not buying, its good to know what is out there and be aware of the revolving housing market.
<!--

So I emailed the seller that I never received the order and I got refunded in full for my purchase. Few days later, the order came in, just as promised! Now that Im fully refunded for it, I could have it for free and nobody will know (?) but I want a clear conscience and a peace of mind, so I get hold of the seller right away to let him know that I finally get the item late in the mail and that I am willing to pay the same amount that I originally paid for. Simply because I dont feel right keeping the item for free just because it came in late and I was refunded for it. Now that I got it, although it was delayed, I have to repay it, unless the seller replied me back and tell me that I can have it for free. But I might as well try to let him know that I got the item finally, you never know why the seller sold the item in the first place, maybe because he needed the money and sacrificed selling the item. Nobody is telling me to repay the item but i always try to live by some of lifes simple rules like honesty is the best policy.
<!--
We always look around to buy gifts for our love ones. We should also condsider buying a gift for ourselves and give ourselves a nice treat for the holiday. I personally would like a new handbag that is both stylish and functional with plenty of compartments to segregate things inside. A new pair of shoes to wear on gatherings and holiday dinners would be great too. One really good thing about buying a pair of shoes or handbags is that I can use it for the rest of the year.

Its not everyday that we give special gifts to our love ones. The spirit of giving is not really about the monetary value of the item but its truly the thoughts that counts. At the same time, giving useful gifts like mens shoes or classic belt for your husband and that other people can really use and enjoy is not only during the holidays but also for the rest of the year. Your wife probably dont need another pondue set especially if there are already two sets hidden in the closet somewhere the house collecting dust.
<!--

And then at the evening of December 1 that is when the overnight transformation in houses really visible. Its like clock work, at the strike of the month of December, many people make it a tradition to lit up their homes and joyfully annouce with striking blinking lights that Christmas time is here once again. Driving at night on December 1 really puts you in the spirit of the season. Although, we are a little behind in our decorating this year due to winter storms which unabled us to accesss of christmas decorations yet. But having the decorations put up earlier the better because we have more time to enjoy the decors especially that it only happens once a year.
<!--

Nowadays, you notice all the different colorful and printed scrubs that most of the medical personnels wear while working shifts at clinics and hospitals.

If you are working in the medical field and wonder where you can purchase nursing uniforms, you can actually buy them on your own. Blue Sky Scrubs is an online store that sells all kinds of scrubs uniforms for both women and men. They have great selections of medical attires to choose which give you plenty of flexibilities and options to be stylish at work. The online store have colorful selections of scrub hats both for men and women. For men, they have executive, urban, and sports collections so you can totally express yourself on a daily basis at work instead of just wearing the same color or style every single day. The scrub hats for women have three different styles: pixie, pony and poppy collections, and there are different colorful prints and patterns to choose from.
<!--

I think this is the first snow storm of the season (fall season) and they are already talking snow storm as low as 1500-2000 feet elevation, thats in the foothills of the sierra. In other states like Washington, there is snow all the way to the ocean because the cold Alaskan air is heading towards the south including California. I lived in the snow for several years, and dealing with 2-3 feet of snow in one storm and have to deal with it for the rest of the week can be challenging. With the first snow storm of the season being this intense already, i hope its not a sign of more bigger snow storms in the near winter to come.

If you are in a snow storm, be safe. Drive safely and stay warm.
<!--

I love golf courses because majority of their vicinities are well-landscaped and well-kept. I like the vast expanse of wide open green grass in golf courses because its relaxing and takes you away from the buzzing city streets.

If you are anywhere near or is vacationing at Myrtle Beach area then www.48hourteetimes.com is your best online tool to find nearby golf courses that you can easily book within 48 hours to make tee times happen! Most of us dont have the luxury of planning our activities for months because its hard to plan things in advance without having to deal with weather or unexpected things come up, and you have no choice but to re-schedule or cancel your plans. Thats why 48 hour tee times is very convenient for those whole have spontaneous urge to play golf in Myrtle Beach area.
<!--

To my dismay, I had to go out yesterday and had to deal with the high temperature being in the car. Even with the car air conditionining running full-blast, I can still feel the baking hot temperature in the air especially coming in and out of the vehicle after it sat there for hours in the sun.

I like bringing our dog with us when we travel but during extremely hot days like yesterday, we always leave them home because we dont want them to have a heat stroke especially when we need to go to a store, where dogs are not allowed, so the dogs will be stuck waiting inside the car. When the weather is hot, it only takes few minutes for the car to get really toasty inside even when you leave windows crack open. So for dogs safely, its best for them to just chill at home rather than bake outside.
<!--

In my household, I do most of the cooking. My husband does cook occassionally but he still wants me to do most of the preparations of ingredients like dicing, slicing, etc. Having too many hours spent in the kitchen, I know what I like to be more functional in my kitchen like a huge stainless steel kitchen sink where I can easily wash small items as well as big items like pots and pans with less water spillage in the floor. I have many years of experience using small sink so I know how hard it is to wash bigger items on it.

Having a lot of cabinets for storage is necessary and plenty of countertops is ideal inorder for me to have plenty of work space to have a place to put all my ingredients and countertop appliances. I always wanted to have a butcher block countertop which will also serve as a movable kitchen island where I can easily prepare most of the ingredients for my cooking.

I like having a deck or a patio next to the kitchen so that I can cook in the kitchen and carry the foods outside for a nice outdoor meal and then later relax in the an adirondack chair and enjoy the weather.
<!--

We live in an area that we frequently get more than 100 degrees fahrenheit temperature during the summer, so having a shade tree like it is very benefecial especially for our electricity bills because this tree is situated near the house blocking some direct sunlight in one side of house in the afternoon, where the sun hit most during that time of day.

The problem with this tree is that during fall season it has all these leaves that fall in our patio that we need to clean up almost daily through out the season. This tree is full of leaves, and all of them are gonna fall by the end of the season, every year. Not only that, this same tree have sticky saps that stick to the falling leaves and I mean sticky. So when we step/walk into the falling leaves, some leaves stick to our shoes and slippers and can easily get carried inside the house. Our dogs can even carry leaves inside the house with their paws.

Fall is near and the leaves of this tree started to fall and the saps too, so its going to be another busy autumn season for us cleaning up the mess that our tree produce. But its hard to take it down and replace because its a full grown mature tree already and it helps us a lot during the summer and gives us plenty of shade and be able to enjoy our backyard without baking in the sun.

Meet out cockateil bird. He been with us for several years already. As im writing this blog post right now, he is standing in my shoulder next to my ear doing his little loud whistles, next to my ear? (yup, common birdie bird...) We are powerwashing his cage and giving it some thorough cleaning today. While the cage is drying outside, I decided to let him hang-out in my hand, but he walked all the way to my shoulder and he been in my shoulder for almost an hour now, staying busy making his loud little noises. We normally dont let him out of his cage because we have dogs and we dont know how the dogs will react to the bird being outside the cage, his comfort zone and his safe haven. All we know is that when our dogs are outside, they chase wild birds all the time and try to catch them. Thats why we dont want to take chances and let the dogs hurt our bird.

Here is a video of our Cockateil bird:

Few hours after the leaves were swept, there were new leaves that fell. Made me think, is it fall already? I thought its still summer basing on how hot its been for weeks.
When I watched tv this morning, we heard the weather guy announced that its going to be super hot in our area today, they were talking 100+ degrees fahrenheit, and its bad news for me because I needed to go out today. Unfortunately, car airconditioning in my car still needs fixing, its not blowing cool air very well anymore, so going out in an extremely hot day (like today) is something that I am not looking forward to.

The weather people was right with there prediction, its was extremely hot outside. Thats why when I went to stop by at the supermarket, there were tons of people, maybe trying to stay away from the sun and just chill in the airconditioning room. Might be a great idea though, save their home airconditioning bill and simply cool off in a controlled temperature mall or supermarket for free :-)
And one of the most noticeable effects of this hot weather is the color of our lawn. Even if we frequently water our lawn, its definitely taking the beating from the sun really quite harshly and its started to turn brownish and if left unwatered it could die. We try to water our lawn after the sunset inorder to give it some really good soaking and and let the water soak into the ground and not just let it evaporate in the middle of the afternoon sun. Sometimes, our built-in sprinkler system is not enough to do the job, we have to drag a hose and a rotating sprinkler system attached to the hose to add more water to the ground. Its no surprise that during summer time, our water bill goes up to almost double because both the lawn and the garden needs more water during this season and its necessary for the lawn and plants to survive the heat.
<!--
Safety and security must be a top-most priority when it comes to living in our homes. There are several areas nowadays where neighbors come together and organize a neighborhood watch by trying to get to know who are the people living in the neighborhood inorder for anyone in the area to recognize when there are some uncommon activity that will take place. But aside from neighborhood watch, its good when homeowners have a home surveillance system inorder to monitor anything suspicious that may occur. Nowadays with the rapid growth and advancement of new technology, its easy to get a really good security video camera that is a high resolution for clearer and better viewing of video inputs. When you install these security devices, its important that you have a backup battery and equipment guide inorder to know how things operate, and during power failures, your equipments still do the job for you and you can still rely on it.
<!--

I personally think that an avocado is a fruit but it can be used either way, both as a fruit or a vegetable.

I grow up with avocados. We had avocado plant in our backyard, so we had tons of it growing up. We always had some uses for it as a fruit. I personally dont eat avocado on its own, but i can eat with sprinkled sugar on it. When we were young we also made homemade icecream bar out of an ripe avocadoes, we simply mashed the riped avocados, add sugar and evaporated milk, or condensed milk and freeze it, they frozen bar came out surprisingly great snack bars! We also sliced chucks of avocadoes and add it in our fruit salad with either milk and sugar, or condensed milk, or whipped cream. Avocadoes definitely have some really great flavor when you add sweetness into it!

Avocados are also great for burritos and taco mexican foods. Especially seasoned avocados with some spices added into it, they just make burritos and tacos taste even better. Ive tried eating burritos and tacos both with and without avocadoes on it, and i definitely prefer having avocado in it because it just add more twist into the flavor.
<!--
