My dad asked me to bring BV down for a walk. Weird that he asked, cos most of the time, he kinda enjoyed it. Maybe he knew I needed that walk. It wasn't me walking BV, it was BV walking me.

It was a relaxing slow walk as I tried to clear my mind of any thoughts. I brought a camera along and shot a min half video of him walking. We had to get him adopted soon by a family who had more time on hands. He's a lovable little fella, too bad I just don't have time for him.

Life is an interesting journey and along the way there are songs that I grew to love and will always love. 911 was one of my favorite artistes/boyband in the late 90s. Too bad they didn't end up with too many albums. But luckily enough, I still can watch their videos on Youtube. I just suddenly remembered that favorite song of mine and found it on Youtube. Found a little bit of small happiness here.

I did some Googling and found 911 is actually trying to regroup and do some concerts. It's been happening since 2010 but I guess the response isn't that amazing so everything is real slow and all.

I started the day early, having to wake for the Lose to Win induction.

Lose to Win is a free program by Health Promotion Board for people wanting to lose weight, and therefore the name Lose to Win.

Quite interesting the things they do, hosting this event and how they think ahead to record event highlights for use in marketing next year's program. Lose to Win is now in season 3; been running since 2009. After doing some verification, paper work, there was a photo-taking session, they asked if we mind the photo going on Facebook (one side shot and one front shot, both look fat), well no problem there. After my photo taking, the event guys convinced me to join in the casting as well, so maybe they might track my progress along the way and use me as a testimonial, well, marketing material. Could be fun, see how it goes. The last time I was on TV was also because of my unhealthy weight. *shake head*

After the induction, I walked home from HPB, 3 bus stops away. My height is 184cm and weight was taken at 100kg. Let's see what happens.

It's one of the most stressful periods of my life and worse things had to add on.

I return home to BV, who wasn't adopted on Thursday as the little girl of the family visiting preferred a smaller sized puppy. So I petted him, giving affection to a little puppy feels as good as getting affection. It's amazing. He was happily stroked, I was happy to see him happy. Bad after-effect, the little fella keeps barking from the kitchen, maybe asking for more, maybe scared of the rain, maybe he knows I'm upset? It's been raining a lot lately.

There are so many things on my mind at any point of time. My brain hurts. My shoulders ache. My head aches. Yet, I need to focus in order to get things done right.

I'll watch a relaxing video.

BV might be going to another home tomorrow

Timing set for Thursday 1pm.

Kind soul coming to see BV, who is now botak and seeking new home. My parents have been taking care of him well, but they are aging and I'm too busy to take good care of him.

It's really too bad because BV is one lovely dog. Loving, attentive, clever. Just too bad. Hope he will find happiness in the new home and live a ripe old age.

My dad commented that BV is very smart. He knows his living area and will not pee there so he always wait till he's released from the cage before he goes to the same peeing area as Happy.

Hope for the best in his upcoming new home.

Influence and power are 2 important factors to success. With great power, we can influence, else, we can use power to manipulate. With influential skills, we wield great power to let people do things willingly, yet we may not be able to win everyone over. With the simple summary, it would probably say that influence is for the better person rather than using power. Personally, I prefer to influence than use power on anything... unless I have no choice.

So the question, How can I become influential?

5 steps:

1. Get a perfect pitch - to clearly tell people what you do
2. Get published - prove of value
3. Get a great profile - build a list of achievements
4. Creat products or things that are of value to others
5. Forge partnerships - this gets your message and products out there faster

5 steps to influence? I'd say these are 5 steps to success!

2 hot women and 1 hot dog. Is this even legal?

My mom, my darling Viv and our little BV going on his long 2 year holiday trip to Uncle Simon's house.
Uncle Simon is a dog lover and BV helped him win 4D several times. BV has been a wonder to the home and we'll be letting him stay with Uncle Simon until my BTO yishun flat is ready.

BV is at the door and can't wait to get in.

BV is happy on the chilly marble floor. See you in 2 years... =)
Hope he will be happy with Uncle Sim and they bring joy to each other.

The keyword 'Monopoly' was always a bore. Boring endless game with little interactivity whatsoever. So when my mates were suggesting to play Monopoly Deal, I was kinda reluctant... but well, we've got time to kill. So there we go. Never thought there could be so much fun with something labelled 'Monopoly', we had three rounds and the last one ended with forfeits, memorable one with couples kissing, to-be couples kissing, and even guys kissing! Totally whacky fun game especially with the right group of friends.

Looking forward to the next interesting game session!

Closed a Milestone Deal

Closing a milestone deal brings my life to a whole new level. Not just on monetary benefits, but I personally benefit from the sense of achievement through closing the deal.

Life has taken a big turn since the day of the handshake and I'm having many more tasks on my plate, taking many more lengthy phone calls, and having lesser time to day-dreaming. Not that I day-dream alot, it's just that there are many times in life which I would think "what if...".

Today, I day-dream at a faster rate than ever before, throwing out business strategies in the snap of a finger, inspiring people to achieve their goals, and pushing myself to reach bigger goals.

I'd say that this deal is a milestone, but looking forward to the next milestone, it's 10 times the figure of this. So, if u're watching this space, watch out for the millions. I'm reaching out to it and if my dream is correct, the next milestone, it'll be happening within the next 3 years.
