I wish you could all be there to celebrate with us! I have to say you have been so wonderfully supportive of me and my journey over these last several years and I appreciate it so very much! My heart is overflowing!

Latest Vlog

In my latest vlog, I shared more behind-the-scenes with you and also an update on my hearing loss and how I journal.

We had a few little details to iron out this week, including having to get Elliott a new suit at the last minute because the alterations made his pants wayyyy too short and there wasn’t enough fabric to let them back out. :/ Minor crisis but it’s all good now and he looks so handsome and good in his new suit!

Clear Pointy Heels

The shoes I ordered were a tad too big and didn’t come in a smaller size, but no prob because I found a nearly identical pair at Amazon and they were a much better price.

Here are the first pair I ordered, gorgeous but just too big.

Clear Pointy Heels

Dry Shampoo

With all these final preparations, I’ve been relying big time on dry shampoo to save time. This one by K18 is new and very cool – unlike any I’ve tried before because it actually sprays damp into your hair but doesn’t disturb your style. It dries completely clear with no irritating white residue. It freshens and absorbs oil and odor for us to three days.

I’m also LOVING my new red light therapy mask! It’s so cool because it lets you customize the type of treatment based on your specific skincare concerns.

Here are those Flying Banana jeans on Ali-Shaun. She had to fly to New York for work after this and said she ended up wearing the jeans on the flight home because they were so comfortable. She said she never flys in jeans, but that she was able to make an exception here.

The lively sweater says Merry & Bright in multidimensional letters. Very fun!

Also scored these ADORABLE pajamas from Walmart and they are so cute and soft! They’re going fast though!

Quick Dry Dish Towels

Our kitchen hand towels were getting so grody from staying wet after we hand dry dishes. I found these that quick dry and don’t hold onto any odor so they stay fresh! They come in all kinds of fun colors and seasonal patterns. I liked them so much I ordered a second set!

Hammered Silverware

If you’re hosting Thanksgiving and in need of new flatware, I’m so impressed with the weight, quality and style of this silverware. It also feels good in your hand. I bought ours last year before Thanksgiving and they’ve held up great! They are our everyday silverware now and look good as new even with all the dishwashing!

I’m just letting that sink in. After months of planning and anticipating, it’s finally almost here! We’ll have Elliott’s family starting to come into town on Wednesday, so that’s special too. We were talking this weekend about all the things we’ve gone through individually and as a couple that has led us here and I’m just so grateful!

I’ve shared more details about our wedding here if you want to check it out!

You Cute, Walmart

Today, I have some super cute (and very affordable) fall styles from Walmart to share with you. This is Part 2 of the Walmart order I recently shared.

Size Reference: I’m petite, about 5’1, currently weighing around 105 lbs.

Top • Jeans • Belt • Wedges • Necklace • Bracelet

I’m smitten with this sweater top. It’s lightweight, has puffed sleeves with this cute bird that reminds of an Ali-Shaun style. She will join us for Style A Friend very soon and I’m so excited!

I’m wearing it with these high waisted wide leg jeans that fit and flatter. They’re are a bit long on me so I definitely have to wear a wedge with them. They’re only $32 and come in several washes.

Top Fit: I’m wearing an XS

Jeans Fit: I’m wearing a 0 Short

Top • Jeans • Belt • Wedges • Necklace • Bracelet

Sweater • Jeans • Belt • Wedges • Necklace • Bracelet

This striped top is really cute with the rhinestone buttons and collar, so really nice for work to weekend.

Jeans Fit: I’m wearing a 0 Short

Sweater • Jeans • Belt • Wedges • Necklace • Bracelet

This little cami top is sassy with the lace details in a silky soft material. You can adjust the straps, zips up the side, and you can have fun styling it with a blazer or cardigan.

I paired it with those satin pants from Abercrombie that I keep reaching for. I really like styling this deep cabernet and chocolatey brown together for fall.

The post Most Loved October appeared first on Honey We're Home.

And then it’ll be almost Thanksgiving! Today, I’ve rounded up several Thanksgiving day outfits, some casual, some dressier and even a cute sweatpants outfit and game day fits! I also included some activewear if you’re doing a Turkey Trot or working out the next day.

What to Wear on Thanksgiving

Size Reference : I’m petite, about 5’1 currently weighing around 105 lbs.

Top • Jeans • Belt • Booties • Necklace • Similar Bracelets • Ring

I a smitten with these palazzo style jeans from Good American. They have a high rise, body hugging but super soft on and just skim the ground, so perfect for wearing with booties.

I’m always drawn to henley tops and I love this deep cabaret color. It’s a stretchy ribbed knit and comes in more colors. Since we’re a little more casual on our Thanksgivings, this is perfect for me.

Top Fit: I’m wearing an XS

Jeans Fit: I’m wearing a 0

Top • Jeans • Belt • Booties • Necklace • Similar Bracelets • Ring

Cardigan • Jeans • Belt • Bag • Booties • Necklace • Similar Bracelets • Ring

Also loving this chocolate brown color cardigan. I’m wearing it buttoned up and bloused under to make it look more like a full sweater. I like that it’s a little shrunken so it’s more fitted.

These jeans are seriously so flattering and give you legs for days!

Cardigan Fit: I’m wearing an XS

Jeans Fit: I’m wearing a 0

Cardigan • Jeans • Belt • Bag • Booties • Necklace • Similar Bracelets • Ring

Jacket • Top • Jeans • Belt • Booties • Necklace • Similar Bracelets • Ring

Gosh I love love love this jacket! In my fave chocolate brown, it’s faux suede, fit and flatters with pockets and zips up the front. 10/10, I’m smitten with this and I don’t have anything like this. Perfect for mild winters!

Jacket Fit: I’m wearing an XS

Top Fit: I’m wearing an XS

Jeans Fit: I’m wearing a 0

Jacket • Top • Jeans • Belt • Booties • Necklace • Similar Bracelets • Ring

Pullover • Jeans • Loafers • Necklace • Similar Bracelets • Ring

For a pop of color, I’m switching it up with this cobalt blue. It’s got a quarter button up front style and a bit of a dropped shoulder, so soft and cozy.

These are another pair of Good American jeans I’m loving, the super stretch ankle straight leg. They are a mid rise which I don’t typically go for, but these are so comfy and still flattering on.

Sweater Fit: I’m wearing an XXS

Jeans Fit: I’m wearing a 0

Pullover • Jeans • Loafers • Necklace • Similar Bracelets • Ring

Sweater • Jeans • Flats • Bag • Necklace • Similar Bracelets • Ring

This might be my favorite sweater yet. It has this kind of fair isle pattern all over in fun pops of colors, perfect for the holiday season. Of course I like the henley style buttons too, so cute.

Sweater Fit: I’m wearing an XXS

Jeans Fit: I’m wearing a 0

Sweater • Jeans • Flats • Bag • Necklace • Similar Bracelets • Ring

Jacket • Jeans • Flats • Necklace • Similar Bracelets • Ring

Another jacket I’m smitten with! This cropped trench is double breasted with the matching tie belt that cinches your waist and has cinches at the wrists so the sleeves aren’t just open. Plus the pattern and color is so pretty.

I’m just wearing with those straight leg jeans and my favorite knit flats and love this outfit.

Jacket Fit: I’m wearing an XS

Jeans Fit: I’m wearing a 0

Jacket • Jeans • Flats • Necklace • Similar Bracelets • Ring

Sweater • Pants • Heels • Necklace • Similar Bracelets • Ring • Bag

Just showing you another way to style that fair isle sweater with these silky satin pants I’ve shared before. I love that they feel like pajamas but look chic and are so easy to dress up.

Sweater Fit: I’m wearing an XXS

Pants Fit: I’m wearing an XXS

Sweater • Pants • Heels • Necklace • Similar Bracelets • Ring

Jumpsuit • Wedges • Bag • Necklace • Similar Bracelets • Ring

This denim jumpsuit was calling my name! It has a scoop neck, belted at the waist, flattering wide leg and zips up the side. I wore those Levi’s and Quince overalls all the time in summer and this felt like the dressy fall version.

I’m not sure if you can tell, but I couldn’t zip this on the side. I ordered in petite and just couldn’t get the zipper up, maybe if I didn’t have a bra on??

Jumpsuit Fit: I’m wearing an XSP

Jumpsuit • Wedges • Bag • Necklace • Similar Bracelets • Ring

Dress • Booties • Necklace • Similar Bracelets • Ring

Now onto a few dresses! This cable knit mini dress is so cute and perfect for our weather with the mock neck and no sleeves. I’m wearing with booties but would also be cute with some tall boots or flats.

If you do get cooler weather or feel it’s a bit short on you, you can wear with tights underneath. I liked these fleece lined tights from Amazon last year.

Dress Fit: I’m wearing an XSP

Dress • Booties • Necklace • Similar Bracelets • Ring

Jacket • Dress • Booties • Necklace • Similar Bracelets • Ring

Styling the dress a little warmer here. I added the suede jacket and swapped the booties for this chocolate brown pair I wore on repeat last year.

Jacket Fit: I’m wearing an XS

Dress Fit: I’m wearing an XSP

Jacket • Dress • Booties • Necklace • Similar Bracelets • Ring

Dress • Similar Boots • More Similar Boots • Necklace • Similar Bracelets • Ring

Here is the same cable knit dress in the chocolate brown. The oatmeal one was petite and this one is regular XS, I think I prefer this length because it’s a tad longer.

I paired it with these knee high boots just to show you some different boot styles. These are old from Target, I tried to link similar for you.

Dress Fit: I’m wearing an XS

Dress • Similar Boots • Necklace • Similar Bracelets • Ring

Dress • Wedges • Bag • Necklace • Similar Bracelets • Ring

If you prefer maxi length this dress is a super cute sweater tank style with demure side slits, perfect for southern weather holidays.

I really like the pretty neutral colors and how comfy and easy to move in it is.

Dress Fit: I’m wearing an XSP

Dress • Wedges • Bag • Necklace • Similar Bracelets • Ring

Pullover • Sweatpants • Sneakers (on major sale!) • Necklace • Similar Bracelets • Ring

If you just want to be comfy when Thanksgiving is over or need some stretchier pants, these are so good. These are surprisingly a barrel style that I actually really like.

I grabbed the matching pullover because I like the matching set style, but of course you can mix and match.

Pullover Fit: I’m wearing an XS

Sweatpants Fit: I’m wearing an XS Short

Pullover • Sweatpants • Sneakers (on major sale!) • Necklace • Similar Bracelets • Ring

Pullover • Leggings • Sneakers • Necklace • Similar Bracelets • Ring

Of course all the sports are on during Thanksgiving so if you want to rep your team, it’s the perfect reason for a cozy pullover. Abercrombie has the cutest NFL and sportswear.

I’ve had this pullover for years and it’s one of my favorites! So cozy and comfy since it’s oversized but so cute.

Pullover Fit: I’m wearing an XS

Leggings Fit: I’m wearing an XS

Pullover • Leggings • Sneakers • Necklace • Similar Bracelets • Ring

Top • Leggings • Sneakers • Necklace • Similar Bracelets • Ring

I couldn’t resist picking up this Cincinnati Bengals tank style while browsing all the team gear. I used to live in Ohio and spent most of my middle and high school years there.

The tank is in my fave stretchy ribbed knit style and has a built in shelf bra!

Top Fit: I’m wearing an XS

Leggings Fit: I’m wearing an XS

Top • Leggings • Sneakers • Necklace • Similar Bracelets • Ring

Top • Sports Bra • Leggings • Necklace • Similar Bracelets • Ring

One more activewear piece I’ve been wearing on repeat is this wrap and tie style long sleeves. It’s so feminine, flattering and the perfect extra light layer to wear over your workout OOTD.

This is actually what I wore to the gym today so underneath I have on my BuffBunny sports bra and Vuori leggings.

Top Fit: I’m wearing an XS

Sports Bra Fit: I’m wearing a Medium

Shorts Fit: I’m wearing a Small

Top • Sports Bra • Leggings • Necklace • Similar Bracelets • Ring

Sports Bra • Shorts • Sneakers • Necklace • Similar Bracelets • Ring

I’ve always hear such good things about Abercrombie YPB activewear so I had to try some pieces. I like the layered look of these and how comfy they are.

I did size up and think that was a good call, but they’re comfy on and come in all the colors.

If you like a Turkey Day fun run I’d wear this with a fun sweatshirt over.

Sports Bra Fit: I’m wearing a Medium, I sized up but think I would prefer a small

Shorts Fit: I’m wearing a Small

Sports Bra • Shorts • Sneakers • Necklace • Similar Bracelets • Ring

Sports Bra • Leggings • Necklace • Similar Bracelets • Ring

I just think these layered active styles are darling. I like how they aren’t bulky at all, and again I sized up to a small and wearing the short inseam so they fit perfectly.

Sports Bra Fit: I’m wearing a Medium

Leggings Fit: I’m wearing a Small Short

I found a few cute transitional pieces on Loft, plus everything is on sale! I’m loving this floral blouse with a little bow you can tie in the front, or in the back to see the keyhole in the front.

I really like these high waist wide leg jeans, but definitely recommend sizing down. I’m wearing my true size 25P and would prefer a smaller size.

Top • Jeans • Belt • Booties • Bag • Earrings • Bracelets

Sweater • Jeans • Belt • Booties • Bag • Earrings • Bracelets • Similar Necklace

The post New Loft Styles & Your Faves This Week appeared first on Honey We're Home.

I also got to the gym for the first time in a week and that felt amazing!

Vuori Y-Back Sports Bra • Seam Free Leggings

We’re about 2 1/2 weeks from our wedding, so I’ve been keeping on point with my macros! You can see all the wedding cut details here.

You Cute, Walmart!

I ordered several things from Walmart and am sharing below, but I also have more things that haven’t arrived yet, so look for those soon!

Size Reference: I’m petite, about 5’1, currently weighing around 105 lbs.

Top • Jeans • Belt • Heels • Bag • Necklace • Similar Bracelets

I almost gave up on the barrel jeans, but I really like this style from Walmart. I cuffed the hem inside so they weren’t too long and love the pretty brown, my favorite for fall.

I paired them with this new sweater from Loft and really like this easy comfy and cute look.

Top Fit: I’m wearing an XS

Jeans Fit: I’m wearing a 0

Top • Jeans • Belt • Heels • Bag • Necklace • Similar Bracelets

Top • Pants • Shoes • Bag • Necklace • Similar Bracelets

I also really like this little basic tee with cap sleeves, I went with the stripes but it came in more colors. So good for layering, wearing with jeans, leggings or lounge pants.

I wish these pull-on sweatpants fit better. They have an elastic stretchy waist, drawstring tie, pockets and comfy wide leg, just so cute! but too long.- short girl problems!

I’m even wearing a wedge in these, that’s how long they were on me! Maybe I can try my no sew hemming tape?

Top Fit: I’m wearing an XS

Pants Fit: I’m wearing an XS

Top • Pants • Shoes • Bag • Necklace • Similar Bracelets

Cardigan • Top • Jeans • Belt • Loafers • Bag • Necklace • Similar Bracelets

I wanted show you another way to style the little basic tee. I’m wearing with my fave Quince straight leg jeans that are so flattering and only $50!

Plus, I always love stripes and animal print, so I paired with this cardigan and think styling them together is a great way to mix prints.

By the way, these silver loafers are so good! They go with everything and are the most comfy – from Naturalizer! I wore my silver slides all spring and summer and these are the silver shoes I’m transitioning to now:)

Cardigan • Pants • Belt • Heels • Bag • Necklace • Similar Bracelets

Here’s another way to wear the cardigan. It’s nice and lightweight so I have it buttoned up and tucked into those amazing Abercrombie tailored pants. This outfit is perfectly polished.

I saw this dress and was just so drawn to the bright red! I think it’s so pretty for a fall or holiday party and think it will definitely sell out.

It’s supposed to be midi length, but is more maxi length on me. The acordion pleats give it pretty movement and I like the scrunched sleeveless shoulders.

Dress Fit: I’m wearing an XS but still had to clip the back, so consider sizing down.

I mentioned in my getting ready for the wedding post that I’ve been using Nutrafol and after seeing how long my hair has been growing -even after several haircuts – I think it works!

They just released a new strand serum that I tried this week. This powerful serum is formulated to reduce breakage & strengthen strands giving 6x stronger hair!

You shake the bottle well and add a few drops to your hand. It goes on damp or dry hair from the mid-lengths to ends, then you can style as usual. It doubles as a heat protectant up to 450 degrees and has a lovely, light scent. I liked that it didn’t make my hair feel or look oily, in fact, more shiny!

Amazon Fall Style

Today, I have some new Amazon styles, perfect for this time of year!

I got this satin midi skirt from Amazon and am smitten with it. I paired it with a satin v-neck sleeveless top, but there are so many ways to style this skirt for fall.

Here it is with a lightweight v-neck sweater that I tend to reach for all the time. It’s nice and comfy but still looks put together.

I also added this cute silky scarf for a little more color and pattern.

I definitely love this v-neck sleeveless knit top, you saw me style it with jeans earlier this week but think it’s so pretty with this skirt.

These are my fave kind of tops this time of year because it’s elevated but not too warm.

I also got a midi skirt in black. This ones a little different because it zips on the side instead of just an elastic pull on waist.

This is so easy to dress up and looks so elegant with this satin top with a higher neckline.

You can always pair a skirt with cardigan or sweaters and booties for that cooler weather look.

Here’s a better look at the cardigan untucked and unbuttoned. It’s so fun with the stripes and colorblock, with little flutter at the sleeves.

I’m wearing it with my Levi’s and my “Rothy’s” knit flats I’m wearing on repeat.

I’m wearing the Flying Banana jeans that Ali-Shaun and I both like so much, she actually texted me for the link the other day because she wants to buy more!

This is another great elbow length sweater. It’s super soft, stretchy and lightweight. I like that it’s not too long so I can front tuck perfectly without any extra bulkiness.

I paired it with these kitten heel chocolate brown booties. I wore these so much last year, they’re so comfy because they’re not too tall.

This is such a pretty fall dress. It’s a cotton stretch material, with ruching across so its very flattering. It has a demure slit in the back, making it so easy to walk in.

I think this is so cute for a fall party, date night, or night out with the girls.

These shorts are awesome and by my fave CRZ Yoga! They’re high waisted, have little pleats in the front, loose and flowy. I am so glad I ordered these!

I was looking back at last year and found so many cute things still in stock and at great prices! And I remember now how much I really ended up liking my hair this warm brown color! And also the shorter length. Hmmmmm . . . .
