Had a blast putting this show together and as fate would have it I couldn’t broadcast it as intended last month, but some things are worth the wait!

My guest this month was Funkfreak, who came up with an incredible 2 hours of his blend of deep techno. Aye, it’s been all go here at HBHQ and beyond…..a busy start to the year with 3 gigs last month…..had a blast at ny with Bill, Duncs and Nasty @ the GRV, then the following Saturday I was guesting at Strut! at Mumbo Jumbo at the Bongo Club and then it was back to Edinburgh for my first resident set at Warm Fuzzy at the Wee Red Bar…..phew!

No rest for the wicked though, my new radio show HB Sauce aired last night on boxfrequency.fm with a fabulous guest mix from Clyde Rouge….the chatroom was alive and it was one hell of a party!

Lots to update you on, firstly I’m going to be a resident at a new house/deep house/techno/electronic/funky night in Edinburgh called Warm Fuzzy. I’ll be playing every second night alongside Bill Spice, Nasty Biscuit, Funkfreak and Wonksie. Check out their Facebook page here. The first night is at the Wee Red Bar at the Art College in Edinburgh on Friday 22nd November.
Secondly I am super happy to announce a hugmany gig in Edinburgh on – you’ve guessed it – 31st December. Ambideckstrous is taking over one of the rooms at the Dram House (formerly the GRV/Store) as part of Mumbo Jumbo’s new year do and I’ve been asked to go play some tunes…..expect some house classics. Duncs and Bill have also invited Nasty Biscuit to play so I’m properly looking forward to this one! 11pm-5am, tickets a mere £10.

whadda you know I’m returning to Ambideckstrous at Elbow in Edinburgh on Saturday 29th June, accompanied by Duncs (Dunceeeeeeeeeeeeeee!hehe) and Caroline Crozier you can expect lots of funk, soul, house and many many more
