Don’t Awaken Love Before It So Desires

Whenever God tells us anything and feels that it bears repeating I think we should listen up. It’s important. We see where Jesus speaks and says, “Verily, verily” in that time it meant it was important. It was like saying, “Hey listen up!”

So we see here that God is saying to women, Do not arouse or awaken love until it so desires. He doesn’t just say it twice, he says it three times which makes me stand up and pay attention because if two times means it’s important, then three times means it’s super important! So let’s spend some time today and break this down. It’s important that we get this train of thought in our heart and that we teach our young girls this principal.

First off, what is God talking about when he says do not arouse or awaken love? How does this happen? I mean seriously we’ve all been told that we “fall” in love. But the only way to fall off a cliff is to walk along the edges. So to fall in love means we are walking along the edges of it. When the Lord tells us not to awaken love until it so desires, it means we aren’t supposed to walk along the cliff until the time is right. When is that time and how we do we know that it’s that time?

That’s the million dollar question because it’s different for everyone but there are some solid guidelines that we can be sure of. First off, there isn’t a magic age at which you can point to and say it’s time. So it isn’t about numbers. There are some things that can’t be denied though. Getting married by age has these statistics according to the National Center for Health Statistics;

the age of 20 puts your divorce rate at 27.6% on average
20-24………………………………………36.6%
25-29………………………………………16.4%
30-34……………………………………….8.5%

So we see that before the age of 25 it’s a risky proposition to get married. The reason is you haven’t yet come into your own yet. There are still changes to your personality going on. Think about it, at the age of 18 you became what society thinks is an adult. You finally reach an age where you are responsible for yourself but what does that mean? At the age of 18 most people still aren’t able to financially support themselves without some help from their parents so they aren’t truly their own person. This is the time to discover who you are as a stand alone person. At the age of 21 you no longer have the same perspective as you did at 18 and you by now are on your own and determining your course in life. There are still lots more questions than answers but at least goals are becoming more cemented in your life. At 25 you are a quarter of century. You’ve seen a few things, experienced a few things and know yourself a little better than you did before. You know what personalities work with yours and you are beginning to think about buying a home and settling into a career and making goals that are longer than just a few months.

For some people this process gets speeded up or slowed down by circumstances, God understands this. Love comes when it so desires. We need to walk in wisdom waiting for that time, but not manipulating it, to make it happen. As women we want so desperately to be in love but are we ready for it?

How do we awaken love before it’s so desires? We don’t practice modesty and we sexualize ourselves confusing love and sex is the main issue. I often see the girls in our youth group trying so desperately to be part of the crowd, wearing provocative clothing and too much makeup as they try to conform into what the world is telling them is sexy. Only to sexualize yourself is to sell yourself short. We attract the wrong person and in the wrong timing and order. We don’t wait for the man God chooses, but instead we pick the one who is good enough and we pray for the best. We don’t take the time to grow up.

If any of these shortcuts are taken, then what happens is, we awaken love before it’s time. When we do that love awakens as immature and ill-prepared to handle the ups and downs of life. Love can’t sustain itself. Think of an orchid, there is a way to flick the petals where they open pre-maturely, it’s beautiful but it also withers sooner than it would have if it had opened during a natural progression of time. Just as that orchid can’t be closed again, love can’t be put back to sleep once it’s aroused. God is crying out to his daughters in these passages that we need to wait for correct timing. Everything done in order and timing thrives. Love birthed in correct timing is lasting. God isn’t being a party pooper, instead he is saving you a hurt, pain and a broken heart. Take heed to what he is saying and let him guide you through the process of love.

1. Lead - A man must be a leader in a relationship, in a marriage, in a family. There are no excuses. A woman doesn’t want to make the decisions for her man, she wants her man to lead in the relationship. A man must take initiative. A man of God is leader, not a follower, a servant, not a slave, a hero not a coward. A man of God knows God and therefore knows himself. He should be the leader spiritually first, emotionally, mentally and physically he should set the standard for others to follow.

2. Protect - A real man of God will protect his partner. That means he is willing to lay down his very own life, needs and wants for the protection of the one he loves. Every decision he makes when it comes to a relationship has her protection in mind. A woman needs to feel secure, that she is protected and safe with her man. She doesn’t need to second guess, wonder if she will be okay, or have her heart and mind played with. A real man of God will not only protect his woman physically, but also mentally, emotionally and spiritually. He always has the highest good in his mind for her safety, well being and wholeness. This is for the Christian guys out there, don’t emotionally rape a sister, play with her heart and tell her you are just her brother or friend. That is BS. Man up. You either pursue a woman of God because she is God’s precious creation, or you don’t try touching it at all, or play with their hearts emotionally, unless you are willing to be up front and clear with your intentions and the direction of the relationship from the start. Emotional rape is as painful to a woman as physical rape. Women are emotional beings and their hearts are not to be played with. Protect your sisters heart.

3. Provide – A real man of God will do whatever it takes to provide for his significant other. That means monetarily in finances, in basic needs and as well as what she desires. When a man asks a father for his daughter in marriage, the father will not ask, “How are you doing spiritually first?” No, the first thing the father will ask is, “How will you provide for my daughter?” Because part of being and becoming a man is providing for others, especially your wife and children. If a man can’t provide, he isn’t a man. God gave us hands and we must put our hands to work, no excuses to be lazy, God made us to rule the earth. Women are not be treated as toys, trophies or a luxury item, women are God’s highest creation, the very image of God.

I tell men all the time, “Treat your woman like a queen and you will live like a king.” Don’t be cheap brothers, you need to go all out when it comes to pursuing a woman. This is not a one time thing, but a continual practice. Women were created for beauty. They were created beautiful, to feel beautiful to be treated beautiful. You don’t handle a rose without care, it is the same with a woman of God, you treat her with the utmost care, honor and respect. Practically, that means you don’t take a woman to Denny’s on a first date, you take her to a place that hurts your wallet, but it’s worth it because she is worthy.

Also, men must also provide for women emotionally. When a women asks you, “How are you doing?” She is really asking, “How are you being?” Meaning, what are you feeling, thinking, seeing, being about at the moment. To love a women we must provide at every level – basic needs all the way to providing for them mentally, emotionally and spiritually, if not their hearts will die. Be a man, provide for your women.

4. Integrity – A true man of God is a man of his word. Too many men in our culture break promises, play with women’s hearts, date girls as if it was a game, and have no respect for women at all. This is disgusting. In old times, when a man said “You have my word!” that word was bond, it was as if an actual contract had been written, because your word was your reputation. How many men do we know today who say one thing, but do another? Men who do not keep their word, their promise or follow through with their verbal commitments. In our culture we don’t take words seriously, but in God’s world words are everything. Blessings and curses come out of the same mouth. What comes out of our mouths determines what is truly in our hearts.

What a woman wants is a man of integrity. Someone who says what he does and does what he says. Someone they can trust at their word. So as a man you must come through. Words means nothing if they are not backed up with action. Don’t say sorry unless you mean it. Don’t say sorry unless you are able to back up your apologies with doing the right thing. Integrity is doing what is right, whether people are watching or not. Integrity is what you do when no one is looking. Does your woman trust you completely? If not, it is a question of integrity. Don’t tell a women you love her unless your love shows, words carry weight. They either carry false weight or real weight, a woman knows when a man means what he says.

So live by your words, live by action, be a living proof of your values, convictions and commitments. Don’t get involved in a relationship unless you are sure this what you want and what God is leading you both to do. I’ve had my share of mistakes in the past, where I got into a relationship without thinking about the consequences, protecting my sisters heart and the fear of the Lord from the get go, I’ve had to make amends and face the results of my sin and foolishness. Trust me brothers, don’t do what I’ve done in the past, don’t play games, don’t feed your fleshly desires, rather seek God, seek the best interest of the one you are pursuing, be honest, forthright from the start about your commitment and your vision for the relationship and stick to your word. Be a man of integrity.

If you pursue a women, it should be with the intentions of marriage. If not, stop playing yourself and her. It’s not about finding the right woman, it’s about being the right man. That starts with first knowing God in order to know yourself, then you will know how to love and respect a woman.

5) Courage - You are not a man until you climb the great wall of China! This is what it says at the actual great wall. Well, I have climbed the Great Wall of China so I guess I must be more of a man than others, just kidding. What is the greater underlying message here? It is a message of courage. It is a message of adventure. A man of God is a man of courage, a man of adventure, a man who is willing to take risks and do the impossible. Men were born to live a life of great adventure. Men were created to fight battles. Men were created to rescue beauties. Men were created to live.

Sadly, most men are not living. Most men are cowards, fearful and afraid of failure. Imprisoned by their own thinking and what others think about them. Many men are just boys waiting for their mother’s approval, or the approval of others in society. Most men I know are people pleasers, not God pleasers. They are more afraid of how others may reject them or not accept them if they choose to take the road less traveled.

All men die, few men truly live.

Women don’t want nice guys or good boys, women want men on a mission, men on adventure, men who are dangerous. This is why many women are drawn to bad boys because bad boys live with a sense of risk, danger, mystery and unknown. Men were created to live fearless and to live by faith. But if you walk into a church today what you find are a bunch of boys playing with their toys, working at predictable jobs — not their true callings, and living boring lives. It’s sad, but most guys get their sense of adventure from playing video games or watching TV, what happened to our men?

A man of faith will sweep a woman of God off of her feet. He will challenge her to go the distance in God, in their relationship and in life. A man of courage is someone who in the face of fear still chooses to move forward with trust in God, setting out to obey God’s voice at whatever the cost, because that is what matters the most. We need men who have hearts fully alive, hearts full of passion and are on a mission to change the world. There is a high cost to being a man of courage, there is a price to pay if we want to be a real hero, it means we are willing to go against the grain, follow God against all odds and live a life of honor, courage and righteousness.

When a woman finds a man of courage, it will encourage her to be all that God has created her to be. As a man, your goal is not how your woman can serve you, but how can you serve your woman? As a man, your goal is not how a woman can serve your destiny, but how can you do all that you possibly can to release the fullness of God’s glory and destiny in her.

Men take the lead, protect at all costs, provide in every way, live by your word and live a life of adventure with the Holy Spirit — obey God, not man and you will be the man of God you were created to be — and your woman will love you for it.

India: dreams in Kashmir
Raju, a devout Muslim, had a dream in which two corpses were lying in the street. According to Islamic tradition, the dead must be buried immediately. Raju buried the first, but the second one spoke to him, saying “I am not dead. I have eternal life, and you can have it too. Go to your friend. He has a black book. Page x tells you how to find eternal life.” The following day, Raju visited his friend, who was a secret follower of Isa. His friend opened his “black book” (the Bible), and Raju found eternal
life, just as he had seen in his dream. He has now started 30 house churches!

Caucasus: Marina’s repentance
Marina was married to a Wahabi warrior who aimed to exterminate all
Christians. Every day, Marina prayed that Allah would exterminate them. Marina’s husband was killed in battle, and her life worsened. Her parents-in-law took her son away from her and chased her away. Then she heard the Gospel, and Isa appeared to her several times. She was baptised about one year ago, and attended the first church planting school in Sochi in May of 2005. Encouraged, she returned to Chechnya to get her son. During
our visit a few weeks ago, she told us that he also likes to worship Isa Masiach, the saviour of the world. Marina’s mother suffered from Tuberculosis, and would not listen to the Gospel, so Marina prayed and fasted for her. Isa appeared to her mother, saying “You are healed.” She was completely healed, opened her heart to Jesus, and was baptised a few weeks ago.

Bangladesh: “Hey brother, want a ride?”
On a hot day in 1983, Tom, a missionary on his way home in a rickshaw, saw a young man on the side of the road, and asked him if he wanted a ride. The young man, Abdul, had been through a tough time, including being locked in his room, solitary confinement, beatings, death threats and suicide attempts, because he had questioned the Koran. He went home with Tom, who
gave him a Bible. When he returned home, Abdul read the entire New
Testament in one night. John 3:17 astonished him, because it told him that God does not damn people but save them. That very night, he opened his heart to this God! One week later, he had read the entire Bible. His salvation was the start of the most dynamic present-day evangelistic movement in an Islamic nation, currently numbering hundreds of thousands of Muslims now following Isa, and around 10,000 who are baptised each month. That’s a millennium event!

India: thousands of churches started in the Himalayas
In the space of only a few years, thousands of house churches have been planted in seven districts of the Indian State Himachal Pradesh, a core Hindu area in northern India on the slopes of the Himalayas. Hundreds of Christians work as full-time missionaries in Randeep Mathews’ church planting movement. Only a few years ago, news like this would have been unthinkable.

China: church grows from 70 to 5,000 members in 3 years
If a Western church grew from 70 to 5,000 members in only three years, the Christian media would be all over it. In China, though, churches are experiencing growth considered almost unprecedented in the West. Here’s one report: “Guangxi is a province in south-western China, on the Vietnamese border. The city of Guilin, with its unusual cliffs, has become a symbol of China’s beauty,” reports Dennis Balcombe, leader of Hong Kong’s Revival
Christian Church. Spiritually, though, Guangxi was until recently a desert. Idol worship was the normal religion, and the few Christians could not imagine revival. Now, though, the light of the Gospel is burning brightly, and the churches are growing rapidly. Only 3 years ago, a house church in one region had 70 members; today, it has 5,000! The movement is led by a
middle-aged couple; he is a simple and uncomplicated man, she a strong character and conscientious. They were both expelled from the state church in 1998, so started a house church, where they met, sitting on the floor in simple surroundings. Signs and wonders started to happen: the lame walked, the deaf heard, and people were healed of cancer. Everyone in the area recognized the believers’ love for one another.

China: three days after funeral raised from the dead
An elderly Christian woman in Sichuan Province became sick and died. Three days after her funeral, the Holy Spirit revealed to another Christian that the dead woman had just returned from Eternity. The woman hurried to the cemetery with her relatives and the church leader. They opened the coffin and saw the dead woman return to life. The woman continually told of how God had raised her from the dead from that time on until she again went to
be with Jesus some years later. Through her testimony, many came to faith and remained staunch under persecution. That church grew the fastest of any in the region .

We have created a new formula of doing life.Happy together,love one another and eat together.On 12th September 2010 (Sunday),bunch of us has decided to do a potluck style dinner.Each of us has to prepare one kind of handmade food.We were busying since after homecoming from church.Kitchen was all dirts and oil.A sister sponsered ice-cream as she is not keen on cooking.Others were truly giving their best in cooking.Others have given their hands by cutting and slicing onions,ginger,fruits et cetera.
We crapped while eating.For sure the most suffer part is the ending cleaning session.However,we keep on crapping for that part.Thank God for such an enjoyable moment.Thank God for such a group of family.We were all filled with various type of food until none of us want to make a move afterward.Darn funny.

If I am to go on living in the body, this will mean fruitful labor for me. Yet what shall I choose?

I do not know!I am torn between the two: I desire to depart and be with Christ, which is better by far;but it is more necessary for you that I remain in the body.

Convinced of this, I know that I will remain, and I will continue with all of you for your progress and joy in the faith,so that through my being with you again your joy in Christ Jesus will overflow on account of me.

What is Revival?

Revival is God's arrival.

Revival is when the kingdom of heaven invades the kingdom of Earth in power. Revival is a restoration to life and consciousness. It causes the hearts of entire generations to turn back to God in repentance,love and power. Revival occurs when all are saved - not just a few on our campuses or in our cities or nations - because it is God's desire that all come to a knowledge of the truth (see 1 Timothy 2:4). Revival radically transforms the masses and causes the kingdoms of men to yield to the kingdom of our God. Revival is commitment to completely obey God's word.

Revival is heaven on Earth.

I call this generation of young people in the early twenty-first century - a "a revival generation." In my heart,I believe this generation will usher in the fullness of God's kingdom and bring back the return of the King. This is an end-time revival generation destined to finish the task. I know this is the case because Satan has attacked this generation like no other before it.

Satan knows his time is short.

If we look at biblical history,there were only two other periods in time that experienced the degree of genocidal attack this generation has faced : the time of Moses and the time of Jesus. Satan attacked both of those generations,attempting to kill off every baby boy in the land. Why did those generations face satanic opposition?

In 1973,a landmark court case, Roe v.Wade,legalized abortion in the United States.Since that time,more than 47 million babies in our nation have been aborted in the womb. More than one-third of my generation has been murdered,destroyed and stolen before they had a chance to live out their God-given destines.Why this massive bloodshed?Why at this time in history?

It is because the enemy understood the destiny each possessed in bringing revival according to God's timetable.

Right now,the third generation is taking place. Two thousand years after the birth of Jesus,another generation has been destined fro a great historic revival. The enemy knows that these individuals have the power to finish history. As a result,he is using every possible means,including abortion,to attempt to kill them off. But God will protect those He has called,just as He protected Moses and Jesus. In this end-time,however,God will raise up not only one believer but also an entire generation of deliverers.

As I mentioned earlier,God does not create accidents;He creates destinies.You are alive not by mere chance but by God's purpose.You are not only a survivor but also a deliverer called to bring revival to your generation.Your life is not your own;it has been given to you by the grace of God.Therefore,you must live for God and His purposes.

I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live,but Christ lives in me.The life I live in the body,I live by faith in the Son of God,who loved me and gave himself for me (Gal 2:20,NIV)

I often ask myself as well as others the question "What are you living for?" My passion in life is to know God's presence and to make His presence known to my generation. I have encountered His life, His manifest presence, and I can't turn back. I can't turn back until every living person experiences this presence too,this eternal life,this love I have tasted.

Millions of young people in our generation do not know that they are His beloved sons and daughters who are well pleasing to Him (see Matt 3:17). For this my heart breaks.I do not want to die without seeing revival in my generation!

You are reading this because you do not accept status quo.You are not satisfied with religious games,with playing church or with the state of Christianity around you.You are hungry for God to do more in your generation. Deep down there is a passionate cry in your heart for God to show up in power,as He did in the book of Acts.There is something burning inside of you,screaming, "There has got too be more!!"

Trust me,there is.But are you willing to do whatever it takes to experience the more?

A Paradigm of Shift : From Going to Church to Being the Church.

As Christ followers,we must shift our thinking from merely going to church to being the church.In order to do church "simple,"this generation needs to understand three things about church:

Church is not a building;it is people.We don't go to church;we are the church.Yes,we be the church!It is not about bringing people to church to experience God,but we as the church of God brings God's presence to everywhere!

The preacher is not a performer and the congregation is not an audience.We don't treat church like an event,with a consumer mentality,as when we're watching a movie or eating at a restaurant.It's about what we can do for God and His people.We don't go church only to receive;we go to church to give (see 1 Corinthians 14:26)

We are called to make disciples as our priority.The church is not a social club.The church is a spiritual family.It is also the army of God called out to change the world.In the New Testament,the early believers did simple church,or house church (see Acts 18:6-7;20-20;28:30-31;Romans 16:3-4;1 Corinthians 16:19; Colossians 4:15).There were no church buildings or clergy in the Early Church until A.D.324.The earliest remains of a Christian church ever uncovered by archaeological excavations was found at Dura-Europos in Syria,was dated to the third century A.D. and was an ordinary house!

Therefore,be the genuine church of God!

One of the best definitions for church I have heard is "a group of believers of any size,committed to one another to obey Jesus' commands." Robert Fitts,in his book The Church in the House,defines church as the following:

The Greek word for church, ekklesia, is composed of two words: "ek" meaning "out of," and "kalleo," meaning "I call." The full and simple meaning of "church" according to the original word is "I call out from."

Actually, ekklesia carries two concepts:being called out and being assembled together.We cannot experience church until we come together.When two or three true born-again believers come together in His name,Jesus is in the midst.Jesus in the midst is church!It is a different experience than Jesus within.We cannot experience Jesus in the midst when we are alone.We can only experience Jesus in the midst when we are in company with others-at least one or two others.

But is it a church in the fullest sense of the word?Yes,it is a church in the fullest sense of the word.It is the basic church.You can have more than two or three and it is still a church,but it does not become "more church" because there are more than two or three.It only becomes a bigger church.

"Simple" church is a way of doing and being church that is so simple that any believer would respond by saying,"I could do that!"Jesus said,"Where two or three are gathered together in My name,I am there in the midst of them"(Matthew 18:20).Therefore,the smallest unit of a church is two or three believers gathering together under the Lordship of Jesus.In other words,church is simple!

When I say,"My passion is to plant simple churches on campuses,"I don't mean planting churches with buildings,budgets and bureaucracy.I mean being and doing church where I am - where you are.It is a mentality,a paradigm shift,to lower the bar of how we do church and to raise the bar of discipleship.Simple church is so simple that we can see it we know that we can do it!It is not difficult.It does not take a paid professional or years of training to make church happen.There is a place for that,but church,at its most basic level,is simply loving God and loving others.

Church is a spiritual family.Church is a missional community.Simple church is giving God's people "permission" to do everything the bible says they can do.If we can win a few of our lost friends to Christ,gather them,and teach them to obey Jesus,we can do simple church!It only takes two or three believers to begin a simple church and start a revolution on a campus,in a workplace or anywhere for Christ.

We all laugh.It is true enough.If they truly love us,they shall wait instead of insulting us with sex alone.True love waits.

PS:Do not let your mind goes dirty right now.This is paramount,hang on to God's principles.Holiness and purityare PRICELESS!!You can never buy it and girls,do not ever sell your purity to anyone easily before marriage.If they never thought of committing themselves into marriage,betterdouble consider them.Even as they say they will,test them and wait for the Lord.Again,true love waits and never rush.Love is patient!!

......God has taught my team through doing life together in care group.

As a care group, we do a lot of activity together. For example, we celebrate birthday, we cook together, we sing karaoke, and went outing together. We truly enjoy the time of being together. Our groups not only focus on fun, but we also want to move forward to another level in God. We want to see people accepting Christ, experience the love of God and serve God together in this vision.

Brothers and sisters, as a team, our journey will not always smooth as we expected. We might gain success and encounter challenges along the way. We praised God for we have witnessed two sisters; Leng and Sue Wen come to know the Lord and both of them grown in God. But, we also face challenges and things not really went well starting July last year. As we had new leadership when we merge 4 CGs to become 2 care groups and start to run our own care group, we see the lacking in each one of us. We do not know how to do chairing; do not have courage in leading praise and worship and lacking creativity in leading games. Some of us even do sharing for the first time. Despite all this, we encourage each other to do their best and persevere on in running our care group.

Time flies and I thought situation will changed and become better if we never give up easily. But, most of us feel discouraged not only because of our lacking in skills and experiences, also of no new people joining us as well. And some of us even become so emotional because of stress in our studies. Some of us also have worries due to family concern and relationship problem. Because of all this, we started to focus on ‘me’ rather than ‘we’. We have our own preferences. We do our own stuff and lack of desire to come for fellowship. Some of us even lack of joy when come to gathering.

At that time, I really felt hopeless and I don’t know what to do. I felt very tired and almost want to give up. I felt myself just like Moses; I believe God promised us the promised land but I don’t know how to bring the team move forward. I praised God as some of the brothers and sisters come along and we prayed together for the group. We prayed that God will teach us to be far sighted, learn to love each other and look upon Him always rather than our self.

I believe God don’t only ask us to pray, He also asks us to believe and we must do it in our action as well. I felt very encouraged by the example that shown by Kim Jan and Lih Qing in loving and caring the peoples. Despite their tiredness from work, they visited some of the brothers and sisters who stayed in campus and bring ‘liong sui’ to them. They truly showed their care for the team.

Therefore, I rise up once again and shared my heartbeat to the group, by encouraging and affirming them that they are not alone in this journey as a team. After that, I started to see changes in the team as we become more courageous. We see the value of supporting each other. For example, Boon Huat and Tony went to approach new friend and shared Christ to that friend. Zhong Huo who prefers to serve in refreshment takes up the challenge to become the guitarist in the care group. Jin Sia who always become chairperson rise up to lead praise and worship and even led us to sing Mandarin song though her Mandarin is not so good. Alice and Leng went to learn some instruments as they want to give their best and contribute to the team.

I truly thank God for my brothers and sisters who stayed back here to do life together with me though we are having holiday now. We enjoy fasting, praying, cooking, shopping, and watching World Cup together. During this holiday, we have one desire, that is to build a strong team and we want to see growth either in quantity or quality for coming quarter. During last care group, we come together and sincerely shared on how each one of us can add value to the group. Hui Xian can encourage the group by her smile. Kwok Ee can be a great listener to the brothers.

Brothers and sisters, through all that my team went through, I want to encourage all of us that we can never be alone in this journey and we need peoples along with us to support us and motivate us. I believe the church during Acts 2: 42- 47 when people come together just to care and love still can happen today if we believe and we do it out. Last but not least, let’s continue to do life together and dream big for Jesus.

Called to Him

Matthew 10:1 says that Jesus "called to him" his twelve disciples.

Can I offer a simple reminder? I'm called to ministry, but that isn't my primary calling. You're not called to be a doctor or teacher or actor or writer or pastor. Yes, you may be called to those things. In fact, I hope you're called to those things! But that isn't your primary calling. Nothing has changed in two thousand years. Jesus is still calling people. And He does it now the way He did it then. We are "called to him." It's a relational calling before it's an occupational calling.

For what it's worth, I honestly believe that the solution to every problem is spending more time with Jesus. And the ultimate solutionis spending eternity with him. Why? Because He is the solution to every problem, the answer to every question, the fulfillment of every hope, and the source of every good thing! All things were created by Him and for Him and He holds all things together!

Is for the new intake in July and our prayer points are following Isaiah 58.

2010 Retreat in Malacca

We have been traveling around 2 hours down to Malacca from Bangi.
Truly appreciate all the drivers who are fetching us.
Thank you very much!

The very first thing we did for sure is,eating.
Here was the unique and well-known local dishes in Malacca.
Chicken rice-ball.After all,it was hand-made one.

The next station was A Famosa historical building.
We took plenty of photos there.
Guess what?We were all well-trained in posing.
Trust this. =P

In the building.The weather was extremely hot.
We were all exposed to the heaty sunlight.
Some caught sunburn thereafter.

Fong Sung,thanks for providing transport for us as well.

Furthermore,we went to pig farm.
How stinky it is.Guess this wil be the one and only visitation to pig farm.
Some of the little piggies are very cute at all.
But,they were naturally saturated with one type of smell.
I found it difficult to bear with.

This pig farm has experienced some forms of oppression from government too.
They were banned from operating in few years ago and
all the piggies were required to be destroyed.
However,thank God the government did not do so after few rounds of protesting.

We went to beach for a while before departing to Bangi.
However,we did not managed to get wet in the sea due to insufficient time.

Thank God for this time as we were able to evangelize to some of villagers as well.
Praise God because one 80++ years old nanny has accepted Jesus in her life.

In Psalm 119:49 says:

May Your unfailing love come to me,
O Lord,
Your salvation according to Your promise.

Salvation belongs to Jesus alone,for there is no other name under heaven that you can be saved!

1 Day in Jusco

In the last day of April,we went to sing karaoke in Green Box.
The most important thing is that people in UKM
have finished their final exams on this particular day.

As what Miss Kim Jan promised,she brought us to Jusco.
Miss Alice has reserved the student package for them in order to minimize budget.

Guess what,Miss Kim Jan purposely took half day leave to spend time with us.
We were overwhelmed by her sacrificial love.

Therefore,bunch of sisters have decided to do jogging.
