She is the kind of girl that you could go and talk to. No questions, no judgments she will just listen. You need advice? She is your girl, she will talk some sense in you, a love guru, but where did she get her qualifications? I don’t see anybody here running a school on love. Plus she has never been the one for relationships. She is usually the observer, I have seen her with numerous of guys, but whenever I ask her she says its nothing, I think she might be scared to get in deep, its understandable, she does not want to get hurt.

What annoys me is when she goes on like she knows everything about love. When compared to me, she has not been in a lot of relationships. There was that one, and the one from school, and the one from college, and the on and off guy. You cannot really call that a relationship that one. They will be talking for three months and then won’t be for another two then again, and then off again, you know how that goes.

I am the one that have been in a lot of relationships, I know more than she knows; I have felt more than that cold heart of hers. She always pushes people away, especially the ones that she shouldn’t. I don’t understand why she does that. She talks about being bored, and feeling alone, (she hates using the word lonely) she says she wants someone, but I cannot phantom how that can be true.

Romantic novels, and comedies are the center of her universe. But in such arts, you see people take chances; I never see her take a chance. You watch Gossip Girl? She wants something like Chuck and Blair, I told her you cannot, those things do not happen in real life, she will nod and say, “I know”. So tell me how a person like that should be able to give me or anybody else, relationship advice, or any advice for that matter.

But I just realized, she sits back and she watches and observes. Things that I am blind to are plain to her. Mistakes that I have made seem stupid to her. I have always known she was alone by choice, I see her talk to a lot of guys, and she is the biggest flirt. But I never realized she knows exactly what she is doing. She said to me once, you get to know a person before you label them. And then I put this in perspective with my life, all those guys, we were never in a relationship, it was just a thing, a fling. I have been in as many relationships as she has been in, and I sit here and judge her, especially, when she is I.

You know what does my head in, some of the women on the 'Maury show'and Jerry Springer, are they paid to act so stupid or they just naturally dumb.

Wait, so you know your man is cheated, well you are convinced he is, if your instincts tells you he is, then chances are he is.

And you come on this show, lets not forget its aired on national TV and abroad plus online and you make a total fool of your self.

Its understandable, you cannot take his words for it anymore, whenever you ask him, he tells you he is not cheating. You probably do not have the money to do a lie detector test, so the show might be your only alternative, even still the test they do is not 100% accurate, so why rely sole on that. I think your instincts are better to rely on, unless you are very paranoid, and suspect everybody is or will cheat on you.

What has raised my anger right this moment is this woman, who believes with no doubt that her fiancé is cheating, refuse to believe whatever he says, so when the test results confirmed that he in fact was, why was she on the floor balling her eyes out??? Make no sense to me if you ask... But hey who I'm I to judge.

Signed to Def Jam, Chrisette Michele is an R&B singer and song writer and wow is her lyrics amazing.
Her songs are meaningful and you are bound to some how relate to it.
She is in my opinion one of the few singer out there who are not just trying to make a name for themselves. I believe that she is just doing what she loves, and that is making great music. Her 2009 album "Epiphany"has really seen mean through long journeys to University and back. You always cast out boring things with music or things you love. Anyone who I ask to listen to her, loves her and on first instance realise that her songs go far deeper than just the lyrics.
There isn't a single song on the album that i do not love. I am going to invest in her latest album released in 2010 "Let the Freedom Reign"and I think you should too.

Good Relationships are hard to find, not only romantic relationships but also platonic ones.

Who should you trust? I say nobody, is it better to loose the one you love the most or the one you trust the most? My answer is neither, they both hurt the same...

One Romantic with two views...

Had an interesting conversation recently regarding the ideal relationship. I was accused of having contrasting view towards relationship. Her point was that on one hand I am romantic *reading love dovey books and listening to slow jams* on the other I'm too cold with a straightfoward view on relationship. I think she derived at this conclusion after I recited the lyrics of Fantasia song Bittersweet and read the definition of love by Louis de Berniere in Captain Correlli's Mandolin.

In the song, the singer talks about a past relationship which she isn't quite over yet, even if she said she was, thus in her own world she is still inlove with the ex but she had let go of him for a reason. In Captain Correlli's Mandolin, love is explained in a very strict and technical way. To date I have not found a definition of love that I like more than this.

The question is if I agree with her. Does my own personal views conflict with regards to relationship. I must honestly answer yes! Though I am a romantic, I am however not naïve. I know and understand that there may be many ways to a relationship and there are different measures which applies to whether the relationship is to be considered good. I like the idea of being hopeful but you should not be blind to reality, because regardless of how optimistic you might be, you would eventually have to wake up from any fantasy.

People are often hurt because of optimism, It is good to look forward to something good and be hopeful that your dreams will come true, but at the same time I believe you should be aware of the possibility that these dreams and expectations might possibly not come through. Like with Civil law, you must weigh everything on the balance of probability.

Though I always encourage people to dream big, those dreams must be reasonable, so if something seem unlikely, move on to something with is possible. Be Hopeful but not naive.

Music...is a friend to many but to me, music is a best friend, more like family, I don't know how we are related but its just that i've known music for ever. There has always been a song that explains exactly how i am feeling at the moment, whether that moment last for a month or two, a week a day or even for the duration of the song.
Right not the soundtrack of my life is Chrisette Michele - 'Epiphany' and Taylor Swift's album 'Speak Now' both these albums are two totally different albums but the content of the music are so seemingly related. Maybe it might because they both discuss love, relationships, breakups.

Coward To Love

It is 8:00 in the morning…I went to bed quite late last night…but surprisingly I’m up typing this post. One might wonder why? The reason is simple… I am so confused.

We spend a life time looking for something…and when we finally have it, Or have a chance of having it, we simply become clueless on what to do with it.

How come, we don’t just leap for it, how come I don’t just run for it? Might the reason be that I am scared? Scared of what? Being hurt? I’m a coward? ‘A coward is incapable of exhibiting love, it is the prerogative of the brave’.

That sums it up then, does it not? …but does that last forever, or is it just a phase…. What if the fear is not concerning your own heart break…but it is to protect the other…and what if they don’t want you protection, can you justify you not wanting to leap as unselfish??

Last night i had an interesting conversation.
Certain people think I feel alone, true as they may be "i am never really alone, i just always feel alone".
Come to think of it I have great friends, although i have isolated myself from them recently, I still know they are there for me, i just need to call on them.

But why do i feel alone when i have so many great people around me, why is anyone every alone. I don't think you can ever be alone, you can feel alone, but you won't be alone, because there are so many ways to communicate.

I blame technology. One feels so safe to just stay home and sit behind a computer and just type away, kind of like what i am doing now. And not face the real world outside of your house, or even within your own house hold.

Back to the topic of me feeling alone, I think there are so many different reasons behind it. From the past to the present, life experiences, pain and happiness, all those feelings that i bottled up for what ever reason, i feel like they are all coming back.

Would anyone say it is better to bottle up ones emotions or is it better to express them. I have always been told, not to show too much emotions or one become weak. I don't want to be weak or appear week.
But late at night when i sleep, I feel the need to cry, but I have discipline myself not to show any feelings, not even in a dark rectangular room with a bed and a few furniture. Not even my pillow do i want to see me cry.
