HOREAMINFO - Mimpi merupakan bunganya tidur. Yap semua orang pasti pernah mengalaminya atau mungkin bahkan sering mengalaminya .

Fakta tidak penting : " Bahwa jika mimpi kita bervariasi, itu menandakan kita ber IQ tinggi . " hmm apa sobat termasuk ? entahlah yang pasti saat kita tertidur otak selalu aktif.

Kadang bunga tersebut terlihat indah, kadang juga terlihat suram. Meskipun hanya sebuah bunga dalam tidur, namun, seseorang yang bermimpi sering kali merasakan bahwa mimpinya tersebut adalah kenyataan. Tak hanya itu, mimpi juga memiliki durasi yang terasa lebih lama dibandingkan waktu aslinya. Misal, dalam mimpi kita sedang berperang melawan Akatsuki seharian penuh, itu pun sudah termasuk petualangan mengumpulkan tujuh dragon ball, padahal kita hanya tertidur 15 menit.

Arti Mimpi dan Kenyataan

Pengalaman pribadi ane, tentang mimpi pada suatu malam pernah bermimpi berada disebuah tempat yang kemudian pada mimpi itu berganti-ganti baik itu dari segi tema, alur , maupun tokoh dalam mimpi. Termasuk lokasi atau tempatnya. Ujug-Ujug tema mimpinya awalnya senang menjadi bahagia. Lalu, apa bedanya? haha. Iya inilah mungkin yang dinamakannya mimpi "bunganya tidur".

Tapi, berbicara soal pengalaman pribadi tentang mimpi. Faktanya mimpi bisa jadi kenyataan baik itu mimpi baik kebanyakan seperti sebuah pertanda yang diberikan. Misal kita mendatangi suatu tempat lalu bertemu dengan orang yang sama seperti pada mimpi. Kalau sekarang mah banyak orang bilang " Kok seperti pernah ngalamin yah? haha

Yahh, kata orang bilang itu " De Javu " benar gak penulisannya sih? hehe

1 PENGERTIAN APM

APM ( Advance Progressive Matrices ) merupakan alat ukur untuk mengungkap kapasitas total individu untuk memahami lingkungan dan kejernihan berpikir. APM terutama dipergunakan untuk individu yang memiliki intelegensi rata-rata ke atas. Tes ini juga relatif bebas dari pengaruh hasil belajar dan sangat baik bagi individu yang mengalami hambatan dalam berbahasa. Tetapi tes ini tidak/belum dapat digunakan untuk orang/testi yang mengalami gangguan mata.

2. IST

IST adalah alat ukur kemampuan khusus (bakat) yang mengungkap 9 aspek bakat, yaitu :

2.1 SE ( Satzerganzung ), terutama mengukur masalah pembentukan keputusan, commonsense, suatu penilaian yang mendekati realitas atau kemampuan realitas. Melalui sub tes ini diharapkan dapat terungkap kemampuan berpikir secara mandiri.

2.2 WA ( Wortauswahl ), terutama mengukur daya berpikir verbal yang integrative, memahami isi dari suatu pengertian melalui kemampuan menghayati masalah bahasa.

2.3 AN ( Analogien ), mengukur kemampuan fleksibilitas berpikir, kemampuan mengkombinasikan, pemahaman dan kedalaman dalam berpikir.

2.4 GE ( Gemeinsamkeiten ), mengukur kemampuan abstraksi, yaitu kemampuan dalam membuat/membentuk pengertian dan menyatakan pengertian itu di dalam bahasa verbal.

2.5 ME ( Merk Aufgaben ), mengukur kemampuan daya ingat, yakni kemampuan menyimpan dan mengingat kata-kata yang telah dipelajari atau dihapalkan.

2.6 RA ( Rachen Aufgaben ), mengukur kemampuan berpikir induktif praktis atau daya berpikir praktis dalam hitungan.

2.7 ZR ( Zahlen Reihan ) , mengukur kemampuan atau daya berpikir induktif teoritis dalam menggunakan bilangan-bilangan atau hitungan, serta komponen-komponen ritmis.

2.8 FA ( Form Auswahl ) , mengukur kemampuan analisis dan sintesis.

3 Pengertian EPPS

EPPS adalah inventori untuk mengungkap kepribadian siswa yang terdiri atas lima belas jenis kebutuhan, dorongan atau kecenderungan yang dimiliki seseorang (siswa) sebagai berikut :

3.1 Archievement (Ach) atau berprestasi yaitu kebutuhan atau dorongan untuk mencapai hasil sebaik mungkin, melaksanakan tugas yang menuntut keterampilan dan usaha, dikenal otoritasnya, mengerjakan tugas yang sangat berarti, mengerjakan pekerjaan yang sulit sebaik mungkin, menyelesaikan masalah yang rumit-rumit, dan ingin mengerjakan sesuatu lebih baik dari yang lain dsb.

3.2 Deference (Def) atau hormat yaitu kebutuhan atau dorongan untuk mendapat pengaruh dari orang lain, menemukan apa yang diharapkan orang lain, mengikuti perintah dan apa yang diharapkan orang lain, memberikan hadiah kepada orang lain, membaca tentang tokoh-tokoh besar, menyesuaikan diri pada kebiasaan dan menghindar dari yang tidak biasa, menyerahkan kepada orang lain untuk mengambil keputusan dsb.

3.3 Order (Ord) atau teratur yaitu kebutuhan untuk memiliki pekerjaan tertulis tetap rapih dan teratur, membuat rencana sebelum memulai tugas yang sulit, menunjukan keteraturan dalam berbagai hal, memelihara segala sesuatu tetap rapih dan teratur, memperinci pekerjaan secara teratur, menyimpan surat dan arsip berdasarkan system tertentu, makan dan minum secara teratur dsb.

3.4 Exhibition (Exh) atau eksibisi yaitu memperlihatkan diri agar menjadi pusat perhatian orang, menceriterakan keberhasilan diri, menggunakan kata-kata yang tidak difahami orang lain, bertanya yang tidak akan terjawab orang lain, membicarakan pengalaman diri yang membahayakan, menceriterakan hal-hal yang menggelikan dsb.

3.5 Autonomy (Aut) atau otonomi yaitu menyatakan kebebasan diri untuk berbuat apapun atau mengatakan apapun, bebas mengambil keputusan, melakukan sesuatu yang tidak biasa dilakukan orang lain, menghindari pendapat orang lain, dan menghindari tanggung jawab dsb.

3.6 Affiliation (Aff) atau afiliasi yaitu setia kawan, berpartisipasi dalam kelompok kawan, mengerjakan sesuatu untuk kawan, membentuk persahabatan baru, membuat kawan sebanyak mungkin, mengerjakan pekerjaan bersama-sama, akrab dengan kawan, menulis surat persahabatan dsb.

3.7 Intraception (Int) atau intrasepsi yaitu menganalisis motif dan perasaan sendiri, mengamati orang lain untuk memahami bagaimana perasaan orang lain, menempatkan diri ditempat orang lain, menilai orang lain dengan mencoba memahami latar belakang tingkah lakunya dan bukan apa yang dilakukannya, menganalisis perilaku orang lain, menganalisis motif-motif perilaku orang lain, dan meramalkan apa yang akan dilakukan orang lain dsb.

3.8 Succorance (Suc) atau berlindung yaitu mengarapkan bantuan orang lain apabila mendapat kesulitan, mencari dukungan dari orang lain, mengharapkan orang lain berbaik hati kepadanya, mengharapkan simpati dari orang lain, dan memahami masalah pribadinya, menerima belai kasih sayang orang lain, mengharapkan bantuan orang lain disaat dirinya tertekan, mengharapkan maaf dari orang lain apa dirinya sakit dsb.

3.9 Dominance (Dom) atau dominan yaitu membantah pendapat orang lain, ingin menjadi pemimpin kelompoknya, ingin dipandang sebagai pemimpin orang lain, ingin selalu terpilih sebagai pemimpin, mengambil keputusan denagan mengatasnamakan kelompok, menetapkan persetujuan secara sepihak, membujuk dan mempengaruhi orang lain agar maau mengerjakan apa yang ia inginkan, mengawasi dan mengarahakan kegiatan yang lain, mendiktekan apa yang harus dikerjakan orang lain dsb.

3.10 Abasement (Aba) atau merendah yaitu merasa berdosa apabila berbuat keliru, menerima cercaan atau celaan orang lain, merasa perlu mendapat hukuman apabila berbuat keliru, merasa lebih baik menghindar dari perkelahian, merasa lebih baik menyatakan pengakuan kekeliruannya, merasa rendah diri dalam berhadapan dengan orang lain dsb.

3.11 Nurturance (Nur) atau member bantuan yaitu senang menolong kawan yang kesulitan, membantu yang kurang beruntung, memperlakukan orang lain, berbaik hati kepada orang lain, memberikan simpatik kepada yang terluka atau sakit, memperlihatkan kasih sayang kepada orang lain dsb.

3.12 Change (Chg) atau perubahan yaitu menggarap hal-hal baru, berkelana, menemui kawan baru, mengalami peristiwa baru dan berubah dari pekerjaan yang rutin, makan ditempat yang berbeda-beda, mencoba berbagai jenis pekerjaan, senang berpindah-pindah tempat, berpartisipasi dalam kebiasaan baru dsb.

3.13 Endurance (End) atau ketekunan yaitu bertahan pada suatu pekerjaan hingga selesai, merampungkan pekerjaan yang telah dipegangnya, bekerja keras pada suatu tugas tertentu, bertahan pada penyelesaian masalah atau teka-teki, bertahan pada suatu pekerjaan dan tidak akan ganti sebelum selesai, tidur larut malam untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan yang dihadapinya, tekun menghadapi pekerjaan tanpa menyimpang, menghindari segala yang dapat menyimpangkannya dari tugas dsb.

3.14 Heterosexuality (Het) atau heteroseksualitas yaitu bepergian dengan kelompok yang berlawanan jenis kelamin, melibatkan diri dalam kegiatan social yang berlawanan jenis kelamin, jatuh cinta ada jenis kelamin lain, mengagumi bentuk tubuh jenis kelamin lain, berpartisipasi dalam diskusi tentang seks, membaca buku dan bermain yang melibatkan masalah seks, mendengarkan atau menyampaikan cerita lucu tentang seks dsb.
