	The foodservice world is vibrant and always changing, encompassing many different sectors, organisations and locations. This diversity can add complexity for those new to the industry and those looking to keep their knowledge uptodate by understanding today&rsquo;s foodservice trends. Key Club is a half day learning session, led by Peter Backman, Horizons&rsquo; MD and foodservice expert, which provides a concise and straightforward introduction to the industry along with an opportunity for you to ask questions of importance to you.</p>

	The event will include a study tour of the <a href="http://uk.westfield.com/stratfordcity/directory/search/dining">70+ outlets</a> of the food court at <a href="http://uk.westfield.com/stratfordcity/directory/search/dining">Westfield Stratford City</a> (Europe&#39;s largest urban shopping centre and close to the Olympic venue) to give you the opportunity to learn more about established brands, discover new concepts (especially those focusing on street food) and to put into practice the knowledge you will have learned.</p>
