Available for adoption – southwest Wisconsin:
21 year old registered half Arabian gelding (actually 31/32 Arabian) and a 19 year old registered half quarter horse mare. (She is also 15/32 Arabian.) They are brother and sister and out of a mare w that passed several years ago. Both are broke to ride, but haven’t been ridden much for some years. Both are easy to catch, friendly and intelligent. Easy keepers. Up-to-date on shots including west-nile, rabies, etc., and regularly wormed. Have never worn shoes; regularly and recently trimmed. The gelding is very friendly and works well under saddle. The mare is very intelligent, likes to test the rider at first and would need an experienced rider.

Update: Flame has passed away, but Angel is still at the ASAP farm.

Two 20 year old mares who are well broke, and have been ridden often by her (57 years old) and a young neighbor girl (now 11, been riding them for the last three years). The family from far away would like to see them go to a good home, and be kept together if at all possible. Flame the saddlebred and Angel the Morgan. The horses are in Ferryville, Wi.

Mr. Walton is a 20 Standardbred gelding. He is 16 hands tall, sound bay. He has been used as a trail horse. He loads, clips, hauls and he has a nice lope on the trails, he has no vices. His current adopters has had him for seven years and is not using him enough any more to justify keeping him. He is currently in foster care in the Green Bay area.

Nine year old mare. Born at Hanover Shoe Farm in Pennsylvania, then purchased by a Canadian couple. She only raced 3 times and made $0. She was put on a dealer truck and has spent the last six years as a buggy horse. She is about 15.1 hands tall and has some scars from barbed wire cuts. She is timid but willing – very beautiful
