In my role as President/CEO of three large medical groups, I learned firsthand how efficient and successful physician recruitment positively impacts an organization.  During my tenure in these roles, I also became acutely aware of how difficult it was to find a physician recruitment firm that embodied all of the characteristics I was looking for in a partner.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It’s taken me four years to create the firm I would personally engage, were I still  serve in the roles outlined above. Through this initiative we hope to do our part to help alleviate the physician shortage. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;We have taken steps to create a Physician Advisory Committee to ensure that we stay on the leading edge of Healthcare needs.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Developed NeoVocatus, a new division of our firm dedicated to assisting Physicians who are in Good Recovery from issues with addictions.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Our firm created a Scorecard that helps our clients compare their opportunities to others around the country based on 50 different criteria, thus providing objectivity in how you structure your search and hiring package.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;The experience of our staff is unprecedented in the industry.
