Here is a video from hostway by a disenchanted customer, hmmm ,, wonder why because you dont get the full terms of service untill its to late.You do not have control of A or C name servers after purchasing your domain name thrue them. It will take MANY email and threat to their support gang to get things done. Even if you buy site hosting from them they try to control, your dns, they have poor support, and it isnt until, unless you purchase hosting from them that you are ablie to view the full tos. Sorry hostway Im all set with your service... thanks any way

The Hostway sitecontrol panel is crippled by design, unless you purchase a full hosting package from hostway. This information is not readily availible until AFTER you have paid hostway and can enter the full TOS (terms of service) from within hostway sitecontrol panel. Deceptive to say the least, that unless you are paying Hostway to host your site you can not administer your A and C name server locations.

hostway sitecontrol dns control panel. HOSTWAY does not seem to want to release domian names to other hosting companies I tried to move my domian name to my blogger account to no avail.After a week of
blank white pages and email to their support, which by the way is seriousely lack luster i have decided to leave this video up,. this is basicly a non funtional cp as i finaly recieved an email to the effect that there support team whould make the changes on there end , but only allow 1(one ) name server name which does not help you if you want people to arrive at your site when they type you url. about the only thing this panel is good for is domain fowarding or parking.video by
